Bussen til lufthavnen kunne godt starte tidligere.

Very close to the airport - an easy taxi ride. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and very helpful and friendly staff on duty who welcomed us and check in was easy. Cleanroom that provided us with all we needed for one night. Perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. The room was very clean, and we had a nice view of the harbor.

The sofa bed was OK but not the most comfortable.

The breakfast is amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The pool is only open for adults, even in the morning. My kids couldn't go at all, which was rather disappointing. The extra bed/pull out couch was quite uncomfortable. The room is missing a USB port, which makes it hard when you are traveling through and don't have the right plug in for your charger.

Location was convenient to airport. Breakfast was fairly good.

Room had no bottled water. When I went to reception to request it, I was told that I have to pay for the water. I felt that the charges were exorbitant.

Great hotel: nice view, very big and diverse breakfast, friendly staff. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night here. I would recommand for a next visit to CPH.

Convenient, clean, nice rooms and amenities and a great breakfast. Nice spa area too. 🙂

2 big things. On the day that we were to check out, I have two friends who are not fond of the elevator and so went to take the stairs. You need a room card to go from the stairwell into the hotel, which makes sense from a security perspective. It was about an hour until we had to check out, but their keycards stopped working which meant they were stuck in the stairwell. They called me and my other friend to get them out. If my friend and I haven’t been in the hotel, too, I don’t know how they would have gotten out. On top of this, once we did get them out of the stairs, they couldn’t get into their room since the key card isn’t working. We checked our card and indeed they wouldn’t work either but we were still in our room….They went down the reception to bring up the problem and ask for a working card to get into the room, ….which brings us to the other issue. Staff were hit and miss. One girl in the reception was especially terse and uninterested in helping my friends who were quite upset. When my friends explained the situation that they were stuck and explained how strange this was and also question why the key cards stopped working an hour before checkout, she didn’t answer well and said “it happens”. She changed the card and was done with them. No apology. The other reception staff members were nice and helpful so I didn’t give this stay a very bad score. I hope this is not a common experience for others but wanted to bring it up, especially the problem with the stairs and card not working.

Restaurant, passt nicht zur Unterkunft, die ist ok,essen nicht gut.

Die Lage am Flughafen ist super (davon ist auf den Zimmern nichts zu hören), man ist mit dem Auto schnell dort ohne Innenstadt Verkehr. Die nächste Metrostation ist in sichtweite, man ist in 20 min am Nyhaven. Von der Skybar im 11 Stock hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Öresundbrücke, den Flughafen, den Schiffsverkehr. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, mittlerweile leider ohne Kühlschrank. Die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel ist zwar etwas teuer, aber dort passen auch größere PKW (VW T6) problemlos rein.

Es gibt wenig Schrank und Ablagefläche im Zimmer.

Fick med oss en frukostkasse. Kunde varit i en låda och lite mera i . Personalen var vänliga och tillmötesgående. Bra service i restaurangen.

Liten frukost och det kändes ihopplockat. Shuttelbussen var inte tillgänglig för oss pga tidig avgång. 24/7 hade varit bra.

Kan godt lide, Beliggenhed og komfort , der fitness ( men mangler en god ekstra løbebånd) en er ikke nok. ) mega god seng. ren værelser.

At hotellet er dyrevenlige, når man er allergiker er det ikke godt få en værelse der har været pelsdyr på værelset, værelserne mangler mini køleskab, især sommerperioder. før i tiden morgenmad altid inkl. men ikke længere. :(

De locatie is super, erg dicht bij het vliegveld, waar je gratis van gehaald en gebracht kan worden. Maar ook met de auto is het een prima locatie met ruime parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel. Dat is niet goedkoop en moet je van te voren reserveren. Het ontbijt was erg goed, soms wat druk, maar zitten konden we altijd en er was veel keus. De bedden zijn ook prima, we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Ook het uitzicht vanaf de kamer richting Zweden is mooi.

Eigenlijk niks, als ik dan toch wat aan moet geven de drukte bij het ontbijt. Er was soms weinig plek. En de bediening van de verlichting op de kamer was erg lastig vooral bij weinig licht. Moeilijk leesbare kleine teksten op de knopjes die je moest lezen om te weten wat er aan of uit ging.

Only 15 minutes walk from the airport. In a nice area, by the water. Comfortable and clean rooms

Music in the halls- really annoying. An extra charge just to use the treadmills.

Ottima posizione vicino all'aeroporto e ben collegato al centro tramite autobus e metro. Camere pulite e sufficientemente spaziose, nel mio caso con una bella vista sul mare. Ristorante buono con prezzi in linea con il resto della città.

Vi havde bestil værelse til 4 voksne og de 2 der skulle sove på sovesofaen sov virkelig ring aldrig har jeg sovet så dårligt på en sove sofa godt vi kun skulle sove 5 timer ellers havde min ryg ikke klaret en hel nat. Vi kom kl 21.00 og stod op kl 3.00 da vi skulle nå et tidligt fly.

The room was lovely, very clean, and lovely decor, beds were really comfy and having a sofa and that extra space by the huge window was lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Breakfast was included in the cost, the room where I had breakfast was big and spacious, lovey decor, large windows, with a view towards the sea, plenty of room and an amazing choice of food.

All super

Nice location if you need to stay near the airport. Very convenient the shuttle bus to Terminal 2. The Aquarium is next door, if you have time it is worth the visit. The breakfast was great! Rooftop bar has a great view and it had a cool live DJ session.

The Standard Family Four room is very small for four people, not enought room even for the luggage.

Vi hade en svit på 8:e våningen som var väldigt fin. Vi hade även utsikt över hamnen.

Lite långt från flygplatsen, och tråkigt att frukost inte ingår i priset.

jeg skulle lade min bil op, havde købt pakering i garagen, fik at vide hvor man skulle lade, fik en pakerings bøde på 995 kr, da man ikke må holde der mere end 15 min, man kan ikke lade sen bil op på 15 min da det er langsom lader. hilsen jørgen vinther nielsen

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro. Czystość. Udogodnienia. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Pomocny, uprzejmy personel.
