L’hôtel est finalement bien placé. A 15/20 minutes à pied de Walk of Fame. Équipement de bonne qualité/ bon petit déjeuner La ville étant tellement étendue il vous faut une voiture, les transports en commun n’étant pas pratique. Exemple l’hôtel est à 10/15 minutes de Universal studio en voiture , il en faut 40 mini en métro.

Upon arrival, the entrance is difficult to find and the back entrance is closed. Checking in, the front desk was very convoluted regarding parking. First she said I was able to park at no charge due to booking through this app, then she said parking was 50 dollars a night to an already 488 dollar nightly room. She attempted to collect it but also said it was a 3rd party company. I asked for clairification and said "do I need to pay to park? " The answer was consistently "you do not have to but you do have to. " I asked to speak to someone else and waited for about 40 minutes. No one ever came and we were forced to pay for parking. Upon entry, the ADA room we supposedly had did not have any accessibility features except a second shower sprayer that was lower in the tub. No wheel chair shower, for our guest in a wheelchair. They put us on the second floor in a far corner making it impossible to maneuver the chair in the entryway of the room. The pool is not heated. There is no spa despite the listing boasting of both spa and heated pool. When I asked a maintenance person why the pool isn't heated he said it isn't a heated pool. Breakfast was rubbery omlet, dry boiled eggs with green yolk, greasy sausage, or very stale breads and yogurt that was not chilled in any way. Just out on the counter in a bowl. The best part of the stay was the myriad of homeless people who also appeared mentally unstable that slept outside the hotel on the ground around the building and bothered guests as the came and went while security watched and stared at their phones. This is not a safe location to stay. Be prepared to be robbed blind if you stay at this place and not by the vagrants. Its the facility itself. Will not stay here again.

Daily parking charges Rooms are overpriced Charging an extra charge in case of room damage. This is supposed to be returned to this in a week if no damage. I think our room was bare bones because we made the reservation through Booking.com

Low on towels, 3 large towels for 2 people not enough. Had to ask for more. The soup and body wash was out had to ask for it as well.

There was black gritty stuff in the water and staff said it was from the pipes. Gross to bath in or drink. That part was unacceptable!

Staffs are professional and friendly. I'm really enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning. The breakfast ladies are very nice, especially Olga. She's always the first person to serve with a big smile.

The hotel is under construction, but so far don't disturb the guests very much.

A fabulously helpful front desk supervisor named Rae, a good breakfast and a pretty good location for the theater district were the pluses.

The room chair, breakfast area chairs and, worse still, the toilet were all way too short for the average American, hard to sit down on and, especially if one is a senior, harder to stand up from. I suspect the owners got a deal on a warehouse full of seating made for domestic sale and use in an East Asian country where the average person is shorter. It's hard to comprehend why facilities management thought it was a good idea to save a few bucks and inflict all that discomfort on guests in Los Angeles, USA.

I love this hotel! It was not crowded with home feels not too commercial. Clean and updated. Love their breakfast too and 24H coffee tea and juice in the lobby! Will consider their branches.

Petit déjeuner copieux - j'ai adoré les gauffres chaque matin - la chambre était faite un jour sur deux ce qui est très bien : ni trop ni pas assez. La proximité des transports en commun.

J'aurai voulu un peu plus d'équipement dans la chambre notamment une bouilloire même si eau chaude disponible à l'accueil mais cela obligeait à aller à l'accueil pour se faire un thé.

Walking distance to Hollywood's highlights. Great valet parking. Coffee on tap 24/7. Nice rooms, modern and clean. Friendly staff.

Albergo in ottima posizione davvero a 10 minuti dalla Walk of fame dove si puo' andare anche a cenare. Zona sicura e tranquilla. Letti molto comodi cosi' come il bagno. Parcheggio con servizio Valet ma in realtà il parcheggio è attaccato. Rispetto agli standard americani la colazione è piu' che accettabile

Il parcheggio potrebbe costare meno dato che è attaccato all'albergo ed invece di mettere un valet potrebbe essere self service. Ho letto che ci sono parcheggi in zona piu' economici ma io non ne ho trovati

Die zentrale Lage. Der Walk of Fame ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Metro ebenso. Der Gym ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Alles super sauber. Der Kaffee war gut und gab's auch Koffein-frei

Das Frühstück hat nicht unseren europäischen Erwartungen entsprochen. Nur Pappteller und Einweggeschirr. Riesige Mengen an Müll. Dies finden wir, sollte man vermeiden.

Would not recommend, we were given our room key when we arrived and walked in on a used room. Girl up front wasn’t super nice about it and seem annoyed with us. Wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. They don’t come to clean our room we had to ask for towels several times for a family of 4. After an hour they brought 2….we called again and just ended up going to the pool to get our own towels. About 45 min later they randomly brought us a bar of soap…we asked for towels not soap. Would not recommend this hotel

O quarto estava limpo, o sabonete do banheiro acabou, mas foi reposto, cama confortável, o atendimento da recepção ótimo, o café da manhã é bom, mas quem chega tarde encontra itens faltando e não repostos. O estacionamento custa caro: 50 dólares por noite por carro.

The hotel was very clean and well-kept. The location was excellent — convenient to Hollywood, Universal Studios, and Griffith Observatory. It was also easy to reach downtown; just a 30-minute bus ride away.
