רעש נוראי מהכביש והחדרים הסמוכים , אין זרם בכיור באמבטיה וגם השירותים מאד יקרים לילה בחניון המלון עולה 63 $ כאשר ממול יש חנייה ציבורית ב20 $ והם לא אומרים לך , גם ארוחת בוקר יקרה מאד ביחס למה שנותנים לא שווה את המחיר .

Food and bar service staff were excellent. Beds were really comfy. Location was convenient. Roof top area was lovely.

The rooms really need a makeover. The toilet seat was not properly attached and slipped around, the bathroom tap was also not attached and moved around, bathroom floor was damaged and sagging, probably from all the water that does not stay in the shower due to the door design. The bathroom was not good. The rooms have no storage. One small desk and a small hanging area right above the coffee area. And yet a huge amount of space is taken up by a massive TV mounted on a floor to ceiling pole that I would think, heritage laws notwithstanding, could have been put on the wall to free up some space. The only appealing thing in the rooms was the beds which were extremely comfortable. The surprise daily fee of $35USD on top of the booking price was also not appreciated. It was to cover gym and roof top pool area access but was not negotiable. If it is not negotiable, then put it in the nightly cost rather than making the hotel look cheaper and then adding it on as a surprise later!!! There was no room service. You had to come down to the bar to order food, wait, and then take it back to the room, where there was no surface to eat it on other than your lap on the bed. This was not so bad, but the menu was also extremely limited.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par le petit déjeuner. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous a offert cinq cartes de 10 € à utiliser dans l’établissement, ce que nous avons trouvé très sympathique. Nous pensions naturellement pouvoir utiliser ces cartes ensemble pour le petit déjeuner, mais nous avons découvert seulement après qu’une seule carte pouvait être utilisée à la fois. Cela aurait pu passer si le petit déjeuner était à la hauteur… mais à 38 € par personne !!!!, nous nous attendions à quelque chose d’exceptionnel. Or, il y avait très peu de choix, quasiment rien à manger, et le personnel n’était pas particulièrement agréable. Nous avons eu de bien meilleurs petits déjeuners dans des hôtels beaucoup moins chers. À ce prix-là, c’est clairement du vol. Le rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner est absolument scandaleux et ne correspond pas du tout au standing de l’hôtel.

Love how the matchy umbrella & chairs to borrow. Loveee the cookie and chocolate! So delicious The staff are sooooo nice! My luggage was heavy and they offered help without hesitation - always kind & nice

Just one thought - if on the busy days when people borrowed the chairs & umbrella a lot, would it be okay to have one staff to send them together on the beach so that we don't have to carry back & forth? It can be quite heavy. But that is not a drawback, only a thought.

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, and Preston in particular was very helpful throughout my stay. The food is also a strong point. Both the breakfast area and the rooftop restaurant offer very good cuisine, with a nice atmosphere and good-quality food. I also enjoyed the fact that there are sometimes parties and events during the weekends. Rather than being a disturbance, I found them to be a nice addition to the atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place I would happily recommend.

Very clean and nicely renovated, nice lobby feels upscale, staff very quickly responded to any issues we had,, quite close to public transportation.

Area around hotel is dirty and sometimes fellt unsafe. Didn't feel like 4 star hotel experience, very basic amenities, no plastic cup for a toothbrush, no shower cap, no body lotion, no small adjustable mirror (was super hard to put make up), very small room. No guarantee you can use pool and rooftop when you want - for two consequent days of our stay, there was party/event so rooftop was closed, couldn't use a pool. Fellt uncomfortable and awkward when lobby and elevator was filled with people attending these parties who are not hotel guests and to put nicely, not people I'd chose to have around..

Good location within walking distance to walk of fame, Hollywood Blvd, walk to Melrose was quite long but it was doable. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Arrived at 9pm after travelling all day. Wasn’t made feel welcome. Zero conversation. Just another transaction. Told on arrival I needed to pay $150 per night security deposit. I was quite surprised with that as on the booking it said all taxes and charges included in price. I told them this but was dismissed saying most hotels in Hollywood charge this. Regardless, there was no indication of this extra charge on the booking. I was told I would get the $300 back within 11 days. I asked if there was anywhere around to get some food. Reception said most places would be closed but said the roof bar serves until 10pm. After dropping off bags we made our way to rooftop bar around 9.20pm only to be told the kitchen was cleaned up and we could not be served anything. The following day the AC in the room didn’t work so had to eventually moved to another room which wasn’t as nice. We did get a one day facility fee refund for this inconvenience.

Location is great, cozy stay in Hollywood, room was tidy and clean, picked a city view room, such a perfect view from higher floors. rooftop is great!

