La variedad de juegos para los niños
Que la gente fume
El personal es muy amable y profesional. Spa es un plus. Comedor amplio y comida bien.
I liked the location, the food, the staff is polite and friendly. Animators in the children's club are simply incredible 🫶🏻
I didn't like the woman who cleaned, she just came into my room when I was there and it was unpleasant, I didn't have time to put on clothes
Les équipements Le buffet varié et bon . Les activités . Le personnel sympathique
Construction vieille mérite d'être défraîchie. Éloignement de la plage . Literie moyenne .
Probably one of the biggest and most impressive resorts we have ever stayed at. Because of the different levels and the size of the property, it really feels like a little town of its own. There are so many swimming pools, restaurants and different areas to relax. The food in the restaurants changes regularly, so there is always something different to try. We had a very spacious two-level suite with an amazing ocean view, which we absolutely loved. Overall, this is definitely the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. We would happily return!
There was only one thing that we didn’t really like. The hotel advertises that it has parking, but in reality there seem to be only around 40 spaces for a resort with more than 500 rooms. On top of that, the parking spaces are allocated by the hotel staff, so it is not simply a first come, first served system. You have to check with the staff to see whether a space has become available and can be assigned to you. During our entire stay, we were never able to get a parking space and had to park on the surrounding streets instead. In the end we got used to it and it was fine, but the whole parking procedure feels unnecessarily complicated and, in my opinion, doesn’t reflect well on an otherwise excellent hotel. It would be much better to communicate clearly in advance that on-site parking is extremely limited, so guests arriving by car know what to expect.

I’ve never been to the same place twice before, but this place is amazing, this was our 2nd trip as a family of 4 and my sister and her kids joined us this time. It’s like no where I’ve been before, entertainment on the evening is great, separate from the younger kids entertainment. Dj white party, singers, dancing, sunsets it’s just brilliant. Rooms clean and tidy, spacious. Food great, I never understand people who moan about food, there’s every food you can think of, if you can’t produce a meal there’s something wrong with you. Drinks great, no rushing for sunbeds, were plenty left, 3 different pools, Siam park amazing, whales and dolphin trip was fab. I feel like we’ve been spoilt finding this place as it’s going to be hard to match it.
Almost everything
No proper menue for vegatarians and vegans.
Las actividades y la piscina.
Había cucarachas, y la piscina estaba algo caliente
Location was great, hotel was beautiful and always clean, rooms were cleaned daily, staff was super friendly and helpful, most staff were multilingual which was awesome as we didn't speak any Spanish. Loads of program during the day and night for both kids and adults. Pools were clean, loads of loungers, food and drinks everywhere. I've finally enjoyed eating prawns, they really know how to make them tasty. Lifeguards at every pool. Would recommend this hotel.
After few days the food choice gets too repetitive both main and desserts. Everyone could find something to eat of course but we struggled with the constant no seasoned meats or rice or over salted food on the other hand, unless they cooked their own cuisine which was mainly seafood based, which were absolutely great and well seasoned.
Sofia is amazing ! She has been great with the kids and us adults . She is so talented and will go far. Please come and visit the UK !
I had a lot of fun with Sofia ! Very nice hotel!

We arrived late around 10pm, check in was quick as we checked in at at the Landi desk as we had a Landi Village Suite. It was dark and no real help to locate our room, during the day this is evident. Once we located our room it was lovely, clean and spacious. The Landi extras are bath robes, slippers, kids washing bag, filled mini fridge (one bag of crisps, two cans of pop, large milk carton and two cartons of juice. The cleaners are in every day and they work very hard keeping everywhere clean. Air con was terrible, very old system that didn’t work well at all. The pool area was good, we used the Landi area which was ok. Only one cocktail they make on the day of the week which wasn’t the best. The Nautilus bar was again ok but I used occasionally due to seeing pigeons on the food area. The staff see them but don’t act upon it. The hotel itself is clean but paving is dangerous and needs urgent repairs as there is a lot of loose tiles. I did see cockroaches around the area but for the size of the area was minimal. The sunset bar was a joke, huge queues, pre made cocktails and not a great choice compared with previous holidays. Entertainment is focused around the kids which at other places I’ve stayed entertained the adults. Spa area brilliant, good facilities and great we went in as a family. Food times were manic but that is school holidays for you. Food was ok in main restaurant but found the staff in Volcan very rude towards me after entering then told to leave as it was closed even though people were in there eating and I already had picked up food. Don’t get me started on the flies…. They are everywhere! All in all a nice break but this hotel is not for me
Room: we booked the Landi upgrade (accidentally because TUI has a good deal the day I booked and so it really wasn’t very much more. About £250 if I remember.) I actually thought upgrade was for the room itself but turns out all rooms are the same. We were in C320 which had a wonderful sea and pool view. Most features of the room were great and those that were not I reported on web app and it was fixed within hours. Air con worked really well. Only slight issue that wasn’t quite fixed was the fridge was not very cold. We did find filling it with bottles of water (refilled at the water dispensers around the hotel) really helped it stay colder. Landi Package: I would say we enjoyed the perks but I think it’s a personal decision if you want it or not. From what I gathered they have ramped up the “differences” in the time we were there. We had a small child (4yrs) so being close to pool helped. Perks below: - Different, quicker check in - toys in room - free toiletries for the children - robes and slippers in the room - free pool towels ( normal deposit needed) - free safe (normally €20) - free spa sessions for each adult and each child over 4. (Normally 21€ per adult and 15€ per child) - unlimited use if the al a carte restaurants - exclusive area in Buffett restaurant serving smoked salmon and makeral, fresh crepes and smoothies and Prosecco for mimosa at breakfast. At lunch and dinner there are different, I think better, wines in that area. You can take stuff from this area out to the other area if you want you dont have to stay in that area. - exclusive pool area where you can reserve sun beds at any time. - unlimited cocktails of the day at Landi bar in exclusive area (you can go get them and take them outside that area you just need to have green wristbands to get them) - snacks are again from the Landi bar (popcorn, cornetto style ice creams, small canapés) - unlimited “mr whippy style” ice cream at reef bar Restaurants: Buffet - was good. Great variety of food but I have had better quality last year at a TUI blue. Was good enough though and little Landi perks helped. Only issue was the random