Quería felicitar a la camarera que se llama Laura, que la verdad que nos atendió muuuy bien y fue un amor de chica.

Para mi gusto le faltó un poco de variedad a la hora de las comidas y un poco de limpieza en los platos del comedor.

Me gustó la ubicación bastante, ya que está cerca de lugares de bastante ocio. También decir que la piscina aunque no es muy grande está genial, creo que es climatizada porque el agua siempre estaba más caliente de lo normal y para personas que les cuesta meterse está genial. La comida bastante variable y bien aunque lo que es postres siempre era muy repetitivo. El personal destacar que era muy muy agradable. Destacar también que el hombre que estaba de mantenimiento muy atento ya que tuvimos un insistente con el agua y siempre nos preguntaba al vernos.

La verdad que los apartamentos necesitan una buena reforma, ya que suelo y baño es de los 80 por lo menos y las paredes con bastantes manchas de suciedad que es algo de mantenimiento. La limpieza se puede hacer mejor, ya que en los rejuntes de los azulejos de la bañera se ve bastante cochino de los jabones, los desagües de ducha, lavabo bastante sucios por dentro, se ve desde fuera la mierda de tiempo, la tapa Del Pozo del baño totalmente suelta, tuvimos que poner la papelera encima porque desde que se moviera estaba el hueco ahí y apestaba a pozo, fatal, debajo de la cama había una cucaracha, decir que estaba muerta, al lado de ella unos trozos de papas eso refuerza que la limpieza es a lo que se ve. También decir que el agua caliente no salía, al ir con una niña era primordial bañarla con agua caliente, el chico de mantenimiento vino supuestamente lo arregló y al días siguiente igual, volvió y nos tuvo que cambiar el telmo, ese día tuvimos que bajar a cenar sin ducharnos y hacerlo después de la cena, ya que al ponerlo nuevo había que esperar por su carga, cosa que me molestó bastante. También destacar que las sombrillas de la piscina tienen todas las vergas fuera de la tela, pero no rotas ni nada, solo sacadas, no entiendo como no las pones ya que es un peligro tanto para los adultos, como para niños. Y por último decir que la moqueta que va por los pasillos de las habitaciones y escalera huele un poco.

la comida muy poco variada, el todo incluido las bebidas del bar escasas y “las comidas del bar de piscina” es de vergüenza. Las instalaciones super antiguas, vimos una cucaracha en la sala de animaciones. Las noches de animación eran aburridisimas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. No sé cómo el hotel está catalogado con 4 estrellas, debería poner 3 y no merece para nada tener el todo incluido.

Dejadez, falta de mantenimiento, horario de piscina reducido, poca variedad tanto en bufet como en el bar de la Piscina. La comida sobrante te la vuelven a poner para la cena descaradamente. La Mayoria de plastos frios. La carne brilla por su ausencia.

Reclamação sobre o BLUESEA Lagos Cesar Quero apresentar uma reclamação muito séria relativamente à minha estadia no BLUESEA Lagos Cesar. A qualidade da comida foi péssima e, ainda mais grave, a louça encontrava-se frequentemente suja, com um aspeto que causava repulsa e falta de higiene. Foi uma situação extremamente desagradável e que considero inaceitável num hotel. Tenho 30 anos de experiência em viagens e estadias em hotéis e nunca me tinha acontecido nada semelhante. Fiquei completamente dececionado com as condições apresentadas. Além disso, quando tentei expor a situação na receção, fui atendido pelo funcionário Joseph de uma forma que considero muito inadequada. A maneira como fui recebido e tratado foi extremamente desagradável e não corresponde minimamente ao atendimento que se espera de um hotel. Considero que o Booking.com deve ter conhecimento desta situação e espero que a minha reclamação seja analisada com a devida seriedade. Não paguei por umas férias para ser confrontado com falta de higiene na louça, comida de péssima qualidade e um atendimento tão negativo. A experiência foi muito abaixo do que seria aceitável e não recomendo este hotel nestas condições.

