Важный момент- розетка всего одна в но кое к которой подключен телевизор. Возле него повали нет розетки, чтобы закрыть дверь нужно сильно ей бахнуть, многие соседи приходили поздно ночью и это было очень слышно. Нет холодильника (минибар бестолковый).

In a room we had a problem with the TV but we got offered another room until the problem was fixed the next day. The other room, along with 4 others were next to the breakfast prep area, we got up at 6:30am everyday by the noise.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Heel schoon klein hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is prima. De ligging op lido is fijn. Wij hadden een kleine kamer die idd klein was maar heel netjes en met airco. Het bed lag goed en de kamers worden dagelijks opgeruimd.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Vi bodde inte där eftersom de hade problem med avloppet vilket de tycks ha då och då - andra har skrivit samma sak. Istället bodde vi på viktoria palace hotel. Det passade oss rätt bra eftersom vi var där flera dagar och de hade pool.
Läget var sämre än Edera, längre från Lidos centrum och båten till Venedig.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un disguido con la ns camera, e la prima notte non è stata delle più comode, ma lo staff si è prodigato per risolvere l'inconveniente. Struttura un po' datata, con qualche miglioria da fare, ma da valutare come opzione per un soggiorno breve per la posizione perfetta!

Das Personal ist freundlich und kompent. Das Zimmer ein gelungener Mix aus antik anmutendem Still mit modernem Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage ist fantastisch. Preis/Leistung unschlagbar, wie auch die Nähe zu Hafen auf der einen und dem Strand auf der anderen Seite.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Einzelbetten, die wenig Platz voneinander hatten, so dass alles sehr eng war. Keine Haken um etwas aufzuhängen, keine Möglichkeit Badesachen zu trocken.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Wir sind als zwei Freundinnen im Dopoelzimmer gereist. Das erste Zimmer war sehr klein. Auf Nachfrage haben wir umgehend ab der zweiten Nacht einen größeren Raum bekommen. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Seitenstraße, zum Anleger zu den Booten nach Venedig sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nieskazitelnie czysto, wygodne łóżko, codzienne sprzątanie z wymianą ręczników, śniadania w godzinach 7:30-9:30 (może proste i niezbyt urozmaicone, ale zawsze świeże), bardzo spokojna okolica. Przemili i wyszkoleni pracownicy z klasą, jak w drogich hotelach. Recepcja działa od 6 do 23, zawsze miły kontakt
Wybraliśmy najmniejszy pokój myśląc, że i tak będziemy cały czas zwiedzać, ale podróż przypadła na okres ciężkich upałów, więc wracaliśmy do hotelu również w ciągu dnia i troszkę tej przestrzeni zabrakło. Klimatyzacja nas ratowała, choć w nocy była dość hałaśliwa.

I bagni sono assolutamente da rivedere, non sono presentabili! Le foto presenti sul sito sono fuorvianti, il bagno che abbia trovato è molto datato, sporco, pieno di muffa, assolutamente da rivedere e rinfrescare. Quelli delle foto sono bagni nuovi e sembrano in marmo bianco, quello in camera era azzurro che le fughe della doccia piene di muffa verde e nera, i vetri della doccia sporchissimi e anche quelli con muffa. Abbiamo fatto la doccia con il terrore di poter toccare il muro. Appena entrati ci ha accolto un odore di terribile, dovuto alle tubature alla stoffa opulente e non rinfrescata da un po'. Abbiamo dovuto costantemente tenere le finestre aperte perché non si poteva respirare.