order of everything. Butter nowhere near bread for example. Not a major issue. Ciao - we had a great meal (ravioli for me and hubby had spag Bol) just small portions. We did not like the sound of starters. Little boy didn’t like the pizza (he is very picky and doesn’t like herbs on pizza 🙈🙈). So we decided to go for dessert in Buffett so we could get him to eat food while we had dessert. So we didn’t sample Ciao desserts. Bones - this had bad reviews but we decided to try it and it was great. Better than Ciao for us. I had steak medium and was perfect and cut was ok. Don’t get me wrong not the most amazing steak ever but I didn’t expect that at an AI hotel. Hubby had beef ribs and this was really good. Starters were great and so was dessert. (Apple crumble) Drinks: very good. Wine and prosecco all very good (I am picky with wine). Landi area wines with meals were better but others were ok. Included cocktails were good. Sometimes made fresh sometimes pre-made and waiting in a blender to be poured. We had one paid for cocktail each and these were amazing!! Hubby drank beer and sangria and said they were great. Basic Alcohol is pretty much self serve during the day. Paper cups though! We took Insulated large cups with lids plus plastic wine glasses. Beer on tap, wine and fizz in buckets of ice in buffet and in main snack bar. Reef pool bar had beer on tap you need to ask for others here. Soft drinks on tap in lots of locations. Only slight gripe was I did not see the advertised “Landi drinks van”. On pics it was supposed to be on lower level near golf and splash park but it wasn’t. 🤷♀️🤷♀️ In the evening drink can be got in Broadway bar if an act is on or sunset bar. This was where issues came in. Sunset bar queue was insane sometimes and whilst they work through it quickly can get very backed up. Also never enough seats outside!!! Entertainment: was good for the kids. A bit mad at times but that’s what kids like. We didn’t use kids club but we did do Landi disco every night. (This is for everyone not just Landi upgraded guests). Daytime entertainment was at both pools. In the activity (main larger pool) there were all sorts of things like volleyball, running mats, inflatables. We don’t go there much so probably lots more. In other pool near blocks A to D, there was yoga, aerobics, some kids activities. Martha who ran this was amazing and included everyone; green wristbands or blue. Music at both pools. Can not comment on Teens as didn’t use this facility. Pools: both great. Loads of sun beds all day. Yes Landi upgrade allows a small area (I emphasise small) to be pre-saved with towels. This suited us because we have small child and wanted to be next to pool to monitor him. Again some posts on Facebook group have led people to think they can’t use the pool or the snack bar if not Landi. This is not true. It is literally a small area of beds and in the small area there is an excluder serving cocktail of the day and canapés. Pools are clean and warm after a few seconds. Lifeguard between 10am and 6pm. The resort: so easy to navigate. So ultra clean and tidy. The cleaning staff are busy all day keeping the rooms and the surroundings clean. The gardeners work well too meaning it looks attractive. Other Facilities: didn’t use high ropes or slides. Splash park is really good for little ones. Could do with a cover for parents to stand or a seat or two. Mini golf is good. Didn’t use sports facilities but looked good. Spa was amazing. They do family times and adults only times. They advertised a soft play but it had been removed and was being replaced by a Playground. Sadly this never opened while we were there and work on it looked non-existent. Overall it was an amazing stay. Only tiny improvements I think they could make: - better fridges in rooms - More seats at sunset bar (even just fold out seats on a rack that can be put away in day time) - Reinstate Landi van near splash park (or something similar.) - There is confusion over the word “Landi” for the upgrade. As it’s the name of the mascot. People think that they can’t use “Landi Club” and “Landi disco” for example because they have not upgraded. Maybe needs more explanation to non-upgraded guests. - Bench and cover for parents at splash park. - Hotel or tour operators should have let booked guests know if the changes made. Eg the fact that soft play had gone and was not replaced yet, the lack of Landi van, changes to Landi Town area (did not effect me but I know non-upgraded guests did struggle with this)
We have just returned from an 11 night stay. We were a party of 15 and every one of us really enjoyed ourselves! Firstly all staff were friendly and helpful, starting with the people on reception at check in, following through to staff in the restaurants, bars, entertainment team, cleaners etc., all very nice. Special mention to: Leon in the bar - always very happy and have a friendly chat Debora in the spa - their computers went down when we were paying to go in and she dealt with it very calmly and professionally Vanessa and Joana in Bones and Ciao - both dealt with a table for 15 very well (most tables were a max of 4 people) All the cleaning staff - you didn’t really spot them but the place (including bedrooms) were always so tidy Food in the buffet is some of the best I’ve had in this kind of restaurant, there is always a lot of choice and everything is refreshed frequently. Both à la carte restaurants were good, food was nice and service was fantastic. It was also a nice setting, with outside seating on a balcony which had a nice view of the coast. The main bar and pool bar both had a great selection of drinks - try the alcohol free pina colada slushie! The spa had great facilities considering the price, €21/adult and €15/child. Children are allowed in until a cut of time and then it is adults only. The children in our party loved the spa but I appreciate the adults only time worked well for some. There is evening entertainment outside the main bar, it’s very good. There is also an indoor entertainment venue, we only went in there once to see Queen Project and they were amazing. For the children there is an arcade, it’s pricey but we set a daily budget. There are a few pools and splash park, in one pool they have day time entertainment such as water polo, volleyball etc. the entertainment team are always around chatting to guests and trying to get everyone involved. There is also a baby club/kids club/teenager club. We didn’t use these but every day the kids club was led to the restaurant for lunch, all wearing high vis to ensure they stayed together. There is a football pitch, volleyball court and tennis court on site, we used the football pitch several times. There is also the high ropes, we did this once and it was great fun! You have to book it the day before at the hut opposite. The hotel is in a good position for views but it’s up a steep hill. So a walk down to the beach is lovely but walking back up is hard work!! If you use the back gate it shortens the walk, you can exit/enter with your key card. There were a few negatives: A few of the floor tiles in the outside areas were broken which was dangerous, they need to be fixed before someone takes a tumble. Not that we had much chance to watch TV, but it would have been nice if Netflix worked. It didn’t impact us but we didn’t see too much veggie/vegan food in the restaurant. But there was a sign that said to ask if there’s any dietary restrictions so I assume they will work around it. When we visited the spa one steam room was out of action, I think you should be told before you pay to go in. All in all it was a great holiday and I would recommend and visit again.
