Camelot will always be our go to when visiting Christchurch wether it be with our kids(whom absolutely love the place) or a getaway alone! It's a home away from home feel, Clinton is always accommodating so thank you 😊

Ideal location and good value for overnight stay. Very comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Staff very helpful when informed of broken bed (which didnt seem 2 surprise them!) & moved us to another unit. Was great to have Sky tv facility. Good choice of eating places nearby.

Staff were very accommodating, they let us check in early to enable us to get changed for our meetings. Location was excellent & rooms warm & tidy, although very old and dated.

Never once did it state that they allow pets this would of 100% changed my kind for people with allergies not ok at all!!! Also parking was an absolute nightmare not enough parks. Was also grossed out that a wet used flannel was under a table in our room from last guest :(

Very outdated and rough. Room didn’t look like the pictures. Carpet was wet and room was very musty. Couch was not comfortable to sit on.

What I booked and what I got were very different

Good location and parking. A warm welcome and heaters were on before we arrived which was appreciated. It was great to find a lazy boy which really pleased my wife who has back problems and slept in it as she finds normal beds tricky.

The handle on the lazy boy was broken and whilst I was able to extend the feet, so she could lay down and sleep, in the middle of the night she couldn't get out of the chair and so I was able to get up and rescue her. May I suggest that the handle be renewed. I saw them for sale at a very reasonable price on Temu. That would make a wonderful facility even better! Thankyou.

The spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, perfect for our family. Also I had a extra guest and that wasn't a problem either, absolute top tier service.

Was very handy to town nice and clean and tidy had a kitchen TV at the end of the bed and was warm.

The bed was hard. The parking was terrible no parking outside our unit. We ended up parking on the road. This may have been because it was a long weekend and it appeared to be fully booked.

This was a wonderful facility for our family - the unit was double storied and perfect for grandchildren and entertaining the wider family. The location is very close to the Merivale shopping area with upmarket restaurants to hand. The Hagley park was a short walk away which was very much enjoyed.

Close to town hall

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent size for the 5 of us. It was so warm.

The couch was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on without a cushion. The upstairs shower had no door or curtain so couldn't be used. No door shelves in the fridge.

Always a great place to stay! Great location, friendly staff, great sized room!

Great location between the airport and city centre. Large two storey two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Wall heater worked well and the beds were very comfortable. Greeted by a lovely gentleman at reception. Price was very reasonable and would stay there again.

Very good location. The rooms were very spacious with a large lounge , dining area and a well set up kitchen.

Upstairs bedroom was musty but it had been raining for several days.

Always so clean and a great location.

Door to bedroom very hard to close. Bathroom fan very noisy & can't be turned off.

Liked being close to Hagley Park.

The receptionist is very accommodating. We are from Auckland and we arrived in Christchurch very early. Our request to do early check in was accommodated. Excellent job. Keep up the good work.

The parking. It would be great if we could park in front or near our room. But someone was already parked there.

I've had everything we wanted including a kitchen for the price that we paid we were very happy with it and would stay there again although it's a little bit dated the price reflects that by being cheaper than a lot of the other others It's in an excellent location close to town

Good location, helpful staff. Television & fridge work well.

Customers should be advised one of the bedrooms is at the attic, had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get there, as for people with mobility issues it is very challenging to get up & down especially during the night. The body wash & shampoo container was empty, have to advise reception to refill. I Wish there’s a door for the open bedroom downstairs, as it interrupts the occupants every time anyone visits the bathroom.. a bit of privacy will be good for a proper ‘bedroom’.. Bathroom was not serviced properly for the first 2 nights, leaving dirty floor & all bath towels removed including the ones being hung up on the rack. Garbage bin in kitchen was not empty daily.

Spacious living area and loft room gave a space from the teenagers. Great location suitable for large family.

Older appliances need a review to ensure they are working efficiently. Limited amount of cutlery and kitchen gadgets for cooking for a large family.

Walking distance to city. Had heating.

Very very dated. Paint off walls in bathroom. Soap rack in shower not cleaned as it still had last users empty sachet in there. Shower dispenser empty. Won't return.

Excellent reception experience. Very clean room and quiet location. Easy parking of the car and just outside the unit, so not far to unload and load vehicle.

Heat pump was difficult to operate successfully, probably needed to have clear instructions to operate.

Property needs some maintenance and upkeep. Beds were pretty hard
