Estuvo todo perfecto, nos encantó.

Peisajul de vis ! Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut echipa de animație, care a creat o atmosferă extraordinară și nu ne-a lăsat nicio clipă să ne plictisim. Au organizat jocuri, exerciții în apă, aqua gym, activități și spectacole seara, muzică, seri latino și discotecă. Iar diplomele oferite participanților au fost o idee minunată. ❤️

Bonnes activités et propositions au niveau de la piscine. Merci aux animateurs. Restaurants avec pas mal de proposition et choix, dommage qu'il n'ai pas encore assez développé la partie végétarienne.

Clean, great food and entertainment, and excellent staff. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Great rooms.

We were in a room with a disabled bathroom that didn’t drain properly. The floor was constantly wet. Also would have liked padding on the sunbeds.

El personal, el buffet y las piscinas. Todo en general muy limpio, las instalaciones muy bonitas y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

No nos gusto que llegamos a nuestra habitación después de un día de piscina, y nos habían cambiado la cerradura de la puerta, sin ningún previo avíso, cosa que tuvimos que volver a bajar a recepción y esperar a que nos antendieran , para cambiarnos la llave y la pulsera. No costaba nada avísar, ya que teníamos un cartel de no molestar. Y otra cosa que no nos gustó fueron las bebidas alcoholicas tipo PiñaColada , amareto , entiendo que sean marcas blancas pero aquello era imbebible.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Uns haben die Innenausstattung mit den Pflanzen und dem Wasser sehr gut gefallen. Das Buffet am Abend war unglaublich, genau wie das Frühstück.

Weniger hat uns der Umstand gefallen, daß auf den Balkonen geraucht wurde. Es war nicht möglich die Terrassentür offen zu lassen. Wann gibt es endlich ein rauchfreies Hotel. Auch finde ich bei dem Preis, sollte der Spa Bereich frei zugänglich sein

Las piscinas i el acceso a la playa de arena. Habitación amplia.

La calidad-precio: el precio es desorbitado para lo que ofrece. Las comidas del buffet (que son las que se incluyen con la pensión) con mucho para elegir pero con productos de muy mala calidad. Sería mejor menos opciones y más buenas. La limpieza de las habitaciones era muy superficial.

L'hôtel est immense, c'est vraiment une grosse usine. Il est regrettable également que dans une chambre Premium la porte de la douche ne fermait pas

The atmosphere at the hotel is wonderful. Everything is lush with greenery and well-maintained, and the staff is excellent. The food in the restaurant (we opted for breakfast and dinner) was excellent. Everything is very clean!

It was my birthday while we were staying at the hotel. My husband asked if the hotel offered any birthday greetings. We arranged that a waiter would bring out a slice of cake when we came for dinner. We finished our meal, but nothing was brought out. My husband went to remind the shift supervisor on duty, but his reaction was baffling. Naturally, we just got up and left.

Quiet, lots to do, proximity to the beach, various food options. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Animators were fun. I had a birthday there, staff left me a champagne bottle with two glasses in my room and birthday wishes :)

Вода в бассейне теплая, лежаков хватает всем, полотенца чистые, еда разнообразная, много мяса на любой вкус, много десертов. Круассаны на завтрак дадут за щеку всем круассанам франции.

Платинум отделен от обычных людей только номинально, по факту столовую делят вместе + на отдельный платинум бассейн люди занимают очередь за час до открытия, что противоречит самому формату платинум. На обычный бассейн очередей нет тк места там достаточно.

Шикарный отель с большой территорией, несколькими бассейнами, отличной кухней и в непосредственной близости от пляжа. Всегда можно найти свободный лежак возле бассейна даже в пиковые часы, много развлекательных программ по вечерам. Хорошая уборка в номерах и дружелюбный персонал.

