Royal Hotel Saigon

La localisation est très pratique. La salle de sport est climatisée et une personne est tjs présente ce qui est rassurant en cas de problème. Vous avez aussi la possibilité de vous faire masser. Il y a du choix au petit déjeuner. Accès facile pour les grab ou les bus d activité pour se garer devant.

Le vélo de la salle de sport pourrait être un petit plus moderne (c est un détail) Les joints dans la salle de bain n étaient pas propres (je pense que c est parce que l hôtel est vieillissant et que cela ne se voit pas quand c est nettoyé) et la bouche d aération pleine de poussières. L eau chaude mais du temps à arriver mais elle est bien chaude !

少し古いけど…落ち着いた雰囲気と、 スタッフの対応が良かった。 ロケーション良く歩いて観光や食事に 出掛けることが出来て良かった。

窓が小さく開放感に無かった。 週末の大通りでのイベントと重なると、 タクシーやグラブでの乗入れが不自由であった

Ich bin bereits seit Jahren immer wieder Gast in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist im Zentrum sehr gut - ich kann alle meine anderen Standorte von Aktivitäten gut erreichen. Frühstück ist immer sehr umfangreich und sehr gut ! Zimmer war gross und man konnte durch einen Arbeitstisch auch arbeitsmäßig gut nutzen

おそらくそこそこ古いホテルなので、設備の古さを感じますが清掃は完璧でした。 プールは普通の運動用のプールって感じです。 部屋にはバスタブ付きシャワーがありますが、シャワーは最初お湯になるまで少しかかります。水圧は◎です。 朝食のサラダの種類がもっとあったら嬉しいです。

Superb location, everything is eithin walking distance, friendly, helpful staff, every one of them, easy check in, we were upgraded as it was my birthday. I was presented with a birthday cake the morning of my birthday, so kind. Lovely room, serviced daily, good value breakfast, decent gym for a hotel, lovely pool and spa. Visit the King Koi cafe, it was so peaceful. Book street is good to see too.

Bữa sáng tuyệt vời với rất nhiều sự lựa chọn, từ món Việt đến các món Âu, món nào cũng ngon và được chuẩn bị rất chỉn chu. Chất lượng món ăn tốt, trình bày đẹp mắt và các món được bổ sung khá nhanh nên trải nghiệm ăn sáng rất thoải mái. Đợt Quốc khánh này mình book phòng cho ba mẹ để ba mẹ có thể thuận tiện xem pháo hoa ở khu vực trung tâm. Ba mẹ rất vui và hài lòng với trải nghiệm lưu trú, đặc biệt là sự thoải mái và tiện nghi của khách sạn. Đây là một lựa chọn rất phù hợp khi muốn tìm một nơi nghỉ ngơi chất lượng và thuận tiện để khám phá trung tâm thành phố. Nhìn chung, cả mình và ba mẹ đều có một trải nghiệm rất tốt và chắc chắn sẽ cân nhắc quay lại trong những dịp tiếp theo.

Location was superb, facilities were excellent and breakfast delicious.

Only disappointment was the salon. I booked for 8.30 am to have hair washed and blow dryed. Arrived on time, sat and waited 30 minutes. Apparently they don't open until 9.30am. Seeing as I had somewhere else to be at 10am. Not sure why they booked me in for 8.30.

In Asien haben die Hotels nicht alle Zimmer mit einem Fenster Ein Fenster bedeutet nicht, dass man einen Blick hat. Aus diesem Grund einfach darauf achten, dass man ein Zimmer mit Fenster und einen Stadtblick hat, in anderem Fall schauen Sie in einen Flur o. ä. Wir konnten das Zimmer zum Glück wechseln.

El hotel está fantásticamente ubicado en una avenida muy céntrica y por donde se puede dar un buen paseo (los domingos la cierran al tráfico). El personal es muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo. Nos hicieron un upgrade sin pagar a una habitación más adecuado a nuestra familia. El desayuno muy completo y en un salón con muy buenas vistas. La habitación muy correcta y limpia. Dormimos muy bien. Se puede pagar con tarjeta y no te cobran ningún extra por ello (poco frecuente en Vietnam).

Podría mejorar la decoración general del hotel, pero es algo muy personal y que no afecta en absoluto a su comodidad. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Location was good - right in the centre of Ho Chi Minh. The room met all our needs although perhaps a little dated. Breakfast was a little odd and didn't overly enthuse us.

Rooms were ok. Had 2 different rooms. Both were clean and neat. Hotel was situated centrally to everything we needed to do. Would recommend too others.

I always stay here. The staff are consistently friendly and nice. The rooms are lovely. Great location. What can I say? 10/10

Las instalaciones

Que un hotel de la categoría que tiene, tarde en devolver la fianza entre 15 y 45 días. Me parece deplorable. Y que se comprometan a ayudarnos con el equipaje hasta nuestro transporte por estar la calle cortada por un evento y a la hora de la verdad nada de nada. Una verdadera pena ya que por lo demás hemos estado muy agusto.

La habitación daba un partido interior sin luz, cuarto de baño antiguo con bañera y cortina, el buffet repetitivo y productos regular no es muy buenos, el hotel parece un laberinto vas a tu piso y después tienes que bajar o subir escaleras, se piden cincuenta euros de depósito que todos los dan después cuando te vas, he estado en muchísimo mejores y no me han pedido nada y este siendo todo básico y antiguo me han pedido 50 euros de depósito,

Everything room very clean staff very helpful & polite , we stayed in 5 hotels Vietnam and they was all very good but the Royal hotel Saigon was the best & breakfast was fantastic . Would highly recommend this hotel 100% 👍👍👍👍👍

This is our third stay in Kimdo as it’s excellent location, value for money and atomsphere always surpasses expectations from breakfast to large clean spotless rooms to friendly staff especially the concierge Mr Nairn ( helped my young Irish / Vietnamese adults learn Vietnamese phrases) to the omelette chef also excellent service. The hotel is located very close to everything ie cafe apartment, Saigon centre , post office all in short walking distance thank you hope to get back again soon

The location is excellent and perfect for exploring the city. Easily walkable to many great attractions, with plenty of delicious and affordable food and drink venues right outside. The hotel was clean, and staff were very friendly and professional. This hotel is great value and I’d gladly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and serviced daily. Breakfast each day was a wonderful selection.

they need to confirm the details of the booking With customers right after they have the information From booking.com … apparently booking.com website is A scam website where after you booked, the Details booking of the room is not the same as the details of what you paid for. I know it’s not the hotel fault but the hotel has to confirm with customers So the customers do not get pissed the day of check in

This time I returned to Royal, I was very surprised because everything here had completely changed. I took a flight from England at 1 am, it took 30 minutes but still couldn't find a car to get to the hotel. I took the risk and called the hotel for help. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. He asked me what column number I was standing on and what color outfit I was wearing. About 5 minutes later a car came to pick me up. As soon as he entered the lobby, he immediately pushed my luggage and took me straight to the room to rest first and then come down to check in the next morning. It was surprising because he remembered me as a guest who had been here twice. The room was completely renovated, the air conditioner was turned on and I really had a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet has many European dishes, especially the traditional Vietnamese dish every day, Pho. All staff here are friendly and enthusiastic. I think from now on Royal will be my second home in Vietnam. Thank you to the receptionist named Viet, who helped me have a perfect trip to Vietnam.
