la ubicacion es privilegiada, a 2 cuadras del jardin botanico y el templo de santo domingo, esta rodeado de restaurants, bares, cafes, y muy cerca de todo, aunque ya luce viejo el mobiliario, todo esta absolutamente limpio, y tienen amenidades en habitacion como shampoo, crema, cotonetes, para limpiar zapatos, plancha, secadora, caja fuerte, tv, a/c, tiene suficientes enchufes, me agrado que tienen dispensador de agua fria en los pasillos, tiene restaurant abajao del hotel, creo que volvere siempre.

el unico punto malo, es que no cuenta con estacionamiento, ni hay estacionamientos publicos ceracanos

The building and the rooms are really nice and it gives you a real feeling of being on holidays. The staff was helpful. I just wish we could have had a nice Mexican breakfast.

I would be great if there was a parking, but other than that, this place is great. Rooms are nicely decorated, shower works perfectly. The location is also pretty good.

De día había ruido todo el rato, como de una máquina, que no dejaba descansar. La atención de la recepción dejó bastante que desear, encargamos un taxi para el aeropuerto, insistiéndole varias veces en la hora el día anterior. Llegó la hora y no estaba, pasaron 10 minutos e indicaron que había tráfico, que ya vendría. Por suerte apareció un taxi por la calle y nos recogió, pasándole el viaje que tenía a un compañero suyo. El taxi que supuestamente había reservado el hotel no apareció, y el nuevo taxista nos indicó que no había nada de tráfico ese día.

La habitación con terraza, espectacular. Las camas muy cómodas y mucho espacio en la habitación. Cercano al centro.

La atención del personal: poco amable, de mal humor, con muy pocas ganas de hacer su trabajo.

Clean and comfortable rooms and property.

Potential guests need to be aware that this hotel does not have an elevator. Guests with mobility issues should request a ground floor room. We were given a room on the third floor, which was fine, but going up and down the stairs proved to be a challenge. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but within about 10 min from it.

The hotel itself was super cute. The rooms were clean and there were water stations available for drinking water whenever needed. The location was also convenient.

There was no coffee in the room, which is a huge downfall for me. There is a restaurant attached, but you have to go there to order it and it's 60 pesos each cup. I love waking up and drinking coffee in my pj's before leaving my room, so that was a huge downfall. Also, the restaurant closed at 5pm, so if you wanted to eat dinner in the room, you had to order fairly early. My daughter was sick so we couldn't leave as much as planned :( The courtyard is super cute, but it makes the rooms noisy. People hang out there, you can hear the cleaning, etc...

I loved the location, the decor of the hotel and the very helpful staff. The room was very confortable and the wifi connection was excellent. I loved the fact there was water dispenser on each floor, so we could fill our water bottles rather than provide plastic water bottles to the guests in their rooms. The staff was more than helpful to take by bag up to the 2nd floor because there is no elevator. The room was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations. It is a budget hotel in a great location and it is very, very decent. I'll stay here again when visiting Oaxaca.

Très propre, lits très confortables et très proche du centre ville et l'eau chaude !

Le bruit de la rue, les chambres ne sont pas isolées du tout, on entend tout (même la conversation de la voisine en haut parleur...). Pas de parking à côté... Pas très pratique pour les valises.

We did have to move to the room next to the restaurant on our last night which was a bit loud. (It was our own mistake that made us have to move) I wouldn't recommend that room if you like things very quiet. Generally the hotel was wonderful!

This place is amazing, comfortable, the location is great. Everything is a walking distance. I love this place. I will stay again

Amabilidad del personal, limpieza, tranquilidad del lugar, el cuidado del medio ambiente, está cerca de todo.el hotel es tal como muestra las fotos.Hay agua fresca para rellenar botes y no consumir tantas botellas de plástico .Camas cómodas, sabanas y toallas limpias, sin manchas. Es un hotel colonial con instalaciones nuevas.

Electricity didnt work, staff indifferent to it. Only luke warm water, made a point of not letting us into our room when we arrived at 130pm. Tried to charge 3 dollars for a cup of undrinkable coffee

The suite we stayed in is very beautiful, extremely comfortable and has a little patio to enjoy during the day. The beds are extremely comfortable. It is convenient to have the restaurant just downstairs. The location is hyper central.

La ubicación

El personal de recepción era bastante apático, especialmente el turno de la tarde-noche. Cumplen con sus funciones pero definitivamente el customer service no es lo suyo. Cada interacción se sentía como un inconveniente. No hay cafetera en el cuarto ni en el lobby. Hay que esperar hasta las 7am cuando abre el restaurante. Esto es problemático únicamente para la gente que se levanta temprano o tiene tours a primera hora. Finalmente, el WiFi y la distribución de muebles en el cuarto. El Wifi es totalmente inaccesible desde la habitación. La señal de redes telefónicas tampoco llegan al cuarto entonces sin el Wifi quedas totalmente desconectado al entrar al cuarto. Los cuartos con dos camas (por lo menos el nuestro) tienen un espacio muy reducido para accesar el baño. La esquina de la cama queda a menos de un metro de la puerta del clóset. Esto resulta un poco tedioso si es más de una persona en el mismo cuarto a la hora de alistarse. O inclusive sería intransitable si se tuvieran problemas de movilidad.

De ligging is super centraal. Kamer is zeer proper.

