es incómodo que las habitaciones den al patio interior, y no tengan ventana. El desayuno es muy lento, lo que obliga a salir tarde de excursión. Deberían mejorar eso.

I never leave reviews, but Grana was an absolute dream. Everything was very intentional with amenities and design and staff were all incredibly helpful and kind., Breakfast and the stunning kitchen was a highlight of our trip. It was perfectly located and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super location, tasteful chic decor, super comfy room on the first floor, great bfast, coffee & tea available 24/7, lovely helpful staff, yoga on the roof - just great and really worth it.

nothing really but make sure to get a room on the first floor. the ones downstairs give directly on the courtyard, while the loft where my boys stayed is a bit dark and noisy as its just above the kitchen.

L'hôtel magnifique. La situation en plein centre. Nous avions loué deux chambres, dont la petite (au rez-de-chaussée, sombre et exigüe) nous a déçus. Mais après une nuit, nous avons été surclassés sans frais pour deux nuits dans une splendide suite au rez, donnant sur la rue. Un grand merci à l'établissement pour ce geste commercial très apprécié ! A une exception près (cf infra), tout le personnel est adorable et prévenant.

Les règles intérieures, trop strictes à notre goût : on nous fait signer des engagements à notre arrivée ; pas de possibilité de fumer sur l'immense et belle terrasse en rooftop, alors qu'elle était déserte la plupart du temps ; notre petit chien devait être tenu en laisse. La musique new age… Au petit-déjeuner : une seule machine à café, donc parfois la queue… peu de tables dans la cour, donc on peut se retrouver à manger dans la grande table du buffet avec d'autres clients (ce qui ne nous est pas arrivé !). Et un choix assez restreint (un seul jus, et en salé, un plat à commander). Enfin, la responsable clientèle ne semblait pas trop nous apprécier ! ;-)

Charming B&B with a fabulous breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and great rooftop bar to watch the sun set over the city. The rooms were really nice and comfortable.

Great hospitality and great amenities on the property. Breakfast was good. The property is so beautiful and we quite enjoyed the rooftop bar.

You can basically hear anyone who’s talking in their rooms who is staying at the property, there are thin walls/doors- but we didn’t mind that too much. It was still pretty quiet the entire stay.

This small hotel was a private home built in the 17th Century and retains much of it's charm, although it's been updated with modern infrastructure. It's located on a small square where artists display their wares and very close to the Santa Domingo Cathedral and cultural center.

I booked a room with two separate bedrooms. Not a real problem, just a surprise.

I am an avid traveler and this is one of my top hotels ever! The property is wonderful, rooms are comfortable, with every convenience you need. But the best of all, is the amazing breakfast included with the rate. Beyond delicious, with made to order items as well as a great display of pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Run, dont walk!

The acoustics are not great for a hotel, with the central courtyard. Most guests are very respectful but unfortunately during our stay members of a wedding party (to be held there later that week) began to arrive, and they were extremely loud and disruptive, yelling in the courtyard area late at night upon returning to the hotel, as well as taking over the breakfast area with very loud talking (and not using the large communal table inside that would have been ideal for their group and allowed other guests some peace). I appreciate this is not totally in the hotel’s control, but if guests act that way when you have other paying guests it should be addressed, maybe just make all weddings be a full buyout so other guests are not impacted.

The standard rooms are really overpriced for what you get. We had stayed in a suite previously, which I recommend, but the standard room was totally tiny and dark, which would be fine but it wasn’t priced accordingly. Lovely place. Well appointed rooms, very stylish but thoughtfully put together with everything you could need. Beautiful rooftop area to watch the sunset and get a different view over Oaxaca. The staff were exceptional. So helpful and when we missed some breakfasts due to an early tour and our flight, they arranged a packed sandwich, apple and cookie for us. One time they did they at 3am! Truly exceptional service.

What a lovely hotel! The shared spaces and our room were beautiful. Omar and his team were incredibly helpful. And the breakfast is amazing! I can't wait to return.

Because of the hotel's central location, it can be a bit noisy. The noise, however, did not end up bothering us very much. It is still worth staying at this hotel!

where to begin? grana b&b is an absolute gem in oaxaca. from the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, calm, and beautifully curated. the rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and full of character while still feeling warm and welcoming. the location is perfect - peaceful yet close enough to walk everywhere. the staff truly make this place special. everyone we encountered was kind, attentive and super helpful. breakfast was a real highlight. we loved the daily specials and the the ladies in the kitchen took great care of us. the food was outstanding and really highlighted local flavours and ingredients. every detail felt intentional, from the design to the hospitality. bonus points for the rooftop bar and morning yoga!

honestly everything was fantastic. the ground floor rooms open straight onto the courtyard so worth considering when you are booking your room, but it did not really bother us.

Our stay at GRANA B&B was phenomenal, I have stayed at plenty of properties before but this one really set higher standards. The personnel made it so heart warming, it truly felt like home. I cannot emphasize ENOUGH how amazing the breakfast was. I would simply come back just to eat breakfast here again. Sadly our flight was too early at 6:00am to enjoy breakfast again but they did pack us a lunchbox to go with a side of coffee, like how sweet is that! If you’re thinking about it, don’t. This place will definitely hold a place in your heart. The property itself is stunning but the details and the hospitality is what really left me speechless. If I could rate it more than five stars, I would.

The staff, setting, food, and accommodations were top notch! We loved our room overlooking the street market and really enjoyed the hospitality from the staff.

The breakfast provided every morning was incredible. The staff were so kind and prepared breakfast fresh every morning in addition to the buffet with yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, and one of the best breakfasts we had during our stay in Mexico. The staff were kind and attentive. We only had one night because the hotel was fully booked for the rest of our stay but we would have loved to have stayed for longer.

It was all lovely. But next time I would prefer to book one of the rooms on the upper floors to get more views, although the courtyard is absolutely beautiful.

We loved absolutely everything about the property, but specially the excellent customer service we received from all the employees we met: Emmauel, Omar, Bruno, Marisol, Malena, Pablo, German, Nati, Lucia, and others (we may have forgotten names). They were all so nice and kind to us. They made our stay so special, and it makes us want to go back!
