Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Flott og stort rom med utsikt mot Tivoli og Rådhuset. Rent og pent. Bra frokost. Veldig sentralt beliggenhet, gangavstand til alle severdigheter i København sentrum.
Det hadde vært enda bedre hvis det hadde vært kjøleskap på rommet. Mye trafikkstøy gjorde det umulig å ha vinduet åpent om natten, selv om det var lagt frem ørepropper fra hotellet.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Zimmer sehr gut und auch recht gross. Lage hervorragend, gleich neben dem Bahnhof und neben dem Haupteingang des Tivoli. Sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch super, die Haltestelle des City Tour Busses ist gleich vor der Tür!
Das Wetter - dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts!

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Breakfast was of excellent quality and varied. Plenty of hot and cold choices. Very good orange juice, tea choices, coffee and water. Good choice of quality breads. There were smoothies and yogurt.
Nothing really. It is an old, characterful building built in 1914, the lift is a traditional feature of the hotel, it is of the era.

The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. Right opposite the central train station and it's such a cozy hotel that retained its history. Would come and stay here again 4 sure!!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Gostamos de tudo , principalmente da localização. Hotel ótimo , voltaria me hospedar lá mais uma vez tranquilamente.
A única coisa que deixa um pouco a desejar é o elevador, que por ser muito antigo , as vezes demora muito pra chegar no andar que estamos ou no térreo. No mais tudo maravilhoso.

Leider war das Schlafsofa nicht bezogen und Decken sowie Kissen mussten erst "organisiert" werden. Im Bad lag noch Müll.. Für diesen Preis leider schade..

Kon ‘s nachts geen raam open ivm hartje centrum/taxi standplaats. Hierdoor droge lucht in hotel, maar comfort was daarentegen goed via airco en ventilatie te regelen.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Otel gerçekten çok merkezi, çalışanlar ilgili, otelin tarihi dokusu muhteşem. Gitmeden iki talepte bulundum. İkısini de kabul etmişler. Ucretsiz oda yükseltme verdiler. Kahvaltısı iyi. Kopenhag genel olarak pahalı bir şehir, oteller de pahalı, ama bu otelden ben gercekten paramın karşılığını alabildiğimi düşünüyorum (Kopenhag standartlarında) Olumsuz yorumlara aldanmayın, ben aldıktan sonra bir çok olumsuz yorum okuyup gerçekten gerilmiştim. Detaycı bir kişi olmama rağmen banyo giderinin biraz tıkalı olması dışında hiçbir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadım çok şükür. Ayrıca odadaki sıcak çikolata çok iyi.

The iconic, 100 year old elevator broke down once, but it is part of its charm!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026מבנה מיוחד, צבעוני ומושקע, שירות מושלם ואדיב, מיטות נוחות והמיקום הכי טוב ונוח שיכול להיות. ביקשנו וקיבלנו חדר משפחתי שקט ועל אף הקרבה לתחנת הרכבת הייתה דממה מוחלטת בלילה. יש חשיבה על הפרטים, בקבוקי מים מדי יום, סידור חדר מדי יום, מכונת קפה עם קפסולות מתחלפות ואפילו שוקו לילדים. הכל נקי ונעים, וממש ממש מומלץ.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Idéalement situé si on doit être près de la gare centrale de Copenhague. L'hôtel est un ancien palace rénové, avec un ascenseur qui a plus de cent ans (!), en parfait état de marche, les chambres sont modernes, le petit-déjeuner varié et abondant.
La proximité de la gare a pour conséquence le va et vient permanent des trains (sauf entre minuit et cinq heure du matin) avec le bruit que cela occasionne. Pas l'idéal pour dormir! Il faut donc veiller à obtenir une chambre côté rue et non côté gare.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The breakfast is great indeed, and both the front desk and breakfast staff were very kind and friendly. I have problems to sleep and they gave me a pretty quiet room.Location very convenient too.
The room was fine, but I had an issue with the towels. I left several handwritten notes for the housekeeping staff requesting two extra towels, but they were ignored. In the end, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for them myself. The hotel should improve its internal communication.

Kahvaltı sırasında eksik personel veya yogunluk olunca yetişemediklerinden masalarda boşlar toplanmıyor ve kirli kalıyor bu sebeple oturcak masa bulmak zor oluyordu

The room was clearly designed for a one-or two-day stop-off with no storage space, but it was comfortable, nicely designed, good lighting, and with a really nice bathroom. I slept well. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room overlooked the train tracks so there was some background noise - but I didn't find it disturbing. I appreciated the unexpected small detail of a set of hand weights in the room!

My room was 6 th floor so attic basically - good size but low ceilings, smaller windows so felt overpriced for what it was. Quite noisy but i expect that if i want a city centre location.
