Die Ausstattung besonders der winzigen Dusch/Wc/Bidet/Waschbeckens ist nicht funktional und nicht zeitgemäß. Das Bettzeug ist einfach, besonders die Kopfkissen sind zu kompakt und klein. Keine gute Raumaufteilung im Zimmer.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Wunderschöne Lage, Nähe der Anlegestelle nach Venedig, Nähe zum Meer. Ein eigener, sehr schöner Badestrand. wo man Liegen mit Sonnenschirm benützen kann. Sauberes Zimmer, etwas klein, im obersten Stock. Zum Glück mit Klimaanlage. 2 Balkone. Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse im Schatten, herrlich!
Das Zimmer wäre uns für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu klein. Am Balkon waren wohl Sitzgelegenheiten aus Plastik,, aber leider keine Auflagen vorhanden. Frühstück war gut, kein Buffet, wir wurden bedient. Leider hatten wir das Gefühl bei der Nachfrage für "Nachschlag", für ein weiteres Gebäck oder einen zweiten Kaffee, Mühe zu machen oder zu viel zu verlangen. Der hauseigene Strand ist zu Fuß sehr weit. Aber es gibt einen Radverleih gleich ums Eck.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystanków tramwaju vaporetto, restauracji , kafejek, plaży,słowem serce wyspy. lekko oddalone od zgiełku głównej ulicy. Okna cudownie zacieśniały olbrzymie, stare drzewa, cenne w popołudniowym odpoczynku po intensywnym zwiedzaniu. Łóżka miały bardzo wygodne materace. Klimatyzacja chłodzi. Duża szafa w przedpokoju, duże lustro w pokoju. Łazienka dobrze wyposażona, wygodna. Okna dźwiękoszczelne. Mieliśmy też uroczy mały balkonik i piękny szklany żyrandol w pokoju. Śniadania dobre , wystarczające, panie postarały się dla mnie o pieczywo bezglutenowe. Obsługa miła , chętna do pomocy, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane. Czuliśmy się tu dobrze , ceniliśmy sobie kameralny klimat i atmosferę. Przede wszystkim to piękny, stylowy budynek . Polecam to miejsce, chętnie powrócę.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026De locatie is geweldig. Het hotel heeft een family/retro-feel en een prachtige veranda waar je kunt ontbijten of iets drinken.
Wij hadden er geen last van, maar de krekels kunnen enorm tekeer gaan. Dat hoor je ook op andere plekken in de buurt.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026La casa era muy bonita y el baño nuevo. Cerca de la playa y de la calle principal de Lido. Cercano a la parada del vaporetto.
El desayuno es bastante justo. El pan y la bollería secos. Muy variado, te hacen huevos revueltos y bacon. Yogurt y fruta. Pero todo muy sin más. Eso si, tiene delito el café. El café es de los peores que he tomado nunca. Ya no en italia, en cualquier sitio. El 1 día me lo tomé y antes de llegar al vaporetto tuve que para en una cafetería a ir al baño. Horrible. El baño tenía una tabla del suelo hundida y era bastante incómodo. Las almohadas duras y compactas. Eso si el primer día pedimos otra y nos trajeron una un poco mejor. El aire acondicionado muy bien. Otro inconveniente que se solucionaría con mosquiteras es que al ventilar la habitación se llena de mosquitos. Nos tocó al lado del jardín y nos han comido aun yendo con repelente. Entiendo que es zona de mosquitos pero con una simple mosquitera en la ventana habría menos. Además las paredes estaban llenas de mosquitos muertos. Una pena, el sitio está bien pero hay mucho que mejorar.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The location was fantastic, central to the main street lined with shops, bars, bakeries and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach, which was also perfect for our weekend plans. We really appreciated the early check-in and the offer to hold our bags after check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The value (for a hotel room in Venice) was good, and our room had a lovely terrace with lounge chairs that we enjoyed. The A/C worked well and cooled off the room nicely.
The bathroom was outdated and required climbing into a tub to shower; and the seal on the glass was torn, causing the shower to leak not only onto the bathroom floor, but onto the wooden floor in the bedroom. This is a hazard for guests. I actually slipped trying to step out of the tub. The pillows were dense and flat; we requested a second set and that helped. The bed was overly firm nothing about the bedding (or the towels) was plush.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Bellissima casa Liberty immersa in un piccolo giardino; la colazione viene servita nell'atrio, sotto dei grandi lampadari di Murano oppure in terrazza. La famiglia che gestisce l'albergo è molto gentile e disponibile, anche con i bambini. Camera comoda, confortevole, bagno nuovo e luminoso.
Avendo soggiornato in una primavera ancora fresca, di notte era un pochino freddo. Ma c'erano coperte aggiuntive, quindi nessun grosso problema!

La posizione al Lido è comoda e ben collegata grazie ai vaporetti disponibili a qualsiasi orario. Il bagno era pulito e funzionale. Colazione curata, posizione tranquilla ma ben servita e ambienti puliti.
Nulla in particolare, tutto in linea con i nostri gusti.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Das Boutique-Hotel in einer der Jugendstilvillen des Lido liegt ideal zwischen dem Strand und dem Anleger Richtung Venedig, aber zum Glück nicht direkt an der trubeligen Gran Viale SM Elisabetta. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man bei 3 Sternen erwarten kann (einschließlich Klimaanlage). Was uns besonders gefallen hat ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Besitzerfamilie. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

The nice room with a high ceiling and a chandelier. The location close to the vaporetto to Venice and to the beach. The possibility to park even if it cost 10 € per night. The friendly hostesses who are ready to answer every question.
Breakfast was good but it lacked fresh products. Everything packed up except the bread. The bathroom is a little seasoned and hard to clean, especially the door.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Garten, hat eine große überdachte Terrasse und ist ideal gelegen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir konnten unsere Koffer in einem separaten Raum unterbringen bis das Zimmer fertig war, da wir zeitig angekommen sind. Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet, groß, mit Balkon und sehr großer Terrasse mit Tisch, 2 Sesseln und 2 Sonnenliegen - herrlich. Das Frühstück wurde an den Tisch auf der Terrasse serviert, Gebäck, Cornetti, Fruchtsalat, Saft, Eierspeise mit/ohne Speck etc. und Warmgetränken - sehr reichlich. Super nette Damen an der Rezeption und Bein Service.
Es war wirklich alles bestens!