Una struttura in cui vale la pena soggiornare. Posizione comodissima, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale di Hollywood Boulevard. Camera pulita e spaziosa, arredamento di classe, con una vetrata enorme che dava sulla strada, ma nonostante quello silenziosissima. Letto comodissimo. All’ultimo piano c’è una zona piscina dotata anche di divanetti meravigliosa ed un rooftop altrettanto divino dove poter bere e mangiare. Dal retro del rooftop si vede bene anche la scritta Hollywood!! Hanno un ristorante dove è possibile fare colazioni (ma anche pranzi e cene) che fa waffle e pancake BUONISSIMI! C’è anche la palestra e l’acqua è gratuita in tutta la struttura. Il personale veramente delizioso, soprattutto il Signor. Marlon che ci ha fatti sentire a casa :)

Room was a little small and the windows were filthy. Had a nice latte coffee in the bar on ground floor.

The location was great, 15 minute walk to Hollywood Boulevard (walk of fame). Hotel was beautiful, staff were very friendly, very helpful, polite and acknowledging. The valet people always said good morning and good evening when we were leaving the hotel. Pool is stunning and bar staff in hotel lovby bar and pool bar were all great and attentive.

The room was small, courtyard view so couldn’t open window or curtains so it made the room feel smaller. The air con, how cold it was when we left our room into the corridor and how cold it was in the bar area. We had to ask them one evening to ammend it and we also put our jackets on. It didn’t need to be as cool in the evenings in the hotel.

Superschönes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell hingefahren.

Überteuertes Parken direkt im Hotel. Aber gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus, welches 20💲 für eine Nacht kostet. Das war perfekt für uns.

I am extremely pleased with our stay and the Godfrey. The rooms were well kept and very clean, which is what I value the most in a hotel room. We felt very good and comfortable during our 4 night stay. Staff were nice, friendly, and professional.

The room was pretty small, but manageable for two people. I did find that the room lacked some storage solutions. For example it is not possible to hang longer clothes such as dresses or coats, as the place to hang is right above the coffee machine. Also, the bathroom lacks more towel racks.

amazing location, nice staff and clean, well maintained hotel. All was smooth, we had great time despite staying just for night. Rooftop pool was fun and the whole area was inspiring. In general, once I am around, this would be my preferred spot to stay.

Due to the large windows and location of our room the afternoon was extremely hot and the air conditioning couldn’t cool it down quickly enough

It’s 10 minutes from Universal Studios; my 14- and 10-year-old children loved it. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The pool area offered a great view and plenty of towels; there’s also a bar and restaurant, and they’ll bring your order right to the pool. The valet parking service was exceptional, and I loved that there were mirrors all over the hotel.

Great pool, rooms modern and clean

Recently had a nice stay at The Godfrey. Room was slightly small with not a tonne of storage but that wasn’t an issue for us, it was clean and bed comfortable. The only problem we did have was they shut the water off overnight for repairs which was quite inconvenient, but we managed to get compensated for that. We opted not to use the valet service and didn’t have too many issues finding parking nearby the hotel as we didn’t mind driving around for a bit to get either free or super cheap parking. My husband used the gym and said it was nice. Hollywood isn’t the best area but it’s a good location if you have a car. If we come back to LA, we will be sure to stay again.

Wir konnten spontan für mehrere Tage und über das Wochenende des 4. Juli buchen. Die Lage in West Hollywood ist gut und den Walk of Fame kann man gut fußläufig erreichen. Das Valet Parking hat absolut problemlos und zuverlässig funktioniert und das gesamte Personal war rundum freundlich und bemüht. Es gibt einen schönen Poolbereich mit bequemen Liegen und Sofas und Handtücher werden ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem erhält man Verzehrgutscheine für die Restaurants im Hotel. Der Safe ist geräumig und befindet platzsparend unter dem Bett. Kaffeekapseln und Wasser wurden aufgefüllt. Der Fitnessraum war rund um die Uhr geöffnet, die Ausstattung war jedoch recht überschaubar (Kurzhanteln und Kabelturm, Cardiogeräte) jedoch für ein Hotelgym und einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend, jedoch mit mehreren Koffern knapp bemessen.

Das Toilettenpapier wurde nicht regelmäßig und nur sehr spärlich aufgefüllt. Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, lediglich eine kleine Kleiderstange zum Aufhängen.

Its a nice fancy place to spend time, but personally I dont like that its Hollywood 😁 its a nice not so big gym in the first floor

I loved everything! Only thing is my drainage stink. Also my water was off @4am!!! Not sure who my housekeeper was, but she was the bestt!!

Sehr neues Hotel. Alles auf dem neusten Stand. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Rooftopbar und Pool war sehr schön. Aber das Wasser sehr warm. Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Walk of Fame.

Abrechnung sehr unübersichtlich. Meine Kreditkarte wurde mehrmals mit verschiedenen Beträgen belastet. Das geht m.E. gar nicht. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde dann alles richtig gebucht.

Sehr laut. Es gab eine Party auf der Dachterasse. Am nächsten Tag am Nachmittag waren immer noch die Plastikbecher im Pool und herum.

