Best Western Hotel Lakmi Nice

Clean, amazing stuff at the front desk. Such warm Hostity. We enjoyed our stay. Central location, everything is in walking distance. Parking the car is a bit tricky, but if you are lucky you’ll find a spot at the front yard.

We had to park at a nearby mall, where we go a discount but the enter the garage we had to go through a super tight gate which nearly scratched our car… luckily we managed to get out without scratching the car.

Location Reception staff Breakfast Room

Close to a church that rings bells more than once per hour WiFi connection doesn’t work

Perfect hotel room amazing staff couldn’t do enough for you location perfect

Nothing

The staff was incredible!!!

all good

The hotel's location is excellent. It is only a 5-minute walk from Place Masséna, the heart of the city, and very close to Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to explore both Nice and the surrounding areas. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, public transportation options, and shopping areas nearby. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.

The only downside was the parking. The hotel offers a discounted rate at the Nicetoile Shopping Center parking garage, which is convenient and nearby. However, we still found it quite expensive.

The staff are super nice and helpful, I have stayed in this hotel few times as it is right in the centre of the town

Room sizes can be bigger & more options for breakfast. Even with an upgrade the room size was still small

Kind and professional staff, clean room, great location.

Thin walls between rooms, luckilly the neighbour went to sleep too.

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück super, Lage perfekt

Sehr wenige Parkplätze vor Hotel...Tiefgarage in der Nähe

Accueil.

Overall cleaning is at very good level both in the room and at the hotel but there is a smell coming from the toilet area during all stay.

Posizione centrale e staff cordiale

Terribile l’aria condizionata: datata e rumorosa, quasi impossibile dormire. Peccato.

Hea hommikusöök. 10 punkti värskelt pressitud apelsinimahla tegemise võimalusele! Hea parkimise võimalus.

Tekk haises eelmise või eelmiste klientide higi järele. Võibolla oli tekk või tekikott kaua vahetamata. Tuba haises. Vaip oli plekiline.

Room was what I expected for Europe. Small but clean. Location of hotel is very good as it allows acces to waterfront and train station.

For the price, I expected a little fancier.

Location was so great, about 7 mins walking to Nice-Ville train station. Amenities was so good, and the breakfast was amazing. The city view from the balcony was so nice, especially at night!

The ACs is working but not cooling enough, but there was also a heatwave so it was granted.

Quarto amplo e limpo

Location as it was last minute booking due to an unexpected stay in Nice. Breakfast very good .

Rooms are so small, bathrooms, so small. I couldn’t stay there more than one night .. I was ungraded, I dread to think what my original room was like .

The property is very close to a lot of food places, stores, and monoprix. It's on the main street and close to a tram stop. It is 8mins walking distance to nice train station. The hotel was spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was solid. The reception was very knowledgeable and friendly.

There's only 6 parking spots in the front of the property. However, the staff will guide you on where to park your vehicle if it's full

Location is excellent

Rooms are way too small.

Great staff, perfect location, good breakfast, and cool room .

amazing check in and staff , we were dissapinted we had not booked a balcony but we were shown 2 other rooms a a larger one and one with a balcony by the manager her self ,we chose the one with a balcony , they moved us while we went for tea , no hesitation at all and on checking out travel palns for home we asked for a later check out ,we were given this with no added charge , brilliant stay, comfy beds and ample coffee and tea . very clean room . not to noisy too. we did not choose breakfast so cant comment on that however deffinantly will stay again and thankyou to the lovely team . :)

Meeldiv hotell hea asukohaga. Teenindus heal tasemel.

It was very clean. Staff was amazing. They went above and beyond.

Property was great.

Perfect location and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Thank you for being flexible about change in our stay to 1 night from 2 nights.

Lift only works one way and doesn’t go up from level 1.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut!

Staff were so lovely and the location was perfect. The breakfast was really nice.

The rooms were very nice but just a little tired/ old fashioned

Konum süper hizmet mükemmel temizlik gayet iyi

Herşey olumlu

Staff were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable about area

Friendly, courteous staff.

Posizione (+++), accoglienza

Great staff and reception

Incredible service from the staff - they were always so helpful giving us advice and sorting out any issues very quickly. Excellent location near Jean Médecin tram stop - 2 minute walk. The hotel provides beach towels and umbrellas which was very convenient for us to not have to bring our own. We stayed in a classic double room which had lots of space for our suitcases to be open without feeling like you can’t walk around. The room was serviced daily and new towels were given when indicated.

The air conditioner intermittently dripped water - but I think this was more due to the temperature as the unit itself worked well

The staff support.

The Mattress gave us extremely back pain.

Best facility, unbelievable staff and excellent location. Breakfast was also great. Would stay here every time I visit!!

Skvelá poloha,veľmi milý a profesionálny prístup personálu.Raňajky boli chutné,servis a čistota izieb vynikajúca.Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Selten so ein gutes Personal getroffen. Vielen dank

Ana at reception made us feel very welcome, was very accommodating and kind. Wonderful spacious room, comfortable bed & pillows, good shower, air con and lovely view of the nice high street. Thanks for your hospitality and making our stay so wonderful Ana.

Very polite and friendly team, lovely home made breakfast, perfect location.

Otel'in erken check-in imkanı sunması çok iyi oldu.

Perfect location and staff very helpful and always smiling

Very friendly and helpful staff.

On reviendra j’espère ! Merci pour tout !

RAS

It was a perfect stay for us. We have got a great welcoming with an explanation of the city. Upon availability of the hotel, we had a very good check-in and check-out process. Every single employee is professional, super friendly and helpful. I especially would like thank the reception team.

Cleanliness and the location of the hotel but the most important that every single staff of the hotel were professional, super friendly and helpful. I would like to thank to the whole reception team !

La gentilezza del personale

In bagno mancavano cuffia per doccia, spazzolino e dentifricio

The service from the staff was exceptionally good.

I really liked the service here. They even gave me a SIM card for my trip because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, you were incredibly kind and helpful!

Çalışanları çok ilgili ve yardımcı oldular. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanlarınızı tebrik ederiz

Kahvaltı çeşitleri azdı

Hotel room very comfortable and clean.

In Nice centre, so busy area.

Very convenient to all kinds of transportation. Central to the Promenade and all tourist sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - lovely hotel - wonderful staff

Shower over bath

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I would recommend highly to anyone! We were unexpectedly selected as Client of the Day and we got a room upgrade and a gift of prosecco! So lovely!

Veľmi ochotný a milý personál, čistota na izbách, bohatý výber na raňajky, čistá a vkusne zariadená jedáleň, ponuka čerstvej šťavy z pomarančov, možnosť uvariť si samostatne vajíčka podľa požiadavky, parkovanie auta, ochota oďožiť naše ebikes.

Všetko bolo v najlepšom poriadku. Nemáme negatívnu skúsenosť z pobytu.

Lovely all around

Nulla

Blanket only in a very cold room

The staff were very polite and helpful. They had prepared a lovely surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. We were very pleased. Thank you again to Patricia, Elina, and Zoe.

Sehr toll eingerichtetes, riesiges Zimmer im 5. Stock, sehr zentral, Personal super zuvorkommend

Location was excellent and hotel met all our expectations and more. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nice. Staff were kind and helpful

Minutes from tram line#1, shopping, and restaurants. Old Town is a few stops on the tram. Breakfast is very good.

Elevator is small and slow.
