Das Zimmer war super schön. Das Bett war sehr gross und wirklich bequem. Man ist auch zu Fuss schnell am Strand.

We were massively overcharged by your Hotel - we had booked through Booking.com with the option to pay at the Hotel - when we got to the Hotel, the couple hext to ys where charged roughly half you charged us. We asked the receptionist to charge the normal amount and she refused. It was late and we were tired but I checked with Booking,com and they told me it was up to the Hotel - I asked them for an upgrade or free breakfast. Nothing was offered. I hsve never paid so much for an average Hotel - overall disappointing and I would not recommend - the two receptionists on duty when I checked in were borderline rude! Extraordinary.

The restaurant for dinner was good but bit pricier than others. We went there 3 times, but the last time we were there it was mistake because we had after food problems with stomach, don’t want to say food poisoning but something like that

Lokalita je veľmi príjemná a bezpečná mimo hlavného ruchu centra a pritom blízko metra ( 2 min ) a pláží Llevant a Mar Bella ( 15 min ). Metrom sme boli v centre do 15 min. Vynikajúce raňajky a milý personál. Odporúčam tým, ktorí chcú mať v noci kľud a ticho.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Vincci Marítimo und haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt sogar spontan um ein paar Tage verlängert haben. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und auch das Bad sowie die restlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren modern, hochwertig und sehr ordentlich eingerichtet. Man merkt einfach, dass auf Sauberkeit und Pflege großen Wert gelegt wird. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage. Die Metro ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar, sodass man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Trubel Barcelonas ist. Gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend, was wir nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt sehr angenehm fanden. In der Nähe befindet sich außerdem ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem Supermarkt und vielen schönen Geschäften. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt – dort gibt es ruhigere Abschnitte, aber abends ist es teilweise auch etwas belebter und man kann den Tag wunderbar ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Vincci Marítimo jederzeit wieder buchen. Für uns war es die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe, guter Anbindung und Nähe zum Strand. Klare Empfehlung!

It is quiet and calm outside at night.

I did not notice much friendliness from the staff. The answers were dry, no smiles, nothing that made you feel welcome. The room had a strange smell, and the walls are thin: I could hear people talking in the rooms next door. The water in the shower did not drain properly. The location is far from the center, so a taxi is the only realistic way to get around. Breakfast was very basic.

Un très bel hôtel ! Excellent emplacement, tout est accessible par métro qui est juste à 4minutes de l’hôtel. Chambre belle et propre, petit dej varié produits de bonnes qualité et personnel très souriant et professionnel. On a adoré notre séjour. On vous remercie. 5 étoiles bien mérité.

Cosa mi è piaciuto? Dire tutto è riduttivo; struttura moderna, pulita, personale gentilissimo. Sebbene distante dal centro è collegato benissimo (Metro-tram diagonal); la vicinanza con la spiaggia, con un centro commerciale molto comodo. Ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. Un ringraziamento particolare all’efficienza della reception (Lea) per le operazioni di check in/out e per le informazioni puntuali. Lo consiglio e ci torneremo volentieri.

The modern rooms and the breakfast.

Parking wasnt free, there were no slippers in the room and the receptionist was VERY slow. Check in lasted about more than 20 minutes (in other hotels its max 5 minutes).

Le personnel était agréable et gentil. Le ménage service était fait. Literie plutôt confortable L’hotel est bien situé, il y a un centre commercial à 5 minutes à pieds et magasins tout type à proximité

On s’attendait à plus de confort, chambre pour 3 personnes malheureusement petite. L’eau chaude fonctionnait pas super bien. Il n’ y a pas de brosse pour les toilettes. Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et n'était pas branché nous avons signalé le problème et un technicien est venu le remplacer.

The hotel is very well located if you want a quiet and close to the beach option in Barcelona. You can take the subway to city center, the station is 5 min walking distance.

Gostei muito da localização, próxima da praia e de uma zona comercial, numa área calma e que me pareceu segura. O acesso ao centro da cidade é muito fácil, tanto de metro como de autocarro. Utilizei também a garagem do hotel, que foi uma grande vantagem para quem viaja de carro, permitindo entrar e sair com facilidade durante a estadia.

