Este es la tercera vez quedándome y en esta ocasión ya no tenían dónde comer dentro de el hotel ni tenían las maquinas de juego para los menores

La decoración estaba bonita y la ubicación.

Fue horrible para dormir. Mucho ruido, jovenes gritando cerrando las puertas y musica alta hasta casi las 3:00 am . Simplemente no pude descansar nada. Tampoco teníamos jabon en el baño y el televisor nunca lo pudimos prender .

Le stanza sono piccole e senza finestre. Non c'è ricambio d'aria. Poca pulizia sia in camera che nelle parti comuni della hall. Personale poco cortese. Non c'è wifi nelle stanze. La moquette nelle stanze porta tantissimo sporco. Comunque la cosa peggiore è stata che essendo arrivati 1h prima del check in programmato non ci hanno fatto accedere alle stanze, già pronte, a meno di non pagare 15 dollari di supplemento. Penso sia la prima volta che mi succede, veramente poco attenti al cliente.

The property workers are good people. I rented a room in this property with my kids last minute stay , the tv didn’t work or the WiFi , once I called the try to help after the 4 th call they stopped answering. Pillow cases stained all yellow really bad. No arcades like photos food courts are closed. , and the manager needs to do a better job with the whole entire property. Service sucked

The exterior was beautiful and it was in a great location in Ponce.

This place was terrible. My expectations were high given that's it been written up in a number of places. When I arrived a few hours early, I was told I couldn't check in. I understand that this isn't always possible, but the hotel seemed absolutely dead, so I was a bit surprised. The front desk person was rude and didn't even ask my name to check if my room was ready. When I came back a few hours later, no one was at the desk. Someone apparently had to walk over from another property, which took about 10min. Once she arrived at a leisurely pace, she also had a surly, unhelpful attitude. The lobby was still dead and was just kind of depressing. None of the interior bars were open or occupied and there was so much unoccupied space. My room wasn't much better - the door wouldn't shut properly; there were no windows; it was poorly maintained; and there was no hot water. Again, the front desk person wasn't much help. I alerted her to the water issue, which she said she would check, but the next morning, same problem in the moldy, leaky shower. I didn't see another guest my whole time there.

The ability to use the Melias pool (Hotel across the plaza) was nice. Receptionist guy was cool and the pizza was good.

Not what I expected. Looks more like a motel than a hotel to me. Bed Sheets had stains on it and bathroom was impossible to open completely due to the small space. Felt claustrophobic for a moment. Place is creepy and I feel like it's totally not what you would expect.

The outdoor areas are beautiful, and although the interior decoration is quite unique, the room was clean and functional. They also serve pizzas on the terrace until late, which is very convenient. The location is really convinient, right next to the most important spots.

The downsides were that the room didn’t have a window. The wifi was not working and they had music playing till late.

Trash in the bathroom after previous guests, smell of mould in the room, too high price for the so tiny room without even window, walls like as from paper, you can hear everything from you neighbour to the pool if someone wants to play in the nighttime. There is also policy about music 24 hours that was too loud, but receptionist was so kind to make it a bit down.

Realmente no vale la pena. No hay estacionamiento cerca. El cuarto es pequeño. La cama es pequeña. El inodoro no está trabajando bien. El televisor no funciona. No tiene neverita, ni microonda, ni cafetera.

No tiene parking y las camas son muy pequeñas.

Couldn't get ice in the rooms ,no coffee maker in the room. Asked for bucket of ice last two days and was told it would come she never came . The parking is two blocks away so if you have luggage not good

Llegamos al hotel alrededor de las 23:30. Al intentar ducharnos, comprobamos que no había agua caliente, algo de lo que no se nos había informado previamente. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de hotel, pero dada la hora y que éramos cinco personas con todo el equipaje ya instalado, no era una opción viable. Consideramos que este problema debería haberse comunicado con antelación. El hotel es muy ruidoso, con numerosas máquinas tipo casino que permanecen encendidas durante toda la noche, lo que dificulta el descanso. Además, al llegar tarde, el personal de recepción nos indicó que podíamos aparcar el coche frente al hotel sin problema. Sin embargo, no nos informaron de que a partir de las 7:00 de la mañana ese estacionamiento es sancionable. No hay señalización clara al respecto y, al haber recibido esa indicación por parte del hotel, nos multaron igualmente. El establecimiento no asumió ninguna responsabilidad. Por último, se nos indicó que la gerente del hotel se pondría en contacto con nosotras para ofrecernos alguna compensación. Han pasado varios días y seguimos sin recibir respuesta.

Something completely different with the hotel I love art

Loved the location and there were so many different little stands inside the hotel and right outside for food and drinks. The coffee from the mini bar inside was also great! The vibe of the hotel was super fun.

Hot showers were 50/50. I showered first both nights we stayed and got hot water while my friend who showered after me (After waiting a decent amount of time and hours another) got cold showers both times.