La comida del buffet era siempre repetitiva y siempre ponían lo mismo además una de las camareras era una borde fuimos con nuestra bebé y es normal que un bebé cuando coma pues ensucie el piso y esa camarera estuvo haciendo. Comentarios desagradables y morando con desprecio nos ofendió muchísimo

La amplitud de la habitación, es como un pequeño apartamento, con sala, habitación y baño independiente

El baño está sin reformar y tiene una bañera muy estrecha e incómoda. Luego el agua casi no salía caliente y con poca presión

Servicio de comedor, y la calidad de la comida, era muy buena.

Mal mantenimiento de los ascensores, personal de servicio de snak bar con poca experiencia (visible), desorganizados y con poco conocimientos de sus funciones. Poca variedad de bebidas y comida, para un todo incluido. Y muy pocas hamacas para tanto huésped. No pudimos usarlas ni un solo día.

El personal, muy atentos todos, mi mas sincera enhorabuena del gran equipo que tiene el hotel.

Por poner un pero en el buffet pondría más variedad de comida siempre había casi lo mismo y en el bar de piscina más de lo mismo apenas había perritos y hamburguesas eso sí de alcohol había de todo los cócteles lo mejor. Otra cosa a mejor la animación para niños un poco escasa aunque la chica bastante agradable

Es un hotel muy bueno relación calidad-precio. Comida rica y variada y el servicio muy atento. Tiene dos playas pequeñas cerca y se aparca bien por la zona.

Es un engorro el sistema que tienen para los vasos… todo el día con el € … Por las noches, en las zonas comunes hace un calor horrible ya que no ponen el aire acondicionado. En el bar no hay quien pare y en la zona de juegos tampoco. La animación muy pobre….

I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an all-inclusive holiday. I’m not sure who decided this was a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion it certainly isn’t. The rooms were nice enough – spacious and modern – although the bathrooms could do with an upgrade, particularly the shower and water pressure. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. The pool area felt incredibly cramped, with so many sunbeds squeezed in that there was barely any room to walk around or relax comfortably. I initially thought it was great to see the pool area being cleaned, but while waiting at the bar I watched the pool attendant empty the dirty mop water into the bar/kitchen sink, which was really off-putting. The housekeeping and reception staff were lovely throughout our stay. However, there seemed to be a real staffing issue. We saw the same members of staff working from around 10am until 10pm, which didn’t seem fair on them. Service at the bar was also inconsistent, and there were several occasions when nobody was there to serve drinks. Now for the biggest disappointment – the all-inclusive food. It was honestly some of the worst we’ve experienced. The meat was extremely dry and bland, the chips were stale, the bread was dry, and many of the dishes were quite unusual with very little that would appeal to children or even fussy eaters. The selection at both lunch and dinner felt very limited and of poor quality, giving the impression that corners had been cut. Breakfast finishing at 10am also felt too early. An 11am finish would have been much more reasonable, especially as we were repeatedly kept awake until 3–4am by an extremely loud concert taking place across the road, complete with fireworks. While I appreciate this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, we weren’t informed beforehand and no acknowledgement or apology was offered, which would have been appreciated. The location also wasn’t ideal in our opinion. Most of the nearby restaurants felt very touristy and offered fairly poor-quality food. The beach itself was lovely, but it was quite small and became very crowded as there aren’t many other beaches nearby. One highlight was finding B-Yard, around a 15–20 minute walk away. The food there was excellent and well worth visiting, although be prepared for a fairly hilly walk. Overall, if you’re simply looking for a budget holiday and food isn’t a priority, this hotel may suit you. However, if, like us, you enjoy good food and expect a genuine 4-star all-inclusive experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Struttura carina ma dopo essere stata al bluesea di Puerto de la Cruz che era eccezionale questa non mi ha soddisfatto. Punti forti il clima funziona alla grande e macchinetta caffè e bollitore in camera

La pulizia della camera non è affatto buona ho posato un bicchiere che ha fatto il circoletto sulla scrivania e la scrivania non è mai stata pulita. Non c'è zona fumatori , la lavastoviglie non funziona granché bene . Il bagno in camera aveva il rubinetto rotto e il water si doveva scaricare più volte, aggiungo che la TV è separata dal letto

The breakfast and location were good. It was only a 20 min drive to key places in Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast which I enjoyed.

