Great location, good facilities & good food at reasonable prices, had shower facilities as we had late check out, staff were great, very helpful, I would definitely stay here again if coming to Palma.

Several issues with air conditioning but it got sorted. Hairdryer in room didn’t work, reported it a few times but didn’t get fixed.

It is a nice hotel. My room was on the 5th floor where there were some nice paintings on the wall and quite plush furniture. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The breakfast area was on the 5th floor and there was a great view over the port/marina. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. There was a nice bathroom with lovely, large, enclosed shower. There were additional facilities such as a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool, which no doubt contributed to the higher cost of a room, but I as I only stayed 2 nights, I was not able to take advantage of them so felt I was paying for something I was not using.

The price was exceptionally high. I booked this accommodation as my flight had been cancelled. I would not usually have booked a hotel that was this expensive, but there was very little else available in Palma. This may have been partly due to the days that I stayed, which were a Thursday and Friday, but based on the price I paid, I felt that it did not offer good value overall. The room had no balcony and the room overlooked neighbouring buildings and steps, where people stopped to take pictures. I felt my room could be overlooked.

Great location, excellent outdoor pool, very good breakfast, and comfortable rooms.

The gym is not functional, with almost all of the equipment broken. The spa is also only partially functional, with some facilities working and others not.

the hotel is pretty good; it has both pros and cons. pros: -large territory -cleanliness -there’s a very beautiful panoramic view from the rooftop, which also features a pool with a bar-a mesmerizing view -there’s a spa: indoor pool, hot tub, saunas -gym (not great, but it’s there) -friendly staff who are always ready to help -there’s an on-site restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner -plenty of elevators -a very beautiful view from the terrace where breakfast is served -a public transportation stop is right next to the hotel -good air conditioning in the room -2 bottles of water in the room -there’s a TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. in the room -there is a small art gallery on the ground floor, as well as an exhibition on the 5th floor

cons: -very poor wi-fi in the room-I could barely get a signal. I had requested via email before check-in that I be given a room with a good signal, since I was planning to hold online work meetings. but the connection was good in public areas like the terrace and the front desk. -there were no slippers in the room, and I had forgotten to bring my own -breakfast was the same every day; there wasn’t enough variety, and there weren’t enough dessert options -I’m an athlete and was expecting a better-equipped gym; in reality, there was almost no equipment-not even the cardio machines were plugged in, except for the treadmill -the saunas were turned off the whole time; you have to let them know if you want to use them, but I, for example, like to go on the spur of the moment -poor soundproofing-I could hear the elevator and my neighbors all the time -insects would occasionally appear in the room-sometimes a spider would crawl out of the bathtub drain, and sometimes a woodlouse would be crawling on the bed

Our stay on the 5th floor was disappointing due to major noise issues and an outdated room. Located right next to the breakfast room and the public steps above the car park, thin walls meant street noise kept us up throughout the evening. Though housekeeping tidied and gave us fresh towels daily, the duvet was stained and the room decor felt thoroughly worn out. On our way to the pool, we noticed several newly refurbished rooms—we would have happily paid more for one had this option been made clear during booking. To top it off, I messaged the hotel beforehand regarding our arrival time and anniversary, but received zero response or recognition.

El buffet del desayuno es muy variado y la terraza del comedor donde se desayuna tiene vistas al puerto y la catedral. La piscina también tiene magníficas vistas y sol durante toda la mañana. Está en una magnífica ubicacion, en pleno puerto y a 10 minutos andando del centro. La habitación y baño son muy amplios y los colchones de las camas son muy cómodos. El personal fue muy amable y atento.

Haría falta un tendedor o cuerda para poder tender los bañadores y toallas en la terraza. A la terraza también le haría falta una mesa grande aparte de las sillas que tenía. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien y el agua se salía fuera.

L'emplacement sur le port, la vie sur la Seu depuis la piscine et le personnel était agréable. La climatisation qui était indispensable.

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos vue lors de la réservation, chambre vieillotte mais elle était bien située face à la piscine. Et la porte fenêtre de la chambre qui ne fermait pas à clefs.

stayed here before visited for 20 to 30 years apart from the covid years so we like the hotel, The room was good with side view clean with comfortable bed, the hotel has a long history and has kept a lot of the existing fixings where posible like the downstairs bar top, but it is still modern, breakfast and the staff was excellent.

most hotels have a tea and coffee facility in the room which is sadly missing.

