Comfortable room, excellent staff.

The breakfast was good - but it helps if from day to day, you add some variety in the food. I expected to find herring at least twice in a week as I know (from experience in other hotels in Scandinavia) that fish is very popular at breakfast.

The room was too small and hardly had space where to put our suitcases. The space under the beds would have been ideal in such a small room (15 sq m)

Very stylish and good breakfast. Amazing wine happy hour everyday!

Not much, it was very hot when we stayed and so the rooms were quite unbearable but they provided fans and think this was a rare weekend. The loft was also broke so we had to use the staff lift and with a pram it was too small.

Location was perfect and central to everything. The room was gorgeous and gave us a great viewpoint as there were windows all around. Comfortable, cosy and clean - tea/coffee supplies as well as shampoo, body lotion etc. Breakfast was a great selection of a continental breakfast, coffees etc - so much on offer.

La chambre: petite, bruyante ( devant la porte de l'ascenseur) et surtout pas propre ( photos à disposition). Wc sales, tête de lit tachée. L'avant dernier jour, à 15 h30 le ménage n'était toujours pas fait. L'ascenseur : commun aux clients et au transport du matériel de nettoyage. Donc de longs temps d'attente ( nous étions au 6e)

One of the main shortcomings we experienced during our stay was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I believe a refrigerator should be considered a basic amenity in a hotel room. In addition, we had to repeatedly request standard items, such as slippers, from reception. These basic necessities should be readily available in the rooms without guests having to ask for them, as this would make the overall stay much more comfortable.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, schöne Dachterrasse, Gratis Wein 17 - 18 Uhr. Wir waren zufrieden.

Very close to train station and cruise ship docks. All within walking distance. The breakfast was fabulous. Gourmet. Fresh. The rootop was amazing. Absolutely top notch. We will return for sure. Loved.

The room did not have air conditioning but, we opened the window and everything was fine.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the wine hour and night cap were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring Copenhagen.

We were staying in summer, so had the windows open. There was a lot of street noise, which we were fine with. Might be a problem for others.

The hotel is perfectly located. Easy access to everything. We took the train from the airport and it was very easy to get to with our luggages. Breakfast was delicious, amazing coffee, fresh ingredients, it was lovely! The rooms have no air conditioning, it was ok as the temperature was nice and with the windows open we were fine. It must be really hot to sleep on hot days though, to keep in mind. Also, if you intend to leave the windows open, consider asking for a room that opens on the garden side as the street is very busy. If the windows are closed there’s no noise at all. Overall it’s a great place. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Copenhagen and relatively close to Central Station, though certainly not right beside it. Unfortunately, our “Superior Double Room” with City View was extremely small. The bathroom was so cramped that the washbasin had been placed outside it, beside the bed – an impractical and uncomfortable arrangement. The wardrobe was also too narrow to hang clothes properly. Luckily, our room had a small balcony, which gave us some much-needed extra space. The advertised city view was essentially a view of the buildings opposite. The room could also become uncomfortably warm, as there was no air conditioning. The area is exceptionally noisy, at least until midnight, because of events in nearby squares. At night, police cars and ambulances also passed with sirens surprisingly frequently. Thankfully, the glazing provided good sound insulation when the windows were closed. The app-based check-in process was unnecessarily difficult and repeatedly froze, so staff eventually checked us in by the traditional method. There is only one lift, resulting in long waits; many guests eventually gave up and used the stairs. Breakfast was another disappointment, lacking variety, quality and flavour. Guests were asked the evening before to specify when they would attend because there might not be a free table. We did this once but not on subsequent days. We were fortunate to find a table, although other guests had to wait for one to become available. The excellent location and balcony were welcome advantages, but they did not compensate for the tiny, poorly designed room, misleading “city view,” lack of air conditioning and mediocre breakfast.

