The location is next to a busy intersection and a bit of a distance from the town centre but still in walking distance. Parking garage is in another building with no elevator so be sure to load of your luggage first and then head to the parking.

Extraordinary good and big bed, delicious breakfast with enormous variations of food. Very helpful personnel. Excellent location for travelers by car and any problems with garage.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Very comfortable room with an excellent bed and high-quality bedding. Great soundproofing, a wonderful breakfast, and very friendly, helpful staff. Convenient underground parking, available without prior reservation. Everything was easy and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
The pool looks lovely in the photos, although it is quite small in reality. For a short one-night stay, though, we didn’t really miss having a pool.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively affected my stay. The toilet paper was not replaced after it ran out. Only one bathrobe was provided instead of two. I requested an additional bathrobe at the reception, but it arrived without slippers. A face towel that had been used was not replaced during housekeeping. There were pieces of paper/trash left in the room when we entered, and the bedside table was dirty.

Je moet met de auto ergens heen, lopend om je niet ver. Bij aankomst lijkt de buitenkant niet echt mooi, mar een verrassing was het hotel zelf. Mooi en netjes.

The parking situation around the hotel isn't ideal, but it urned out you could just park in the side street of the hotel, though no official parking spaces are indicated. Though the pool is great, it's 150 cm deep everywhere, which makes it difficult for children to enjoy because they can't stand anywhere. The games in the games room were all missing pieces, so weren't really any use. There was ongoing, very visible redecoration work next to the hotel restaurant, which kind of spoiled the 4-star atmosphere. The toilet didn't flush properly. The non-French TV channels didn't work; the TV needs re-tuning. The carpets in the hallways had very visible suspicious stains that turned out to be bleach stains. The location is ok but a little far from the centre; it's almost half an hour's walk along a busy road.

Tout était parfait , merci à toutes les personnes travaillant à cet hôtel , le restaurant au top , on y mange très bien. Les serveuses sont exceptionnelles ainsi que les filles à l’accueil. La seule chose négative est le comportement des gens à la piscine . Ça fume , ça saute.

Il faisait un peu chaud aux abords de la piscine Un ventilateur aurait été apprécié mais le personnel s’est montré toujours disponible pour décaler les parasols pour satisfaire pleinement les clients. Je ne mange pas de viande : proposition d’un hamburger au poisson aurait été un petit peu+ mais j’ai pu découvrir le plat de daurade qui a bien à mes papilles.

RAS. La prochaine fois, je m'y prendrai plus tôt pour avoir une chalbre vue sur mer et balcon. L'un des parkings etait à 5 mn à pied mais on s'y adapte très vite.

Lors de notre séjour un dégât des eaux est survenu à la reception et dans notre chambre : des remontées d’eau nauséabondes depuis le sol de la douche ainsi qu’une fuite étrange au niveau du plafond qui coulait le long d’une lampe... peu rassurant. Mais cela semble être une exception, tout était sinon très agréable, même si nous avons trouvé le prix un peux excessif vis à vis des services proposés. (Petit déjeuner à 21€ par personne...)

La parking est bien , on a demander si c’est sécuriser, ils ont répondu positivement, Quand on a des motos à très forte valeur on préfère prendre une chambre pour la moto et dormir dans le parking… Je propose que le code soit changé régulièrement pour éviter l’accès

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026A comfortable and functional hotel. Outdoor pool was a plus with hot weather. Friendly and very professional staff. Location next to highway junction is ok as it makes get around Provence easy and it’s also a short drive into Aix. Really comfortable beds. Parking is easy.
The actual location is functional and it’s not an attractive hotel from the outside. Didn’t dislike as such but probably the only slight negative.
