Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport

Pratique pour un transit (aéroport).

Peu de relation "ouverte" avec la réception qui ne dit pas toit et s'autorise à débiter votre carte bancaire sans avertissement. Une de mes questions (leur encaissement) via l'e-mail est toujours sans réponse cinq jours plus tard. Je ne suis pas content!!!! Salutations

Stuff was great location also very good!

Room was bit Dusty and sink was leaking.

Although it was obviously clean in reality, somehow it felt like that the toilet was not disinfected and I had a feeling it was not clean enough with some kind of smell.

The lack of staff to welcome and assist you. It took a while to get help.

Great for overnight stop NEAR (located in adjacent business suburb) airport. Nice hotel with clean modern rooms, shuttle bus from hotel (10CHF p/p) provided access to airport for flight. If travelling light SBB bus stop direct to airport is only a 5 min walk.

Bathroom layout may be off putting to some. Separate toilet and “pod” style shower opening directly onto room area. Didn’t bother us, some may not like lack of privacy when showering/drying off.

À l’arrivée vers 23h40, la chambre qui nous a été donnée 346 n’était pas prête. Lit défaut, linges au sol. WC en désordre. La nouvelle chambre 436 était en ordre, rien à dire mais l’impression à l’ouverture de la 1ere a été glauque. Erreur dans l’attribution de la chambre, pas eu d’explication. La navette retour était payante, j’aurais espéré un geste vu la situation, mais la personne a la réception n’était pas la même donc pas au courant

החדר עצמו היה בגדול נחמד והמיטה היתה נוחה, השאטל הגיע בזמן ואסף אותנו בזמן.

לקחנו את המלון בהמתנה שהיתה לנו בין טיסות כדי שנוכל להספיק לישון 4.5 שעות. במקרה הזה, זה לא קרה כיוון שחיכינו במשך 40 דק' לצ'ק אין למלון. בנוסף כשהגענו לחדר באנו להיכנס למיטה ומתחת לשמיכה על המצעים היה ג'וק מת. למזלי הבאתי מצעים משלי והחלפתי אחרת היתי צריכה לקרוא לניקיון וזה היה לוקח עוד זמן ומבזבז לנו עוד זמן שינה שלא היה לנו.

Great layover location

الفندق كان نوعاما جيدا ولكن ليس بالمستوى المطلوب حيث لايوجد ثلاجة داخل الغرفة وكذلك لايوجد ماء خاص للشرب وكانت الغرفة صغيرة نوعا ما.

Check-In Katastrophe. Personal braucht ewig und wenn mehr als 5 Gäste einchecken wollen wenn zB die Flughafen Shuttle eintreffen dauert es eine Ewigkeit. Warum hat man 3 Check In Desks wenn nur 1 besetzt ist mit langsamen Personal?

Amazing staff, allowed us to keep the big luggage at the premises while we roamed around. We came back to this hotel on the 6th night

The shower, strangely was a separate unit. This must be the style

Location and clean, comfortable room

Sent email in advance asking for beds to be made up as king size if possible but it was made up with twin beds. Also, long wait at Reception to check in

What I don’t like it, they changing many things no more bottled water for free no espresso machine Then they have breakfast different price if you book front desk 24 Frank, if you’ve have breakfast in restaurant 27 ch Tax should be 350 but they charge me seven they saying I was booking for two person, and I am the only one I was Check-in plus transportation back to airport cost you 10 Swiss Frank

I come through Zurich a lot and I like the accessibility. I like how the shower was separate from the toilet so neither one of us was held hostage by the other in need of either of them.

Clean, big bed, convenient location, free shuttle from airport

Unfortunately, our one-night stay at the Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport was disappointing. - The staff who handled our check-in was neither welcoming nor friendly. - The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and we found hairs from the previous guest. - In one room, water leaked from the shower cabin into the room. - In our second room, the shower drain was blocked or not working properly, causing water to collect inside the shower cabin. Considering the standards expected from a Radisson hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. It was quiet.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the shuttle service. We waited for almost an hour at Arrivals Terminal 1. After 15 minutes we tried ringing the hotel. No one answered the phone. Eventually after much negotiating with taxi drivers,we managed to get an Uber. By this time we were angry and tired. The receptionist didn't get into a discussion or apologise but at least gave us a complimentary shuttle for the following morning. A shame for all the upset incurred for what would have otherwise been a good stay.

Frühstück ist ein Desaster

Location is good. It is not at airport, but convenient. 10 min walk to train station. There are enough space in the room to turn around.

Shuttle bus from airport to hotel is always packed, it comes every half hour, but there are not enough seats available, we had to wait for the next shuttle since the first one was full. Some people were very upset since there was no seat left after waiting for so long.
