Very clean, comfortable and good selection for complimentary breakfast

The location was convenient to the airport and access to highways. However it was in an industrial area. Had to pay for parking which wasn't ideal. Having said that I would return.

After traveling for 8 nights, the room was TREMENDOUS! The breakfast was complete and more, the free shuttle service was so appreciated, the beds were fabulous: The King Sofa Bed in the living room when we opened it up the mattress kept filling up and became a large thick mattress that was as comfortable as any of the beds.

The location is very noisy. They are located on a busy corner by a bridge crossing the river into town. Our room was on the second floor directly above the eating area, and on the corner of the building. Traffic was heavy, horns, loud music from cars, trucks, etc. The air conditioner helped to drown out some of the noise at night, but you now heard the A/C. If we had been in a different room or higher up it probably would have been much quieter.

The hotel was very nice but if you’re staying there for an extended time, there are no stores or restaurants nearby. If you don’t have a car, you would have to order delivery.

The reception was so unfriendly, the room was dirty and the bathroom had broken faucet. We asked to have the room cleaned on day 3, and they did not vacuum or clean the tub.

I had serious difficulties with the Shuttle as my phone did not work in the US. We got stuck at the airport station on our way back from down town Boston for 90 minutes on Friday evening. We had discussed the lack of a phone with the front desk on our arrival and advised that with their schedule we should wait no longer than 20 minutes. Two shuttles arrived during that time but one would not let us on as we had not phoned in and the other drove straight past. Eventually a good samaritan phoned the hotel for me and a shuttle came, but even then the driver was reluctant to let us on. A back up plan if phones do not work should be devised (my battery had run flat as well). A simple one is for the driver to phone and verify that we were staying at the hotel. The hotel offers a service that runs every 20 minutes from the hotel but the route should cover all stops for pickups, not just for those who call in.

As a Gold Elite Bonvoy I had a very disappointing stay at the TownePlace Suites Boston Logan Airport last week with my family, ahead of an early flight. A few issues made the stay far more difficult than it should have been: ∙ We didn’t have enough bedding and had to call down twice before extra linens arrived ∙ The privacy blinds in our room were broken ∙ Highway/traffic noise from outside was significant and made it hard to sleep ∙ Between the noise and the bedding delay, we woke up exhausted for our early flight ∙ Tried calling several times and no answer so I had to trek down to the front desk and wait in the line due to understaffing. ∙ Checked in and room wasn’t ready which was fine but I was never informed when it was ready and then had to wait in line and go through the check in process all over again. ∙ To make matters worse, the airport shuttle left before we could catch it, forcing us to book an Uber instead Given my loyalty to the Bonvoy program, I expected a much smoother experience, especially for a property so close to the airport where guests are often catching early flights.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered variety. Staff encountered was friendly and knowledgeable.

The parking cost is in addition to the room. The staffing was inadequate for the extra busy check in times.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer in Richtung Hof, dass war ideal. Frühstück war abgesehen vom Einweggeschirr gut( frischer Obstsalat, Joghurts, Eier...). Gleich um die Ecke ist die Busstation um in die Stadt zu gelangen(Umstieg nötig).

All staff were friendly, good breakfast (many options), clean and comfortable rooms, well maintained. Complementary shuttles to Logan airport starting at 4a (15 mins or so). Lobby also nice with 2 big screen TVs and spent several hours there after checkout as my flight was not until later in the evening.

There was nothing to dislike. Sometimes some noise from the street (traffic) but it didn’t keep me from sleeping. I was on the second floor so a higher floor would be quieter.

Proximity to the airport and the extra- pool, gym and breakfast included . Also loved the layout of the room, the noise canceling sound box. Nice touch overall!

Decent hotel that is a little out on a limb but travel to and from Boston is very easy with the bus terminal directly opposite the hotel. You can take the sl3 to the airport or into town. Or you can choose to take the metro from the airport. It’s all very easy. Breakfast was ok but not set up for how busy the hotel was during our stay. Having to pay for your room to be service is a bit of a con. You’re asked at reception if you’d like your room serviced but not told there’s a $20 charge. All hotel team really helpful You can get a shuttle to the airport that the hotel provides. Grab a Charlie card from a station for travelling it’s so cheap. It’s like an Oyster card

Capilla del lavabo era extremadamente pequeña y no había ningún sitio un lugar para colgar las toallas de baño de mano. El funcionamiento de la ducha es endiablado. El desayuno muy regular, especialmente en un Hotel cercano al aeropuerto donde quieres a la mañana siguiente desayunar razonablemente bien porque has venido de viaje largo. La reacción caída precio está muy desequilibrada

Shuttle from and to airport. Staff and shuttle driver were very pleasant. Breakfast was satisfying, lots of choices. Waffles scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurts and lots of toppings. Coffee, juice, tea,ice water. No complaints.

In a very unacceptable area. Nothing nearby no maid service over the weekend understaffed repeatedly called to get shuttle service. No answer. Was put on hold and told front desk was checking in customer tried to say all I wanted was to be picked up. 30 dollars a night for parking in an open area in as said unacceptable area. Breakfast was adequate although they ran out of items. One toaster two opening. Had to stand in line to get toast Awful. I’ve been Marriott faithful for many years. Am titanium elite lifetime and this rates as one of the worst Marriott experiences I’ve had

We had a lovely one-bedroomed king suite (Suite 230) which was very well equipped. Extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom - the shower was fantastic. Individually controlled air-con. Great kitchen facilities. The breakfasts were brilliant. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool & gym. Plenty of parking.

We used this as an overnight stay because we had a very early flight out of Logan. We used the airport shuttle to/from the airport and found it efficient and quick (about 10 minutes at 4 am - the first shuttle of the morning).

No complaints. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast because of early departure.

I requested a quiet upper floor room and was given a noisy second floor room overlooking the public bus launching spot. The hotel is in Chelsea and separated from the airport in East Boston by a drawbridge which goes up on demand when ships either entering or leaving port pass through. If there are several, it can take more than a half hour of sitting on the shuttle in either direction.

We had requested an upper floor, quiet room, but were given a second floor room a few feet above the very noisy public bus stop; the buses ran from 4 am to midnight. The room was fine except for the inconveniently placed tv, on the left wall. Be aware that the hotel is in Chelsea, separated from a drawbridge which opens and stays open for at least 20 minutes whenever a ship needs to pass. Leave lots of time for the shuttle to and from the hotel and airport in East Boston.

The only downside is the traffic noise in the area. It was fine overnight for sleeping with our ambient noise app. Of course location can’t be beat for traveling/airport.
