Reviewed Sep 11, 2026L’accueil avec des informations utiles sur Bayonne en particulier de bonnes adresses (musées, restaurants, chocolatiers, salaisonniers, etc.). La situation idéale de l’hôtel à côté de la gare dans le quartier Saint-Esprit. Il suffisait de passer le pont du même nom pour se balader dans le Petit et le Grand Bayonne. De très bons petits-déjeuners pour démarrer la journée!

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Outstanding customer service by Emilie who made us feel like valued guests. Smooth check-in and a nice room assigned overlooking the river. Property is very conveniently located a five minute walk to the train station and a lovely stroll over the bridge to the historic center of the city.
Room with two twin beds was a bit cramped but we find this common in Europe. Not unusual for us.

Hay fácil aparcamiento cerca del hotel, gratis de 6 de la tarde a 9 de la mañana o Parking privado cerca, junto a la Estación del tren. Tiene Aire acondicionado. El personal muy amable. El desayuno, sencillo pero suficiente.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer hat mir nicht gefallen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, aber sehr laut, wenn man nachts die Fenster geöffnet hat anstatt Klimaanlage zu benutzen.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Hotel in posizione perfetta, sul fiume, con vista sul centro storico di Bayonne. La camera con vista fiume davvero merita. Bella la zona colazione/ relax, arredata moderna e con gusto, sempre con vetrate vista fiume. Colazione stratosferica: prodotti freschi e di qualità, tipici della zona e davvero ottimi. Personale gentilissimo. Ottima convenzione con il parcheggio della stazione (a due minuti a piedi dall' hotel e sicuro). Comodi i bus T1 per Biarritz con fermata dietro hotel. Posizione davvero centrale per tutto, basta fare il ponte e si è in centro. Nella sala colazione viene lasciato a disposizione degli ospiti acqua semplice e aromatizzata, e qualche dolcetto per tutto il giorno.
Peccato la moquette in camera, il bagno che aveva la vasca (un po' scomoda), l' aria condizionata molto rumorosa.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, you could get a coffee anytime in the breakfast room but would have preferred to make my own.

Original room had a loose tile outside window which rattled loudly in the wind ( enough that it would have made sleep difficult. Went to reception and reported it and she said “What do you expect me to do about it,I’m here on my own”. She did change our room but was quite brusque to the point of being rude, really made me feel that I was being a nuisance!

Un jeune commis a la réception est intervenue auprès de moi le dernier matin pour me faire part de ne pas apporter mon café à la chambre mais que le thé est permis. Alors que le règlement dit toute boisson chaude.!!!! Il était très arrogant dont la façon que ceci a été dit. Je voyage beaucoup et l'ensemble des hôtels offre le thé ou le café même à la chambre. On me dit car si on échappe du café cela tache les tapis.. Je vous recommande de nettoyer les tapis car il m'a été impossible de marché sans que mes chaussettes blanche devienne sale en peu de temps . Nettoyer l'ascenseur odeur désagréable.

Nous avons acheté à l'hôtel une carte pour pouvoir utiliser le parking payant situé à proximité. Sur la carte, il y avait de la fausse information, ce qui a compliqué notre accès au stationnement. Il me semble que les gestionnaires du parking devraient mettre à jour l'information contenues sur ces cartes pour éviter des ennuis aux touristes.

La moquette dans les chambres qui n'est pas très hygiénique. Pas de petit frigo dans la chambre. Mais ce sont des détails car l'hôtel est très propre.