I paid for all inclusive, but at the bar was told that if I didn't pay 1 euro towards a cup, I wouldn't be allowed to get drinks, which to me is very silly considering I have already paid for all inclusive and the fact that the hotel was able to stop you from utilising the services you have paid for was weird to me. I didnt really enjoy the lunch and dinner either, the options were very minimal so didnt really feel like a buffet - mainly fish and pork being served. Had to eat out most of the time. Because of this I didnt feel like I got full use of the all inclusive that had been paid for. Having said this, the room and staff were really nice.

Small pool

We stayed here a week and July and it was an okay hotel. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were good and clean. However i found it quite jarring that we had to pay €1 for a cup for the drinks at the bar despite paying for all inclusive and if you didn’t have the €1 you weren’t given drinks so I felt that we weren’t really given the best of the all inclusive we paid for. Along with that the bar didn’t have a typical cocktail menu to enjoy and cocktails I’d asked for the staff didn’t know so I really didn’t feel you get worth your money for the bar. Breakfast was good as we knew what we would get but lunch and dinner we rarely enjoyed (could be a preference thing) but it was pretty much fish every night with one other meat if we were lucky so the selection was really small and we most of the time had to eat out - again this is all down to preference. I really didn’t feel we got the best of the all inclusive considering how much we paid. We also had to change the key card almost daily because they stopped working. Beyond this the location was really nice and 20min drive from Costa Adeje.

El suelo de la piscina es algo a valorar un día ocurre un accidente importante. Una niña pequeña cayó delante de nosotras y yo misma casi me caigo en muchas ocasiones. También diría mejorar la animación de la noche.

La psicina

En la habitación el sofá cama estaba destrozado , el colchón era finísimo y chirriaba. El baño estaba lleno de pelos... Y en el snak bar había poquísima variedad y me pusieron 2 cafés con cucarachas....

Trafił nam się fajny i czysty pokój, chociaż wyposażenie takie jak np szafki, wymaga już wymiany, odświeżenia.

Dania podczas kolacji raczej letnie, a szkoda, bo niektóre potrawy były przepyszne. Można też większą uwagę zwrócić na czystość talerzy, często były niedomyte, z resztkami sosu lub jedzenia. Żelazko wypożyczyć odpłatnie (stawka dobowa + kaucja)

Really nice hotel , lovely room and food was pretty decent (fussy eater here ) variety and freshness excellent. Bar well run, very pleasant staff , pool excellent, loads of sun beds . It's a quiet hotel in a quiet resort but plenty of bars and restaurants in locality , easy to get around either walking or local buses. I arrived late at night due to delays but there was a wee bag with water sandwich etc waiting me , nice touch. Would definitely go back.

Nothing to be honest

The rooms were pretty clean and spacious. The staff are friendly but unfortunately the food wasn’t be best selection or tasting. The entertainment is lack luster- one very lovely woman trying her best but could do with some live acts to draw in a crowd. All inclusive drinks stop at 11pm which is a bit disappointing- although the drinks were poured very strong!- as a strong drink lover It was far too much for me. The value for money is there but depends if you are looking for a quiet not much to do holiday, if you are looking for do lots of attractions stay closer to Costa Adeje xx

Lovely relaxed week at the Lagos De Cesar Hotel (10th-17th June). Pros: * No queuing for sunbeds, pool opens at 10am, this was fab. You could always get a bed. * Hardly any children at the hotel. Which suited us ladies. * Spotlessly clean, they work very hard. * Hats off to some staff in particular - Hermonia & Martin in the bar, Linda entertainment. 👏👏👏 * Totally chilled atmosphere, great for couples or older friends. * Central location in a quiet resort. Near buses and a short walk into Las Arenas. You can walk to Los Gigantes but it was too far for us and used taxis who were amazing and so cheap (10€ to get there 6€ return due to roads they have to take, book in reception). * Amazing group called Divalicious on the Sunday night, don’t miss these, they were brilliant. * Towels available at reception 10€ refundable on return. Cons: * Food isn’t brilliant but we didn’t starve by no means. * Drinks were ok…..cocktail of the day if on all inclusive, these were nice. We bought proper spirits for our room 😂. * Very little there for kids, they would get bored. * Building work going on in reception, this was noisy and not good to be greeted by this on arrival! We were not informed beforehand! * Some very rude guests staying at this hotel, please and thank you costs nothing, felt for the staff dealing with this daily! * Not a 4* probably more of a 3*. Would we stay again, yes we would, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Excellent hotel from staff to food and room everything about the hotel and pool area kept spotless.