Great experience with great service and good food
I had an amazing stay in Lamdmar Costa Los Gigantes, thank you to the animation team that made my holiday special, especially Sofia; she is so sweet!
Family hotelwith good staffs and restaurant also good
Food was lovely, the Terry mitsu was exceptional
Bones - very attentive staff, really good with the children. Food was really good and a nice change from the buffet (which is also very good). Thank you
We are a family of 2 adults and 1 toddler. Stayed at this hotel 15th July - 22nd July 20206. We stayed in the Landi Village, block C. Location - The hotel is about a 25 minutes walk, from the local beach. Very step hill back up. Lidls and Local supermarket about 15 mins walk. Hotel - Large hotel, 3 large pools and 2 small kids pools. No issue with sunbeds, and always spare all day. Food - we were all inclusive. The food was mostly dissapointing, lukewarm warm and very same ish. Typical all you can eat buffet type food, but on the lower scale of quality, which was a shame. I found a couple of undercooked sausages. Staff - There were 1 or 2 staff who were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Most of the staff seemed unbothered, and couldn’t even manage a “good morning”. Room - Apartment was very spacious. Large living room. Uncomfortable sofa bed to sit on, but no major issue. Beds quite confortable and pillows were good. Decent sized balcony to enjoy the late evening. Apartment itself is dated and grubby in places. Needs a good refurb and decorating. Air con in the apartment was fine and plenty cool enough for July. We even turned it down in the night and it was more than comfortable. Issues - We complained twice about the lock on the sliding balcony door being broken and not locking. First time they didn’t even log it. Second time they again promised to fix the issue but never did. Bad customer service. Paper cups round the pool during the day, so take your own plastic/metal ones which is ok to do. Also, take some plastic straws. Rooms cleaned daily to a decent standard. Overall - Hotel is ok. It is certainly not worth it to upgrade to Landi and you’ll hardly notice the difference, a part from unlimited use of steak restaurant; which was just ok, and italian (didn’t try). I would not come back to this hotel. It could be so much better.
We were a party of ten including four children aged seven to 14. The children loved taking inflatables to the busy pools, and going on the pool slides. We all preferred the slightly less noisy pool, which is overlooked by C block. E block with the nicer Landi suites is also very close (these are the best rooms). It’s worth booking the Balinese beds for more shade, but they don’t overlook the pool. There is also a baby splash pool. This is not a quiet hotel, it’s lively and music plays all the time. The entertainment was good, they work very hard at it. If you want some peace, go to the spa (we had a free session included). You can hear the pool side entertainment during the day in Block O, and you look directly into some rooms the tree-top climb, but O block is closest to the back gate if you want to walk down to the black sand beach (the tide is strong, not suitable for children when we were there, but there is a life guard on duty) or the town in the evening. There are some shops and bars. The staff are friendly, courteous, smartly dressed and seem to enjoy being there. They even prioritised the comfort of their guests on the night Spain won the World Cup, and the day after. We found the main dishes in the buffet to be varied and exceptionally well prepared, with local and international choices. There are plain options for children such as pasta, chips, grated cheese, omelettes, pancakes and waffles at breakfast, also plenty of cheese, charcuterie, salad, fruit choices and cooked breakfasts for adults. There is steak, chicken, fresh seafood, different local fish, lots of vegetable choices and paella at other times. There is a good choice of mini puddings eg tiramisu, tarts, yogurt, cheesecake, and ice cream for children. The hotel is spotless, trays in the dining room are replenished swiftly and tables cleared straight away. We only found it busy during the rush very close to closing. There are enough coffee machines and juice and water stations for it to be leisurely the rest of the time. The Nautilus snack bar next to the slightly less busy pool was also regularly replenished and cleaned constantly. There were chips, meats, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, pizza, salads, freshly cooked burgers, beer, Prosecco, ice, slushies. You can book a free dinner in one of the restaurants included in the room price. Italian Ciao was better than the steak restaurant Bones. Reception does get busy at times. Manuella in the lobby can help with airport transfers or day trips and is very efficient. The room we had was a little tired, but it was spacious, the beds were generous and very comfortable (two pushed together), it had a fridge and everything worked. The cleaners came in to make beds and replace towels regularly. They work very hard. There are water stations throughout the hotel, so bring water bottles. The bar can get busy for cocktails and wine, but there is self service for beer, water and soft drinks. The hotel prioritises cleanliness, politeness and service and makes the most of the spectacular sea views. The children enjoy the pools, the games area and entertainment. The only thing I would ask is for one area to be covered by a sail shade. We saw many sunburnt children and it’s completely unnecessary for parents to allow this to happen. Put them in rash vests if they don’t like sun cream or they are always in the pool. Sun beds were available, even though many closest to the pool edge were taken by 7am, but a few extra parasols were needed to provide enough shade. There are lifts throughout the hotel if you have a buggy .
This is our second visit, we came last year. Overall still a great hotel but we felt a few things were not quite so good. Last year my children loved the kids club, but this year they didn't go as much as it was not as fun, mainly just colouring then going on the bouncy castle which is ok but not every day. The kids club staff were nice but I would say not as enthusiastic and energetic as last year. Some of the evening shows are good but some not so great. Some lifts were breaking down often. The food is very good and always enough and a huge variety. Always able to get a sun lounger, no sun loungers wars here which is always a big priority for us. You are allowed inflatables in both the pools now too. The snack bar at the pool at the top is great when you don't want to go in for lunch as they have a BBQ on and other things. Heated pools all year round is also great. We would definitely return again.
My kids (8 and 11) really liked the activities for kids.
The hotel is in desperate need for renovation, the window in our room did not close so there was a lot of noice coming in from the street, the lights in the hallway where constantly out so it was pitch black and the elevators where very shabby. The pool area was dirty, rubbish all over. The food was average and few healthy choices.
Amazing family hotel and couldn't ask for more. The Spa was worth a visit and had an amazing massage with Angeles would definitely recommend booking ahead as they get busy.
