Struttura ben curata, la stanza piccola ma comoda per soggiornare non tantissimi giorni. È presente una sala al piano terra in cui prendere acqua caffe e quanto altro a tutte le ore. Colazione buonissima! Non molto varia ma ben curata e con una buona offerta di dolce e salato. Super apprezzata la macchina per fare i pancake. La posizione è comoda poichè vicina ad una delle stazioni della metro con più scambi, quindi è facile raggiungere ogni zona di Montreal

Sarebbe stato utile avere un armadio o almeno ulteriori attaccapanni. La posizione è molto comoda ma vicina ad uno stazionamento dei pullman in cui soggiornano alcuni senza tetto. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi e ci siamo sempre sentiti tranquilli ma non è piacevole passarci di sera

Room had everything in place; comfortable bed, airconditioneering working, toiletries provided in the bathroom, and daily housekeeping. Complimentary breakfast was substantial. The lounge has a coffee machine, always open for use by guest. Most importantly, the reception staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. Ida and Jayesh were exceptional in extending all the help we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The outside seemed run-down and the staircase leading to the reception desk were the only drawbacks.

Bon hôtel, très bien situé, bon rapport qualité-prix, bon accueil, service bagages, café à disposition en bas et jolie chambre familiale agréable, dommage simplement qu'il n'y ait pas de kitchenette ou table pour ramener à manger. En revanche, petit-déjeuner buffet vraiment pas terrible, que des aliments industriels suremballés, jusqu'aux couverts ! Il faudrait penser davantage à la planète...

La habitación era limpia y cómoda, aunque un poco pequeña. Una de las chicas que nos atendió nos dio muy buenas indicaciones para recorrer algunas zonas de la ciudad y fue muy amable.

El espacio común era muy pequeño para estar, sobre todo cuando había que esperar al personal del front desk. La vista trasera no era muy bonita.

The coffee machine on the main floor was very convenient, and the variety of coffee options suited different people’s tastes.

The breakfast was good, but I would love to see more options and variety, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

Pokój nie zawierał biurka, pomimo, iż takie było w opisie. Widok z okna na śmietniki, po których po zmroku biegały szczury. Bardzo mała toaleta z kolizyjnymi drzwiami z sedesem. Wykładzina była zalana I czuć było stęchliznę.

The reception staff can improve attitudes

El.personal, concretamente una chica de recepción llamada Ida. No nos proporcionó ninguna información en el check in. Ni siquiera el detalle de que si no se solicita previamente no hacen ni limpian la habitación. El resultado fue llegar de noche con las camas deshechos, la papelera llena y las toallas sucias en el suelo. Además que fue muy desagradable. Las habitaciones nos dieron 2 de ellas casi a las 15.30h y la última tuvimos que marcharnos porque no sabían cuando estaría lista. Habitaciones diminutas y camas muy pequeñas. El baño, no se si llamarlo baño o armario. Si usas el wc o lavano no puedes abrir la puerta pq no se cabe. Encima el dia de check out nos ponen una nota de que cortan el agua de 7 a 15. Entiendo que no es cosa del hotel, pero deberían tener medidas de limpieza para casos como este. Wc asquerosos sin agua, olor insoportable... No repetiría en este hotel nunca.

De ligging bij de metro en parkeergarage. Ook de kamer en badkamer zijn groot.

Wij verbleven 4 nachten en de kamer is niet eenmaal schoongemaakt. En 's avonds bij aankomst moesten we bij de receptie iedere keer vragen om schone handdoeken. Toezegging dat de manager contact zou opnemen en dat de kamer na de 3e nacht zou worden schoongemaakt en ook de prullenbakken geleegd en toiletpapier aangevuld zou worden, werden niet nagekomen. Door één van de medewerksters werden wij als leugenaars uitgemaakt. Wij hadden het kaartje om niet gestoord te worden aan de buitenkant van de deur laten hangen. Mooi niet, dus maar de foto laten zien dat dit onjuist was. Geen excuus, maar volharden en dan het verkeerde kamernummer noemen. Bij uitchecken aangegeven dat de manager vóór 12.00 per mail contact moest opnemen. Nu, 17.16 nog steeds niets gehoord. Al met al raden wij dit hotel absoluut niet aan.

ロケーションが何より便利でした。空港のシャトルバスや地下鉄まですぐ行けます。また、スタッフの対応も丁寧であり、ベッドメイキングや備品、部屋の広さや清潔感もクオリティの高いものでした。海外のホテルで宿泊するときにある「ここがちょっとなぁ」という残念感が一つもないところで、日本のかたにも強くお勧めできます。日本のホテルに慣れているかたは、歯ブラシや寝間着はないので、持参されることをお勧めします（近くで購入もできますが）。

朝食のバリエーションはもう少し欲しいと思いました。朝食付きというだけでもちろんありがたいのですが。

Très propre et calme.

Le seul petit point négatif, est que la chambre était vraiment petite. J’étais avec trois ados, nous avons été correcte pour dormir, mais il n’y avait pas beaucoup de place pour circuler, et fermé la porte de la salle de bain était un défi. Cependant, je n’hésiterais pas à relouer cette chambre.

No closet, or shelves or hangers. Only drawers provided which are not what travellers need, I had to hang my dresses in the bathroom! This should be addressed. The shower head holder in room 303 was not positioned properly, this should be fixed. The Canadian flag outside the entrance was not hanging properly and it’s inappropriate, this needs to be fixed. Of course the Quebec flag was fine 🙄

The young lady who checked us in was very helpful. She accommodated us when we arrived early and found us a wonderful room overlooking the street. She also gave very helpful advice about parking.

The only complaint is the VERY bright light emanating from the air conditioner. A night light in the bathroom, instead, would have been appreciated.