Não houve nenhum aspeto particularmente negativo durante a estadia. Apesar de não estar no centro de Barcelona, as excelentes ligações de transportes públicos tornam as deslocações rápidas e cómodas.

Very nice hotel, superb location 10 min walk from the beach and metro station just around the corner. Free beach towels and an umbrella at the reception. Very good breakfast choice. Rooms very nice, too. Comfy beds. Lots of details from staff, especially at the reception, that made our stay lovely. We will come back definitely :)

Nothing to worry about but quite thin walls so you hear if your neighbors are loud and water did not flow away very good in the shower, we needed to keep the stream low. Wi-fi reception not very stable at our room (100).

O quarto onde fiquei foi remodelado há pouco tempo, de maneira que senti que estava tudo perfeito a nível de conforto. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e disponíveis, sempre a tentar ajudar no que fosse preciso, desde colmatar qualquer falha no serviço até dar sugestões de locais a visitar. Tem um estacionamento coberto e seguro para os carros dos hóspedes. Perto de praias (5 minutos a pé), perto de um centro comercial grande (5 minutos a pé), imensos restaurantes nas imediações, e muito próximo de transportes públicos (tram, autocarros e metropolitano). Internet rápida e possibilidade de conectar o telemóvel à televisão por Chromecast é um ponto muito positivo.

Não é algo ligado directamente ao hotel (pois inclusive o hotel tem avisos a pedir silêncio nas áreas comuns), mas, por vezes, à noite, há hóspedes que não respeitam o silêncio da forma como deveriam fazer. No entanto, não minimiza a excelente opinião que tenho sobre o hotel, que será para repetir novamente.

The room was super. I travelled with my two children, and we were offered double and single bed in one large room, the hotel is adjacent to main road and near several shopping shops and malls.

Tutto Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto. Camere di hotel completamente nuove e spaziose. Mai soggiornato in un hotel cosi pulito. Accoglienza al top, deposito bagagli gratuito. Tutto il personale, incluso le pulizie molto gentile e sorridente Ottima idea per il servizio delle tele di mare - hotel le forniva ogni volta che andavamo al mare e dopo le consegnavamo per il lavaggio, in modo che in camera non si portava sabbia. Area condizionata canalizzata, perciò niente colpi d’aria Materassi comodissimi, dormivamo benissimo. Unica cosa che mancavo un po’ Netflix)) Posizione strategica: 800 mt dalla stupenda spiaggia di Mar Bella e a 100 mt dalla stazione metro.

Le seul point fort c'est la clim.

Les lits sont très très inconfortables. J'ai réservé une chambre avec 3 lits séparés or il y a deux lits et un lit d appoint totalement médiocre qui vous gâche le séjour. Les portes claques, il y a beaucoup de bruit et l hôtel n'est pas très bien situé géographiquement (Maritimo loin de la mer.) L'atmosphère de l hôtel est assez déprimante, vue sur du béton, sinon c'est relativement propre. Pas vraiment adapté pour les familles, peu chaleureux .

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum (viele Kleidungsgeschäfte und eine ganze Etage mit Restaurants) sowie zum Strand (ca. 10 Min. Fußweg).

- Kopplungsschwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN und dem Fernseher gehabt - Keine Klobürste vorhanden

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel was clean, had great seating areas and terrace, and the breakfast was fantastic. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast manager and her team were amazing. So hard working and so accommodating and friendly. They were exceptional and a standout of our stay. They accommodated my gluten allergy and even left a list in my room of gluten free places nearby, that was so thoughtful.

The a/c in the room took a long time to cool the room down but that’s really the only thing we noticed.

This hotel gets the important things right: - friendly and helpful staff and the check-in process is very fast - spacious, modern, clean and well equiped rooms; they're tastefully decorated and looking well kempt; the air conditioning in particular is easy to control and most importantly, silent - daily cleaning - varied tasty options for breakfast - the on premises restaurant has excellent food, although a bit on the expensive side - great location. it's close to the beach and to the diagonal mar shopping centre where one can find a large supermarket, shops from popular brands, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes and more

Anything written here is just nitpicking at this point, but if I were to point out things that can be improved I'd say the quality of the WiFi. The speed varied wildly and it also disconnected often. Not a big deal for me personally but some may find it annoying.