We recently returned from our second amazing holiday here. We were there with my three children and my parents, and there first time being all inclusive and we all loved it. Food was fantastic. we were Landi so enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and smoothie. What I love is you can always get a sun bed and parasols. The food, drinks, inflatables in the pool, mini disco and shows in the evening. We love the bbq for lunch and I had paella every day which was delicious. One of my children is fussy but we still found something every day and we knew the Nautilus restaurant would have chicken nuggets every day. Rooms and areas were always cleaned to a high standard and easy to get towels. There is a new landi area near Nautilus but if not Landi there is still plenty of space at all pools. We split out time here and near the slides.
Excellent hotel, this is our second time & it has not disappointed. The animation team are amazing especially Marcos, Ivan, Lilia and Laura!
Ciao Italian restaurant was lovely definitely worth a visit.
Bastante completo
Our first time at this hotel. Welcome on arrival was good, staff very helpful and we went straight to our rooms. We booked 2 suite rooms with ocean view, these were spacious and clean with the view as promised. We were very pleased with the selection at the buffet restaurant and if it was exceptionally busy the other restaurant opposite was opened as well. The pools were great, warm, which made getting in easier. No issues over sunbeds. We visited both al a carte restaurants. The Ciao restaurant, the food was good but we felt we were being rushed. Waitress started to clear our table but I was still eating, my husband intervened. Bones, food was amazing and experience was much nicer. The high ropes, we turned up for our son to participate, but was told we needed to book, this is not mentioned anywhere, not even on the app. We booked for 2 days later, he enjoyed it, even though it only took 20 mins. Me, my husband and our son took part in archery, this was good fun! On our last day we booked a Bali bed as a treat, this was really lovely, views over the ocean, a comfortable bed, sunbeds, drinks and snacks. A few negatives... Not known to us, we had arrived at the start of a festival week, we were awoken at 6am the following morning by what sounded like explosions (quite scary) but these were fireworks to start the festival. There is not one comfortable seat in the place (other than a sunbed/bali bed, handful of sofas), everything is so hard with no cushions, very disappointing when you want to just sit back and relax. The 2 pool bars were very different, Nautilus had great food with choices of soft drinks, beer, wine and sangria. If you wanted cocktails or spirits you needed to walk to the lounge bar or the other pool bar, nothing major just a bit inconvenient. A snack van was on route to the other pool. Didn't really see much of the animation team, day or night. Our last night was the Wednesday, which we ended up being kept awake, the music from the festival was extremely loud and went on until 5am (way to explain it - trying to sleep during a concert at the O2). The hotel had received several complaints from people thinking it was the hotel but it wasn't. Again we wasn't aware of this. Overall we have enjoyed our relaxing holiday and the resort is a lovely place to stay, we would recommend this hotel.
We stayed in an Ocean Suite and overall had a really enjoyable holiday. Room The Ocean Suite was clean and comfortable, although I probably wouldn’t describe it as a true “suite” as it felt fairly standard. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well in the bedroom. However, the sitting area stayed quite warm, so we found ourselves leaving a room card in the slot while we were out to keep the bedroom cool. The shower in our bathroom leaked slightly, but because of the hot weather the floor was usually dry by the time we returned in the evening, so it wasn’t a major issue. The room included a kettle, coffee machine and a small chiller. I wouldn’t really call it a fridge as it didn’t get particularly cold, but it was useful enough. One thing worth knowing is that the hotel doesn’t provide bottled water. Instead, you’re given one refillable plastic bottle per room to use at the water refill stations (our closet refill station didn’t work though for our whole holiday). As there was only one bottle between us, we ended up buying bottled water from the vending machine and also picked up some larger bottles from a local shop to refill ourselves. We saw a couple of cockroaches during our stay, but only outside around the hotel grounds, never inside the room. Given the climate, this wasn’t unexpected. Entertainment The entertainment was excellent and created a great atmosphere throughout the hotel. The animation team were fantastic with the children, and there was plenty going on during the day. Evening entertainment was also really enjoyable, with live singers and shows that adults could appreciate too. Food & Drinks We thought the food was good overall, with plenty of choice at every meal. There was always something for everyone, and even the three very fussy eaters in our group never struggled to find something they enjoyed. We particularly loved the BBQ area by the quiet pool at lunchtime. We also ate at both à la carte restaurants. They were nice enough, but I probably wouldn’t have paid extra for them if they hadn’t been included as part of the all-inclusive package. The bars were excellent, with a wide selection of drinks available. We especially loved the self-serve wine, beer and prosecco stations. Pools The pool facilities were fantastic. There was a great choice of pools, we never struggled to find a sunbed, and the slides were brilliant fun for both children and adults. Location The hotel is quite remote, but we knew that before booking. If you’re happy to stay within the resort, there’s really no need to leave as it has everything you need. That said, we do like to explore a little while we’re away. We took a taxi to Costa Adeje, which cost around €35 each way, and also enjoyed walking around the local area. There are a few shops within walking distance, but not a great deal else, so it’s worth bearing in mind if you enjoy going somewhere different every day. Overall We travelled with our wider family, including two young children, which is why we chose this hotel as it’s clearly geared towards families. However, even as adults, we had a fantastic time. The combination of great entertainment, good food, excellent pool facilities and a relaxed atmosphere made for a really enjoyable holiday. We’d happily return and would recommend it, particularly to families with young children.
We stayed here as a family and had a brilliant holiday. There are plenty of activities to keep young ones busy. The local area is lovely, although hilly. The food was great with snack bar and al a cartes to use aswell as buffett. Rooms are a great size, although having to constantly use lifts every time did get a bit annoying. Some areas are in desperate need of an update such as the soft play area, which looks dated and dirty. The splash park had big holes in and very worn. The teens club was just a room with a few games in, nothing like advertised. The icecream truck was never open near highropes. There was a fair amount of disorganisation too. We paid for San Juan night and involved walking to a beach via the sister hotel. Felt like they could have made more of it. Booked to use the baby club, which was then closed when we turned up. Never really knew what was happening as things were advertised (such as bingo in the sunset bar) but never happened. Entertainment was poor. Music in the sunset bar was good, but felt like it always finished too soon and they could have done with playing some music afterwards or have another designated space away from the rooms for later night music/drinks. There are not enough bars available on a night, with only the sunset bar serving drinks. In peak season this must be so much worse. Wish they had better cocktail choices, im not sure why its advertised as all inclusive plus when some drinks are not included and cost extra. The pidgeons constantly roaming the snack bar are highly annoying. Watch out for the cockroaches on an evening too! Seen quite a few during our stay, thankfully not in our room though. Despite some negatives, we all had a fabulous time away. The jet2 rep was helpful and all staff we interacted with were lovely. Kids loved the new slides and the pools, the high ropes, mini golf, etc. Help yourself drinks are brilliant and the hotel is well spread out to never feel overly crowded. Never had to wake early to get sun loungers either. They showed the world cup games on a large screen and kids loved landi and the mini disco. A play area would be beneficial, but there is one not far from the hotel. Sister hotel only a short walk from the back gate too, for a change of scenery.
