Jeden z naszych materacy (3 łóżka) wymaga wymiany, jest już wygnieciony :-) nie spało się zbyt wygodnie

Deficiente funcionamiento del aire acondicionado sin solucionar a pesar de dar aviso.

La proximité des boîtes de nuit , du centre, du port, des restaurants, arrêt de bus facile d’accès et à 3 min. La gentillesse et le service du personnel. Les serviettes de bain pour la piscine ne nécessitent pas de supplément ou de caution lors du changement de serviette. Nous n’avons changé qu’une fois sur les 4 jours et ce commentaire n’est pas pour le but que les futurs clients abusent mais pour signaler le petit plus du service de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, très bon et frais.

La piscine est top et ce serait bien qu’on puisse en profiter un peu plus tôt que 10:30… juste petite suggestion 😉 Et Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine intérieure et du jacuzzi à disposition par manque de temps. Malheureusement. Mais juste dommage qu’il soit en bas au sous-sol, un peu sombre … Quand il fait beau on n’a pas trop envie de s’enfermer..

outdoor pool is very small

very nice, friendly and accommodating staff. They helped us throughout the stay, also allowing some flexibility at check out and booking the taxi for us. The room was perfectly clean and quite spacious. We loved the location, away from the noise of tourists but still very close to city centre.

The outside swimming pool is tiny, like 3m x 5m or so, which is not what you would expect from the pictures. The entire hotel is a bit old, but it's correct overall.

Accueil par le personnel au top ! Très aidant et répondent super rapidement aux questions. Petit déjeuné au top, un peu cher mais au top. La piscine sur le toit...petite mais suffisante. Magnifique décoration dans tout l’hôtel !!

Le SPA et le petit déjeuner étaient de qualité. L'hotel est bien placé pour accéder au centre-ville à pied ou en bus.

La Piscine extérieure est minuscule. L'hôtel est bruyant, on entends tout dans le couloir, les lits font du bruit, on entends le bruit des chambres à côté. La douche change de température toute seule, l'eau passe de chaude à brulante toute seule. Pour un 4 étoiles c'est décevant.

La habitación muy amplia. Para cuatro personas (2 adultos y 2 adolescentes) con dos baños.

The property is lovely, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning very reliable. The ambience around the place is relaxed and that is comforting when on a holiday.

The jet stream didn’t work in the bath. The bedside lamps dimmed view didn’t work. The staff at reception initially grilled me a little - and it felt somewhat unwelcoming. The room we were allocated I think was wrong for the price point. I ate at the restaurant and my curry was a soup that had a watery texture and taste.

Tous: le personnel à l'accueil, les femmes de chambres, la piscine sur le toit, le coin SPA, HAMMAN JACCUZY. Le service de consigne bagage...

Petit déjeuner un peu trop cher (15€) Il vaut 11-12 € pas plus. Surtout lorsqu'on est en famille avec des enfants de 13 ans et 15 ans qui ne mangent pas comme des adultes = total 60€ pour un pti déj, ça commence à piquer ! Sinon tout le reste au TOP. Lors de l'accès au coin SPA, JACCUZY, HAMMAM, quelques expliquations affichées à proximité des lieux qui recommanderaient la durée d'utilisation de chaques étapes seraient bien. Par exemple peut-on faire le SPA puis le jaccuzy successivement? Peut-on rentrer seul dans le Hamman car si une personne fait un malaise c'est très dangeureux. Enfin plusieurs indications d'utilisation/contre-indications pour informer les utilisateurs (cardique ou non).

La SPA è davvero eccezionale. La cena sorprendentemente ottima. Personale molto gentile. La stanza decorosa e con un buon materasso. La terrazza bellissima. Posizione comoda per la vicinanza del bus che collega alla spiaggia e al centro città.

Really good hotel, clean, well equipped and the room was big. I had a bath and a shower - super spacious bathroom. The staff were all absolutely fantastic too. When I'm back in Palma I'll definitely return. Oh, food - the food was superb

Fijne ruime kamers met veel opbergruimte, vriendelijk personeel, mooie spa en een prima gym, veel kunst in het hotel, maakt het een originele en karakteristiek plek om te verblijven. Lekker ontbijt en een fijne strategische locatie aan de rand van Santa Catalina: een goede uitvalsbasis voor zowel tripjes naar het strand als naar de binnenstad. Bushalte zowat voor de deur, en ook dichtbij halten van andere buslijnen.

Stylowy obiekt z wspaniałymi ludźmi. obsługa uśmiechnięta pomocna. Czysto, schludnie, wygodnie.do tego rzadka okazja przebywania ze sztuką.

Sehr zentral, freundliche/hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter Schöner Pool Bereich, Wasser allerdings zu warm, keine Abkühlung… Whirlpool im Pool ist schön Tolle Kunst im Hotel, bunt und ausgefallen. Mal was anderes.

Keine Klima Anlage im Bad, sehr warm, nicht auszuhalten… Betten eher hart …

Excellent location just a little away from the centre of Palma (5/10 minute walk), large rooms and very clean throughout the hotel. Pool was a great addition especially in the July heat. Had a drink in the bar downstairs on the terrace - staff were very friendly and prices reasonable for a hotel bar.

