Die Lage ist Top , kurzer Weg zum Strand . Personal ist super nett gewesen .

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Allgemein:die Schriftbeleuchtung „eurohotel“ leuchtet nur noch zu 5%, 2 Fahrstühle die klappern , Griffe lose , schmierige Griffe , Sitzkissen Außenbereich im EG kaputt und dreckig, Stühle im Frühstücksbereich dreckig und voll mit Flecken . Frühstück: Rührei , Bacon etc. immer kalt . Zimmer: Fleckige Gardinen Bad: Alter Duschvorhang , Wasser verteilt sich beim duschen im Ganzen Bad , Wand und Bodenfliesen sind zum größten Teil schon angelaufen und verfärbt . Wandhalterung Lose , Klodeckel lose , keine Klobürste .

Il manque un plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre ( bouilloire, tasses, thé, café, tisane) et une deuxième chaise ou fauteuil.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Abgewohnt besonders das rooftop bei der Freundlichkeit ist noch Luft nach oben

Great situation if you want to go to the beaches and nice neighborhood with good restaurants in Poblenou. Friendly staff and quiet rooms. It comes with high price as one knows nowadays in Barcelona.

The gym is rather an excuse than a real gym…

Fixtures and fittings in room were very disappointing. Inadequate hanging space, no drawers for anything. Tap in bathroom loose. Bedside lights were awful. Facing on entrance to room unfinished. No lift access to pool area and very little shade. The whole area needed an upgrade. We were surprised at the 4 star rating. I've been in many better equipped 3 star hotels. TV channels mainly in German.

Es war ein schlichtes und schönes Hotel. Vor allem die sehr aufmerksamen und Lieben Mitarbeiter sind uns in Erinnerung geblieben.

10 mins walk to beach. Very helpful staff 24 hr Reception , Good Restaurants within a short walk.

Property is a bit dated and breakfast is poor . The hot offering was only scrambled eggs and bacon which was stone cold and the bacon was dripping in oil/fat . It was only €15 so I guess you get what you pay for .

Everything the hotel is clean functional close to everything. Lovely pool area staff extremely helpful.

The location was perfect to right by the beach. Only a 10 minute taxi ride to the night life.

Gute Lage, Poblenou ist ein Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Bars (Rambla Poblenou) und sehr nah zum Mar Balla Strand mit guten Vibes. Bequeme Betten und sehr sauber.

An der Rezeption gibt es keine Ohrstöpsel. Es konnte spät abends keine Auskunft gegeben werden, ob es einen Wäscheservice im Hotel gibt. Bei fast 500€ für zwei Nächte müsste beides gegeben sein. Ist eigentlich Standard. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlt an modernen Details.

La vue pas incroyable de notre chambre sur d’autres tours d’immeubles. Le petit déjeuner était sympa de base mais en cas de forte affluence le ravitaillement ne suit pas et on peut se retrouver frustré de ne pas avoir pu manger l’une ou l’autre chose qui n’arrive jamais (machine à pancakes en panne) avec un personnel qui semble fatigué/dépassé.

Als wird das an der Rezeption meldeten haben wir rausgehört das Cola auch in die All inklusiv Minibar sein sollte . Leider hatten wir immer nur ein oder zwei Wasser und ein Bier . Leider hat die Reinigungskraft nicht immer wirklich Sauber gearbeitet . In unserem Zimmer war leider fast denn ganzen Aufenthalt alles voller Sand , so das unsere Sessel nie zum sitzen benutzen konnten. Das Bad wurde auch nie wirklich richtig Sauber gemacht das Waschbecken war immer voller Haare und Staub . Die Scheibe an der Dusche war auch voller Kalk flecken . Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel schön so wie die Zimmer nur ist leider alles in die Jahre gekommen und stark benutzt.

Не могу дать высокую оценку уборке номера, белые носки можно было меня после первого прохода по номеру, они становились серыми. Матрас на кровати пора поменять уже года 2 как минимум, он уже имеет вмятины. Не понятно зачем покупать большие одеяла, если вы не готовы покупать на них пододеяльник? Одеяло не было в пододеяльнике, оно имело две дополнительных простыни сверху и снизу. Подушки очень не удобные, хотя если бы матрас был лучшего качества, возможно подушки не казались бы на столько не удобными. Завтра оцениваю на твердую тройку. Вкуснее и проще позавтракать где то на районе, и не переплачивать за завтрак. Рядом есть достаточно заведений.

Ce n’est pas très bien insonorisé… on entendait beaucoup ce qui se passait dans les couloirs heureusement que les gens étaient respectueux notamment la nuit

Great location, easy transport nearby Bus, metro etc. close to the beach. Staff were helpful and polite .

Had a leak through into our bathroom from above. Maintenance quickly resolved the issue but housekeeping just did a superficial clean up of the mess that came down.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, sauber, gute Standlage

Leider hat das Zimmerpersonal ungefragt unsere schönen bedruckten Mehrweg-Becher (gekaufte) entsorgt. Vor dem Zimmerservice waren sie noch da, danach nicht mehr. Man wolle nachfragen, aber hier kein Wort der Entschuldigung vom Hotel, auch danach nicht - das Hauskeeping habe gesagt, sie hätten nichts weg, und damit war die Angelegenheit für die Angestellten wohl hinreichend erledigt. Aber es kann nicht sein dass persönliche Dinge der Gäste einfach entsorgt oder mitgenommen werden, wenn sie im Zimmer stehen. Von Kundenorientierung und Beschwerdemanagement hat man hier wohl dazu noch nichts gehört.

