Location is super, friendly staff. Walkable location to the center

First they gave the room full of hairs in the bathroom so we asked and they kind of upgraded us but as soon as we entered the room we saw horrible things 1. Curtains where in the blood like someone was killed in that room 2. Again hair and dirt in the bathroom 3. Foundation was on the blanket for sure no one has cleaned the room when last visitors left We showed everything to the manager and only then they manage to clean it and change all the dirt curtains and blankets Kind of disappointed when you are ibis hotel franchise and you did not respect your guests

Very good location and superb breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room very quiet.

The system to leave luggage (automatic machine/cases) is very difficult to use. No one at reception could come and show me how to use the system but they took my luggage into the reception office. You can eat something at the bar which has a limited menu (soup, salads, pizza, etc). I asked for soup and was told hey had run out. Ten minutes later a couple was served soup. I did not make any observations.

The location is good, close to the center and station and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room need a deep clean, especially the bathroom.

A very comfortable, Ibis hotel just a couple of minutes' walk from Brussels Midi station. Our room was very spacious with all the faciltiies we needed and the hotel itself was very convenient for us, being so close to the station for trains to and from the airport, and a reasonably-priced place to stay.

You can't get any closer to jump on the, train to the airport.

La porte de la chambre ne fermait pas automatiquement, la fenêtre ne fermait pas (poignée descellée), … et j’avais demandé une chambre calme et on m’a donné une chambre sur rue.

Very close to the train station, so convenient if you're travelling. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Room really needs to be deep cleaned and it has very poor ventilation and gets humid after showers.

The staff was very helpful helping a family member with a disability. Great location opposite the train station. Very clean. Quiet room.

Review Title: Great location near the station, but poor service and overpriced The only positive thing about this hotel is its proximity to the train station. Everything else was disappointing and not worth the high price, especially since it used to be much cleaner and better. Foul Smell: A very unpleasant odor right after leaving the elevator on the floor. Terrible Wi-Fi: No internet in the room. Even after notifying reception, the connection remained extremely weak. Lower Quality: Standards of cleanliness and service have noticeably dropped. Management needs to address these issues urgently.

Fantastic location just opposite to Gare Midi. Lovely foyer and bar area. Very comfortable room with an excellent shower. All staff I encountered were professional, helpful and friendly.

The corridor decor was a bit "psychological horror" but that might be just me.

Location, ease of check in with a spacious, clean and comfortable room. Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was varied and definitely well worth it. The added bonus of luggage storage at a good rate was welcomed. The bar area was inviting and housed a good range of drinks.

Although the locker service is a bit on the pricey side it was very convenient and safe.

The bed was very uncomfortable and itchy.

If you look for clean rooms, a good breakfast in the morning, and if you need to catch a train from Gare du Midi, then this hotel might be perfect for you. I've stayed there now for the second time an will not hesitate to book a room again in the hotel.

Quarto amplo. limpeza excelente. Roupa de cama e banho muito boa; cama ampla e confortável. Localização vizinha a estação Brussel Midi. O hotel é excelente. O entorno infelizmente muito sujo com pessoas dormindo na estação, mas nada que me arrependa de ter me hospedado nesse hotel. Facilidade de transporte para o centro e para outras cidades.

L’ampiezza della camera, la comodità dei letti, la pulizia e la cortesia del personale. Comodissima la posizione per chi vuole sfruttare i treni per vistare le altre città, un po’ meno per il centro anche se dalla stazione Midi in un attimo si arriva alla stazione centrale.

L’ambiente circostante non ben frequentato, ma del resto è davanti alla stazione Midi.

Very convenient for main station so very convenient for those needing an overnight stay after arriving on Eurostar.

Nothin really to complain of. It is a basic hotel and the price reflects this.
