Signage needed at buffet. Cover your cough. Have Chelsea DPH provide signs in breakfast area. Too many people coughing without covering their mouths. Also guests should have to show room key before admittance. I saw 2 desperate families resting at the buffet than crossed the street after the free breakfast

The staff was amazing!!! The location wasn’t in a bad or good spot, not inconvenient and located right across from a shopping center which was nice and walkable.

The cleanliness. I walked into my room and it immediately smelt like someone’s body odor. It made me think the room hadn’t been wiped down with cleaner or the sheets changed. I found belongings of other guest on the floor and even a bug in the bed. I had been traveling for over a week at that point and wanted to take advantage of the washer/dryer but when I went to use it I could see mold and I’m assuming lime scale caked on the inside of the washer like it had never been cleaned. I didn’t have a choice so I used it and it left a smell in my “clean” clothes.

Esoso il costo del parcheggio esterno all'Hotel non custodito (30$ a notte). Sono arrivato 2 ore prima del check in, per anticipare l'assegnazione della camera mi hanno chiesto 75$! Per fortuna il servizio per depositare le valigie era gratuito.

My room faced some kind of transportation hub and all night I heard the beeping of trucks backing up. I couldn't find a way to keep the fan running to cover the noise. Then around 7 a.m. they started playing music of some kind in the hallways. Also somehow I missed that they were going to charge me $31.88 to park my car overnight.

The rooms were nice and clean.The staff was very polite.The breakfast was great

When arriving at 5, there was no hot water, they were working on the system.We did not get hot water till 11 o'clock.That night which was a bummer because I wanted a shower before I went to bed and had to wake up early in the morning.

Llamas al llegar al aeropuerto y te vienen a recoger lo que está muy bien es el mismo Bus que en las fotos te llaman al llegar ya que es grande el sitio del aeropuerto . Tiene buen precio pero está fuera de Boston ciudad para ir a la ciudad hay un bus cercano por ejemplo pero para la Vuelta no. Tiene tiendas y restaurantes alrededor .

O quarto é espaçoso. Confortável. O serviço de transfer é bom. Só tomem cuidado ao mostrar o endereço do hotel para o motorista no Aeroporto. Porque tem outro hotel com esse mesmo nome. O motorista nos levou para o hotel errado, e como era tarde da noite, tivemos que pegar um Uber para o outro hotel.

The location is great if you want to be close to the airport. There’s some stores and restaurants across of the hotel and is very convenient.

The only thing I didn’t like is, when I turned on one of the lights a hair was hanging. Other than no complains

Location was sketchy in an industrial area. Only good thing was shuttle service to the airport. And a very nice Mexican restaurant across the street. Would not like to walk around at night.

My only issue was with the airport shuttle. The instructions were to call, but first, no one would answer. Then, got an answer and put on hold over 7 minutes. Finally, they requested a driver come with another ride company, and I received a text with the time they would arrive. That time came and got another text that the ride was complete, except I was still there waiting and no one had come. Had to call again and wait on hold to request a second pickup. Took about an hour from first attempt to arrival.

Bella struttura, pulita, vicino all aeroporto e al centro città, molto comoda la navetta gratuita da e per l aeroporto. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, il letto è molto comodo, colazione semplice ma buona. Ho soggiornato qui sia al mio arrivo a Boston sia la notte prima della mia partenza da boston e mi sono trovata bene entrambe le volte!

Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno con doccia molto grande e comoda. Colazione continentale e caffè sempre disponibile. È un po' fuori dal centro di Boston ma con 40 minuti ci si arriva tramite mezzi pubblici

We arrived late and the young lady at the desk was AMAZING. We were exhausted after a long day of traveling and she (should have got her name) couldnt have been more helpful. She was engaging, helpful and made our stay the best. Please find out who was working Tuesday night (Aug 11th) & buy her a meal, raise...something. She was awesome! I have worked in mgmt for 25 years and appreciate great staff.

It is ok for the airport and there are buses to go downtown, but the stops are 10-12 minutes away, it would be ideal if the shuttle could drop you off or pick you up at these stops on its way to/from the airport.

Stayed 2 nights and when I arrived I asked for 2 extra pillows, staff said ok... I had to ask 3 more times in the two days and never received them at all. Never any coffee ready in the mornings. I had terrible getting another set of towels that I had to ask for three times. Also the air conditioning kept turning off and not turning back on until you get out of bed and restart it with wall thermostat. I had to get up 3 times a night to get out working again. Worse stay I've had in a Hilton and I've been Hilton member for about 12 years.

La struttura è moderna le camere sono ampie e dotate di comfort. Il personale è stato gentile, ho avuto un problema con la fatturazione e lo staff ha prontamente risposto e quindi risolto il problema. The building is modern, the rooms are large and equipped with comfort. The staff was kind, I had a problem with the billing and the staff responded promptly and solved my problem.

Come indicato in altra recensione la struttura si trova fuori mano se si vuole usufruire del centro invece risulta comoda per l’aeroporto in quanto dotata di navetta molto conveniente. La colazione potrebbe essere arricchita ancora un po As indicated in another review, the hotel is a little out of the way if you want to enjoy the city center, instead it is very convenient for the airport as it has a very convenient shuttle. The breakfast could be enriched a little more

Close but far from Boston Logan due to old road system. Hotel is new, rooms are well appointed. Breakfast was basic minus… otherwise a good stay.

Even though it's a bit out of the way for the airport, this hotel is clean and comfy and quiet. Although it is similar to other Hamptons around Boston Logan, it is a bit more modern and well-kept so better value than some of the other places around.

Because you have to call to request their free shuttle it is not possible if you don't arrive with an American phone number. But once you're at the hotel the shuttle service is good.

