Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel is very close to Brussels Midi Station, making it easy to visit the beautiful Belgian cities such as Bruges or Antwerp by train. It took about 5 minutes to walk there. The room was comfortable with a small kitchenette. Breakfast was really good: a wide selection of freshly baked bakery products, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, and dairy products. We could even bake our own pancakes and waffles. There were also vegetables and fruits.
The only drawback is that cleaning isn't included in the price. During your stay, no one enters your room to empty the trash or replenish the toilet paper. It’s not a problem if you’re only staying for one or two days, but we stayed for six nights and had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The room (apartment) was quiet and clean. Almost every single employee that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. They offered breakfast which I had included with my stay. This was very helpful with my budget. They offered a large variety of breakfast food, coffee, drinks and the staff there was very friendly at breakfast time. They had good safety features with the front entrance and elevator, so the building feels safe and secure.
I was not informed that they only clean the apartment every 8 days. Which is fine with me, but it would have been helpful to know that when I arrived. I asked a woman who was a cleaning staff person if I could get two trash bags and towels and she was extremely rude. She could have politely just told me to speak with reception staff instead of being rude. The building is close to a train station which is convenient, however I feel that the neighborhood does not seem to be the safest (i.e., I would not wander around there at night).
