We stayed only one night on our way home and I wished we had stayed here on our way up as well. For a 4-star hotel in the city, this was definitely worth the money. Right from check in, a good impression of the clean main lobby with efficient, friendly and English speaking staff at front desk and concierge. Room was clean, bright and spacious. TV had multiple international channels including CNN, BBC, CNA... but no Netflix I think. Anyway, doesn't matter cos a stay at this location would mean that one would be out most day. Located right next to Saigon and 5 mins' walk from Ben Thanh, there is no lack of eateries and places to shop within walking distance from the hotel. It is also equipped with a decent gym with 2 treadmill machines and free weights in addition to a small rooftop pool

Our room was amazing with lots of natural light and space. Location is very central to everything. Food both breakfast and room service was varied and tasty. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Uyen and Tuan.

There was only 1 power plug beside the work table and it was for the table light. I had to unplug the table light and use the window for light so that I can plug in the charger for my laptop. At least 1 more, preferably 2 more power outlets by the table would have been better

Perfect location as a tourist to Ho Chi Minh City. Large comfortable room, lovely and quiet. Bed really comfortable. Large bathroom and shower. Great housekeeping.

This was our fourth Vietnamese town/city centre hotel on our trip. This one was a lot more expensive than the others, and also at the others we found the staff to be more warm and we felt as though staff “couldn’t do enough” for us, however at Liberty Citypoint whilst staff were polite and helpful we didn’t get the same impression. We also felt breakfast was overpriced.

Superb hotel, fantastic location, can easily walk to many tourist locations. Also very easy and cheap to get a grab. Amazing breakfast, great staff. Swimming pool was well received after a day sightseeing, pretty much had it to ourselves!

I love staying here this is my 3rd time and it doesn’t disappoint ! My only gripe would be be the bed is a bit firm for my liking ! And also they have replaced the bar with an ice cream shop!! I loved people watching from the bar!!

This is a really good hotel, super close to the main strip of shops and also Ben Thanh markets. It’s a fancy hotel with a big lobby, rooftop bar and pool, great gym and spa. There’s even an ice cream shop on the ground floor. Rooms were big and comfortable. The buffet was food, and of great variety.

I found it slightly hard to communicate with desk staff and also found the extra cost for a bed when the booking said “kids stay free” was unfair. How do they stay free when you pay an extra bed (putting $120 On the cost for 2 nights). They’re free only if they sleep in your bed.

Very new hotel in a central location that is close to major landmarks. The rooftop pool is refreshing and the rooms are modern and clean. There’s an ice cream palour on the ground floor. The breakfast spread was excellent.

The bathroom was quite small, but nothing too major.

Had great facilities. However, we didn't have the chance to use them as we were always on the go. Rooftop bar had great views and a dj. Huge thank you to the team for surprising us with a birthday cake in our room. It was delicious! Really appreciate the attention & thoughtfulness :)

Hotel di altissimo livello e moderno, camera enorme e pulita. La posizione é ottima: 2 minuti a piedi da un centro commerciale, 10 dal quartiere con i ristoranti giapponesi, 3 dalla via del passeggio.

Petit déjeuner super très varié

Staff was incredible, especially Mr. Trung the concierge. He helped to have my large bag sent ahead to my final hotel in Hanoi. It's conveniently located for District 1 attractions and easy to get to other parts of the city. Room was large and comfortable. Added bonus: Even though you need to insert your room key for the lights, when you remove it, the AC stays on so your room is cool when you come back. There is a nice rooftop bar overlooking the People's Committee building with reasonably priced cocktails.

Bed could be a little softer.

The staff here are unnecessarily rigid. I was stopped from taking an iced coffee up to my room to take my medication, with absolutely no explanation provided. On top of that, the resort is incredibly stingy with room amenities—providing only a single coffee and sugar sachet daily for a two-person room. Definite room for improvement in basic hospitality.

Location! Rooms were very clean and appreciated the daily housekeeping and comp water. Very cold air con.

Showers valves were a bit difficult to figure out. Could have used some extra TP. Spa area was too warm.