Een degelijk hotel maar op de kamer was er weinig ruimte voor de valiezen en geen safe. Het ontbijt was goed met prima acaischotels maar roereieren en worsten waren niet warm genoeg De hygiëne was prima maar de ochtend na een feestavond op het dakterras lagen er onder andere servetten in het zwembad. De meeste personeelsleden waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar dat geldt niet voor allemaal. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van de Walk of Fame en toch niet in een levendige buurt.

The building and the rooms are quite nice. However we did not have a safe and hardly any space for our luggage. Most members of the staff are very friendly but there are some clear exceptions. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame but it is not situated in a very lively part of the city.

Wasn’t made aware that they host loud parties on the rooftop on Saturdays and Sundays, hard to even hear the television, no warning from the staff.

Der Safe funktionierte nicht. Die elektrischen Jalousien waren gleich kaputt. Auf die ist man aber angewiesen, weil das Zimmer ganz verglast ist. Für den Parkplatz verlangte man 63 Dollar pro Nacht! Gleich nebenan gibt es zum Glück eine Parkgarage, wo es deutlich günstiger ist. Das Frühstück war nicht gut und teuer.

Excellent stay. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were perfect and you got a good night's sleep. Facilities brilliant. Definitely would recommend. The best in LA. They accommodate if you need to change to other rooms for no extra cost and the customer service was top notch. The value for money was exceptional. Right near the walk of fame and in a good location. The atmosphere in and around the hotel was amazing aswell. Rooms were immaculate and it wasn't too noisy so you could still get a good night sleep.

Booked and paid for an expensive room with the Hollywood view and got the “HO” as the rest was blocked by the SCIENTOLOGY sign. Ripped off. Very poor. Very noisy. Rooftop bar and pool inaccessible because of private functions. These private functions created many drunk loud people that over ran the place. No towels in room when we checked in, then took 40min to arrive when asked for.

Modern hotel in a good location away from the main walk of fame but close enough in walking distance. Good connection to the hills and surrounding Hollywood area.

Room was up on the fifth floor but was quite noisy from the traffic in the area.

The staff were excellent, and the location was very convenient. Almost all of the appetizers we ordered by the pool were of excellent quality, which speaks highly of the chef. The hotel is very new, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it a great place to stay.

The rooms are very small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase, and the addition of a chair and table felt unnecessary given the limited space. The $70 per night parking fee is outrageous. We used the Sixty Four Thirty Sunset car park right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. The bathroom soaps provided were of poor quality and left a strong soapy feeling even after washing for several minutes.

The hotel hosts roof parties with very loud music so forget about relaxing and sleeping early or grabbing a drink at the rooftop bar.. Hundreds of people may be attending which causes the elevator to be very busy and have longer wait time.. Another party was held at noon at the pool so you can also forget about using the pool.. The hotel does not even update when you are checking in..

The hotel was in a good location, plenty of shops, transport around. The room was clean.

We unfortunately had a very small room by than what it looked like online. Even though it would be good for 1/2 nights it was noisy. They didn’t mention anything prior to the booking or at check-in that there would be an amenities fee of around £25 per night added on. (For water in the room, fresh towels and access to the pool?) which we had no option to pay at check out. This should have been clearly stated prior

Music playing all night long. Called front desk they said it’s not them having a party and hung up. Rooms are definitely not worth the price you’re paying on top of everything.

הבריכה קטנה מאוד,החדרים עצמם קטנים בקטע שאין מקום לשים מזוודות או אפילו תזוזה עצמית בתוך החדר וגם ברוב החדרים אין חלונות בכלל אז ככה כל פעם שנכנסים לחדר יש ריח לא טוב,כשמגיעים לעשות צ׳ק אין אומרים לך שהחדרים לא מוכנים וצריך לחכות ל-15:00 אבל אם אתה רוצה לקבל את החדר בתשלום נוסף אז פתאום הוא מוכן מבחינתם והתעריף משתנה בהתאם לשעה שקרובה לצ׳ק אין הרגיל,וגם כשהחלפנו לחדר עם חלון התקרה/המנורות היו נמוכות ככה שכל פעם הראש שלי נתקע בהם שזה די מעצבן והם גובים דמי תשלום על שימוש במתקנים שלהם למרות שכשהזמנתי לא ראיתי את זה בכלל ועל כל יום צריך לשלם 40$ על מתקנים שאמורים להיות בחינם כי אחרת התשלום הוא נטו על לישון בחדר מבלי לעשות כלום והחיוב יורד מהפיקדון שנותנים באשראי אז די מבאס לגלות על כך במהלך החופשה ואני גיליתי על זה דרך ביקורת של לקוח ששהה במלון

Location. It is close to all the major attractions in Hollywood. Safe place to stay. Security from the hotel and security from Netflix across the street are walking around. Great food in both restaurants in the hotel.

Hot water was not consistent in morning and was told it was because too many other people using hot water so some cold showers. Also, big private event on rooftop deck and it was very very loud. We couldn’t sleep through it and so we decided to watch tv and couldn’t hear the tv clearly. We ended up going out early just to get away from the noise.
