Hotel Isola Sacra Rome Airport

The shuttle bus was great. The pool was great. The food was great.

When we arrived there seemed to be no record that we had prepayed with booking.com 3 months prior. I almost paid again, but checked. Eventually the receptionist found the payment but no explanation or apology. She didn't even crack a smile. I almost felt like apologising.

The hotel Isola Sacra was spotlessly clean, easy to find your way around and the pool was magnificent. My family especially loved the tiki hut near the pool.

There was nothing that I like about the property. It was beautiful, and the people were helpful.

The communication through this website is not good using the telephone number you just get a recording. Somehow try to get the actual phone number before you go.

Perfect for our two-night transit stay. Fiumicino is an underrated base, and we used our free day to visit the amazing Ostia Antica. The spacious pool and garden area was a welcome relief during the height of the Italian heatwave. Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. A great option for a short stay near the airport.

Not much around the area but great proximity to Ostia Antica and Fiumicino harbour town is a delight with lovely restaurants.

Beautiful outdoor space and restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was large and had great pressure. Convenient paid shuttle service to and from the airport.

I requested 2 single beds but received 1 bed. It was late and I was tired from traveling so didn’t feel like moving rooms. The problem was she actually confirmed my request as I checked in. I guess she just gave us the wrong room or the staff didn’t separate the beds.

Surprised at the lovely hotel! Beautiful pool and awesome chairs under shade to sit and a poolside bar that had a huge selection of drinks and poolside bites that tasted amazing and a dj .. bonus.. music wasn’t too loud just perfect background noise

The Italian restaurant was just okay

Everyone was friendly, location was great. After 24 hours flying from Australia we just needed to relax and this is the perfect place.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the shuttle was great to have for an early flight. Staff were super nice and accommodating and the breakfast was good.

Was not a fan of the dinner food here so that was a bit of struggle since there is so much good food in Rome. I think next time I’d rather stay in an area in the city to get a good last dinner then pay for an uber to the airport.

Location and convenience for a final night before a long-haul flight.

The pastas were superb (carbonara was first rate) but the secondi's/mains were really lack lustre. Particularly the steak. Was not seasononed particularly well and I had to send it back as a skilled vet could have brought it back to life. Almost blue and I asked for medium.

До туристических мест не дойти пешком. Но это если планируете туда идти. Такси ночью обойдется в 35-40 евро. А ехать 5-7 минут.

Muy cómodo, las camas las cobijas de muy buena calidad. El desayuno muy diverso, todo muy bien. La ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto. Tienen traslado al aeropuerto y sino está disponible te ubican un taxi o van para el traslado. Super recomendado.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen Rom Fiumincino. Daher wählten wir dieses Hotel für unsere letzte Übernachtung vor dem Rückflug. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte aber Alles was man braucht. Es stand eine Flasche Wasser für uns bereit. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad zwar etwas klein, reicht aber für eine Übernachtung sicherlich aus. Der Garten- und Poolbereich mit der Poolbar ist sehr schön und stimmungsvoll. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, die Auswahl sehr groß und die warmen und kalten Speisen sind frisch. Das Hotel bietet einen recht preiswerten Shuttle zum Flughafen an.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Das hoteleigene Restaurant im schönen Garten ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Der Kellner war nicht sehr freundlich und das Essen nicht gut und für die angebotene Qualität deutlich zu teuer! Hier gilt: Mehr Schein als sein!!!!

Breakfast was very good. Lunch and dinner were good in a nice atmosphere. I thought they were very expensive but have not checked anywhere else in Italy fir comparison.

I asked for early checking znd was told it woukd be 30 euros. . We tried to put in the 5 hours by lunching but we were very tired. Eventually we got a room after 3 hours.

Everything! We visit this resort every year and just love it. The restaurants, pool and overall look of the resort.

The coffee machine only took Euro coins. We had just arrived in Italy and only had notes.

The check in is later, so we were hungry and the restaurant part at 2:00 PM was winding down . This had limited meat dishes as my wife has allergies to seafood. Only 1 steak on menu. Expensive and the place just up the street had top notch steaks. And other meats. This hotel for the turnover of people could have had way more items for food at a better price. I like seafood so I had a shrimp pasta dish. Which to be fair had at the least one shrimp cut into multiple pieces. SAD. I also could have been told in an easy e mail about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel! We did use it going back from the hotel to the airport which is a great service.