Das Hotel liegt super am Hafen, die Aussicht auf der Frühstücksterrasse ist ein Traum. Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl, da findet jeder etwas.

Leider alles etwas abgewohnt, im Zimmer sind die Möbel recht mitgenommen. Mal sieht überall, dass das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir empfanden für die Ausstattung den Preis etwas zu hoch.

Air con does not work. Very ineffective. Towels have to be collected 8 floors below away from the pool area! (Ground floor). Very inconvenient. Cleaning very very dirty and poor. Even after asking they cleaned the room and there was hairs everywhere and brown dirt on the bed sheets. Lifts very slow. Given a room without a balcony even though it was a family room. The pool is too shallow. Maybe 0.5-0.7m deep. In our view, a long way away from a 4-star hotel. Basic white labels on bottles in bathroom is more like student accommodation or a youth hostel rather than a ‘4-star’ hotel. Also, very noisy outside within drunken people walking past. Bad acoustics in the glazing.

Tout, nous sommes déjà venu en 2025, et comme l'hôtel est TOP nous y sommes retournés. L'emplacement, les prestations, le personnel...tellement aimable et gentil.

Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen, jedoch ist es aufgrund der Lage etwas laut vom Straßenverkehr.

Der Pool hätte eher aufmachen und etwas später zumachen können. Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas geräuschärmer sein, da man leider bei den Temperaturen das Fenster ungern geöffnet hat.

We stayed here for 2 nights before going to port de pollenca. The hotel is so central 10min walk to main shopping area and further 5 to the cathedral, with lovely views overlooking the marina. We got a room for 3 and it was massive with 2 bathrooms. Good indoor gym with plenty of weights and a few machines. Staff very helpful and friendly. Decent rooftop pool with bar. Lovely coffee shops nearby especially Bacan speciality coffee shop with huge croissants and excellent coffee I would highly recommend this hotel.

No kettle or cups in the room but once I asked at the reception they gave me kettle and cups, so all good.

First of all I would like to thank all the staff members of the hotel. They were professional and listening from the day we arrived to the last day. We connect easily with them. They’re so understanding and kind. For the first experience in a hotel I’m in awe of it. The property itself is very good and unique. We felt confortable and secure during our trip especially because we were a group of girls. We liked the outdoor and indoor pool. The 6th floor where we can go sit for a chat is a very nice and calm place. The room is everything we wished for. And how is located was easy for us to explore the city without going so far. They gave us some tips about the activities, location, restaurants and beaches so yes definitely coming back to this hotel.

Actually we had some problem with the bathroom, the door of the shower wasn’t quite closed but it’s a little details that siding impacts our staying.

El hotel ofrece magníficas vistas al puerto, a la Catedral y al Paseo Marítimo tanto de la habitación, como una vista panorámica fascinante desde la terraza del desayuno, que fue de excelente calidad y variedad. Estoy supercontenta de la atención supercálida y personalizada por el personal y de los servicios del hotel. Disposición de resolver cualquier problema o pedido. Recomiendo 100%. Mis vacaciones en Palma de Mallorca han sido una experiencia inolvidable.

It was very central, within walking distance of the airport bus and old town. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the views from the pool were exceptional. We got upgraded to a magnificent room with terrace as the air-con was not working in our room. We made use of the spa which was simple, but relaxing. We had not realised we needed to advise about turning the sauna on, even h the ought we had asked about going to the spa. We particular liked the artwork around the hotel.

The pool was smaller than expected and very crowded and loud on the day of arrival. Rooms did not have hooks for hanging towels.

Personnel accueillant, l’hôtesse au petit déjeuner est très sympathique, d’ailleurs le petit déjeuner est extra, l hôtel est vraiment bien situé par rapport à Palma et nous avons pu prendre le bus pour visiter la ville et les environs.

Le ménage était limite le soir de notre arrivée, avec des toilettes sales et une salle de bain visiblement pas faite...

Falta de servicios como nevera vacia y desconectada, no había hervidor y tes o manzanillas, muebles algo desgastados. Buffet zumo de naranja aguado totalmente y poca variedad de alimentos. Considero que es un hotel de tres estrellas y no de 4.

