Pavilions Hotel

Breakfast was well set out great choice for continental and full. We only required continental which was more than adequate. Staff were very friendly and explained just how to go about things.

So close to everything

Wonderful staff, very comfy beds with a variety of pillow types, good amount of power points. Nice roomy bathroom. Excellent restaurant and bar on site with fair priced delicious meals. Our deal had included free breakfast which was very very good. Handy to city centre and parks - nice strolling area. Quiet.

Only issue for older couple was the bath with overhead shower was quite high but did have a handle to hold to get in and out.

Absolutely clean and tidy. It had everything you need for a great stay with a stovetop and appliances to cook for yourself. Comfy, clean beds, great shower, amazing deep spa bath, very cozy place to stay with fantastic, friendly staff always happy to help. We got breakfast included and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend this place. Will be back again. So impressed!

The freezer didn't quite keep my frozen items frozen unfortunately.

Staff were exceptional and made our stay and the food was excellentz

Amazing breakfast lovely room awesome beds to sleep in

Nothing it was amazing stay

A great value breakfast included with the room. Very good value for money.

A bit noisy early in the morning (people in the corridor outside the room).

Free buffet breakkie included. Cleanliness of room. Comfort of mattress and bedding... wanted to stay in bed all day! Spa pool. Friendliness of staff. Consideration of late checkout. Location. Stayed many times. Will return again.

New housekeeper needing retraining. Advertised spa pool and heated swimming pool but only seasonal. Unhappy that we couldn't swim as planned.

The place is always so clean, staff are so kind. Beds are super comfy! Good pressure of shower. The buffet breakfast is yummy

The toilet was weirdly positioned

Location

Old section isn’t great!!!

Friendly and handy

Bed was way too hard . Had to get up at 4 am as it hurt the body . Like sleeping on floor

Incredible value for money, breakfast was absolutely fabulous and included with our stay. I doubt you would find better value. Bar and restaurant staff were super friendly, a big heads up to them. We will definitely be back.

Slightly noisy, as rooms not well insulated, but in a hotel you expect some noise, so not a deal breaker.

Loved it all. The welcome, the service, the food, the facilities, the location, Thank you Pavilions Hotel and your amazing staff for a wonderful weekend.

For the money paid room was a dissapointment. Very draughty. Could see daylight through the front door. Need to spend money to remedy this. The bathroom window was draughty and had to roll up towel to minimise. The heating took a long time to warm the unit because of this. No breakfast included. Would have been better to have booked a two bedroom unit twice to include breakfast and avoid the draughty unit. Have stayed here several times but know there are other options that the above would be considered.

Room was warm. Nice pillows and sheets and the staff had warmed our room prior to our arrival. The body wash in the shower smelt great and the room was clean.

Nothing we didn’t like

Wish we could stay more often and lobger

The location was good, The breakfast was nice.

The bathroom was way to small you had to bend up just to sit on the toilet, and you couldn't move much in there.

Comfortable warm studio room, had a very sound sleep. Generous breakfast choices, all included in the very reasonable nightly rate. Nice on site restaurant also.

Walking distance from TranzAlpine Train, great views, clean, warm and comfortable room.

Very clean, great service, comfortable, warm beds, close to town.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good
