Reviewed Aug 30, 20261. When we arrived we were greeted by Stefano who was super welcoming and kind. The whole experience was super great. The hotel is in a very good state. 2. The hotel was cosy and nice. 3. Breakfast was appropriate for a boutique hotel. 4. The hotel is just in front of the water bus station which made it easy for us to go to the city center and back. 5. The toilet was occupied with all the needed toiletries. 6. There is a cafe/bakery in the building of the hotel.
1. We asked for an iron but it was only in the reception, so you have to get down to reception to iron your clothes. 2. We asked if we could have late checkin but our request was unfortunately denied.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Lage ist perfekt ob zum Strand oder zum Markus Platz, das Frühstück ausreichend, es ist von allem was dabei, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Gemüse oder süßes! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Gyakorlatilag szinte a hajóról léptünk be a recepcióra :) szuper kényelmes volt. A reggeli a teraszról mesés, bár egy sirály ellopta az egyik croissantunkat. :D Viszont a látvány mindent megér.
Őszintén semmi. Nem sok helyre megyek vissza, mindig újabb helyre utazunk, de ha megyek még Velencébe, tuti itt szállok majd meg.

Absolutnym nie do wybaczenia grzechem śmiertelnym jest stojący ekspres do kawy ,który robi kawę rozpuszczalną!!!! Paskudną, nie do wypicia. W kraju kawą płynącą jest to element który dla nas zdyskwalifikował ten hotel na przyszłość.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Bootsanleger mit schönem Blick auf die Lagune. Das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht. Freundliches Personal.
Das Inventar ist deutlich abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war bei Ankunft sehr warm, die kleine Klimaanlage hat viele Stunden gebraucht, bis die Raumtemperatur ein angenehmes Maß erreicht hat. Ich schätze die finale Raumtemperatur auf 22-23 Grad, richtig kühl wurde es nicht. Im Bad gab es keine Dusche, in der Badewanne konnte man auf Grund der Dachschräge nicht stehen. Man konnte also nur in der Badewanne hockend duschen. Es handelte sich dabei um eine Wanne mit Jacuzzi-System, geschätzt aus dem 1990er Jahren. Die Plastikauslässe sahen alt und vergilbt aus. Die Vorhänge an den Dachfenstern verdunkeln den Raum nicht wirklich. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Anlegestelle der Vaporetti. Ideal für Giardini und Arsenale.Abends Sonnenuntergang in der Lagune von der Terrasse zu sehen!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Me parece una opción estupenda para ir a Venecia. Justo en frente tienes el embarcadero para ir a Venecia en 15 minutos con gran variedad de vaporetos. Además el personal encantador siempre ayudando y facilidades para todo.
Quizás la ducha de nuestra habitación. Era una bañera en una buhardilla y era incómodo de usar.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Charmantes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem engagiertem Team. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt, kleine Probleme wurden kulant gelöst. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage gegenüber der Vaporettostation ist perfekt für ruhiges Wohnen am Lido und Ausflüge nach Venedig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Venedig mit großen bequemen Betten und einem Kühlschrank. Die Fenster sind schalldicht und die Klimaanlage sehr leise und dezent. Das Hotel hat eigene Liegen in vorderer Reihe im Strandbad und stellt kostenlose Handtücher zur Verfügung.

Die Duschkabine war, wie in Italien leider häufiger zu finden, ziemlich klein.

Es liegt dabei sehr nah an den Stationen, wo die (Wasser-)Busse losfahren, u.a. zum Bahnhof Venezia Santa Lucia, zum Markusplatz, nach Burano oder auch nach Pellestrina. Zudem gibt es einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und verfügt über WLAN. Das Frühstück ist gut. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse, u.a. mit Ausblick auf den Markusturm. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
Bei offenen Fenstern kann es aufgrund der Lage auch nachts etwas lauter werden (umliegende Restaurants, Verkehrsknotenpunkt). Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist das aber kein Problem.