Парковка. Паркинг 8 евро в сутки. Но проблема в том, что из паркинга нет выхода или лифта непосредственно в отель. Нужно выйти из паркинга и пешком пройти вверх по улице до рецепции. То есть, если вы приедете один, то вам придется сначала выгрузить багаж, занести его в лобби, вернуться к авто, объехать территорию отеля вокруг (улица односторонняя), поставить машину на паркинг, а затем снова пешком пройти по улице вверх до лобби. Сейф. Каждый номер оборудован сейфом, но чтобы им пользоваться, вам придется оплатить услугу в размере 3 евро в сутки. Сумма не огромная конечно, но для отеля такого уровня это выглядит просто мелочно.

We really enjoyed the activities and entertainment, We particularly enjoyed the ABBA and Queen night and as for the activities, Andrea and Mano were the highlight for us! They brought so much fun and energy and made sure we had a great time!

Location is great to visit Teide, Tamaimo, Los Gigantes and experience black sand beaches and swimming in waves. Nice pools, spacious room. Check-out lady (dark hair) was nice and explained this is not first time they have trouble with reservations via booking.com, however according to her nothing is being done about it. At least she smiled and tried to appologise even though it was too late.

Terrible check in experience. Receptionist (blonde woman) said she can see reservation for 2 people, but we have booked for 3 people via booking.com. She asked to see the proof which we provided. She asked to send proof to some email of theirs talking rudely. Okay, I've send both - booking com proof and their hotel confirmation, all stating that room is reserved for 3 people (standart room, even in spanish it was written 3 personas). She was not happy anyway. We have asked how if this our fault, if for us everything is confirmed but she kept saying "my system does not show". No appologies. Then she said "I will need to talk to my manager tomorrow" so fine, talk whoever you want, but it's not customer business if hotel and booking.com system is not correliating and definitely not client's problem. However she made us feeel like it is our problem and kept saying "It's not happening when you book straight with hotel". Well, if they don't like their options in booking.com, why do they keep it there? I was so stressed after feeling unwelcomed, expected next day some manager to come and apologise, yet nothing, on 2nd day they called from reception to bring daughter's passport to scan AGAIN. No appologies given. Once walked to the room after checking-in, cards did not work. Just 5 minutes walk. Husband gone back to reception, instead of apology he heard "You must've kept it near mobile". For God's sake, everything is blamed on customer, seriously? Hygiene issues is shocking. Birds often fly into Lava restaurant and sit on pastries! Never seen anything like that in any hotel. Staff stands in the corner chatting and you can't get their attention to order drinks unless you get up and go fetch them yourself! Not even for wine, for simple Coca-Cola you need to order with them, but they never there or they come when you almost done with food. Meat rubbery, undercooked or dry, tasteless.

Buffet y snack bar fantástico, a pesar de no ser "adult only", no había apenas niños. Limpieza excelente, y todas las zonas, tnto comunes como habitaciones, muy cuidadas.

Lo único que podría decir es el tema del entretenimiento nocturno. Un poco pobre y aburrido.

El desayuno excelente y la ubicacion muy buena.

El colchón no me gusto mucho. Y hay alguna cosita que reformar.

La atención del personal,sobre todo de los camareros Alfredo y Claudio,son un encanto,los llevo en mi corazón

La limpieza, lo cuidado que estaba

Estuvimos dos noches y la primera noche se nos inundó la habitación, la segunda noche volvió a pasar lo mismo y nos cambiaron de habitación. La reforma del baño era reciente pero parece que les dejaron muy estrechos los desagües. Aún así lo solventaron muy rápido.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from the very beginning. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and every meal was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our holiday here and created beautiful memories. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we would be very happy to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others 🥰

Wróciliśmy do tego hotelu drugi raz, tym razem z Mamami. Cudny rodzinny czas, pyszne jedzonko i super animacje na basenie.

Prysznic w łazience zatykał się, bo nie był sprzątany. Zauważyliśmy brak kawioru do śniadania, który był codziennie rok temu.

I like everything in this hotel - location, territory, pools, views from the rooms. The biggest treasure of this hotel - staff. Always helpful, always supportive, always professional, not just formal. Great reception staff, Johanna(massage), Airport transfer/excursions ladies - special thank you! 5 times in this hotel and will come again(despite tried another hotels).