We had a great stay at this hotel. About a week before our arrival, we had a package delivered from an online shopping website, and the hotel was happy to receive it for us, which we really appreciated. The rooms were incredibly spacious, much larger than we expected, making our stay even more comfortable. There was an issue with my credit card, and I was accidentally charged multiple times. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly canceled the duplicate charges, so everything was resolved without any problems. We also arranged an airport shuttle through the hotel. The transfer was smooth, and they took us to the airport exactly at the time we had requested.

La chambre était très propre, très spacieuse et très agréable. Les deux grands lits doubles pour deux personnes étaient particulièrement appréciables ! Le petit-déjeuner était complet. Les gaufres étaient délicieuses, et il y avait à la fois du salé, du sucré ainsi que des fruits, ce qui est un très bon point. Le personnel a été très agréable, gentil et également très à l’écoute. Il y avait aussi de l’eau à disposition pour remplir les gourdes, ainsi que du café, du thé et du chocolat chaud à emporter gratuitement.

L’hôtel était un peu excentré par rapport à Boston. Il fallait beaucoup marcher pour rejoindre l’arrêt de bus, puis effectuer au moins une correspondance pour se rendre dans le centre-ville. Le quartier peut être un peu rebutant au premier abord, car il s’agit principalement d’une zone commerciale et d’activités. Cependant, nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème particulier.

The washer broke the entire stay. However, the manager was nice about it and made sure I was compensated.

We have stayed here multiple times when in Boston. It's conveniently close to the airport. There is a Market Basket shopping center across the street with a Starbucks and Five Guys. The location is quiet. Heating and a/c work well. Good breakfast is included. Good airport shuttle availability.

They charge for early check in. This hotel fills up frequently so I can get expensive when they are busy.

Very easy check in. We arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight and the hotel staff recognized how tired we were and did everything possible to get us tucked into our room as quickly as possible! Very clean room and excellent breakfast.

Location and the shuttle to and from airport. The driver was great. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre compared to other H Inns we have stayed in. When you are returning a rental car timing is everything so not being able to check in earlier than 3 p.m. without a $75 fee is not right. We had to sit in lobby for hours waiting.

The two washing machines were broken and there was only one sign in one of them. In the room of the washing machine the chairs were broken. And also one of the elevators was broken.

The breakfast was lacking. It’s kinda what you expect for a free breakfast at this caliber of a hotel. I probably have high standards because I work at a Forbes 5 star hotel as the breakfast chef. I just think it could be better if higher quality products were used. It’s all cheap highly processed foods. I at hard boiled eggs because I wouldn’t eat anything else. I was grateful for the hard boiled eggs. Otherwise I would have skipped breakfast.

Breakfast was fine. Room was fine. Front desk was helpful, especially going out of her way to connect me with another guest for dinner. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable.

We took the shuttle marked "Hampton Inn" to the wrong location -- as did at least two others of which I am aware. When we boarded the van, the driver asked if we were going to "Hampton Inn." He did NOT indicate mention that he was headed for Revere, not Chelsea. We had to take a Lyft to Chelsea. My husband is in his 80s; it was raining; we had lots of luggage. Fortunately a young man in the same position helped us, but it is irresponsible of Hampton not to check with those boarding the vans. So easy to mark the van clearny and ask for clarification. We won't return.

It was clean, comfortable, and friendly and I would stay again if I need a hotel near the airport!

Great clean property

So, this hotel is in a strange industrial area and I was nervous at first. However, the hotel was clean and rooms were good. There was a shuttle to the airport which was a major bonus since we had an early flight. We only stayed here due to ease of getting to the airport. Ciao Pizza nearby was delicious for dinner!

Website needs to specify the airport shuttle has specific hours. I booked there with the main reason of airport shuttle which we needed for 3am and shuttle service did not start until 4am. Other than that great service.

Let's start with the rude 'greeting' by the front desk person, Tony. It was clear he was overwhelmed with requests from customers calling the front desk, people checking in, and difficulty with the computer. Then, he admits that he was working alone because someone didn't show up for their shift. I am sorry to hear that, AND...that does not give you the right or privilege to treat people unkindly. I witnessed this clerk hang up on calls twice. I witnessed this clerk raise his voice on the phone. I witnessed this clerk sigh heavily and loudly. When he could not locate my reservation, he indicated that it was my fault. I gave him a confirmation number, and when he said that was through a third party, that was all he said. He did not ask if it was under a different name, or if there was another number. While I felt bad for him, it does not excuse his unprofessional or unkind behavior. After shrugging his shoulders and saying he could do nothing, I asked if there was a room available. He said yes, and that I would have to pay full price for it, which I eventually did. However, now I have to contact my credit card to get my points refunded since that is how the reservation was purchased. Honestly, it was a nightmare. It was already stressful enough trying to figure out how to get to the airport, return a rental car, and check in for our flight very early the next morning. The room itself was satisfactory, clean, and met our limited needs. The breakfast in the morning was subpar at best.

The people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean and had adequate electrical outlets for recharging electronics. There was a free breakfast.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but it was difficult to get much information about it. I called the hotel twice. The first time the system put me on hold and i hung up. The second time I got to a human who answered the phone only to say that she was going to put me on hold. She spoke too rapidly, making it hard to understand. I eventually took an Uber to the hotel and found that the shuttles go once an hour from the hotel to the airport.

The hotel is well managed and the staff is well trained. The desk clerk actually read my reservation request and changed our preassigned room to a quieter one. However, the hotel is located in a surprisingly high-traffic area and you cannot escape the airport noise. The courtesy airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was quite adequate.

I was incorrectly charged during checkout and when I asked about it, the staff member responded in a dismissive and hostile way. After checking, he confirmed I was correct but did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. I’m more concerned about the way this was handled than the error itself.
