The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and nicely updated .The bed was very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Pricing in the restaurant is a little highly priced.

There was no swimming pool for thebkids

Wait staff was running around covering multiple roles and it took a long time to get our bill at the restaurant. In addition, she didn't know which bill was ours. Honestly, we tipped the min.

The location was good 👍🏽, It was well kept and clean, my room was comfy. The food was pretty dern good that chef has to stay there! He was handsome and can cook....a win win situation lol

O hotel é muito bom, espaços amplos, muitas áreas verdes ao redor, atendimento impecável, também ofereceram alguns serviços de forma gratuita, como pegar água com eles na recepção sem custos adicionais. Em relação ao quarto, bem espaçoso, ar condicionado que gela, televisão com tela grande, mesmo tendo poucos canais, mas ainda assim, muito bom para assistir alguns conteúdos. Em geral, ótimo local.

Só uma coisa que me deu um pouco de trabalho, o chuveiro demora bastante para começar a esquentar, assim gastando bastante água até ficar em uma temperatura boa. Mas, no geral, estava tudo muito bom e funcionando muito bem.

The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the location was in a great area for easy access to shops, restaurants and Northwest Stadium!

The accommodations and staff were excellent and the hotel is in a convenient location. Parking was not an issue.

The halls and restaurant were uncomfortably cold. There were noticeable signs of mold around the a/c ceiling vents leading out to the patio in the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is located.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet and accessible. The free parking was a great addition. I would recommend staying there and I would definitely stay there again.

When entering my room after checking in following a family event we encountered a female staff member seated near the elevator and a male staff member seated in the hallway who identified himself as “security “ this was unusual and suspicious. The establishment didn’t appear to need any extra security so I’m not sure why those individuals were really there. I would definitely look into this more before booking here again.

The mattress was not very uncomfortable for me. My partner had not issues though, so I guess it's a personal thing.

I ate dinner there and the food was great and the staff was amazing. I will certainly stay here again.

I like the location of the hotel being so close to the college as well as free parking.

The towels felt stiff and hard, bathroom looks outdated. Mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable at all. Buffet was expensive for what was being offered.

I did not realize the checkout time was eleven o'clock so I had to reschedule my meeting for earlier time so I wasn't just hanging around my meeting location for an hour and a half or two. I would have liked to have the option to check out at twelve thirty or 1pm.

We went to the facilities of the college of Maryland and this place was conveniently located for that purpose and the price was great. Space was clean, organized and all amenities were operational. All great

I have the impression the front desk could be a little more welcoming. They did not say/do anything wrong, but they could have a warmer aura, especially for guests that come at night.

I loved this hotel it’s clean and nice, other than that there was a museum and everything was so clean and the staff was so nice, good food, restaurant very nice, and clean nice people. Next time I come to Maryland, Baltimore I will come here! Trust me there is not fake pictures on google it’s not fake clean and it’s real I love the location because it was close by the University of Maryland, anyone who travels to University of Maryland, choose this hotel!

didn't have breakfast. location was perfect for the event. had wine at the bar the night before. good wine-don't know how much it coasr becasue i only kept the overall charge for wind + flatbread.

when I went to the room called 'vending', expecting to find sodas and/or candy bars etc, I found only ice and a microwave.

Location and facilities met my standard of clean.

Could be more reasonably priced given that it’s a college area and families are moving students in.

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was immaculate.

I loved the art and the restaurant. The glass-walled bathroom was cute but impractical if my partner had been with me.

Property was well maintained and staff was very courteous. Bathroom sink needs a larger counter.

Pros: Our 4-night, 5-day stay in the King Suite was overall a great experience. This hotel is more than just a place to sleep—it's an entire experience. The room was clean, and while there were no washers, dryers, or microwaves in the suite, the laundry area on our floor was free to use, and there was a microwave available in the gift shop. One of the highlights was the two-level art gallery located inside the hotel—beautiful, engaging, and well worth the time. The on-site restaurant served good food, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. For fitness lovers, the gym felt like a mini Planet Fitness—spacious and well-equipped. There’s also a lot to explore across the property, making it feel more like a retreat than just a stay.

Cons: The shower lacks a sliding door, which caused water to splash onto the floor—we had to place towels down to catch the water, and the toilet was uncomfortably low. The bed, although firm and durable, was not ideal for anyone with back issues. The living room furniture, especially the rusty work desk, is overdue for an upgrade. The carpet was clean but had visible stains, which took away slightly from the otherwise clean feel of the room. Final Thoughts: Despite a few drawbacks, we truly enjoyed our time here and definitely would return. The hotel offers a great balance of comfort, amenities, and cultural enrichment. B+ overall

My experience at this hotel was somewhat unique. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived much later than expected and needed to leave far earlier than planned so I only spent about 8 hours in the hotel 5.5 of which was sleep. I got an upgrade (of course on my shortest stay ever) and the room was very spacious and had all the amenities one would expect. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets that were easily accessible. The desk was more a show piece rather than being practical. I didn't get a chance to even turn on the TV but they were nicely mounted and angled. The only negative thing I can say is that the room's coffee pod machine was a disaster. The machine was very finnicky and at one point just shot water with a 'pop' all around it covering a circle of a foot or two in each direction. I was lucky I had no electronics or anything important nearby. Once it actually started working, the temperature was adequate.

Very business minded property. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife wants to return another time next time we’re in the area.

Second time staying at hotel. Would stay again

The staff needs to be more aware of circumstances. If a family checks in late, perhaps it’s not a good idea to place them in the room across from the lounge so that they can be awakened by the lounge door slamming every 30 seconds beginning at 6 a.m. The hotel could not have been at more than 40% capacity. I don’t know how loud that spot is early in the morning. The staff does. Do better. The room itself was ok. Beds definitely approaching the end of their useful lives.

The food at The Common was phenomenal and the staff was friendly.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. Very comfortable and clean room. The bathroom had mold in the shower niche and inside the shower door by the bottom hinge.
