I was under the impression that shuttle was included in the booking price, second receptionist didn't care about me upon check-out or to answer questions and kept walking away during conversation, didn't make me feel welcome

Non permettono di fare check in prima delle 15.00, con relativa richiesta di posto auto, non prenotabile in anticipo, quindi se si vuole riservare il parcheggio in periodi di forte affluenza bisogna organizzarsi per essere lì alle 15.00, cosa scomodissima per un hotel aereoportuale. La doccia presentava macchie di muffa ed il terzo letto era molto più piccolo del normale, mio figlio alto 1.70 ha dormito male coi piedi fuori, immaginate un adulto. Anche il bagno era molto piccolo, senza bidet e con doccia di larghezza inferiore a 70cm.

Es war sehr viel los im Hotel und dadurch sehr unruhig. Vom Zimmer hört man den Gang sehr gut. Ich musste Nachfragen betreffend dem Parken. 20 Fr. Für eine Nacht, da erwarte ich eine Garage.

Siamo stati una notte in questo hotel a causa di uno scalo molto lungo e, sinceramente, è stata un’esperienza a dir poco pessima. È il peggior hotel in cui sia mai stata. Personale super scortese e completamente disinteressato alle esigenze degli ospiti. Le camere erano piccole, puzzavano ed erano tutt’altro che confortevoli. L’aria condizionata non funzionava e la TV era senza telecomando. Abbiamo fatto presente tutti questi problemi, ma la loro risposta è stata: “Ci dispiace, non possiamo fare niente”. Nessuno si è nemmeno degnato di salire in camera a controllare perché l’aria condizionata non funzionasse o a cercare di capire dove fosse finito il telecomando. Se ne sono completamente fregati. A mio parere, questo hotel approfitta delle persone che hanno uno scalo molto lungo e cercano un posto vicino all’aeroporto dove poter riposare. Peccato che sia esattamente il contrario: invece di riposarsi, si esce da questo hotel ancora più stressati e disgustati. A questo punto sarebbe stato molto meglio dormire direttamente in aeroporto. Per non parlare dei prezzi, assolutamente spropositati per un hotel che si definisce 3 stelle, ma che, per la qualità del servizio e delle camere, a mio parere non ne meriterebbe nemmeno una. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Assolutamente sconsigliato: se avete uno scalo lungo, cercate un’altra soluzione. Dormire in aeroporto sarebbe probabilmente una scelta migliore. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026I had a great experience staying here. The room was very comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff were always friendly, helpful and available whenever I needed anything. It’s also an excellent option if you’re looking for somewhere convenient to stay close to Zurich Airport. I would definitely stay here again.
found the transport options from the airport a little unclear, especially for late arrivals. I arrived quite late and the next bus was about an hour away, and as I was very tired, I ended up taking an expensive taxi. It would be really helpful if the hotel provided clearer information in advance about the airport shuttle, including where to catch it, how often it runs, and what time the service finishes. Having this information beforehand could have saved me quite a bit of money on the taxi.
