את אזור הגישה לספא שהוא לא באמת ספא יש בו רק סאונה יבשה ורטובה אין באמת אווירה של ספא , אין גם מטפלים למסאג, חדר קטן עם שתי קוביות שנכנסים שם גג 3 אנשים ביחד, אם מוכרים לכם גישה לספא אל תצפו ליותר מדי, חדר הכושר גם קטן מאוד ללא מתקים יש רק משקולות בודדות מיטה הליכון ועוד 2 מתקים פחות רלוונטים , ארוחת הבוקר לא עשירה דלה מאוד אבל יש יחס חם

We stayed at the resort for the first night of our vacation in Rome - what an incredible way to get in a relaxation mode! Take advantage of the spa/sauna as part of your room reservation - it was a fantastic experience for everyone in our group, as individuals. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on site restaurant. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Davvero una bella scoperta... bella struttura in una location dove ti senti fuori dal mondo quasi su di un'isola.. ottimo staff in particolare Miriam la receptionist napoletana è stata gentilissima.... bella piscina davvero molto soddisfatto. Buono anche il ristorante dell'Hotel...

Room was not comfortable. Breakfast was bad.

De ligging van het hotel en het uitzicht, samen met het zwembad.

Het ontbijt was eenvoudig. Personeel spreekt ook enkel Italiaans. De kamers waren ruim en proper. Het hotel daarentegen kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het ziet er wat verouderd en niet onderhouden uit.

The location (to airport), river view and the pool are amazing. Bed and pillows also good. Staff is friendly. Would stay again.

Property was dated and needs touch-ups all around. Wood on bathroom floors, property fences, etc badly need power washed and re-stained...all very faded. Broken pot, peeling paint, & floor stains on patio, moldy caulk around shower. Toilet kept sticking and running endlessly.

The bathroom is not private, and the curtains was stuck so I could watch the other person in the toilet

Love the convenience to the airport and the size of the pool.

Didn’t like how there were no main italian stations on the TV like Rai. Why we are in Italy?? Also the tv was hard to mirror easily and didn’t work. The breakfast experience was terrible. The chef/waiter was rude. We had to ask for a coffee. He was not happy at all. Also the breakfast restaurant was dirty. Outside floor was dirty, tables not clean and plants dead. The property manager should really take a walk through first thing in the morning to see. We arrived for breakfast 7:30 and it was clear the restaurant was still dirty from the night before. Why isn’t there someone early to clean it and welcome customers as they come in. There was only the chef on staff and he was in the kitchen. When he came out he was really rude and ignored us. Also when I went back to my room and ordered another coffee it was 15euro. That is crazy!

Connectivity

This is a small hotel attached to a large up market Marina. So they have a very nice restaurant and excellent facilities, much more than you would expect form so small a hotel. It was very quiet, but only a few minutes from the airport. It was lovely to stroll around the marina in the evening. Room and bed was great. Staff very helpful .

The location to FCO airport .

The resort needs updating. The cleaning staff and grounds people need a tutorial. The room, especially bathroom ,was not clean... Mold in bathroom. A window that was behind a curtain that would not close/or lock. Steps leading up to room consisted of a narrow spiral staircase which were nearly impossible to climb with luggage. Restaurant was pricey for what we ordered. Food was fair. Staff was nice.

Breakfast advertised to be from 0730 but not completely ready by this time (no hot food, staff still busy preparing food therefore not available to serve any drinks), disappointing as I had to leave at 0750 on the first airport shuttle (advertised €8 but charged €11 each way) so could not enjoy the full benefits of the included breakfast

Cleanliness of room. Especially shower/bathroom. We had a window that was also broken and would not close. Stairs leading up to room were spiral and difficult to navigate with luggage. Exterior grounds were not clean. Hotel was worn and needs updating. Restaurant was mediocre and same menu for lunch and dinner.

The staff were very helpful, room quality excellent.

Not sure it was made clear how limited the hotel would be. Pool was closed, granted when I relooked at original advert it did state this, but in the very fine print. Only Primopiano open for food and drink and was very nice, but only 1 menu for lunch and dinner and variety restricted. When sat on balcony, maintenance were cutting palm trees with chainsaws which spoilt the relaxing environment. Whilst accept maintenance required in all hotels, that was not really reflected in the price. We paid a premium price but feel with so much closed we didn't get a premium experience.

Super clean and amazing room! Spacious shower, I enjoyed the steam room, sauna, pool, and very helpful workers.