De airco's maken een enorm lawaai. Het is onbegrijpelijk dat deze niet op dak staan maar boven het raam van de onderburen. Gans de nacht niet kunnen slapen zelfs met gesloten raam, rustig op een terras zitten hoort er dus ook niet bij dan. Vreselijk. Tevens werden er werken uitgevoerd in een nabije kamer. Dit is echt not done terwijl het hotel open is voor gasten. Uiteindelijk hebben we een kamer op het hogste verdiep gekregen.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und damit perfekt für den Aufenthalt in historischen Zentrum geeignet. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Obwohl die Ausstattung des Zimmers schon älter ist, hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und es wurde jeden Tag sehr sauber gereinigt. Das Personal hat sich prima um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Dieses Hotel empfehle ich uneingeschränkt weiter.

Das Licht aus dem Innenhof scheint etwas durch die Eingangstür, was aber kein großes Problem war.

Me encantó la ubicación y la comodidad de la habitación, también tienen un restaurante disponible ahí mismo. Me gustó mucho que tuvieran dispensador de agua en cada piso para poder rellenar botellas.

Hay árboles en el centro del hotel y lo hacen ver muy fresco, sin embargo, los pajarillos que llegan ahí desde las 4am cantaban y ya no pude dormir. Entiendo que son cosas de la naturaleza pero si era incómodo, por lo que recomiendo llevar tapones de oídos si tienen el sueño ligero .

Location was great walking distance to the center. The communal water jug in the courtyard was greatly appreciated. I loved having the terrace with the chairs as a nice place to sit and relax.

Bathroom shower drain was slow. Not sure if it was just in our room.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de Santo Domingo, la catedral y otros lugares turísticos. Además tienen dispensadores de agua para poder rellenar tu botella. El personal muy amable nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones

Nicely appointed mid-range hotel. Conveniently located near the Temple of Santo Domingo and Cultural museum. Beds were a little on the hard side (as many are in Mexico). Street noise (traffic)was heard in early morning. Very clean. Free purified water. Staff was great! We enjoyed an early morning Mexican breakfast (delightful chilaquiles and a good enchilada dish. The enchiladas were a little on the bland side. My chilaquiles con chorizo were a better choice. Quite convenient for an early morning start. Service was a little slow. All in all a solid B+.

Cheats and towels were quite nice! Really good water pressure and temperature controls. Everything was clean, in good condition, and well-appointed.

I would like to see the rooms decorated with something on the walls! There were a couple of those tin hearts on the wall above the beds, but nothing else. This makes for a boring room.

Beautiful, traditional, historic. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable room with tons of storage space.

Staff ranged from aloof to downright rude. Some of it was language discomfort, I am sure, but it was a low point, especially in a city where everyone else was so gracious and helpful and did not let language issues get in the way at all. Second was the noise level. Some of that is just Mexico and the insane traffic, but there was a blastingly loud roar all day long outside my room.. The windows were excellent, so most of it was blocked enough to tolerate it, but I couldn't use the lovely patio or have the nice breeze in the room. I'm guessing it was the ventahood from the attached restaurant, as it stopped at night, but it marred the experience greatly.

Das Hotel lag zentral und es gab kostenfreies Trinkwasser.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, aber dort saß man wie in einem Kaminschacht. Das Internet war im Zimmer schlecht. Mit dem Fön kann man Babyhaare fönen, aber keine normalen Haare. Im Bad roch es nach Fäkalien. Es war extrem hellhörig und man hat jedes Wort und Getrampel der anderen Hotelgäste gehört. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren immer nur mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Die Zimmerausstattung war in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Comfortable bed

Multiple steps in bedroom to and from bathroom and into room. Dangerous at night. Staff not helpful and some rude. One night construction outside banging. Books wrote me a note that breakfast included and the hotel said thus is not so and charged us for breakfast.

The only problem is the drains, but we covered both of them and kept the bathroom door closed to eliminate the smell at night.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral fussläufig zum Zentrum. Schönes Hotel mit grossem Zimmer, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war a la carte Es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe

We only stayed for a quick overnight, but the property was in a great location, the staff was friendly, the hotel was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable! They also have a nice open patio and water dispenser for your reusable water bottles (or glass pitcher provided in the room).

Since we only stayed for an overnight, I did not have much time to explore the property and amenities, but had no complaints for our short stay or room!

Location was very good. The rooms are old and the beds were hard as a rock. Cheep towels and sheets. I was given the wrong room and when asked to get changedd I was told that since my reservation was made through Booking it was not possible. I was told there was a coffee pot and a mini fridge and there was neither.

Location is good. It's about 10 minutes to walk to Santa Domingo Guzman Cathedral and 5 minutes to Jalatlaco. There are many restaurants, bakeries, cafes and convenience stores within easy walking from hotel. The shower has great pressure and the attached breakfast restaurant, El Pipe, is decent.

Building is a bit tired and can be very noisy. When a large tour group was leaving at 4:30AM, dragging their suitcases down several flights of stairs, and loudly chatting in the lobby, I doubt anyone else in the hotel was able to sleep. It took about 45 minutes for things to quiet down.

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage! Es liegt nah zu den schönsten Cafés der Stadt, nachts kann man trotzdem super schlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal ist aufmerksam & freundlich. Wir würden in Oaxaca City jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Unser erstes Zimmer war relativ dunkel und klein, konnten aber nach einer Nacht problemlos in ein größeres mit Balkon ohne Aufpreis umziehen.

Queda a unas cuadras de los puntos más atractivos de la ciudad, aunque en un barrio algo peor mantenido que el que está a tres cuadras.

El hotel está bien, pero es algo básico y las ventanas dan a un patio interior. Las camas eran duras, pero todo limpio.