The food was very good I have been 10 times and I came in 2017 it was amazing!!!!!! Sofia and Oscar in the entertainment team were amazing they made the trip perfect!!!!!!!! Thank you!
Very good experience with my familly. Nice pool and entertainement for kids every day so we recommand this hotel so far.
This was my fifth time here if that explains ! This is great hotel not only because it is by the sea but the food is great. The rooms are clean and spacious. But, on the downside it is noisy outside the hotel with parties and fireworks.
We enjoyed our meal in Ciao restaurant. Great service, delicious food
Alex was friendly and helpful and was enthusiastic during our stay. He was pleasant to talk to and showed us what was on offer
Alex has been very kind and helpful during our stay. The pool is the best!
Ye had an amazing experience Alex was very helpful
Upon arrival we found something unmentionable in a sealed bag at our feet(use your imagination as to what this white powder could have been) Now we are arriving with a toddler who is 3 years old asking us what that was on the floor. I quickly mentioned this to reception staff and needless to say they where flapping about like headless chickens. 1. Who on earth wants to turn to up to a 4* Hotel and find that at there feet? 2. Who wants members of staff treating you like this was normal? 3. Absolutely nothing got done about this,it was handled like this never happened. Room. Room was ready upon arrival,Room was absolutely spotless and cool which is what you want. 1. You get one bottle to refill of water, one bottle between 3 people is bot acceptable,i would have expected 3 bottles for the 3 humans in the room. 2. A fridge that doesn't over heat would be amazing. 3. The room was spotless but in need of renovation, our safe had no door but was told to use it we would be charged €3 per night, now not having a door on your safe means free for all no? 4. Coffee machine leaked everywhere. 5. Coffee was decaff so if you wanted caffeine as soon as you wake you would say bring your own. Pools The Quite family pool. Not Quite at all, music blaring staff doing aqua aerobics,id say more moving your arms and dancing. Drinks wise you could get wine/prosecco draft beer and sangria. Unlimited juice. Food wise, best pool to be at as the food here was always fresh, they done fresh paella and a BBQ of burgers and sausages, the pizza was always fresh same as the salads. The big pool. Bigger pool was always busy and always had something going on. The bar here was great could get what you wanted drink wise. Unlimited juice. Food wise, rubbish as it was always cold. Main screen tv entertainment level. The main screen tv was used for the world cup which I get,i mean if your a family don't give them a room close to the action no? The Entertainment. Held inside every night, the room was hot stuffy and unbearable, the entertainment wasn't great at all especially if your British,it's mostly aimed at Germans,Spanish and Polish and that's sad as our son loves a good boogie but we only went twice as once Johnny Circus was on and we love him,the second was our first night. Our son kept asking why he couldn't understand what was happening it truly was sad. Breakfast time, lunch and dinner. Wow wow wow wow. Farm yard animals have more manors!! Food awful and I mean awful, the breakfast i had salad and meats,my husband tried different stuff but still said it was awful, our son only ate the cereal or pancakes even then he said the cereal wasn't great. Now if you had a landi band you could get prosecco at breakfast and was treated differently to the rest of us,pool side included,so if you had a green band pool side you got what you wanted, a little girl asked if she could have a cornetto to be told no! How brutal is that and who on earth does that to a kid??? Disgusting!!!! Bali beds!! Don't bother, you wait more than an hour for someone to attend you! I actually went and gave our ticket to someone. When we booked we weren't told to go to reception on the day of using your bali bed for your ticket,we weren't told what was included in our ticket! well we where but we weren't told if these got topped up or we could change anything ie. Olives for something else. Our son especially loved the kids champagne and sweets!! A la carte. Wow this was something else,we booked this for our last night/husbands birthday, husband ordered Osso Buco (meant to be veal) as was told now my husband has hqd Veal before and said this didn't taste like it,tbf I tasted it and it was rank boak!!!!! Pizza was amazing as per usual. Staff!!!!!!! Staff omg it didn't matter what bar/restaurant you went to! It always seemed like they where put out! Don't get wrong some staff in bar/restaurant was okay but that was only if you helped them out like i always did,I would clear our glasses and clear our tables and this was the only time the staff were genuinely happy and that is sad!! Housemaids. Room was always spotless, now having a toddler we know how messy they ca get,i tried to make sure everything was together and tried to put everything in bins provided. The only thing that let them down was not filling the shower gel up,there was 3 of us. The day we left i stripped all beds to help the housekeeping along as I know thye work hard. San Juan. We got charged €20 to walk to the beach!!!!!! Why where we charged this what was the money for?? We where told we could put our scrolls on a fire did that happen omg no? Did we get complimentary drinks for our €20 did we hell did we get food no. Where we told to bring swimwear or something to sit on no,we got ko information at all. €20 from so many people got the hotel how much!!! Like they say better in there pocket than ours. Now we did have next year booked for our sons 5th and we cancelled on our second day that's how bad it is.
Brilliant, highly recommend, great food, lovely sangria, the family also enjoyed very much, service was great, we very much enjoyed the whole experience.
