Tht the restaurant was closed and on website it stated it was a restaurant on site but fail to say it was permanently closed

Rooms were a little dated

Clean and easily accessible to key locations on campus along Baltimore Avenue. Staff members are professional and courteous

A few maintenance works are needed in the room. The sliding door of the bathroom does not close completely. Hooks for hanging clothing or towels out the shower or bathtub area necessary.

The restaurant has closed so they do not offer even a continental breakfast. That was disappointing but Denny's is across the street :)

It was fine nothing special

The room was bright and great to work from, with windows to 2 sides (corner room) and no one looking in. There was a good size desk, with a good desk lamp and a decent chair. The staff were very friendly.

The road passing next to the hotel can be a bit noisy at times, although the windows damp it significantly. The blinds for the windows of both windows were coupled together, I would have liked to operate them separately depending on the sunlight.

I Love the whole Cambria chain. They never disappoint with cleanliness and comfort! The staff are always pleasant and they take the time to make you feel welcome.

Room and bathroom were big, housekeeping was done nicely when requested. :) The hotel also provides water dispensers, ice machines, and a paid snack counter at the front desk. It also has a coin operated laundry for guests at an affordable price. I like the fitness center too. It has the proper equipment (cable machine, weights, cardio machines). It is also nice the University of Maryland, walking distance to the school of computer science.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were a step above of several hotels we have stayed at.

There wasn't a pool, like I expected, but I should have researched more ahead of time. It was relatively expensive considering that there wasn't a breakfast bar or a pool, but we still enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel was exceptional! From the friendly accommodating staff to the immaculately kept rooms/public areas I was impressed.

Only one thing. I think it is a mistake to play down room cleaning in anyway. If anything sanitizing rooms should be even more rigorous since COVID and regularly sanitized every day depending on their usage. Never depend on whether the customer wants this. To avoid the catastrophic effects of another pandemic. Sanitizing rooms should be rigorous and independent of the whims of customers.

Walking in was what caught our attention. The beautiful smell of the main floor, the staff, and the way they greet the guests is amazing. Also, the main thing is the location, the modern style of the hotel, the comfort of the bed, and, most importantly, the cleanliness is amazing. By far, this hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I cannot wait to return!"

Went to attended my older sister’s funeral. Need to be in location I would be safe, close to food, public transport as I live in Georgia. This hotel had everything I needed. Bed extremely comfortable and good amenities. Professional and friendly staff.

I can’t say that I did not like anything.

It was closed to the location we needed (UoM) and it was nice room if it hadn't smelled.

Room smelled like weed, we arrived after 10 PM so we didn't want to start changing room mainly since we arrived after a long drive and we left early the following morning, but it wasn't a non smoking room

Great location, and was clean and comfortable

I didn’t have blackouts shades on our window, was a little hard to fall asleep because of outside lights coming through the sheer blinds.

Everything was great other then the toilet was to low to the floor ,didn't care for the bath room vanity look like something in a garage all open to see the pipes, and towels are hard to get to way under the lower shelf , but that's just bad design . it was great stay.

My View was nice along with the comfort of the bead was everything?

my fridge was a little slow to cool off drinks....

Price was high.

Spacious room, comfy beds, helpful staff. The guest laundry (free detergent provided) was really helpful as we were staying for a while. Would definitely stay again if we had cause to be back in the area.

They charge my credit card for $308, and this was a prepaid payment via you all. Book it. I won’t ever book thru you all again. Now I have to wait for 3-5 business days to get my money back, due to you all not paying in time. Awful
