We were expecting a quadruple room, possibly with bunk beds (which we didn't want but which the hotel said they couldn't rule out). We arrived to a small suite of rooms - one double with balcony (sea view), a second double, a central, square hallway, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a separate toilet. It was much more spacious than we had been led to expect! The hotel was quiet and peaceful, and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast had a very good choice of tasty food.

It's only a small thing but the grey foam chairs on the roof terrace weren't comfortable - the back rest wasn't upright enough and provided no lumbar support. For me, a coffee machine being provided in the room would have made the room perfect!

Camera de 15 mp e neasteptat de mica, zgomotoasa se aude orice, usa vibreaza cand se deschide sau inchide usile la alte camere. Nu are parcare din 8 zile nicio zi nu am primit parcare. Am platit 24 euro zilnic Am solicitat la hotel o consiliere pentru ca era ziua mea , nici nu mi-au raspuns. Nu aveam balsam de par, si intre gel de dus si sampon nu era nicio diferenta

The location is great, we paid extra for a view over the harbour and glad we did. 20 minute walk to the centre of Palma, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Close to bus stops and car/bike hire shops almost next door. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely with great views. Breakfast was nice with a good selection to choose from.

Esténként gyalogosan könnyen és kényelmesen a part mentén be lehetett sétálni a gyönyörű óvárosba

A zuhanyajtó kicsit felújításra szorult volna, nekünk 7 éjszakára a kétágyas szoba nagy bőröndökkel kicsit szűkös volt. Fantasztikus lehetőség volt kijelentkezéskor, hogy 11-kor a szobát el kellett hagyni, - a repülőnk este 11-kor indult - a bőröndöket a bőrönd szobába elzárták, az uszodát ettől függetlenül egész nap lehetett használni, törölközőket adtak, amiket le lehetett vinni a strandra, lehetett zuhanyzásra időpontot foglalni tusfürdőt kaptunk és mindezért nem kellett fizetni pedig kijelentkeztünk és a szolgáltatásukat használtuk. Én még ilyennel nem találkoztam. Köszönjük!

Location was good

Breakfast starts until 7:30 am. We had to do check out to the airport and we were planing to have breakfast at 7 am but we couldn’t have breakfast because it starts late. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and very loud during night.

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen eher klein, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Altstadt von Palma ist leicht zu fuß erreichbar - für Fahrten an den Strand stehen jederzeit Taxis bereit. Da Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend.

Rooms were clean and modern with more space than I expected in a city location. Bathrooms were lovely -- large, good water pressure. Lovely pool area and delicious breakfast spread.

No conditioner in the showers and I suspect the 'shampoo' was just the shower gel poured into the shampoo dispenser. Such a small thing though considering how lovely everything else was.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was small, but it was okay for us. The complimentary water in a room when checking in was a nice touch after a flight. The air conditioning worked well. Daily room cleaning was also lovely! We enjoyed the pool and staff were friendly. Location is also good, 5min walk from a grocery store to stock up on water and snacks. Good restaurants around, bus stop, walk to the centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was a bit expensive but we booked only 1 week before, would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Costa Azul! The location is perfect, right by the port, with beautiful views. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

The air conditioner was not functioning for 2 nights and it was very hot all day long on these 2 nights

I stayed here for one night with friends - we had a triple room with a sea view balcony. I was very impressed! The room was bright and very large. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very good - large shower, good water pressure. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t great - had we been staying for longer I would have flagged this to reception and I feel confident that they would have addressed this as best they could. The pool/lounger area is very clean and tidy - the pool was very warm!! The staff are all very helpful and friendly! Great selection at the breakfast buffet, we also had lunch at the pool bar on our second day and this was excellent. A great location, 20 min stroll to the cathedral or 5 mins in a taxi and about €9. Would recommend and would love to return!!

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it has been superb every single time. Rooms were fantastic, staff fantastic and very helpful. Never had any issues with noise and breakfast has a great selection.

Very nice room with sea view. Clean and big enough for 2. After check out, possible to leave luggage and to even take a shower (reservation required). The staff was lovely

Location of the hotel is loverly overlooking the marina so make sure you book a room at the front of the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and professional from reception to pool bar. Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is very good with fresh omelettes on order. Minor point is no bar open in the hotel in the evening.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend a sea view room - the views are beautiful! The day reception staff were lovely. I had a very easy check in and they were very helpful with directions. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk into the main town so it’s in a good location! I will definitely return!