The hotel, the facilities, the staff, the food were all absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, super clean and nothing was a problem. We will definitely be back
We stayed 20th-30th June and had a lovely time. Rooms have an amazing sea view and are spacious with separate bedroom. We were put in A block which I wouldn't recommend due to some road noise and a lot stairs to get up (there is a lift you can take though). Due to being at the end of the hotel we only used the smaller pool. This suited us fine as we found the big pool to be far too loud and busy for us. There were no activities at the smaller pool and Landi doesn't visit it despite it being the new Landi 'town', thought this was a bit odd but we didn't pay the extra for Landi. There was no problem getting sun beds and the Balinese beds are lovely, you pay 45 euros for these and you get it for a day with 2 sun beds. We enjoyed visiting the 2 al a carte restaurants. We found the buffet restaurant food was great, however it got very busy towards the end of our holiday and wasn't a pleasant experience having to queue to get food and drinks. There is another buffet restaurant but this was closed the whole time we were there. We found the night time entertainment a bit lacking. It seems to need another bar as well, there was often long queues at the Sunset bar. All inclusive drinks and cocktails were very good. The hotel is high up on a hill so prepare for an uphill walk back if you visit the surrounding area. We had a great time but we wouldn't visit again. The hotel was a bit too big for us personally and we did feel a bit like second class customers as we weren't 'Landi' guests.
We stayed at Costa Los Gigantes, Tenerife from 10th–17th December for our daughter’s 3rd birthday, and had a truly fantastic experience. The resort exceeded our expectations, far better than the online reviews suggested and we honestly couldn’t fault it. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options across the different restaurants. We opted for the additional family plan, and it was definitely worth it for the convenience and variety. A standout part of our stay was the customer service. Victoria in the dining hall was incredibly attentive and approachable, making every meal a pleasure. Martha and Attenaya were amazing with the children, making everyone feel welcome and keeping them entertained with great energy and creativity, it was lovely to see how much effort they put in. The kids’ club was excellent, even though we didn’t leave our daughter there independently, it was clear the staff work hard to provide a diverse and engaging programme for all children. The resort was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the spa facilities were fantastic — we had massages and made full use of the amenities. Overall, this was a wonderful, stress-free family holiday and a perfect way to celebrate a special birthday. We would highly recommend Costa Los Gigantes and would love to return.
I have absolutely no clue how people can complain. Absolutely outstanding hotel. Everything you could want for kids, booze on tap, amazing food in abundance, already looking to book next year. I’m a single mum with a 10 year old and this is the first review I’ve ever left as felt I needed to share. Thank you for a magical holiday
We have just returned home from our holiday here and would like to say again a big thanks to all of the team for making our stay great. From check-in to check out it was all seamless! Our boys enjoyed the cart ride to the room, the driver was great and welcoming showing us around. We had a Duplex Room which was great for us with teenage boys. Great location on close to both end of the complex. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday. Nice to come back to nice made ups beds each day. The pools were a hit, with the added bonus the slides were ready on time! The entertainment was also good pool side - and at the sunset bar ( where we spend most of our time in the evening). The food was also great and we had tow visits to the Al a Carte - the service here was amazing. The AI buffet was also good, with lots of great variety of themes. We really enjoyed the Chinese and Indian Cuisine nights. We took advantage of the Balinese Beds, this was a nice treat mid week, but more so on our last day as we had a late flight home. Such a relaxing experience and the views are spectacular from here and across the complex. All in all, all staff were great - everyone works so hard and I could see the work that goes into the running of the hotel. Well done all, you are amazing! I would happily recommend anyone to visit Thanks again to all at Landmar!
El trato del personal
Review of Ciao only: Food is decent, certainly a cut above the buffet and an enjoyable location. But what has compelled me to make a review just on this part of the hotel was the drinks service. Not only do they push a pointless bottle of wine (at full cost), when its an all inclusive resort, it seems they just don't want to keep bringing you drinks during the meal. We worked out there was only one person "allowed" to deal with drinks amongst all the staff (and across both Ciao and Bones), and despite asking many other people to help us, we spend 1/3 of the night with literally nothing to drink. No soft drinks for the kids, nothing for us, not even water. Nobody would help. Chocolate pizzas were great, but not ideal when you have absolutely nothing to wash them down with!
Staff were amazing, very accommodating for our 3 year old. I have absolutely no complaints, food came very quickly and was absolutely delicious 🥰🥰
Spent a wonderful evening at the Ciao restaurant. Staff and food were fabulous!
i have been here with my family, i enjoyed all of the facilities, the food was alright breakfast was gorgeous, lots of options but the dinner is sort of same same, some nights like the international night and chinese night were gorgeous though. But especially i liked the animation team, especially Nico, sofia, alex and oscar. They were very good fun, very inclusive and kind people, and i really enjoyed my stay.
Los camareros del bar. Alta escuela educadisimos.
Great hotel, beautiful location. 5 min drive from the marina and beach of Los Gigantes. Great animation team, big shout out to Sofia, Laura, Oscar and Himmi. Wonderful team! We also loved the food and service in the restaurant. Unfortunately dont know any names but they were all doing a great job! My favorite dinner was the Indian themed, sooooo tasty. Our HK lady did a great job, we were in O339, she was a blond lady (06/16-20). It is a great hotel for families. Our daughter (5) could enjoy the kids club and minidisco, while our 3 years old son played minigolf and went to the playground. He could have gone to the kids club with a parent though. The buffet had a small buffet for the kids to help themselves, great idea! Parking is available for extra charge.
The holiday overall was better than average but lacked in quite a few places. We were in E block and it was lovely and quiet away from the main area which meant we didn’t hear all the noise at night- great because we have three small children who need sleep! A family member was in B block and music/entertainment noise kept her awake until late. The suite was spacious. The sleeping arrangements were unsafe though and little thought went into it. We have a 7 month old who was provided with a cot, fine. And we have a 3 year old and 2 year old. There was a single folding bed which was very high off the ground. The ground was tiled. No sides to the bed so this felt very unsafe should our child roll over in the night and fall out. Then there was, what they describe as a sofa bed. This was in fact just a sofa. The sofa did not pull out like a traditional sofa bed would, my child was expected to sleep horizontally across the sofa. Again no side to it so this was also unsafe. We were denied an extra cot so we ended up turning the sofa the other way around against the wall so the back of it meant my child couldn’t fall out. My youngest had to sleep in her pushchair and my middle child took the cot. The bathroom had a very disgusting offensive sewage smell 24/7. It really was repulsive. I let reception know but that wasn’t resolved. Other than that, the room was good. They provided arrival snacks and drinks (fridge never replenished again, would have been nice to have a couple bottles of water a day as a minimum). There was a chalk easel for my kids and a play tent although they took up quite a bit of room. High chair for baby was very handy. The coffee machine was completely mouldy so unusable. The cleaners did a good job cleaning each day although at one point they removed a duvet of my husbands bed and never replaced it which was strange. My family member celebrated a birthday while we were there and they left a bottle of Prosecco for her in the fridge which was a thoughtful extra. The food was varied although not of the best quality. The best part was the lasagne on Italian night. Lots of fresh fruit always available at meal times. Some children’s options for fussier eaters. We liked the à la cart restaurant Bones. The snacks in the day were extremely repetitive. No variation at all. And there was only one type of ice cream available unless you paid in the shop. I didn’t make use of the kids/baby club so no comments on that although the kids disco in the evening was fun for them. We were Landi Club members which meant you got a separate seating area at meal times which had its own perks such as special drinks available and its own crepe station in the morning. It also meant we had exclusive cocktails only available to members. The local area is extremely hilly, not walkable for some. Young children and elderly would struggle. We did walk to a couple of local supermarkets which was hard work! We got a taxi to the marina which cost around €5. The hotel helped us order it. We did a day trip organised by the hotel to the Adeje market which was nice just to break up the day a bit. It gets very busy, so much so that it feels a bit claustrophobic. But managed to get a couple of replica bags and some souvenirs. The pools aren’t heated which can be a bit of a shock when you first get in. The pool with the water slide was shut which was a shame. Always plenty of sun beds available so no need to reserve them first thing in the morning. My children really enjoyed it. I would probably return if I found a cheaper deal.