No tiene estacionamiento,y el que me indicaron estaba lleno cuando llegue en la noche de una actividad no había agua, solo tenía una sabana fina para arroparse. Tampoco tenía otro zafaron que no fuese el del baño.

Buen ambiente para pasar un rato agradable despúes de las labores. Habitación cómoda con productos de higiene accesible.

El area de comida, aunque tiene variedad tiene muchos alimentos fritos y para los comensales que llevan una dieta mas nutritiva pues no es la mejor opción.

LA UBICACION ES EXCELENTE

EL HOTEL NO CUMPLE CON LO ESTABLECIDO CON LA LEY ADA. ELEVADOR NO FUNCIONA Y LAS ESCALERAS (SOLAMENTE UNA EN USO) PARA SUBIR O BAJAR EL EQUIPAJE PESADO. NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE. POCA O NINGUNA LIMPIEZA. DEMASIADO RUIDO EN LA MADRUGADA, NO TODOS NOS HOSPEDAMOS POR OSIO. HUBO UNA DISCUSION FUERTE DE UNA PAREJA Y NO HUBO INTERVENSION ALGUNA, MOLESTANDO ASI A LOS DEMAS HUESPED, NO HAY TELEFONOS EN LAS HABITACIONES EN CASO DE UNA EMERGENCIA.

The shower didn’t work at all. I could not shower. The staff didn’t care. There were pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom from the previous person. It was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The bed felt like sleeping on a giant fish skeleton, it actually felt like it had a spine. It was the worst hotel experience in my life. You really really should take it off your list of suggestions. I’ve been looking for my next accommodations thru other sites because of this experience and might not use “booking.com” anymore.

El recibidor es lindo, pero solo eso

El cuarto huele a humedad, la cama se le sientes los sprines, ese baño da asco, la ducha está tan corroída que no sale casi agua, el inodoro súper manchado. Las almohadas súper duras. Esa alfombra parece de los años 50’s. Peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel.

הגענו כשעה לפני שעת הכניסה ולא הסכימו לתת לנו את מפתחות החדר ללא תשלום נוסף, למרות שהמלון היה כמעט ריק לחלוטין. מעליות לא עבדו לאורך כל השהייה ולא נראה צוות טכנאים שבא לתקן. בשירותים/מקלחת יש מדרגה מסוכנת ללא אזהרה והיא לא נגישה, פעמיים נפלתי בגלל הפרש הגבהים. לא היתה עוצמת זרם מים מספיקה ולא היו מיים חמים ולא יכולנו להתקלח. ביום השני ולאחר תלונות חוזרות, הועברנו לחדר אחר ובעיית המקלחות נפתרה. המיטות לא נוחות ומומלץ להחליפן. הבריכה נמצאת בכלל במלון אחר וכך גם החנייה.

La ubicación en el casco urbano.

Tuvimos que subir y bajar por las escaleras durante los días de nuestro alojamiento, aún con lo pesado del equipaje, ya que el evador no estuvo en funcionamiento. Tampoco había lámpara de noche en la mesa de la habitación. Era incómodo tener que levantarse a encender la luz en el interruptor.

The room was not clean properly, the room chair was really stained and durty, looks like women’s period. housekeeping enter the room while we were sleeping without knocking on the first night. they charge $50 if you lose a key without notifying. You have to force the door to close it and no lock.

Like Puerto Rico in general, the Fox Hotel 'looks' good - exciting, even - on the surface... BUT, when you scratch-away the layer of shiny laquer with which it's embellished, below the place shows up it's inadequacies ... Originally a Cinema and since some time having adopted a second life as a Hotel, on initial inspection and impression, were this location and it's présentation to have been in - say - Miami, Sydney, Barcelona or any other 'trendy' city, the whole environment would have been swarming with aficionados in pursuit of the 'bizarre and different - all looking for something literally 'off the wall'... ... And - relatively - prepared to pay top-dollar for the experience. As it is, though situated at the very heart of Ponce's city - being the second largest destination after the Capital, San Juan - it kind-of just doesn't really cut it ... Embracing a 1950's to 1970's pop theme - with the heavy use of colourful graphics made famous by artists such as Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol and limned with bright colours from a similar palette - the place is certainly attractive to the eye... Warning bells should perhaps have started ringing as soon as checking-in at the Front Reception, however - where the first thing a guest is invited to sign is basically a form stating that one accepts that the place is 'noisy': due to music, a games arcade, a number of food and drink outlets - replete with a constant, though minimal flow of visitors - and that there can be no recourse with the Management if kept awake..! Note that at weekends the 'noise' invasiveness changes to NOISE INVASIVENESS - and unless a party-animal happy to groove until the early hours in the morning - when things get turned-off - until 09.00 following - then don't expect to be insulated from the thump-and-bumping pound of sound - whose volume is barely attenuated by the thinnish doors to the various rooms.