Loved it all - great location from the airport - 25e in a taxi. On the front at palma - stunning views across the harbour. Fab room (to sleep 3 on the 2nd floor). Pool and sun beds and gym on floor 3 - always quiet and could get a bed in late June. Breakfast until 1030am - again great - very clean and lots of choice. Staff very helpful. Basic toiletries in the bathroom - all fine. 12 mins walk to the cathedral along the front or about 6/7 mins walk (a couple of streets back but in same direction as cathedral) for a full paved street of lots of bars and restaurants (all reasonable prices and lovely)- only rip off were little supermarket type shops on the front for snacks and drinks (always go one street back from the front and no issues!) Can’t drink water on the hotel so had to buy lots of bottles - no issue as there is a fridge in the room and staff very kind giving us ice for our G&Ts in the room! Will definitely use this hotel again for a girls break!

Das Hotel wirkte verlassen, Cafe zu, keine Kaffee zum Mitnehmen, Pool zu klein, Fitnessraum ist fake, keine Klimaanlage keine Geräte nur ein kleine Zimmer, Cafe im Pool erst nach 11 Uhr geöffnet , Spa ist nicht zu erreichen.

Когда мы бронировали номер (номер с двумя раздельными кроватями), с нас потребовали оплату сразу, однако после оплаты нам заявили что такого номера может не быть (мы бронировали за месяц), потому возможно нам предоставят номер с одной двуспальной кроватью, что нам никак не подходило. После двух дней объяснений что это ненормально предоставлять сервис, сразу брать оплату и потом заявлять что он может быть не предоставлен, нам все-таки ответили что нам даже предоставят номер с двумя раздельными кроватями и третьим спальным местом (диваном). Однако, нам предоставили обычный номер с двумя раздельными кроватями (на что мы не жалуемся, просто зачем было заявлять?). При бронировании сразу указывайте что вам необходимо или пишите просто заранее. В целом я очень рекомендую этот отель

Lovely hotel. Excellent location on the seafront not far from Palma centre. The room with a sea view was lovely, good size and balcony was good to sit on especially in the evening. Good choice at breakfast.Terrace area was good . Would definitely return

We stayed for 3 nights in June catching a taxi from airport to hotel which took 15 mins. Hotel in a lovely location overlooking the marina. We had a sea view room which I'd recommend with a balcony. We were on second floor good view and not noisy at night. Room clean had everything we needed including fridge and tea and coffee facilities. We had breakfast included which we enjoyed with good selection. There is a pool and terrace on third floor which was great and had fantastic view. We caught bus from outside hotel into centre of palma, good bus service near hotel to get around island. Good restaurants near the hotel too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked a twin and a double room and got 2 twin rooms. Quite expensive for a one night stay and the price didn’t include breakfast, which was an extra €18 per person.

Absolutely excellent as usual! The hotel is immaculate thanks to the happy housekeeping staff. Nothing is too much trouble for all the wonderful staff & we adore coming back every time.😁

This was the second time staying at the Hotel Costa Azul. I don't often return to hotels, but this one is definitely worth going back to. It has an excellent location, and all of the staff, without exception, were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with coffee, tea and water all supplied. It is definitely worth paying a little extra for a room facing onto the Marina; the view is spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Palma.

I have stayed here many times and love the hotel and the cheerful , friendly staff. As always the stay was superb. This was my partners first time at the hotel and she loved it too.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are exceptionally well-maintained. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

The location is great. Bus stops are nearby and pratical to take the bus to go visit.

We can hear everything from the rooms next to ours and it can be quite disturbing, especially if you are trying to sleep at 2am. The vending machine on the ground floor was not working properly but it looks like the staff could not propose any solution to help us except saying that they will escalate to the maintenance.

Der strassenverkehr hat enorm zugenommen. Darum sehr laut. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber länger nicht mehr.

The pool is not exactly outside. Would have been nice if it was outside! But still very nice area. Also, as other travellers mentioned, if you need a late checkout you need to ask in the morning… it kinda defeats the purpose if you want to sleep in.
