Kind and helpful employees. Very good value for money.

Queues at the front desk took ages. You could never expect to get done in 2 minutes as there was always people already waiting and they always took way longer than they should have. Hotel is dark and dingy, but that's just where it needs modernising. Breakfast offering is terrible, unless you are happy putting terrible processed crap into your body. Only thing that was passable was eggs, but it took too long to be replenished that we walked to the supermarket and bought yogurt and fruit instead.

Daytime staff need to listen properly when a customer is speaking and not assume they know what the guest wants before they’re finished. Especially the lady in charge, she comes across as arrogant. I was told maintenance would arrive in 10 minutes and after following up twice, 6 hours later I went to reception and all she could do is make excuses and no apology. They never turned up .

Hôtel trop cher pour la qualité proposée L’établissement n’est pas entretenue, papier peint qui se décolle dans les chambres, équipements de la salle de bain rouillée, moquette sale dans les escaliers et couloirs et le plus insupportable le manque d’isolation des chambres ( on entendait notre voisin se moucher…..) et le tout avec un petit déjeuner inexistant!! Une honte par rapport au prix

Hôtel bien placé, mais beaucoup de drogués aux abords de l'hôtel. On ne se sent pas toujours en sécurité. Le personnel a souvent l'air de mauvaise humeur on a souvent l'impression qu'on les dérange quand on vient leur posé une question (peut être que c'est dû a la direction et l'ambiance de travail). Les draps étaient déjà tâchés quand on est arrivé et le sont restés le temps de notre séjour Et le petit déjeuner est infâme. Si jamais vous lisez ce commentaire, peut être serait il judicieux de considérer un autre hôtel.

L'emplacement prêt du métro est essentiel.

The staff were nice

The hotel is on a one way street. You have to go around 4 blocks to be able to get back to the parking garage. Parking is an extra $45 which wasn’t mentioned on my reservation. We were on floor 2, but the elevator stops at 200/300, so when you get off the elevator, you have to take the stairs either up or down to your floor. Everything is dark! The front lobby is dark, the room floor is dark, the room is dark. Our “view” was of the parking garage. It’s the kind of place you want to leave your shoes on at all times (I’m Canadian, we tend to take our shoes off at the door) the bed was REALLY uncomfortable, and the shower drain never drained. I took a shower that night and the water was still there the next morning. And the room smelled vaguely of urine. Not sure if it was because the room was warm and musty or just not clean. Breakfast was included, and consisted of a bread bar, croissants, cereal, a giant bowl of what I can only imagine was yogurt (but I don’t actually know for sure) , and juice/coffee. The hotel emailed me 8 times between check in and when we left (including 3 receipts for the room, the parking, and the deposit of $250 which won’t be returned for up to 10 days), and then another 2 times after. They gave me a coupon for 50% off my next stay, we will NOT be going back.

The ladies at the front desk were very racist. Management need to check on that one. Very bad.

L'emplacement est bien, facile d'accès depuis le métro. La chambre est grande et confortable. Dommage la climatisation était en panne durant notre séjour et pas de fenêtre pour ventiler, mais nous avons bien dormi. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il y a quelques points à revoir. Nous avons nettoyé notre table et le café était très dilué mais il y a le minimum pour un en-cas avant de partir. Nous sommes restés très étonnés de l'utilisation de tellement de vaisselle jetable. Globalement comme point de chute, le rapport qualité/prix reste intéressant.

Very convenient to the metro station that has multiple lines. Breakfast was decent and it's nice to have safe and secure parking. It's also walking distance to some nice restaurants.

The room in the bathroom have peeling wallpaper and spackled walls. The toilet seat was extremely loose and I had to tighten it myself. And the shower worked but wasn't great

Les chambres sont vetustes, notre fenêtre ne fermait pas, nos WC étaient cassés ( robinet qui fuyait), plafond taché. Petit déjeuner bien maigre. Tables sales, peu de place. Café à l'allure de tisane. Les employés sont accueillants mais font avec ce qu'ils peuvent.

The staff could be a little friendlier rather than answering in one word. They could be more welcoming and approachable. I noticed people sleeping on the sofas in the lobby. The entire building needs renovation, especially the elevator and gym. The breakfast is okay but could use some improvement.

Abbiamo dormito bene, stanza pulita e silenziosa. Colazione accettabile, non fornitissima ma a noi è andata bene così. Posizione ottima per raggiungere ogni punto di Montréal a piedi, con eventualmente metro e bus a pochi minuti dall'albergo. In complesso esperienza positiva

Aria condizionata non funzionante: per la stagione in cui abbiamo soggiornato è andata bene, col caldo penso che la stanza sia invivibile

Rien...aucun professionalisme et je n'ai su qu'à la dernière minute que la chambre dans laquelle j'allais loger n'avait d'air conditionné. L'établissement m'a confirmé qu'il allait me rembourser et j'ai du courir de gauche à droite pour obtenir ce remboursement que je n'ai pas encore vu sur mon mode de paiement original!

Le fait que je doive courir derrière le service client de booking et la réception de l'hôtel pour que le remboursement soit effectif

Non mi sono piaciute 2 cose. 1) siamo scesi a fare colazione un po piu tardi e I tavoli erano sporchi. Non vengono puliti dello sporco che lasciano i precedenti clienti. Inoltre é disorganizzato. A volte basta poco per fare le cose bene ma se le persone che lavorano per le colazioni non sono organizzate é perche il gestore non le ha aiutate abbastanza ad organizzarsi. 2) con semplicità abbiamo denunciato alla reception la mancanza del phono per asciugare i capelli. Non solo abbiamo avuto un disagio ma addirittura inizialmente volevano farcelo pagare. Poi non lo abbiamo pagato ma anche qui è emersa la disorganizzazione. E il nostro disagio è rimasto.

The location is fairly central

Booked for 4 nights for two guests. One room had a broken AC with an open ceiling vent blowing uncontrolled warm air which couldn't be stopped, visible mould around the vent, no hot water, and windows sealed shut. Due to a severe skin allergy, my friend couldn't stay in the room at all and had to book elsewhere immediately. My own room's air was also stale with windows sealed. We tried to cancel the next morning, before checkout, but reception refused and management only agreed to a partial refund later that day, still leaving us charged for several nights neither of us used. A 250 CAD deposit per person also wasn't disclosed anywhere before check-in. We noticed everyone checking in being surprised by this, they only tell you after you've checked-in too, so if you wanted to cancel they'd charge you a night as cancellation fee then no matter what. Very shady practices. Other issues during the stay: a large spilled water puddle in a common breakfast area left unattended and not cleaned up, a brief unexplained power outage isolated to the hotel, and a poor continental breakfast, just some cheap juice and stale croissants. Would not recommend to anyone. We left and booked a different place for half the price for our remaining stay. Oh and they have an automated email when you checkout which gives you 50% off your next stay when you book directly. Which means they're charging double for your first stay and trying to avoid booking.com customers.

When we reached to check in, Ac was not working and no other room was available to accommodate , it was long waiting time get help.

La poignée de porte de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas bien donc on n'a pas fermé la porte de notre séjour pour ne pas rester enfermé. Le 250$ qu'il fallait prendre sur notre carte de crédit en caution est exagérément chère. Le déjeuner était compris mais il était très "cheap".

Excellent overall. Bathroom light was very dim. They provided plenty of towels, fridge etc. Jut, there was no Microwave-- that would be a big help.