Brak możliwości zjedzenia lunchu w hotelowej restauracji w czasie siesty. Duży hałas przy zamykaniu drzwi do pokoju - trzaskanie.

המקום היה מושלם מבחינת הנקיון המיקום השקט הצוות היה מאוד נעים ונחמד, ונתנו לנו כל מה שביקשנו מראש. הכל בקרבת בית המלון מתרו תחנת אוטובוס בתי קפה סופר מרקט חוף.

Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a decent, quieter area. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely stay here again.

A very nice and convenient location. The hotel itself is not furnished with any extra facilities (no swimming pool, sports tv watching room, billiards or a gym). It is a typical bed and breakfast of a high standard.

The palette of the food, especially the local cuisine, could be much wider for this price. Breakfasts were reasonably good. The restaurant seems to function merely for breakfast serving purposes. I strongly did not like the fact that my private audio equipment got stolen by someone in the hotel premises. There was no surveilance camera in the garden to check who it was.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig! Wenn Nachbargäste ihre Tür zuknallen oder Schuhe mit Absatz tragen, dann sitzt man senkrecht im Bett! Ein Hinweise an die Gäste oder Schalldämmung wäre angebracht

Jeden z lepszych hoteli, w których byłam, a byłam już w różnych, w tym w hotelu z grupy LUX na Mauritiusie, więc mam porównanie. Przepiękny wystrój hotelu i bardzo czysto!!! Miałam wrażenie, jakby wszystko tam było nowe:) Pyszne śniadania, na pewno każdy znajdzie coś tam dla siebie! A przede wszystkim fantastyczni ludzie! Chciałam bardzo podziękować Sebianie za codzienne poranne rozmowy i prezent, który nas niesamowicie zaskoczył - otrzymaliśmy ciasteczka makaroniki podane w przepiękny sposób na tacce do pokoju hotelowego! Chciałam również podziękować całej obsłudze hotelu, w tym osobom, które nas meldowały, które nam dogadzały podczas śniadania i które sprzątały nasz pokój. Byliście cudowni!!! 150m do metra i jakieś 10 minut na plażę, sklepy spożywcze w pobliżu, w tym galeria handlowa. W pokoju telewizor, czajniczek, herbata, kawa, cukier (cały zestaw) uzupełniane każdego dnia, sejf, mini-barek, w łazience wszystko, co potrzeba, w tym suszarka, a ręczniki wymieniane każdego dnia. Na naszą prośbę dostawaliśmy też żelazko i deskę do prasowania. Bardzo spokojna dzielnica Barcelony! Z czystym sumieniem polecam wszystkim zarówno hotel, jak i dzielnicę, zwłaszcza jeśli ktoś chce wypocząć. Wprawdzie deptak koło plaży był w remoncie, ale niestety cała Barcelona w chwili obecnej jest remontowana, w tym La Rambla. Po remoncie na pewno wszystko będzie cudownie wyglądać.

Ponad godzinę czekałyśmy na zamówione jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej, ale każdy gość hotelowy otrzymywał rabat 10% do zamówienia. Szkoda, że hotel nie posiada basenu.

If you find yourself in Barcelona, highly recommend for you to check out this hotel. Rooms we're very clean and food is great - they accommodate for allergies and preferences very well. The highlight of the hotel was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. All staff are very helpful and smiley/ friendly in making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. The service is quite fast aswell. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with the manger, she's the sweetest person I've met in a long time. Such a genuine person and even gifted us snacks for free, as well as gave us restaurant suggestions in Rome ,which was our next location. The overall atmosphere created was out of this world Greatly enjoyed my stay

The hotel is located in residential area, so it is quiet, and you can have good rest after long days :)Very close from metro, buses and tram stations - easy to navigate through the city. It is also located in a walking distance from the amazing public beach (around 10 mins), which was free of cost, very clean and had plenty of room. There is a nice supermarket located close by, so you can purchase pretty much anything you might need. Included breakfasts were great, with plenty of choices, and truly delicious. Staff were friendly and very helpful - from the receptionists to cleaners - everyone was nice. Hotel seems to have undergone a renovation, so it looks and feels new! Beds were very comfy as well.

Not much to say, to be honest. In my opinion, it’s a bit pricey even after the discounts and deals. Other than that I would not comment on anything.