Please -please add 0 alcohol wine and cava into the wine choice. I do not drink alcohol currently - but I still want to have glass of wine in my hand to enjoy view or meal....

Das Netz am Tennisplatz würde eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Sehr, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Platinum Option sehr zu empfehlen, um den Trubel am Pool und im Restaurant zu umgehen, weil nur Erwachsene zum Infinity Pool und Aerea Platinum Restaurant Zugang haben.

Ein kleines Manco auf dem Tennisplatz . Das Netz sollte erneuert werden.

Prachtig complex met mooie centrale hal. Leuke zwembaden met voldoende bedjes. Ook de maaltijden waren prima met veel keuze. Ruime, schone kamer

Hotel is erg gehorig waardoor je alles op de kamer hoort, gelukkig wel vanaf 23 uur alles rustig. De badkamer mag wel een update krijgen, beetje "versleten". Om iets van het eiland te zien heb je echt wel een auto nodig.

J'ai aimé le principe de Platinum avec une piscine chauffée et séparée. plus calme pour se reposer et profiter de la nage et de la vue sublime. un service ++ très appréciable. Les suites sont très bien, la vue sur Gomerra magnifique.

Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of comfy sofas to relax with a drink. Friendly staff and lovely heated outdoor pools which were a bonus as we didn’t expect that.

We were checked in to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully there was nobody in it when we entered the room at 21:00…it could have been very embarrassing.

Hotel wygodny, jak na 4 gwiazdkiementami słabiej ale bez katastrofy. Piekna zieleń w lobby - jakby dżungla z paproci :-) pokoje ok, dość małe. Hotel nastawiony na all inclusive, chociaż sprzedaj opcję HB. Chcieliśmy pokręci się po wyspie, nie potrzebowaliśmy all inclusive i z dokupieniem posiłku, napoju było duz klopotow - prawi nikt nie wiedział ile skasować i jak to zrobić :-) Hotel po prostu jakich wiele. Plus za grzan baseny, choć pod koniec pobytu dużo chłodniejsza się zrobiła woda.

Hotel nastawiony na bardzo wiekowych emerytów - posiłki, udogodnienia etc. Personel różnie - czasem niezbyt uprzejmy.

The rooms were good, simple and clean - had everything you needed. The hotel is itself is beautiful and huge. The inside is designed like an infoor forest which was wonderful. Outside had 3 separate pools, one for adults only, one for entertainment, and one just to relax. The options were great. There were many sunbeds always with space to sit. The location is great but be mindful of the hilly area.

The hotel food was plain - while they had many options, it was basic and lacked flavour. The restaurants around the hotel had much better options. I had booked all-inclusive, but the hotel could not accommodate a downgrade - as I was on holiday, I could not restrict myself and chose to forego all hotel meals, and enjoy the really fantastic restaurants within walking distance

Viss tīrs, numuriņš svaigs un tīrs. Ēdiens un dzērieni labā kvalitātē un izvēlē. Plašas izklaides iespējas.

Numuriņš ar skatu uz okeānu bija nultajā stāvā. Bija ok, bet cerēju uz augstāku stāvu un vakara sauli uz balkona. Varbūt par naudu ko samaksāju man labāks nebija paredzēts.

Przepiękny widok na ocean, bardzo dobre jedzenie, zieleń, wspaniała podgrzewana woda w basenie .

Doliczanie opłaty za sejf jest słabe ( niewielka kwota ale jednak niesmak pozostaje) . Najgorsza kawa w automacie podczas śniadania jaką kiedykolwiek piłam . Przy tak dobrym jedzeniu jakość kawy , która smakuje trochę jak ciemny płyn z kakao jest zaskakująca . Można tylko dokupić kawę po śniadaniu na tarasie przy lobby. Hotel jest bardzo duży - jeśli ma się małe dziecko i często chodzi między basenem i pokojem - polecam zarezerwować pokój na parterze , żeby nie kluczyć między skrzydłami budynku i piętrami. Raczej dla osób dorosłych .