We stayed at this resort for a family wedding at the sister hotel next door. Great for families with children. Our children are grown up so we enjoyed the spa when not at the wedding or with family. The spa was great and we enjoyed some lovely massages with Angeles, Carolina and Ivanessa .
We had a lovely week here 4 adults and a 5yo - the hotel felt like good value for money. The rooms are basic but good storage. O block ‘sea view rooms’ are very quiet in the evening once the crazy golf and high ropes have closed. The food and drinks were fairly average (we found a piece of bacon on the vegetarian pizza one night which wasn’t ideal!!) but the service was always friendly - particularly Leon. The pool was heated and the kids entertainment was better than other hotels we’ve stayed at on Tenerife. We were sad the water slides weren’t functional during our stay but otherwise we had a lovely time.
Food was lovely, restaurant was clean, quick and friendly staff
Absolutely amazing place. The organisation of the hotel regarding room cleaning, food, buffet evening entertainment everything is absolutely fantastic. Would stay here again, especially because the kids loved it so much. Cant fault anything. If I could give it 6 stars I would. My wife has coeliac, when we got to the hotel we let them know they provided us with a small piece of paper for allergens and we were to give this to the chefs at meal times and they went through what was available to eat and what meals they can prepare for her. Some nights it was pizza, others it was carbonara or other types of spaghetti or breads etc. Only two tiny things that I wouldn't class as faults were .on checking out we were told we could use the spa to shower ready for the trip home, we arrived at the spa and the admin said we should of booked and that we could not use their facilities we seemed a bit disorganised as had we had been told that we needed to book we would have done so. .shower pressure and temperature. The shower pressure in the hotel room was pants, the temperature of the water was never at a consistent temp long enough to have a shower it was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Nothing to put us off visiting this place again should we on the near future. Temp was around 23 degrees everyday, no clouds, uv index was highest around 2 to 4pm so got the kids out the pool had dinner re suncream then back in the pool otherwise that uv is deadly to pale skin ha.
Very good experience at this hotel, the animation team is fantastic. Special mention to Sofia, Laura and Fernando that they were doing an amazing job with us!
Firstly, I give it my 5 star hotel. Further later. Fifth time there. Solo again. But. The new non schengen entry. I tried the machine. It failed me. I reported it and was sent to a different machine around the corner. Failed again. Reported and sent to passport control. Held up my passport and sailed through. That though made me very early for my booked, through hotel transfer. I went to the Sierra y Gonzalez, my transfer desk and informed them I was very early for my 1230 tranfer. They asked me to wait at the desk and a driver would come. Nothing for 15 minutes. They then sent me, with a gate number written on a scrapm of paper to a gate outside for transfers. Eventually someone turned up and pointed me to a coach. I got on. Nothing. Driver vanished. After virtually an hour sal on my own he appeared with other passengers, then more. We eventually set off one and a half hours later. Then after six stops and another hour plus I arrived at the Costa Los Gigantes. Three hours. I reported this at the hotel and explained the circumstances. I was told I should have been transferred directly with maybe one stop to the Sister hotel around the corner, not six stops. It would be ivestigated. I was offered a refund, which I turned down as 12 Euro and it was the principal. And would not happen on my return to the airport. My return only stopped at the Sister hotel and then straight to the airport. Part of the shuttle as hotel outlined. Then at the airport. Same. Machine did not recognise me. Sent to another which came up with a green tick and waved through. Ryanir shown as gate at top end. Joined the big queue for yet more checks. 20 minutes later got to virtually getting through wken I was informed Ryanair moved to a gate at the other end of the terminal. A long walk. Me and others trudged to it, a time consuming walk. Then more checks. Eventually got on plane, All of us from the other end of the terminal, with a few minutes to spare. If you have been to Tenerife South, you will know. NOW hotel! Reception superb and quick as I booked in online. I paid cash on arrival. Booked a suite directly with hotel. Plus flight Same one as last few times. Overlooking the sea and La Gomera. Good improvement was a walk in shower, doing away with the shower in a bath and the circular bathroom sink which always spilled a lot of water so now a deep square one. All room facilities great, very clean and cleaned every day. Food was superb and varied, brakfast/lunch/dinner, with "show cooking" The outside "restaurant" Nautilus had varieties of hot and cold food, from vegan to meat. Self service beer, bottles of chilled wine and sangria on tap. Once again, if you did not get the hot food when it was put out, it was not as hot as I would have liked. At lunchtime freshly made in front of you, burgers, sausages, paella was piping hot. My free a la carte. I opted for the Italian. There is also Bones, meat. The food was superb, Starter, main, sweet with ample drinks. I had a calzone. A proper Italian sized one. Excellent Well worth a visit. My slight insignificant gripe. The two now occupy what was a walkway from my suite to the main buildings, restaurant, etc, but no problem walking the "scenic route" Entertainment was good. Kids main stage, then adults, theatre. Plus you can have drinks. Very good heated pools for children. There are plenty of activities every day for ALL At the side of the main bar entertainment every night. Superb sunset to view. Got some great pics using my sunglasses as a filter over my camera lens. Then there are the gaming machines, pool, plus shops. If you want to get out and about you have to be wary of the downhill and back uphill to the sea, shops resteraunts, bars. Mercadona not far but uphill. Lidl not far, pretty level, but after it downhill to the shops, sea. There is a taxi rank directly outside the hotel with all prices on a board. I will certainly be back for my sixth holiday there, after one with family, one with son and three solo. Given I have been on many holidays, family, etc and now solo and 77 nothing in my personal view beats this hotel for what i want. Weather, May, good. Start with high factor lotions and drop down during a stay. Bear in mind this is a big complex, level, two pools and a decent walk from one end to the other. Main entrance road level then two floors down. Next, middle restaurants, then ground to suites, entertainment, etc Next nearest was Punta Prima, Menorca also five times, for good holidays, family etc
Amazing holiday there was 10 of us and everyone had a really good time. Hotel and grounds were clean and tidy pools are well kept. Alex from the entertainment team made the kids and adults feel involved and welcome. Always checking on us and getting us involved in activities from morning till evening.