Luckily I had a 4 metre charging cable for my phone so I could trail it across the room at night to charge my phone! Reception lent me a couple of Italian chargers with extra sockets which did help a bit. ❌Unreliable aircon which switched off regularly at night...making it difficult to sleep in hot weather...staff unwilling to take this seriously despite several complaints. ❌Old fashioned decor and furnishings needs a serious update. ❌poor breakfast choices for vegetarian/ lactose intolerant people. Good selection of meat, cheese, eggs if you eat them. It looked like day old chopped fruit cucumber and tomato in breakfast area. In theory breakfast in until 10 but don't get there after 9 if you want a croissant! ❌ sometimes grumpy staff at reception. ❌very disappointing as we were there two weeks due to the claimed 4 Star rating and the high Scoring reviews on this we site. We won't be going back.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Conveniently situated opposite the water taxi stop and round the corner from shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, toiletries provided, room was refreshed every day. The staff were friendly and helpful and did what they could to help my friend locate lost luggage.
The room was a little cramped due to the layout. Only just enough room to squeeze between the bed and the drawer/fridge unit.

Très déçus de cet hôtel ! la chambre plutôt spacieuse mais sous les combles qui en soit n'est pas une gène si vous avez accès aux fenêtres pour ouvrir et ramener de l'air frais, obligé de grimper sur le lit pour ouvrir les velux. Une fois ouvert, vous avez le bruit de la rue et des ferrys qui vous amènent à Venise. Une odeur d'égout ou tout simplement de saleté dans la salle de bain qui se répandait dans toute la chambre, en permanence. Malgré les courants d'air que j'essayais de mettre en place dans la chambre, l'odeur persistait et la chaleur également alors que la température extérieur était plutôt fraîche. Couvre-lit, canapé et pouf d'une couleur jaune terne et de surcroit sale ! L'hôtel dans son ensemble faisait malpropre et pour couronner le tout mon mari s'est retrouvé avec des morsures de punaises de lit 2 jours après notre séjour dans cet hôtel !!! Stress et panique pour nous, nous avions peur d'avoir infesté nos affaires personnelles des fameuses punaises !!! Heureusement pour nous ce ne fut pas le cas sans doute sauvé de la courte durée dans les lieux. Le personnel de l'hôtel jouait la comédie du respect du client mais sans aucune conviction, on sentait ce côté forcé et nullement sincère… Sur les 4 hôtels fréquentés lors de notre séjour de 15nuits en Italie, cet hôtel s'est avéré être la pire expérience et c'est celui qui était le plus cher !!!

На рецепшене нас встретила очаровательная девушка, которая нам всё рассказала, ответила на все вопросы и была очень любезна. Номер небольшой, но так как мы не собирались сидеть в номере, то нас вполне всё устроило. В номере было всё необходимое. Завтрак был, но не очень разнообразный.
Раздвигающаяся дверь в душ была очень узкой и заходить в душ приходилось боком.

Reviewed May 5, 2026La struttura è proprio di fronte alle fermate per prendere i traghetti, la posizione è davvero ottima ed è molto comodo partire da lì per girare tutta Venezia. Noi ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, lo staff è stato subito molto accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda o dubbio. La colazione era a buffet ed era anche abbondante, tutto molto buono e si poteva salire in terrazza a fare la colazione con la vista panoramica. Esperienza molto bella e di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Mały spacerek uroczym miasteczkiem na plażę 15 min na nogach .Obok obiektu sklep kawiarnie restauracje i wypozyczalnia rowerów Obsługa nawysokim poziomie i bardzo pomocna .Pani Matylda na recepcji zasługuje nanajwyzsza opinie .Przemila i pomocna .Na pewno wrócimy

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: proprio di fronte all’imbarco del vaporetto, comodissima per raggiungere Venezia e per spostarsi senza difficoltà. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, gli ambienti sono accoglienti e ben tenuti, cosa che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale della reception: l’accoglienza è stata fantastica fin dal nostro arrivo. Sono stati gentilissimi, professionali e ci hanno fornito tantissime informazioni utili per visitare Venezia e muoverci al meglio, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca comodità, pulizia e un servizio eccellente al Lido di Venezia. Sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per i prossimi soggiorni!

The room was sooo basic and small no aesthetics and no window in our toilet for proper ventilation.