There weren't enough towels for all 3 of us. We didn't see any wifi password and didn't ask for one.

It was close to the airport. It had great restaurants on the premises. It was very clean .

Lovely hotel, nice room with a/c

I got the impression from the receptionist that as I turn up in motorbike gear I wasn't suitable to stay at this type of hotel, but they had to honour the booking. Limit food menu, very loud music at the pool side bar - very difficult to have a conversation.

המיטות מזעזעות ולא נוחות יש בהם שקע מוגזם , רעש מהבריכה של מוזיקה אחרי 16:00 עד 0:00 לא היה אפשר לישון לנוח חשבנו שזה מלון למבוגרים שאפשר לשים ראש לפני טיסה

The pool area was great, breakfast was a variety of cooked and cold food. Short distance from airport and you can book a seat in their shuttle for a small cost

Not many amenities in surrounding area, but restaurant on-site and pool bar offered snacks.

We stayed one night and had late checkout the following day, and we were all so pleasantly surprised with the hotel, facilities, comfort and food!! Great value for money!

Jättebra poolområde. Bra restaurang samt fin frukostbuffé med glutenfria alternativ. Trevlig personal. Mysig stämning kring pool och poolbar. Tyvärr hade vi bara en natt här pga morgonflyg hem. Ligger nära flygplatsen men nästa gång skulle vi gärna stanna någon extra natt för att det var så fint.

The hotel is close to the airport, and the shuttle on the morning of was very easy. The breakfast had plenty of choice, I had a coffee and muffin as I was leaving for the airport. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean and plenty of towels. The air conditioning keep the room nice and cool for sleeping. My evening meal was delicious and a lovely environment.

The transfer from the airport to hotel was a debacle. I was waiting at bay 3 from 6pm for 6.15 shuttle service. No shuttle stopped in Bay 3 for this hotel. There are shuttles for other hotels also picking up here so I would recommend that you ask every shuttle in every bay where they are going. As it was going to be another 50 mins for the next shuttle, I had to spend Euro 35 to get a Taxi. When I mentioned that the shuttle didn't come to the Reception desk on checkin, they just said that it did. Not overly concerned, they also didn't have my booking for my dinner reservation, eventually I was informed that it was booked in, although when I arrived at the restaurant they didn't have the booking.

The beautiful pool and garden area are indeed the highlight of the hotel. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel a couple of steps away from the entrance. There is a tabaccheria 200m away from the hotel where you can buy the bus tickets. The Fiumicino - Rome airport is just 20 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport for €7 each but we preferred to use the public bus as it is cheaper and easily doable. We used the cotral buses app, make sure you search by street name as buses have no numbers and run depending on the street name. I also loved the fact that the receptionist changed my room immediately as I complained, as I was not happy with the one given. Reason being that I booked a room with the terrace and a garden view, while I was instead given one with a partial garden view and the parking view! The restaurants are nice and serve good food. Nice mellow music is played everyday in the background which makes a really sweet and peaceful atmosphere. Loved the swings in the garden too 😊

If I had to be picky I would say that I did not like the €3 beach towel rental fee and that there was no bed slipper in the room. It would have been comfortable to be provided one. The extra charges to have an earlier check-in or later checkout, are too much in my opinion. Breakfast was good but always the same selection. We had breakfast for 3 consecutive days but there were no variations in food or sweets, would have been nice to at least have an item changed daily. Other than that, we truly enjoyed it and would be happy to go again in the near future. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a one to remember 💚

Not much around location . Breakfast was average, things in lots of different locations so hard to find when busy. Hashbrowns not kept hot. Crispy bacon was basically 1/2 cooked and dripping in oil. Eggs and beans cold. Butter not kept near breads, pastries kept near cafe bar, that was chargeable so wasn’t sure if could have in the breakfast or not.

Great hotel for a stay prior to an early morning flight from the airport. They offer a shuttle service but we had a hire car.

Skvělý hotel s velmi milým personálem 🙂 vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi. Vyhověli nám s dřívějším check inem a naše čekání jsme strávili u bazénu. Bar s občerstvením hned vedle bazénu byl skvělý! Výborné snídaně. Pokoje krásné a vše odpovídalo fotografiím. Vřele doporučuji a ještě jednou moc děkujeme 🙂 Rádi se vrátíme 🙂
