EURO HOUSE INN airport

Carina e bella organizzata

Employees are very helpful and nice. Decent room - I booked a little last minute and was nice. Hotel scheduled a shuttle for me in the morning 6:20am and that was a 10 minute ride to FCO. Really nice restaurant just a 5 minute walk on same street. La Locanda or something similar

Not a fancy place - not many amenities like a pool etc.

The room had everything I might possible need and was very very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood near the airport.

Era

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole. Pulizia eccellente. Comodo parcheggio nella struttura. Ideale per chi deve recarsi all'aeroporto di Fiumicino.

Nulla

Not much.

Bathrooms are very small, Air conditioning is not in correct place. Requested for Invoice , not provided after repeated stays

Personale all’accoglienza molto gentile e disponibile, camera comoda, spaziosa e funzionale ed eccezionale servizio navetta

Piacevole hotel a Fiumicino

Room was very well equipped and comfortable.

No lift and a few stairs, not horrible though.

Close to Fiumicino Airport, easy to access by car, the gentleman at the reception in the evening was very helpful and polite.

The cleaners should use a different product that doesn't leave too much product odour.

Gentilezza e cortesia in qualsiasi cosa

Nice place great 👍

Good location that was convenient to the airport, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, and helpful staff.

Would have liked to have an elevator for the luggage.

Very convenient to the Rome airport and only a short drive to Fiumicino where there are many wonderful restaurants! Also great parking!

Due to the excessively hot temps, the room was boiling when we arrived and took about an hour to cool down.

Wygodne mieszkanie. Ładna łazienka. Klimatyzacja. Darmowy, wygodny parking. Blisko dobrej restauracji i baru gdzie można zjeść włoskie śniadanie.

Trzeba się upomnieć o przybory łazienkowe.

Bien équipé!

camera mansardata caldissima condizionatore no adatto all'ambiente

Stanza grande

Staff attento e cordiale.

assolutamente nulla

Personale gentilissimo e disponibillissimo

Colazione non inclusa

Vicinanza all’aereoporto

Camera ampia doppia TV doccia fantastica

Un po' lontano dal centro

Comfortable bed and clean room

It was not made clear the type of room we booked. Disappointed to see that after climbing stairs to get to room (with multiple heavy baggage and being in our late 70s) the room had a very narrow spiral staircase to get to room which turned out to be an attic. Hotel has WIFI but it rarely worked. TV has no cable and can only be used as a smart tv with wifi (not helpful if there is not reliable wifi). So we couldn’t watch World Cup or any tv at all! Ceilings are quite low and slope down over bedsides. I banged my head on numerous occasions. Only a tiny small window in living area with not much of a view. The good reviews may have had a different room but I cannot say it was a positive experience.

O quarto é bom , limpo e organizado .

Excellent property! Was a definitely an older property but so well taken care of and its age really gave it charm and character.

Nothing! Enjoyed everything about it!

Boa com preço justo

Proximidade do aeroporto, conforto e atendimento

Tinha pernilongos no quarto . Tudo muito antigo.

Comodo a 5 Min di macchina dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino.

Rapporto qualità prezzo, 90€ per solo pernottamento senza colazione è altissimo.

Close to airport

A bit rundown

Value, air conditioning, location re airport

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was well appointed with nice finishings. Spacious, great hot shower. Very happy with the airport shuttle bus and nearby restaurants.

All good

La disponibilità del personale

La camera non era quella acquistato. Letto posizionato in una mansarda angusta. Bottiglia piccola d'acqua a pagamento 2,50€.

Stanze con balconcino

Cattivo odore nella mansarda

Le personnel

Vieux.

Nothing

The photos look nothing like the rooms. No elevator. They have sky windows with broken blinds. If you want or need a good rest , as soon as the sun rises forget that. Because the room will.be flooded with light. I reported this situation to the reception, they got me another room. But this other room had the same problem. Again i talked to the recepcionist, who told me that they could get me another room but I would need to pay for an upgrade. To wich i replied that their room had a structural problem. And it's not up to me to fix the situation but them. He told me he couldn't get a room with working blinds. So I replied and said ok. I will report this in my review and to the booking website team. So I had a short rest and woke up as soon as the sun's light flooded the room. Got out and checked out. As I was preparing to enter my rented vehicle, the owner of the place entered recklessly the parking lot with his car and addressed me. I was standing next to a fence contemplating the surroundings, and this person told me i could not be there because that's his property. I said I'm a paying guest and that i would stay where I am finishing eating my apple. He got out of the car furious, trying to harass me, engaged me telling me to get out of his property, asking that i give him my last name so that he could refund me. I refused to give him my last name and he seemed surprised that I did not feel threatened by him. I said that I didn't need his money and he should use it to fix the blinds of the sky windows. Because his place is a total s....hole. Then I told him calmly that I would now be leaving, got in my car and as soon as I was far way enough, he cowardly proceeded to call me names in an unintelligible way, adequate to the type of person he is: profoundly stupid and uncivilized. After I left i noticed that they had given me a no show. Informing booking that i hadn't showed up to the property. So that I couldn't make a review.

La posizione è il parcheggio interno

Camera vecchia e non eccessivamente pulita

All the rooms were super clean. Each bed had a separate set of toiletries which was very convenient for all the persons.

The shower curtain was loose and therefore the water was coming out while showing.

The transfer was on time. The receptionist was polite, and everything was working okay.

We had to double-check multiple times if the transfer was booked, and in the end, we contacted them directly ourselves just to be safe. Upon arrival, the room was very hot, and we needed the receptionist's help to turn on the air conditioning. We had to remind them several times. On top of that, they couldn't find the switch right away. The manual was of no use, and the switch was basically in a spot where you have to lie down on the floor to reach it. Everything felt very outdated.

Camera pulita e in ordine

The staff were very kind and helpful, since we got some good restaurant recommendations. Further the hotel is located quite close to the airport and provides a convenient airport shuttle at reasonable costs.
