The staff was terrific. The chocolate chip cookies that they gave to the guests at check-in were very tasty! The shuttles to and from the airport worked perfectly. The room was perfect; clean, comfy, and spacious. The hotel is a little far from the center of Boston, but I enjoyed getting to know the city through the bus, train, and subway. The staff was very good at giving directions. The cost of the room reflects the location. It was, however, near the airport, which was exactly what I needed.
Can't think of anything.
I booked this DoubleTree because I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, with literally millions of HH points, and I’m treated so well at the Hilton DoubleTree Orlando Airport. When I called from Logan Airport for the free airport shuttle, at 11:50 pm, I was told by the desk agent the shuttle had just completed it’s last run and did not pick up after midnight. I asked the staff person if these limited shuttle hours were advertised and she said yes. (I checked the Hilton app and the hours are not advertised.). After a $40 dollar cab ride for 3 miles, there was no manager to speak to until the following day at 11am, according to the desk staff. I was not offered my Diamond status room credit. I was not offered water and there was none in the room. The phone in room 603 was not working so I had to return to the desk for assistance.
Labfhi is good and helpfull Breakfast is too good
I liked that the front desk offered to book our taxi for an early morning flight (before the hotel shuttle) and said it would be covered. I also liked how close it was to the airport - very convenient.
I did not like that at 4am when the taxi driver dropped us off at the airport he said the fare had not been covered by the hotel and we would have to pay. I am still waiting for a reply from the hotel to remedy this.
I would rather not answer
Almost nothing from check in to face stone faced front desk clerk to check out
The location was perfect for me with closeness to train station and airport.
The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The public areas were a bit scruffy and worn.

Parking
Conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are updated but small. The bar tender was great and service was good.
Not the hotels fault. It just a nightmare getting there.
Room was lovely and spacious.
Never responded to any messages. Claimed that rollaway bed was available on request, then told on arrival that it wasn’t. Charged for two days parking when I only had a car for one.
Close to airport, convenient, clean, airport shuttle readily avail
I asked for a wake-up call at the front desk and they did not call. (The wake-up button on the room phone also did not work.). I could’ve missed my flight had a family member not called me.
The check-in was just fine--the front desk clerk was lovely. Made sure we got our cookies and even gave us water since we arrived at the wee hours of the morning. But the room spoiled the lovely check-in. There was hair on both beds, all over the bathroom floor, and debris (a child's ribbon) on the floor; overall, not clean! I used A LOT of Clorox wipes and slept in my clothes because it was just yucky. If it weren't so early in the morning and we only had 4 hours of sleep before getting up, I would have made a big stink about the room. The hotel could use a serious update! The bathroom tile was uneven, the caulking was stained, and the carpet was stained. And the mattresses were like bean bags--mushy and lumpy. I would expect much more from a DoubleTree by Hilton property. I don't recommend staying here unless you have no options because it definitely doesn't live up to the ratings I saw online.
Room was nice, comfortable, free shuttle from the airport. Located close to airport and cruise terminal, making it a great place to stay when flying in to catch a cruise.
The location - close to the train stop, the food, the staff, the pool. Our room was a good size.
Our floor and our room had a musty odor. We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. We felt like we were sleeping on an incline. There was a used bandaid on the bottom of the trash can and the shower head was turned so it would shower the whole bathroom.
Nice clean hotel with pleasant helpful staff at a good price.
Na
Very clean and friendly staff.
An exhaust fan in the restroom to help with smells would be good to have.
I don't know where to begin. We were there 3 nights. They only made our room up once. Had to go to front desk for fresh towels. Called and asked for fresh glasses and was told that they only provide one set of glasses per stay! Nice and close to commuter rail but noise from train made it hard to sleep at night. Not near any nice dining. The breakfast and dinner offered at hotel was less than mediocre and prices very high. I know hotels are expensive in the Boston area but $900.00 for what we got was a rip off.
Poor hotel when other options are available with better basic amenities. Refrigerator is broken in the room. Also the first shuttle doesn’t run until 5:00 making me pay $35 to get to the early flight. I’ll never come back here.
Very nice hotel
Great location for Logan transfer.
Excellent service. Chambre comfortable, excellent service de navette pour Logan airport. Nous avons laisse j Notre auto a l hotel pour 4 jours. Securitaire.
Tres bien.
The bed sheets were dirty with yellow spots the receptionist by passed me to check a group that arrived after me and never apologized she also dismissed the fact that’s I mentioned the fee for parking that to my knowledge was never mentioned in the website we paid more than what we had too for one night. She then looked down and rolled her eyes and as my husband was asking her why do we have to pay she just ignored him. I really think the $30 dollar were way to expensive and as first time customer something could have been done to satisfy us. She also proceeded to give us our key cards and didn’t even direct us to the elevator nor thanked us or said enjoy your stay. I work in a hospital and customer service is a must at all times.
Overall the room was very beautiful and clean.
Staff rude and didn’t tell me till check in. That parking was $30
Two things. I have stayed at double tree's before. This is among the nicer ones. The staff was working under stressful conditions during the storm and handled everything great.
It was a little further from the airport than I expected, but there was a shuttle and the driver was excellent.
Tudo muito bom
The room was clean, and comfortable, the heat was nice, I could set it the way I liked. The shower and bathroom were great.
