This is definitely a place I would stay at again! The rooms were very clean, and the pillows were some of the best I’ve ever slept on, and I travel a lot! The breakfast was spectacular, and the staff treated every guest with such respect, kindness, and professionalism. A special mention to the wonderful ladies serving breakfast, who truly made me feel at home. 100% recommended!

Everything was perfect. I didn't like to leave so soon, but my next reservation was booked and very close to the places I had to go.

Air conditioning have to be maintained around 61-67 degrees and that is not confortable for me. Higher than that, there is a lot of condensation

The location is not far from the highway and easy to get to. It was recently renovated in many areas (lobby, breakfast salon, hallways, rooms). The breakfast is very good and you have access to coffee or tea all day. Rooms were clean and confortable (except pillows). It was at a reasonable price and perfect place to stay to explore surrounding areas.

The pool was nice! Not enough table & chairs. I found it crazy that you can’t eat outside. I’ve stayed here 4 times and now that it is spark way more complicated.

I stayed last year and now that is remodeled is much better.

I reserved two rooms and the double one the queen beds were has to bed change room 247. My daughter has a back ache, she had to go on medication. The king room was excellent 248. He breakfast and the coffee room was excellent.

The hotel was a disappointment. Everything seemed clean yet they have no elevator in which on the Hilton website said nothing about. The hotel is outdated with the decor. Good for a place to sleep, shower, and change clothes I guess.

El área de las escaleras tenía olores no agradables y se veía sucio. El área de la piscina necesita algo más no se siente con ganas de ir al area.

The property looks like it was just renovated.

One thing I really didn’t like was that a stray dog kept wandering in and out of the hotel’s front entrance. The manager on duty kept disabling the automatic doors to keep the dog from coming inside, which meant guests had to manually pull the doors open every time. It was inconvenient and frustrating. What made even less sense was that my mom wasn’t allowed to come up to my room for even a quick visit because she wasn’t a registered guest, yet a stray dog was able to roam the hallways freely. Make it make sense. On top of that, the walls were paper-thin. We could hear absolutely everything happening in the room next to us, which made it difficult to relax.

El área de la piscina las pequeñas para niños siempre estuvieron sucias y con mucha peste a clorox. Y había un perro que desde el día #1 no nos dejaba entrar siempre molestando a mis niñas y trepándose encima de mi hermana.

Tienen que corregir la cerradura del cuarto 128 pues el seguro de la puerta no trabaja...para mi es algo necesario pues uno se siente mucho màs seguro y descansa màs tranquilo....

Overall it was a good experience.

I do not recommend this hotel for guests over the age of 50 or for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. It is very difficult to access a second-floor room without reliable assistance. I was assigned a second-floor room and had heavy luggage. Arriving was not a problem because the front desk staff helped me with my luggage. However, checking out was a completely different experience. The night before my departure, I reminded the front desk that I would need assistance with my luggage the following morning. They assured me there would be no problem. However, when I called the next morning, I was told that someone would be there shortly. After waiting for quite some time, I could not wait any longer because I needed to complete my checkout. I ended up carrying my heavy luggage down the stairs by myself. When I came downstairs carrying my luggage, the front desk clerk did not seem to realize that I had received no assistance. It was only after she looked at the screen and saw my room number that she asked if anyone had helped me with my luggage. By then, the answer was obvious—I had already carried it down the stairs by myself.

Habian niños y adolecentes jugando con bolas de voleibol, de futbol y pistolas de agua mojando a las personas de manera brusca la cual me hizo retirarme de la piscina pq se tomaban todo espacio en la piscina y los padres no le decian nada. Las bolas y las pistolas de agua son para playas lugar amplio, esa piscina de hotel es para nadar , relajarnos y pasarla bien en familia, solo esta parte no me gusto y no solo yo, algunos comentaron lo mismo, hay niños bebes. Pero de todo lo de mas fuera de la piscina fue excelente.

Location is good. Right by airport and main highways and roads.

Rooms are bad. We had 103. They are dingy and humid. We had to have the ac running on 68 at all times. The front door popped open on us 2 times (that we recall) and 1 in the middle of the night while we slept. The auto lock did not work. There was an excursion of some sort and 3 vans full of teenagers that were loud, slammed doors (room 101 next to us) and ran up and down the hallways until at least 11pm. The only staff members that were kind was the security guard with short blonde hair and Julissa who always greeted us and said goodbye. Our floor and carpet was dirty so we put towels down to not step on the bathroom one. The top blanket on the beds feels like tissue paper and it's itchy, the pillows were horrible and like sleeping on a bag of water. My last 2 nights my neck was not happy. We had to use at least 2 or 3 to even lay comfortably if just relaxing in the bed. The rooms are tightly packed together so you hear EVERYTHING! Our neighbors in 105 were super loud at 7am in their bathroom to which there was a door that connected our rooms and I could hear every noise, conversation and cakle at 7am. I would've spent one day and left if it wasn't for cancelation fees. 3 nights were horrible. Avoid it if you can. I have no idea how this place has 4☆ reviews on google.

El personal del área del comedor, tenían un trato hostil e invasivo, observando todo lo que se hacía en el comedor, que no está mal pues es su trabajo pero hay otras formas de hacerlo sin hacer sentir incómodo al huésped, q pagó por estar ahí.

Could have the rest I needed. My room was spacious and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast every day. Good location in minutes I could get wherever I wanted.

Our first stay at a Spark by Hilton hotel did not disappoint. We knew it wasn't a high-end resort, so our low expectations were exceeded by the friendly staff, hot breakfast options that changed daily, ample free and secure parking lot, large pool area with two jacuzzis and a location very near the Ponce airport and the tollways to Mayaguez and San Juan. We enjoyed plenty of hot water and good air conditioning in our upstairs room (there are NO elevators btw). While the location is great for driving, walkability is lacking and there are no good restaurants nearby. Our large double room had very comfortable beds, but no room safe to lock our passports and documents. No coffee maker, either, but free coffee and tea were available by the breakfast room. For the price, we plan to stay here on future family visits.