Camere piccole ,non climatizzate ,senza frigo bar ,lavandino del bagno posizionato all’ingresso della camera da letto,arredi vecchi e locali con polvere .poca disponibilità dello staff . Siamo partiti prima dell’orario di colazione e ho chiesto che mi rimborsassero i costi perché non ne avremmo potuto usufruire ma non hanno accettato .mi hanno offerto una colazione da viaggio che io, a mia volta ,ho rifiutato .avevo chiesto un estoy check in …che mi hanno fatto pagare pure essendo arrivato alle 13 rispetto alle 15 e pur avendo già pronta solo una camera .mi sarei aspettato maggiore elasticità e disponibilità.in sintesi una struttura 4 stelle deve garantire determinati servizi e adeguati trattamenti.

Zimmer herunter gewirtschaftet, Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen, Duschwasser lief nicht ab, einmal fiel auch das Warmwasser aus. Das Personal war leidlich bemüht den Schaden zu erklären. Für ein SuperiorDoppelzimmer viel zu klein und viel zu teuer! Schmuddelteppich in den Ettagen, überall Schäden von Koffern etc. Das Haus würde dringend ein Update benötigen!!

Hotel is comfortable, nicely designed, and at a great location & price. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

La habitación era muy pequeña y eso que habíamos reservado la estándar, no la pequeña. Volvimos al final de nuestras vacaciones, hicimos un upgrade de la habitación y el cambio fue increíble

The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The elevator is slow. The way from the elevator to the room with heavy baggage requires good physical fitness due to steps. No air conditioning.

Das Hotel war gemütlich mit schöner Dachterrasse. Durch das Weinangebot wird eine Gelegenheit geschaffen, mit anderen Gästen einfach in Kontakt zu kommen - das hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Unsere Dusche liess such fast nicht aufdrehen (völlig verkauft oder so). Wir mussten immer mit einem.lapöen und mega viel Kraft drehen, haben es teilweise nur soweit geschafft, dass es noch tropfte. Trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation wurde nichts unternommen. Schade. Der Parkplatz ist für grössere Autos nicht optimal. Das.Licht am Bett konnten wir nur löschen, in dem wir den Stecker gezogen haben.

Zimmer sehr klein, Badezimmer war ständig komplett überflutet (keine Duschwanne sondern nur Abfluss im Boden).

Amazing location, wonderful staff and great events/services where they offer wine and beer tasting. Breakfast is very nice, especially sitting outside on their terrace. They also offer you some breakfast to go if you have to check out early. They also have a rooftop with a nice view. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here.

The only minor thing I noticed is that the room itself could be ventilated a bit more. When you entered, there was a bit of a smell, but this was resolved after opening the window and letting the room air out a bit.

A very nice hotel located right next to many of the top sites you'd want to see as a tourist - Tivoli Gardens, the national museum of Denmark, the Copenhagen city museum, the Danish Architecture Center, Christianborg palace.

The Danmark has such a great vibe. Room was high quality, and while not air-conditioned, otherwise fantastic. Breakfast is amazing, as it Happy Hour and rooftop terrace! Friendly staff was always willing to help us get around, and even helped us with a few Danish pronounciations!

We spent three nights at this lovingly run boutique hotel. A lovely, friendly team, an excellent breakfast buffet, a fantastic roof terrace with views over Copenhagen, and a comfortable bed that ensured we slept a sound sleep.

Excellent facilities, including Happy Hour drinks and the rooftop night cap! Breakfast was also outstanding with a wide range of organic food available to cater for all diets.

No air conditioning but the fan in the room was quite good.

Keine Klima und wir hatten sehr heiße Tage. Ein Fahrstuhl zeitweise defekt , dadurch zum Teil lange Wartezeiten am letzten verbliebenen, der auch noch sehr klein war . Am Hotel sehr wenig Parkplätze, öffentliche relativ weit weg und teuer.

The hotel offers rooms for 3 people, do not take this option under any circumstances. The first day they gave us a room with a musty smell and a broken and tremendously small extra bed (I have photos). That same night they changed our extra bed, but it was a disaster. After filing a complaint, they changed our room to one with a sofa bed, tremendously hard. You couldn't sleep, and when we went down to the reception again they told us that that was what there was and that they wouldn't do anything else for us, in high season and at €500 per night with breakfast per room, 5-star price and road motel service. Then the rooms don't have air conditioning and it's hot, although they put some plastic fans. Terrible experience for 4 days. Only the breakfast and location are up to what you pay.