No atmosphere, just come back and all doors were locked 1AM. Cannot even get water and we are all inclusive!! Food is not geared towards English and some staff (especially at the pool bar) can be absent for a good 10 minutes. Daily cocktails are awful and made with sickly sweet syrup. You have to pay a euro for a tiny cup to be served by the pool (which is refundable) but I think it’s so tiny in order to stop you getting your moneys worth!! Pool is freezing cold as there is no sun on it from night till 10.30AM. Terrible smell permeates the interior, like they have had a sewage leak and they have building work going on in the reception. Although you may find something to eat that you fancy, it is almost always cold. You have to run around in the shower to get wet and cannot flush your toilet paper. No smoking in rooms or by the pool. Air conditioning is free and good, and the bedding is clean. Resort is very quiet and anywhere good is an uphill walk. No beach close as suggested on google maps and sea is really rough.

I have just returned from a trip to this hotel. Before arrival I started a live chat on the bluesea website to inform them of my dietary needs (gluten free diet), I was assured that a pre-arrival dietary request had been submitted on my behalf, I was also assured that the hotel could accommodate my dietary needs at both meal times and snacks. When we went for lunch on the day of arrival there was nobody around in the restaurant to speak to about gluten free options, so I went to reception who hadn’t been notified of my dietary needs, I was informed that they ‘should have something for me to eat the following day as it was too short notice to sort something that day’. We went into the restaurant the following day and asked for the gluten free option, I was given a warm bread roll and nothing else, I asked what else I could eat and staff just shrugged their shoulders, needless to say we ended up eating out for the remainder of our holiday. I have tried to contact bluesea multiple times to discuss what went wrong over the last 2 weeks via live chat, email and phone. I have been promised multiple phone calls back as well as the promise of a human being connected to the live chat. I feel utterly let down by the complete lack of communication between the company and hotel. It is also out of order how hard it is to speak to someone about a complaint.

Tenia aire condicionado en la habitación y comedor, habia una bandeja de infusiones, tenia balcon, se podia aparcar bastante bien y el personal bastante amable en lo general. Estaba muy cerca de los gigantes, y tenia variedad de servicios el hotel, lavandería, juegos, bar, un mini escenario y gimnasio.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, debería ser de 3. Las instalaciones antiguas y falta de mantenimiento, el baño no tragaba muy bien, en ninguno del hotel. La limpieza no era de 10. El desayuno y la cena bastante escasa, y el pasillo no olía muy bien. Para tener 4 estrellas esta muy muy flojo

I stayed last week I’m from Scotland. The hotel is ok ..food is always cold and not a great choice . Breakfast poor someday there was some bacon and that’s it next day sausage never together ..people like things together. Other things are the staff are all miserable.. except 4 Isobela in reception is lovely and the cleaning team on 4 th floor aswell .. the director always said hola . Jeez please make the staff say hello in restaurant and pool bar is really bad ? Martin is also a credit to the hotel ., the entertainment is strange linda amazingly good she try’s her best but people don’t want to move I’ve worked in the travel industry for loads of years and worked in resort for tui So I think it could be so much better With some efforts from the staff which you pay a wage too

Tuvimos una habitación donde había un nido de tórtolas y nos dijeron que ya lo sabían , que no podían hacer nada , lo entiendo, cosa que no molesta , pero habían bichos por todas las camas, toallas de baño , mantas, sillones etc … un poco bastante molesto la verdad. No volveremos !