I used the pool and it was great although smaller than pictures make it look but perfect for a cool down. I was under the impression that there was a pool bar but there is just a phone to call downstairs and this came with a €3 euro service charge. As a solo traveller, I wasn't going to spend +€3 on top of the price of drink for just one drink as this essentially doubles the price. I just brought a couple of my own drinks to the swimming pool the next day.

Expérience très intéressante dans cet hôtel atypique et artistique. Plutôt bien situé pour une visite de la ville de Palma de Majorque.

Das Hotel hat seinen Namen zurecht, es ist ein wirklich schönes modernes und künstlerisches Ambiente, es bietet neben geräumigen Zimmern auch ein eigenes Kunst Atelier an.

Alles war super, allerdings war es etwas schade das der Whirlpool im Spa nicht funktioniert hat.

El desayuno muy bueno. Calidad y muy variado. La ubicación fenomenal, junto al puerto y muy bien comunicado con bus, taxi y aparcamiento ajeno al hotel. La habitación muy confortable, la climatización fenomenal, no se oye nada pero funciona fantástico.

Echo de menos una cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación.

It is a museum hotel, the artistic vibes were breathtaking! We rent a 4 beds with my siblings, it was very comfortable to have 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 big sofa, 1 private balcony, and the pool and the spa.. very very nice. The staff of the bar as the receptionnists were very Nice too! and the location of the hotel really makes our life easier to enjoy a city holiday in Palma: bus, groceries, bar, night club, etc.

Just be careful about ants and food on the floor, but it is common everywhere in Mallorca, so it is not specific of this hotel, the everyday cleaning staff is emptying our bins, so put all the waste together everyday and it should be okay

Super Lage; Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und nicht zu eng. Endlich mal eine Matratze, die nicht knochenhart war. Nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Frühstück war nicht so überzeugend.

Porozumienie się w języku angielskim wymaga odrobiny gimnastyki, Zero-jedynkowo działająca klimatyzacja. Doskonale działa, ale wymaga ostrożności przy ustawianiu.

Uima-allas oli tosi pieni, siitä olisi ollut hyvä saada tieto etukäteen. Olisin varannut toisen hotellin isommalla uima-altaalla, tämä oli iso pettymys

Excelente ubicación, con transporte publico muy cerca. Habitacion y cama muy comoda. Te dan opciones de almohadas. El servicio de desayuno ( opcional) al igual que las comidas son de buena calidad y variedad.

Todo bien con el hotel y el personal. El unico inconveniente por mencionar algo fue que en reiteradas oportunidades las tarjetas llaves de la habitación se desprogramaron.

Von außen sehr schön und das Hotel im Großen und Ganzen auch, es hat Potenzial für mehr. Lobby Personal und Frühstück sehr gut.

Die Zimmer bzw. das meine, benötigt dringend ein fresh up. Matratze und Bad sollten angegangen werden. Klima war zu schwach und TV ging leider nur Radio.. Für den Preis waren meine Erwartungen höher.

La posizione è fantastica: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma strategicamente perfetta per esplorare Palma, a pochi passi dal Paseo Marítimo e dal vivace quartiere di Santa Catalina, pieno di ottimi ristoranti e locali. La camera era pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per rilassarsi al meglio. Nota di merito anche per lo staff, sempre incredibilmente gentile, sorridente e disponibile a dare consigli utili per viversi al meglio l'isola. La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità, ideale per fare il pieno di energie prima di una giornata di mare o di camminate. Anche l'area piscina/relax è una vera chicca per staccare la spina a fine giornata. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e di stile a Palma!

I like this hotel,but swimming pool is small and busy. Breakfast 8/10. Restaurant meniu was limited, not that listed in fact. During the hot days long distance to reach center . Recomend this hotel not in high season.

Rent och bra läge. Roligt med all konst.

Det hade varit bra om toaletten varit mer avskild, det fanns en glasdörr men den gick inte hela vägen upp till taket.

Das Hotel ist zugleich eine Kunstgalerie. Es lohnt sich, durchs Treppenhaus und die Gänge zu laufen. Zwei Räume sind Showrooms für Künstler. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, auch mit mallorquinischen Spezialitäten. Zimmer war ruhig, mit einer leistungsfähigen Klimaanlage.

Der Pool ist winzig und öffnet erst 10.30 Uhr. Fitnessraum öffnet ebenfalls erst um 9 Uhr, schliesst um 21 Uhr und ist schlecht klimatisiert. Leider lassen sich daher die kühleren Morgenstunden nicht nutzen.

O hotel tem uma localização boa, precisa de uma caminhada até o centro, mas vale o custo benefício. O quarto é bem espaçoso e o nosso ainda tinha um terraço.

Pensei que teria café da manhã, mas chegando lá fui informada que não constava, não sei se foi erro no site do booking ou falha do hotel.

The beds are super comfy and the hotel is really interesting. Breakfast was great, all round good value.

The balcony was tiny, not even big enough for one chair, but this is a minor considering the price.

The breakfast and the location are fantastic.

I had issues with the pillow — it wasn’t very comfortable. There was noise from other hotel guests, and the doors close very loudly, echoing throughout the entire hotel. The invoicing process was very slow and unnecessarily complicated.