Pyszne śniadanie kontynentalne, co jak na Włochy nie jest takie oczywiste. Bardzo dobra kawa. Pokój nie jest duży, ale wygodnie urządzony z nowoczesną łazienką i przyjemnym, klimatycznym wystrojem, który nie przytłaczał a dawał poczucie przytulności. Bardzo czysto. Wygodne łóżko. Ręczniki codziennie wymieniane. Nam trafił się pokój z małym balkonem, gdzie można było odetchnąć wieczorem. Świetna lokalizacja- bezproblemowy dostęp tramwajem wodnym nawet późnym wieczorem- przystanek tylko kilka minut pieszo od hotelu. Spokój lido i jego przestronne ulice są idealne na nabranie oddechu po tłocznej Wenecji choć wieczorami główna ulica wyspy tętni życiem co też ma swoje atuty- bliskośc sklepów i barów. Hotel blisko plaży, która latem może być dodatkową atrakcją a wiosną spacer po niej był dla nas miłym urozmaieceniem. Przemiła obsługa :)

Reviewed May 16, 2026One of the best places to stay in Lido — and in Venice. Beautiful buiding and interiors. Peaceful. Best breakfast I've had in Venice. Excellent and friendly staff. Flawless wifi. Ideal location if traveller's main focus is exploring Venice main islands, since the hotel is a 5-minute-walk away from the vaporetto stop. Also, grocery stores and restaurants only a minute away. I've been to Venice for work seven times during the years, usually for a week or two. I prefer to stay in Lido, where it's more affordable and everyday life goes smoother than in the main islands, where tourism is choking the normal life. Villa Edera and a few other hotels in Lido are the best choice for my kind of traveller.

Reviewed May 15, 2026O Hotel parece ter sido aproveitado de uma vivenda de vários andares. Está muito bem conseguido e a mobília antiga dão aquele ar puro de Veneza. O Staff da recepção era muito simpático e o pequeno almoço estava muito bom, buffet. Se algo acabava, vinham repor. A localização é excelente. Em poucos passos estamos na estação de barcos que nos levam até vários pontos, um deles, a praça central de Veneza.
Nada a apontar.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The location is perfect for visiting the Biennale in Venice, which is just two stops away on the vaporetto. Happily, in the evening, you can get away from the crowds of Venice and enjoy the peace and quiet of Lido. Everything is walkable and easy, including bringing your bags along the streets in a short walk from the ACTV stop. I stayed in a room with a patio, which I thoroughly enjoyed even though it rained a bit while I was there. I also liked the continental breakfast, which I was able to enjoy in a little covered patio.
I wasn’t sure if the windows and doors were properly locked. The furniture is old and a bit worn.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The best ever hotel which we booked in the booking. The best breakfast- amazing fresh baked croissants and gluten free food for this who not tolerate gluten. Easy access even after midnight. Amazing people- happy to provide glass and paper caps. 10min to the beach walk, 3min walk to the market. Absolutely recommended

Reviewed May 4, 2026We had a nice stay, the location is perfect for visiting Venice with kids because it's close to vaporetto and places where you can have a nice meal or gelato. It's also close to the beach. The breakfast was very good and served on the heated terrace. Room was small, the bathroom a bit tight, still the room was cozy, charming, calm, with a nice view to the side street, villas and greenery. The staff was nice, there was a slight misunderstanding about the visitor tax but they resolved it quickly.

Shower was a little small 700mm for a large person it would be difficult, the shower was great,The lift sounded "sorry" when you went up and down (we thought hilarious) A couple more english tv channels would be a suggestion

La muffa in bagno dul soffitto sopra la vasca, una vasca scivolosissima e pericolosa, il saliscendi della doccia non funzionante, coperte ruvide e singole per letto matrimoniale, rumore dell'aria condizionata delle altre camere poiché sistema molto vecchio, durante la notte. Armadio con pezzi mancanti. Ci è stata chiesta la carta di credito a garanzia di eventuali danni, ma forse sarebbe stato meglio che l'avessimo chiesta noi a loro ! Inoltre non c'è in camera scritto da nessuna parte che l'acqua del piccolissimo frigo è a pagamento. Ci hanno richiesto all'uscita 12 euro per 2 litri d'acqua senza ricevuta nè scontrino.