La moquette in camera. La colazione di scarsa qualità. La posizione dell’hotel è strategica peccato però la vicinanza ad un parco mal frequentato.

ロケーションがとても良く、便利だった。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後にもスーツケースを預けることができて助かった。共有スペースがゆったりしていて飲み物も十分あり、くつろぐことができた。

This is a good budget friendly hotel situated close to transportation. The facilities were clean and the breakfast offered has good selections. The Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing I did not like was that there was no chair in the room. I realize the rooms are compact but any kind of chair would be prefrred to having to use the bed to sit.

Petit-déjeuner correct, sans plus. Très bien situé, proche du métro et de la gare routière.

Amabilité relative du personnel, jeune : le sourire n’était pas toujours affiché. Propreté de la chambre à revoir, le ménage était fait un jour sur deux. Nous avons eu par deux fois et sans raison la chambre PMR, bruyante car évidemment près des accès. Et pourtant baignoire très glissante. Rapport qualité-prix à revoir à la baisse.

No se podía regular el aire acondicionado, la máquina hacía muchísimo ruido y las luces y los sensores por la noche se veían muchísimo y destelleban. Además limpiaban las habitaciones cada dos días, con lo cual la cama solo la hacían cada dos días y te cambiaban las toallas cada dos días. Además solamente había un ascensor bastante lento. Además a la ducha le faltaba una puerta, que no habían repuesto.

Petit déjeuner copieux et localisation parfaite pour visiter Montréal : à 2 pas de la station métro Berri UQAM qui dessert 3 lignes, proximité de la rue sainte Catherine pour le magasinage. On a y été en famille et avons apprécié le séjour dans cet hôtel.

Desayuno muy escaso, solo con 2 piezas de fruta. Nada de bollería. Sin ningún cambio en los 5 días que estuvimos. El estore de la ventana no subía más de 20 cm. Se lo dijimos el 2⁰ día y no lo arreglaron.

Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais très sommaire : il y a peu de choix dans les boissons. Et la salle à manger est trop petite par rapport au nombre de clients.

Les points forts sont nombreux. L'hôtel était d'une propreté irréprochable, honnêtement, c'est probablement l'un des hôtels les plus propres où j'ai séjourné. Beaucoup d'établissements pourraient s'en inspirer. Le personnel était toujours très aimable et accueillant, la chambre était fonctionnelle et bien pensée, et l'emplacement est excellent : très central, à proximité de l'UQAM et 500 m de la station de métro, à environ 1,5 km du Palais des congrès, juste à côté du Quartier latin et pas loin du du Vieux-Port et du Vieux-Montréal. On accède également très facilement à la station d'où part le bus pour l'aéroport, accessible en environ une heure.

Le petit-déjeuner était le principal point faible. Toute la vaisselle (assiettes, couverts, gobelets) était en carton et jetable, ce qui est dommage d'un point de vue environnemental. Je pense qu'il y a des solutions plus durables. Le choix proposé était également assez limité, les plats étaient à peine chauds et peu appétissants. L'isolation phonique n'est pas parfaite : on entend facilement les bruits du couloir et des chambres voisines. Cela dit, ce n'était pas particulièrement gênant. Enfin, un petit détail pratique : il manque un endroit pour suspendre les vêtements. Un simple porte-manteau ou quelques patères avec deux ou trois cintres seraient largement suffisants et rendraient la chambre plus fonctionnelle.

Camas confortáveis e funcionaria da recepção thaynara muito educada e nos deu excelentes dicas de passeios! Andamos a pé para o Porto antigo, localização segura para famílias.

Na entrada do hotel há uma pequena escada e tive que subir as malas por ela.

Chambre petite dont la fenêtre donne sur un mur à 1m. Peu de lumière. Climatisation bruyante. Petit-déjeuner low-cost en sous-sol. Pas de ménage quotidien (vider les poubelles, faire le lit). Mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

La proximité des lignes du métro est appréciable. La literie est confortable. La propreté des chambres est correcte.

Situé derrière la gare routière, le quartier rassemble beaucoup de sans-domicile. L'isolation phonique entre les chambres et avec le couloir est inexistante, on entend les autres occupants de l'hotel. Le petit déjeuner est d'une qualité moyenne (omelette et saucisses, machine à pancakes, muffin sous vide, couverts en bois et assiettes en carton).

The location

​I am incredibly disappointed by the atrocious lack of hygiene and basic service at this property. Housekeeping is practically non-existent, they only changed our towels once in four days, and we had to walk down to the lobby ourselves to ask for toilet paper. ​The bathroom was a disaster zone: the ventilation system was broken, and without a window, the room became a stagnant trap for moisture and bad smells. They didn't even bother to provide hand soap or a toilet brush. Combined with paper-thin walls that let in every bit of outside noise, I barely got any sleep. This place completely failed to meet even the bare minimum standards of hospitality.

It was very central. Great for walking around and close to a laundromat. The breakfast was good too.

We stayed in a room for four people, but it took quite a while for the hotel to provide enough towels. Throughout our stay, someone was always missing a towel, shampoo, or another basic bathroom amenity, which was frustrating. At breakfast, we discovered that the milk had expired. We realized it had gone bad when we warmed it up and noticed it had curdled, with clumps floating on the surface. Unfortunately, some of us had already consumed the spoiled milk before the issue was identified. To the hotel’s credit, the staff replaced the milk once we informed them, but this should never have happened in the first place. Overall, while the staff resolved the issue, the lack of attention to basic room supplies and food quality affected our experience.

On arrival there was no room allocated and we were forced to move to another hotel. Not happy . especially after a transatlantic flight. Very very annoying and tiring