Very nice seaside resort near the hotel for an overnight stay. Unlike the city, this hotel is quiet, next to the sea, exactly where you want to be if you are a bit overwhelmed by the tourist crowd in Rome and are looking for some place to wind down before flying home

Breakfast spread was a bit limited. Also the restaurant only serves limited bar food during non meal times. Food options can be improved

Struttura bella e accogliente con Spa piscina e palestra. Anche se essendo fuori stagione non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina. Camere accoglienti anche se non grandissime, molto pulite e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di una notte e anche di una settimana. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, ottima cena e ottimo servizio. La colazione a buffet in stile internazionale mancava di varietà nella scelta... Location perfetta per chi arriva o parte dall aeroporto di Fiumicino e per chi possiede un imbarcazione attraccata nel porto.

La colazione poco varia nella scelta. La vicinanza all aeroporto quindi il rumore di aerei in arrivo e partenza.

Thank you so much to Jessica and Natasha at the front desk of this beautiful resort!! Our taxi driver overcharged us and they were amazing at helping us get some money back! On top of these two lovely humans, this resort is worth checking out! To the owners of the resort…hang on to and appreciate Jessica and Natasha!!!

Near the airport and away from hustle and bustle Bed was the only true king we encountered in Italy Bathroom was large Room was large with pullout coach and desk area and true king bed with space for luggage. Balcony was nice and roomy

There is a decent walk to anything good away from property. But again this is needed for quite Bathroom needs 2 lights one over each sink….dark for makeup or shaving vs other rooms Some smart outlets with usbc or usb needed around the room more. Stair to rooms are small narrow and curved back to second floor….id hate to move 2-3 luggage bags per a person up these stairs. Small hiccup with taxi ordered -taxi is 33-40€ when you can schedule uber for 20-28€ in advance to airport.

Hotel é lindo, fica em uma marina privada em Fiumicino e tem a vista do mar. São poucos quartos, os funcionários são super atenciosos. Quarto muito amplo e bem conservado, banheiro espaçoso e vista para a piscina. Tivemos um problema com o quarto e prontamente um técnico foi resolver e nos ofereceram trocar de quarto para um melhor já que não seria possível resolver no mesmo dia. Acredito que no verão seja muito bom, pois tem uma piscina enorme de frente para os quartos.

Café da manhã muito simples pelo preço do quarto e padrão do hotel.

I love the location on the river, nice and quiet, exactly what I was looking for. The room was very nice and exceeded my expectations.

Location is close to a yacht club. Nearly new rooms. They only offer 11 rooms so less crowded. Parking included. Tv remote cleaned, provided bathroom items. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Airplanes fly close but stop bothering around 1130pm

There is a set of stairs to get your luggage up. No elevator nor help offered. Reception staff was only eager to talk to my husband. Breakfast space is on a second floor which leads you through fish smelling restaurant area first.

The reception staff were friendly (spoke good English), helping to organise taxis and a restaurant. Location is remote but if you want something quieter like us after the hustle and bustle of Rome it’s perfect! We witnessed a beautiful, romantic sunset sitting on the banks of the Tiber! Our room (No9) was lovely, great size and felt luxurious for the price!

Only minor points would be some attention to detail; remove the weeds from the room balcony planters, paint the peeling external walls on the balcony and unravel the flags on the accommodation buildings.

Disponibilità del personale. Posizione tranquilla e rilassante, sicuramente meglio in estate però,

Nella colazione c'era lo stretto necessario, soprattutto poca varietà di pane. Inoltre è servita in una struttura staccata dal corpo centrale dell'Hotel, sicuramente bella in estate all'esterno ma un pò scomoda con il freddo.

La struttura è nuova, perfetta sia per un breve soggiorno che per un periodo più lungo. La receptionist molto gentile e cordiale. Colazione ottima, parcheggio in loco. Tutto fantastico.

Simpatia dos funcionários, o bar/ restaurante e o ambiente.

O ar-condicionado/aquecedor que nao mesmo na opção ventilador não deixava o quarto esfriar. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta, mesmo sendo em primeiro andar. Por este motivo, acordamos com os cantos dos passarinhos às 5:00h. Os quartos são no primeiro pavimento e as escadas, estreitas e em helicoidal, para acessar os quartos também é um ponto negativo. Apesar de oferecerem ajuda para subir as malas para os quartos, é bem desconfortável esses tipos de escada, ainda mais sendo o único acesso ao quarto.

La stanza, calda ed accogliente, belli i colori, bello il bagno, fantastica la vasca! Menzione d’onore alle poltrone ai piedi del letto, eleganti e comodissime

La Spa è molto piccola, c’è una sauna ed un bagno turco, con una doccia, niente vasche. Ci sono parecchi spifferi nella sala con i lettini, e forse avrei aggiunto della musica rilassante.

Posizione ottima, colazione super, eravamo praticamente sul fiume