Got there early hours of the morning. Quick check in and off to the apartment. We were given a couple of bags containing sandwiches, crisps, fruit and water as we'd missed dinner which I thought was a lovely touch. Lovely apartment, clean and very spacious. Always hot shower. Bed very comfortable. We had a fourth floor sea view room as booked and views to sea were great. Breakfast was great. Food at dinner was also good. We were half board. Plenty of choice. Great location and quiet. Would definitely return. Thanks to all the staff, we had a great stay

В перше зіштовхнулися що в готелі все включено просять депозит за стакани. Та плата за використання праски. Також у номері оплаченому за 3 особи все було тільки на дві персони. Загалом готель дуже втомлений, всі недоліки просто зафарбовані. Їжі було на мій погляд недостатньо на кількість відпочиваючих і вона була дуже одноманітна впродовж тижня. В один з днів у приміщенні де всі їли був помічений тарган

Понравилось местоположение, близко до пляжа. Приветливый персонал. Чисто, убирают каждый день. Еда на любой вкус, большой выбор, все вкусно. Видно, что отель старенький, но его поддерживают в хорошем состоянии. Впечатления остались исключительно положительные. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

Clean spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Lovely breakfast and beautiful sunbathing rooftops. Nice clean pool area. Beautiful hotel and always clean and fresh. Cleaning ladies round every day. I really enjoyed my stay.

Llegar a las 14 de la tarde para hacer cheking y te dan la habitacion a las 16 de la tarde la comida tanto en el restauranto como los snak de la piscima una mierda aparte que tiene qie pagar 1 e para que te den un vaso la verdad para el precio que tiene es una mierda de hotel

Very large hotel rooms with several balconies and ocean views. Perfect location of the hotel. Great that there is breakfast and lunch and dinner included in the price of the stay. There was Very good internet in my room.

The staff was not very responsible, requests for breakfast supplies for the road were not fulfilled, and my request for a correction to the invoice was also ignored.

Muy buena variedad en el buffet tanto de desayuno como de cena.

Por poner una pega seria el horario de la cena, que termina a las 21:00, para aprovechar el día quedaría un poco corto.

Очень красивый и чистый отель. В номере есть балкон, ежедневная уборка. Всё необходимое предусмотрено, даже кофемашина. Хорошее и разнообразное питание, всё вкусно. Очень комфортное проживание.

Grande chambre indépendante, grande terrasse, ménage tous les jours,frigo,cafetière, bouilloire dans la chambre. Literie très confortable.

Nous étions en demi-pension et les repas du soir n'étaient pas très appétissants et élaborés. Mais nous randonnions toute la journée, on avait faim. Le petit déjeuner, ça allait.

Need more entertainment round the pool and evenings.

La ubicación

Nos dieron la habitación a las 16:45h de la tarde. Se notaba la falta de personal, tenían gente de empresas de trabajo temporal que nunca habían trabajo en hoteles, dicho por esas personas y en la piscina había mucha cola con una sola persona. Luego se les acababa todo rápido en los snak. El ruido del karaoke no nos dejaba dormir. Habían cucarachas en los vasos del café de la piscina. En el desayuno las maquinas de café se quedaban colgadas y no salía. En los pasillos olía mal siempre, como a aguas fecales.

Food could have been hotter but a microwave in the restaurant came in very handy. Would have been nice to have more evening entertainment as well.

Mal olor alcantarillado en zona de gimnasio y comedor. Las habitaciones con azulejos rotos , humedades y deterioro. Había cucarachas en zona de cafes

Era un servicio pobre y mínimo. No vale la pena el todo incluido porque no aprovechas lo que pagaste por esa opción.

El servicio que nos dieron. La comida había bastante variedad incluso para aquellas personas que son vegetarianas. La posibilidad de cambiar la cena por el almuerzo. La limpieza del hotel. Lo eficaces que fueron cuando tuvimos un problema. La tranquilidad por la noche,es un lugar propicio para poder descansar y para familias.Que hubiera nevera en la habitación y el detalle que pusieron para poder hacer café o infusiones.

Las almohadas de la habitación. A mí y a mi pareja no nos gustaron como muy bajas. El sillon- cama del salón estaba algo vencido.