Hotel is great and my daughter really loved Oscar he was great, also all the entertainment staff were great with the kids.
Great hotel and all the entertainment staff were great, my daughter loved Oscar, Laura and Sofia thanks for making our time at this hotel much more fun and entertaining.
Had an amazing holiday for my sons first holiday! He is 4 years old, was plenty for him to do they had a disco every night. The children's entertainers were amazing with the kids, especially Alex! The only downside is the massive hill to walk up and down to get down to the beach, but thats nothing against the hotel, you don’t really need to leave the resort unless you want a souvenir shop or the beach, it is close distance but just a hefty hill to get back up. Overall amazing staff were great and would definitely return again
First time in the hotel, I liked it so much, everything went good. I want to mention Sofia from the entertainment team because she was so good with her work! Sofia is the best!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Without a doubt, the best part of the hotel was the entertainment team, who created a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone, with enjoyable activities throughout the day. We would like to give a special mention to Iván, Marcos, Laura, and Lilia for their energy, friendliness, and professionalism. We would also like to highlight the kindness of all the staff, who were always attentive, approachable, and willing to help. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We hope to come back soon!
Fun flag activity with Nico and Laura. Lovely, friendly activity peeps
Awesome, nico and Laura really goid
Hotel and facilities were great. Location is also great as is only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Food was amazing and all the staff were really friendly. Tonight our son was crying during dinner and Jose W came up and made him a hand puppet! Amazing service!
Great hotel, food really good for all inclusive, drink and food all day long, amazing time away with family. Alex from entertainment crew was a great laugh and kids loved him.
2nd time visiting and I cannot fault this hotel! Great food and even better entertainment. We were travelling with multiple children and they had the best time. Alex from the entertainment team was amazing, great with the kids and also got really involved with the adults and making sure we were all having fun. It made such a difference!

The BEST holiday EVER!!!! My boys, Lucas and Matthew, absolutely thrived here and the Animation team were like family. Nothing was too hard for them to accommodate. Thank you so much! From the 11am football sessions, to beach volley, basketball, tennis……it was amazing. Absolute highlight was my Lucas conquering his fear (huge thanks to Christian for holding his hand every step of the way) of the high ropes! After that first scary session, they went on multiple times a day. Lots of activity which is fantastic for my boys who have so much energy! The Brazilian ju jitsu and talent show (boys sang and danced to Michael Jackson) will stay in our memories forever!!! The team are amazing at making everyone feel so welcome and we are definitely returning. Huge thanks to Christian for making the memories for my boys, they didn’t go on the high ropes on the last day out of loyalty to you ;). Thanks Shannon and Abdul - you are fab! X PS: of course, food and drinks were also amazing. Room was great. Everything is superbly organized!! Runs like clockwork and extremely professional - EVERYONE!! Thank you!
A wonderful family resort. I was a bit hesitant travelling alone with my daughter but this place is so accommodating and wonderful to the kids and families. First the animation team especially those involved with the landi club work so hard to keep the kids entertained. A special thanks to Laura, Atanea, Sophia, Ivan and Marcos for making my daughters holiday extra special. My daughter made so many friends and was always asking when the next landi club would be. They run 3 programmes a day from 11 to 1pm 3pm to 5pm and landi disco in the evening. Each day is a new themed activities which the kids seem to enjoy. The kids also love Landi!!!! Be prepared for lots of screaming with joy in the evenings When i got a bit of alone time whilst my daughter was in landi club. I enjoyed the spa and gym facilities. The gym is well equiped for a hotel gym. You wont set a PR but will get a decent workout in whether you prefer dummbells, cables or machines. They use technogym machines which cover almost all body parts and have a nice feel to them as well compared to say matrix which is standard in uk commercial gyms. They also have cardio machines which i did not get to use. The spa was excellent and reasonably priced. I got an aromatherapy massage from madeleine which was really good. Her and the rest of the staff were very friendly. You also get 2hr free access to the spa if you book a message or you can just book spa access seperately. As a person who loves to train and had built up a bit of tightness in my body. The spa was a welcome treat. The jet sprays in the pool are really good for massaging my sore and fatigued muscles and felt great after going through the spa circuit they recommend The rooms were great and spacious for the price of the trip and compared to what you get elsewhere i found them good value for money. The staff always made sure they were clean and were always friendly towards me and my daughter. The food was good. You can always find something to eat in the buffet. Some items i did not enjoy like the live cooking and omelette but i found alternatives and i feel with food its a personal taste thing. Overally you will find what you like and enjoy. I did not attend all themed nights but the mexican and oriental nights had really good rice options. Also the chicken they served on the canary evening and mexican evenings was really good. The biggest plus is we got 3 alacarte meals during our stay and the restaraunts were great. 2 came with the booking and i got an extra one from winning a coupoun during a competition night in the broadway theatre which my daughter absolutely loved. The food there was great. I particularly liked the starters and desserts. So overall i had a great food experience. Lastly reception was great. Checking in and out was easy as well. Most people i came across where there for a secons time. People dont do that for a place that they do not enjoy. It is something i am considering as well maybe this time with my partner. Thank you landmar team!!!!