The trains! A woman was on the phone in the other room. directly behind the bed I was in. Evidently there's no sound proofing in the walls, because I could hear everything she said, just like she was in the same room! She finally stopped around 11:30 so I didn't get much for sleep.
tired facilities and overall appearance
The shuttle service was great. We ate in your pub and very satisfied as well.
Maybe we each could have had 2 cookies. Haha.
I loved the shuttle to/from the airport. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us a few historical facts about the city of Chelsea. Yari, who worked at the front desk was AMAZING. She tended to everything that we asked about. She was always there to help. Doubletree Hilton is lucky to have such a fine staff like Yari. :)
nothing
Breakfast was not worth the price. Free breakfasts at other hotels much better.
Good was mediocre.
Food in the restaurant was ok, breakfast was ok
Room had a very musky smell and signs of black mold in the show tile grout,
The woman at the reception desk on the left, with short hair, on January 1, 2026, whom I approached to ask a quick question in the early hours of the morning, was incredibly rude to me, a guest, in front of other people checking in. She was extremely rude; she didn't even consider whether I might have an emergency and told me she wasn't going to answer because she was attending to other guests, even though my simple question wouldn't have taken two seconds to answer. I think they shouldn't have people like that working in a hotel on New Year's Day, and this woman's attitude was the worst impression I've ever had.
My wife Ellen and I are long-time Hilton Honors members. We stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton-Chelsea near Boston's Logan Airport on October 9 to begin a planned New England fall color trip. As it turned out, a late summer-early fall drought prevented the typical explosion of fall colors in New Hampshire and Vermont and we cut the trip short and came home early on October 15, staying at this hotel again the night before we left. The problem arose from a requirement at the hotel that we pay in advance for our originally planned last night at the hotel on October 19. Long story short, the hotel charged us for three nights even though we only stayed two nights. The front desk refused to refund our payment for the third night, saying we would need to talk to the general manager, Kristin Kelley, who was not there. I called to speak to her three times since our stay, and she won't return my calls. So we are out about $500 (fall colors premium price) for the evening of the October 19, and she refuses to issue our refund even after I left several messages for her over a period of weeks! Weeks! In my opinion, Ms. Kelley should be fired. She has been completely unresponsive, and we feel cheated.
No free breakfast. Would be a 10/10 if they did.
Shuttle to airport. Gym and pool. Easy journey into Boston. Very clean.
Not a lot going on nearby, but chose hotel as near to airport for early morning flight.
room was nice and comfortable
food was not good. Ordered flatbread. Received it burnt on bottom. sent fack & was burnt on bottom again. Requested it to be taken off out bill.
very easy to reach from Logan airport and good starting point to explore the city. Bus and train just two minutes away. Large room and bathroom. Coffee maker in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free airport shuttle
the breakfast was very basic from a european POV, but ok to start the day. we had a room with two separate queen size beds of which one wasnt refreshed. The bed sheets clearly showed someone already slept in these, whereas the pillow and duvet was changed. Cleaning wasnt done the next day until we explicitely asked for it at the reception.
The staff are very friendly
The room and the floor smelt really damp. I have asthma and had breathing problems due to the condensation and damp on the windows. Breakfast was basic, the fruit (melon) was rock hard. The location is not pleasant and we couldn’t find anything nice (other than gas/service stations) within walking distance.
The cookies and the staff was nice
The room we stayed in had water stained ceilings, bathroom needs walls repaired, refrigerator was dirty, bathroom.needs a complete overhaul. Having to pay parking 30 dollars per day being a guest there it should be included in your stay.
the staff were very helpful
the hotel was very close to the train track, so noisy as train hooting often. i found the paying for parking a little expensive.
It was fine. Nothing spectacular
Hotel room was clean and reasonably comfortable.
Proximity to transport hub.
Air conditioning was a little noisy
We had a queen room. Limited suitcase space.
Great place to stay
Hotel shuttle was very convenient
Shuttle was prompt, staff were considerate and friendly, room was clean and well stocked. Overall good stay!
The room was clean, but the wifi would not work in the room. Also, at 3am, when the hotel day turns over, the message light started flashing brightly on the house phone next to the bed. Staff said it was because of a glitch in the system and the entire 3rd floor (we were in 335) was affected. There was no solution, so why put people on the 3rd floor to be awakened at 3am? "Just cover up the light," was the suggested solution. There was a limited but delicious menu of pub food in the bar/restaurant for dinner. No plane noises, but there are train whistles. I am put to sleep by train whistles, but others might not be. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great, a big plus. The welcome cookies are warm and good.
Clean room
Nice, and clean. Unfortunately I checked out 1 day early but didn't receive a refund for the night.. That's disappointing customer service
Although the hotel was convenient to the Chelsea MTA stop, that meant that the multiple horn blasts of the frequent trains were readily transmitted to the hotel. The adjacent street was also apparently a major truck corridor especially through the night. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean. The shuttle to the airport ran frequently and was very handy.
Helpful staff made my stay worthwhile.
I loved the hotel and I would stay there again. However I was very disappointed with the website from Expedia. They said that tax were included. But when I received the bill I had a statement of 50 dollars additional tax
Bathroom was okay on cleanliness. The plumbing in the bathroom was terrible in the hotel room. Power went out one night. Got double charged for parking but got it fixed. Otherwise it was fine.
We used the hotel shuttle
Would have preferred better dining choices in the hotel. Luckily there were options to eat in the local area
Room had musty smell. Nice bed. Nice breakfast. Metro train nearby nice but noisy
Nice
