Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport

Allt

Nära och bra

Can get to the airport and train easily. Beds were also comfortable.

Would have liked more towels in the bathroom

Bathroom was not so clean. Poor lighting in the bedroom. TV had few channel options and the remote control batteries were dead.

Everything

Close to the airport

Expensive

La proximité avec l’aéroport

Perfect location for an early morning flight. Friendly staff and decent dinner.

Exceptional

Rooms good

Price to high

Great location, great breakfast.

One room was dirty, no crib as requested, the pull out couch was not suitable for a 2 year old.

La ubicación es perfecta para vuelos tempranos

Location if you need an airport hotel

Breakfast buffet very expensive. Too many items but no good quality in them

Location - near airport. Room - beds were comfortable.

Room - no telephone (except at toilet). Very unusual - unable to call fellow travelers comfortably. Room - no washcloths - only large towels for bathing/face washing. Were told this was Dane's culture.

God service, god beliggenhed

Proximity to airport and ease to fly Internationally

Dated, carpets need to be clean, elevator slow, doors are filthy on outer side

Great option close to the airport

breakfast was great, room was comfy, and the staff were super friendly and hospitable

Room had a faint dusty smell and I had some mild allergies to the dust

Location

Noisy bar

Close to the airport and metro

The room Lacked things you would normally have for a price like that. Free water bottles-at least one pr person. 1 TV channel -BBC news- but no English entertainment channels. You would expect that in an international hotel. No phone manuals for backs info like in house services - reception cleaning WiFi code etc no paper or pen. Basics really.

We needed an airport hotel as we were traveling to Ireland the next day. What a fantastic find. The rooms were well appointed. Check in staff were delightful. The reception had a lovely ambience with a restaurant/bar which we dined in. Would stay here again. Best airport hotel I have stayed at. It also had its own access to and from the airport which meant no adverse weather and no crossing roads with luggage.

This is what it says. An airport hotel. I would not stay here if you wanted access to the city. Pillows were a little bit on the flat side.

Schönes grosses Zimmer

Ziemlich teuer

The location is perfect, the room comfortable, and the breakfast wonderful.

We had to switch rooms due to noise, but the staff member who helped us was very friendly and extremely helpful. The staff member who greeted us at arrival and checked us out could have used the example and assistance of a more senior colleague. They gave quite an unfriendly impression to us (it's the first time I felt like I was inconveniencing a hotel by showing up), and rude to other guests. I understand that they might have been overwhelmed by the busy high-season, but considering the prices this hotel charges the very least one could expect is a friendly tone from the staff.

Everything from room , breakfast , cleaniness

Nothing

Beautiful hotel. Extremely happy for the airport terminal and train to CPH. Great choices at breakfast. Bar area, rooms and lobby really high quality.

It was expensive rate per night for single traveller.

Localização anexa ao aeroporto. Distância a pé do desembarque.

Recepção a precisar de mais gente. Check-in e check-out sempre em espera e até com aspecto meio caótico.

Meget dyrt

Madrassen var alt for hård

Placeringen till flygplatsen

Deras prissättning

Great for early morning flight.

The bar staff no personality, not friendly poor service. Purchased a coffee waited 25 mins to receive it and it was cold.

Airport location is very good. Breakfast was good

The room had dusty draws and hair in the sink, the carpets were old. Water pressure was poor we were on level 11. The towel change out was had to be asked as buy 3.30pm they still had not been changed

Breakfast - still ok but not as good as a year ago. Would hate to see it go down the drain.

See above.

Size of the hotel room and the facilities

Some confusion about the extras I order prior to my stay, but did get a refund in the end

Loveley. Walking distance to airport. Excellent rooms

Nothing

Gute Lage, Zimmer groß, Betten bequem. Hotel gut und schnell erreichbar. Zimmer Ausstattung ist Standard, also Business. Schneller Check In, also alles soweit gut.

Proximity to CPH

Wait staff at restaurant not very friendly

Excellent location, food in the restaurant and breakfast, very good

Lighting in the room poor, would rather have bedside light than torch fitments

Altid dejligt med alt