The location was perfect for us. We stayed there before a charter sail out of the Marina right across. The staff was excellent, breakfast had a wide variety, pool bar had a beautiful view and great rooms.

Perfect location to old town and with stunning views of the marina and even the Cathedral. Thank you to the Hotel for providing me a bottle of fizz on the house to help me celebrate my big birthday ….I really appreciated that ….great surprise in our room! Staff were all helpful and friendly even looking after our cases all day whilst waiting for our late flight home, locking them up and also for making us feel welcome to stay and chill. Rooftop pool with bar was ideal to relax and stay cool with beautiful views of the marina once again. Comfy beds and very clean room, very spacious restaurant upstairs with fabulous views once again would definitely recommend this place and we plan to return in the future

A pool with a view of the harbor and the historic center, an air-conditioned room, and the option to have breakfast indoors or outdoors with a view of the harbor. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, I really appreciated the longer breakfast hours and the option for a late check-out.

The air conditioning kept resetting to the preset temperature of 15°C, so we often had to adjust it back up to at least 20°C. According to the description, there was supposed to be a direct bus line from the hotel to the airport, but it has likely been discontinued (we had to transfer once). However, these are just minor issues, so this hotel is still the best one we’ve stayed at so far.

Good breakfast and clean nicely air conditioned rooms

As a family when we visited the outdoor pool at 8.30pm for a quick dip there was 8 very drunk people who were drinking in the pool and being very loud and had no consideration to others. The bar maid asked us to leave the pool edge at 8.45 as pool shuts at 9 yet she told the drunk party they could stay until 9. The pool edge was full of empty or full plastic drink cups that the drunk party were knocking over ruining the pool

Finom reggeli, jó választékkal, kedves személyzet. A szálloda kiváló helyen van, kényelmes séta a belváros, a bérlet autót is könnyen leparkoltuk. Éjszaka indult vissza a repülőnk, este nyolcig engedték a late check out-ot mindössze 50 euróért, nagyon kedvesek voltak.

A szobánkban a klíma lehetett volna halkabb, de egyébként minden szuper volt.

Hotel layout is a bit confusing. A few strategically placed signs to restaurant/reception would be beneficial. Would be nice to have locks on bathroom doors.

Aufenthalt grundsätzlich problemlos ok, Dusche in der Badewanne ist absolut nicht komfortabel ! Das ist der größte Minuspunkt Frühstücksraum sehr gut, Lage sehr gut, Taxis kamen schnell, Zimmer ok , Blick zum Meer wäre sicherlich besser gewesen - es waren jedoch nur 3 Nächte daher ok

Das Zimmer war veraltet, wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten, welches auf den Fotos ersichtlich war. Die Möbel sehr alt. Klimaanlage funktionierte nur mässig, konnte nicht verstellt werden. Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig!! Fenster nicht isoliert! Personal könnte ein Tick freundlicher sein. Teilweise stand niemand an der Rezeption. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, kaum Möglichkeiten zum anhalten, sehr befahrene Strasse. Falls man den Parkplatz benutzen möchte, muss man zuerst einchecken und erst dann kommt man ins Parkhaus rein, also es stehen keine Parkplätze draussen zur Verfügung. Während dem einchecken, hiess es man solle das Auto einfach irgendwo stehen lassen und Warnblinker anmachen, die Frage ist nur wo lassen? Ebenfalls muss man nachdem parken erneut zur Rezeption um die Karten fürs Zimmer zu holen. Alles sehr erschwert. Und auf keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel, das Geld war es nicht wert, echt schade. Der Pool war sehr dreckig! Und Fitnessraum waren die Geräte kaputt.

La stanza che mi è stata assegnata non corrispondeva affatto a quella proposta dall'annuncio. Era una stanza per diversamente abili con lavabo microscopico senza alcuna base d'appoggio e doccia senza box ma con tendina che non copriva nemmeno tutta l'ampiezza. Avevo scelto la struttura perchè dotata di bidet ma in quel bagno non era presente. Credo debba essere cmq segnalato da parte dell'hotel. Quando ho contattato la reception per esprimere le mie perplessità mi è stato detto che non c'erano più camere disponibili, cosa non vera perchè booking me ne proponeva diverse. La stanza era stata prenotata con mesi di anticipo, penso che avrebbero potuto trovare soluzione migliore.
