Reviewed Sep 16, 2026A modern hotel close to Zurich Airport, perfect for travelers arriving on flights. There is a free shuttle to the hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast is very good and available from very early in the morning. The hotel is air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Really nice airport hotel. Very clean/ nicely decorated / very quiet - effective soundproofing both from outside and other rooms. Good bathroom and comfy beds. Decent breakfast. Has everything you need for a stopover/short trip. Really well located for the train station which is less than 5 minutes walk away and from there an easy trip into Zurich. Reasonably priced too (for Switzerland!).

We had a hard time leaving the parking garage as we were not familiar with the language and could did not know how to properly use the parking ticket exit procedure.

הגענו לאכול ארוחת בוקר, לפני טיסה, אך לא היה מקום לשבת בחדר האוכל ואמרו שנצטרך לחכות לשבת - כעשרים דקות/חצי שעה.. אין זה סביר לצפות לאנשים לחכות כשצריכים להגיע לנמל תעופה בזמן!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut in SBahn nähe und ein kleines Einkaufszentrum, gut isoliert (mein Zimmer war fast gegenüber vom Luft und hörte kaum etwas), die Ausstattung war komfortable und hatte alles, was man braucht, guter Shuttle Service, der erste Frühstück Buffet mit Schafes für Mexikanische Gäste!
Die Rezeption Mitarbeiter sprechen kaum Deutsch und oft antworten falsch auf Anfragen. Die Frühstück Dame hat ständig laut gejammert, weil so viel los war. Die Rezeption fragte, ob ich Zimmer Service brauche, und ich habe abgeleht (trotzdem fand ein Zimmermädchen vor meiner Abreise im Zimmer), dazu hat meine Zimmertür nicht gut geschlossen, blieb angelehnt, ich musste es in einer schlimmer Art merken: Ich müsste eine Tasche mit Reisepässe in meinem Koffer unterhalb eine Bluse legen und ging in die Stadt. Ich kam zurück und könnte sie Tür nicht auf machen, da merkte ich, dass sie nur angelehnt war. Ich ging rein und schlief. Folgende Tag überprüfte alles für die Reise: da fehlte die Tasche mit den Reisepässe! Ich öffnete den Koffer und leerte ihn vollständig: die Tasche war nirgendwo! Ich öffnete meine andere 2 Koffer vollständig und leerte sie, und wieder nichts. Es war Sonntag, und keine Botschaft war offen, ich suchte alle Beweise, dass ich Mexikanerin bin... Ich meldete es bei der Rezeption und würde den Rezeption Manager gerufen. Er war eine nette Person, informierte mich,dass es keine Videos Kameras au der Etage hätte, fragte und kommentierte einiges dazu "Wer kann Reisepässe stehlen?". Natürlich niemand, wenn man nicht weiss, dass in der Tasche nur Dokumente sind... Ich ging am Nachmittag laufen, essen und bei der Polizei den Verlust melden. Als ich zurück kam, ging ich schlafen und schrieb mein Konsulat in Madrid, denn ich bräuchte für die Nacht einen Not Reisepass , um weiter nach Mexiko zu fahren. Als ich duschen ging, holte ich meine Wäsche und meine Hand blieb in eine Kette eingewickelt: meine Tasche mit den Reisepässe!!! Die einzige Personen, die das kommen und gehen von Reisende beobachten, sind die Rezeption Mitarbeiter (ich hätte auch akzeptiert, wenn sie mir einfach die Tasche in der Hand ụ̈bergeben hätten). Meine Tasche ist wieder da, ich könnte die Konsulat Termine stornieren und nach Hause fliegen.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026This hotel was the perfect location for an early morning flight out of Zurich. We arrived at 11:00 am and our room was ready, we dropped our stuff off and proceeded to take public transportation to Zurich Old Town and spent the rest of the day sight seeing. The location was close to transportation and if you wanted to stay close, there were restaurants nearby. The hotel was brand new and everything felt geared to travelers. It was the perfect way to end our vacation.

A/C unit was not adjustable: following the direction, if the temp was set at 23, switch to heating, if I set to 22 the A/C kicked in. Obviously, I didn't want heating, but nor did I want to freeze. The Shuttle was super expensive! Never heard of paying for a couple km ride for $20 per couple, it was cheaper to take an Uber.

fastidioso il pagamento della navetta del ritorno, all'andata è gratis, facile da prendere difronte all'uscita, ma il ritorno a 10 Franche svizzeri a testa sono molti se si è in 4 come la mia famiglia. Il percorso dura 5 min, un uber costa 30/40 % in meno.

L'accoglienza alla reception molto fredda (un piccolo sorriso sarebbe sufficiente) e magari anche qualche parola che non sia solo svizzero tedesco!?! Aiuterebbe i clienti che visto la vicinanza all'aeroporto sicuramente arrivano dall'estero. Colazione pessima (pane e gipfel non freschi). La navetta per l'aeroporto la trovo troppo cara visto che a 5 minuti c'è la fermata dell'autobus con servizio ogni 30 minuti e costa meno (noi abbiamo usato quello).

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026היינו זוג + 4 ילדים. בשדה תעופה ציריך חיכה לנו שאטל חינם עד למלון. נהג נחמד ואדיב. הגענו למלון צ'ק אין מהיר ונחמד וקבלת חדרים . מקלחת חמה וירידה לארוחת ערב במסעדת הלובי. טעים מאוד. שינה טובה וארוחת בוקר טעימה כלולה במחיר. שאטל לשדה תעופה למחרת. רק המבוגרים משלמים. מלון מעולה ומיקום מצוין ללילה לפני/אחרי הטיסה.