W zasadzie wszystko w porządku. Luksusowy hotel. Żadnych problemów ze znalezieniem leżaka na basenach ani ze stolikiem w restauracji. Nie polecam pokoi poniżej poziomu recepcji, która się mieści na 3 piętrze, Hałas samochodów tuż przy ruchliwej ulicy, jadących pod górę dociera nawet przy zamkniętych oknach, nie mówiąc o wypiciu kawy na balkonie.

Pozdrawiam serdecznie pana z recepcji, który na prośbę o podwyższenie standardu wg takiej możliwości dla klientów VIP na booking com powiedział, że to tak jakbym zamówił samochód Panda a oczekuję Porsche. Naprawdę świetny dowcip po 3 godzinnej jeździe autobusem z lotniska do hotelu. Na temat pokoju. Pokój duży, czysty, z na 1 piętrze z balkonem wychodzącym tuż na hałaśliwą ulicę. Raczej nie polecam. Pokoje z widokiem na Los Gigantes zaczynają się od 4 piętra.

We were platinum so had access to additional areas with an infinity pool and external cafe/bar which was beautiful

In the main restaurant the food temperature control was poor and a lit if the “hot food” was cool or cold

An excellent hotel. Top quality food, large comfortable bedrooms, very friendly staff and spotlessly clean. The hotel is huge, but despite its size the service runs like clockwork. The location is great. I liked that it was not an over-commercialised resort with skyscrapers.

There was nothing that disappointed me.

Саме чудове в цьому готелі це розташування, 5 хв і ви на чудовому екзотичному чорному піщаному пляжі . Сам готель дуже сподобався, в ньому є все, кілька різних басейнів, спортзал, анімація, кілька барів, кілька ресторанів а-ля карт, і основний ресторан. Сніданок хороший, вибір великий, але однаковий щодня, в принципі як і усюди. Вечеря кожен вечір мала свою тематику, але завжди присутні риба, морепродукти (одного вечора була тема морепродуктів, то були лобстери, краби, креветки, мідії, кальмари), яловичина, курятина, баранина, ягнятина. Вибір завжди чудовий. Харчування дуже різноманітне. В готелі можна було брати екскурсії, замовляти таксі, замовляти трансфер до аеропорту. Прибирання було щоденним. Готель суперовий для відпочинку, те що треба!

Шумоізоляція в номері жахлива, дуже чутно сусідів.

De zwembaden zijn erg mooi en ruim, het eten is lekker en het is ook fijn dat er twee a la carte restaurants zijn, voor de variatie. Verder is alles erg schoon en netjes en is het personeel aardig

Kamers zijn ietwat verouderd, net zoals sommige faciliteiten.

The best part of this hotel is the pool area! Really nicely kept with a lot of plants and clean pools.

The worst part of the experience was staff, on average only 1 out of 10 workers were nice and polite, the rest are ignorant and rude. Really sad that an overall nice place can so much degrade in value due to staff attitude. Food was medium quality, not too bad but most of the cooked food was very oily, vegetables and fruit the lowest quality, tasteless. Only oranges were local and what you expect on the island they grow, the rest of fruit and veggies is what you can get at the supermarket at lowest cost. Might be challenging for those who stick to a healthy balanced diet. Hotel itself is okay, more or less what you can expect for the price. Did we enjoy an overall experience? Yes. Will we come back? No. One time in this hotel was enough :)

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Lage ist phänomenal, die Pools sind groß und reichen mehr als aus, der Strand ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, das Essen und der Service sind super (sogar als Mensch mit Glutenunverträglichkeit findet man hier diverse Dinge und wenn man fragt, gehen die Mitarbeiter mit einem rum und zeigen was man alles es kann und was nicht, alternativ werden sogar glutenfreie Produkte gemacht), unser Zimmer war sehr schön und das Foyer ist wahnsinnig extravagant.

Warum dann eine 9/10? Ein kleines Manko sind die hellhörigen Wände. Man hört, vor allem Nachts, das poltern und Reden der anderen Gäste schon relativ laut und ich zumindest ich bin davon 2-3 mal wach geworden. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen.