Great location, very quiet if you don’t like all the business of Barcelona all the time. The beach is across the street. Breakfast included, staff is friendly all over the building.

Prachtig hotel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijne kamer, heerlijke bedden, partijen rooftop bar met zwembad. Vooral in avond heel mooi uitzicht over Barcelona. Ga je echt voor stedentrip dan zou ik meer richting centrum gaan. Ga je bijvoorbeeld voor cruise dan perfect.

Very clean and smelt nice. Pool area and bar and restaurant really nice. I like how you can just walk to the beach and the beach was really nice. The nearest metro station is a 10 min walk. There are a few cafes and supermarkets about which is good too. Also the bus tour is really close by.

I liked the location was close but not too close. It was quiet, clean and easy to get to restaurants, metro, and beach.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit einer Bar und wir hatten einen Meerblick vom Zimmer. Es ist dicht zum Strand und vielen Sportanlagen. Poblenou ist ein schöner Stadtteil, es gibt viele Geschäfte und Essensläden in der Nähe.

Bevor der Strand kommt, ist eine relativ große Straße, so dass man Verkehrslärm hat. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber in Ordnung. Der Weg zur U-Bahn ist etwas weit, Bushaltestellen sind dicht.

Es gibt keine Wc Bürste. Ich weiß dass das in Spanien nicht üblich ist aber in einem Hotel sollte das meiner Meinung nach schon vorhanden sein. Die Vorhänge hatten Flecken und die Spiegel auch. Die Bettwäsche war auch dreckig.

Vor allem die außerordentlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter sowie die bequemen Betten.

Der Pool und die Rooftop- Bar waren sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es hat alles gepasst.

Beautiful views from the roof terrace, great rooftop bar and lovely small rooftop pool. Rooms were decent, though aircon smelt a bit strange. Staff were wonderful! We had a great stay.

Café da manhã é muito bom. A localização é numa rua tranquila entre Diagonal Mar e Poblenou, a 5 minutos a pé da praia.

Die Lage, das Bett und die Aussicht aus der Junior Suite waren toll.

Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war mehrfach unbefriedigend, vor allem betreffend zwei Männer. Mein Flug wurde annuliert, woraufhin mir ein Mann versprochen hat, dass ich ein Zimmer im Hotel bekomme, er wisse noch nicht welches und hinterlasse seiner Kollegin einen Zettel. Der Kollege am nächsten Tag meinte, es sei nichts mehr frei:(.......Glücklicherweise konnte ich über booking.com noch ein Zimmer buchen, obwohl der Kollege meinte, über ihre Rezeption kann ich nichts buchen, obwohl ich das reservieren ließ! Und wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick und die Fenster waren so lange nicht geputzt worden, dass dies für die Sicht störend war.

Frühstück war gut

1.Als wir angekommen waren war das Badezimmer sehr schmierig und nicht sauber sowie auch das Schlafzimmer. Als hätte man den Boden mit Öl gewicht. 2.Komische Gerüche in den Fluren. 3. Beim Pool wollte ich einen Iced Coffe mit Milch, jedoch bekam ich die antworrt das keine Milch vorhanden ist und er jetz auch keine Milch hohlen könnte. 4. Kühlschrank war nicht kalt. Wir haben die Einstellungen geändert und erst am dritten Tag war er kalt.

Bassenget på rooftopen var bra, og den ene hyggelige servitøren der.

Frokosten var ikke bra, det ble heller ikke fyllt opp. Baconet for lite stekt og eggerøre for hard. Noe av personal var ikke trivelig. Vi hadde suite i 6 etg hvor det luktet kloakk og luktet av boblebadet på rommet. Tross det hadde vi det gøy med venner.

Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimanlage, was für mitte August sehr nützlich war. Das Personal auf der Dach Terasse war sehr freundlich. Das Essen und die Drinks waren wirklich sehr lecker.

Leider hatten wir laute Zimmernachbarn die um 4:20 in der Nacht zurück gekommen waren um extremen lärm machten. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür.

Great location, tasty breakfast.

The staff are amazing, the breakfast buffet is great. It's a short walk to the beach, it's a short walk to the metro station if you want to explore the city. It's a short walk to the local Ramblas. In short, Poble Nou, is very self contained and has everything including a big shopping mall. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, perhaps for those who have already seen BCN and don't need to be in the middle of it all. The hotel has a very chilled and relaxed vibe.

This hotel feels a little out-dated, many comments online suggest it could do with a refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards, refurbishment is needed, however, it's still a great hotel.

Les draps n'étaient pas très propres à l'arrivée. Le lendemain, on nous a remis les mêmes draps que la veille alors qu'on avait transpiré dessus...pas du tout correct pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles
