The staff were all lovely and so helpful! I also loved that they had a great coffee machine in the breakfast room available 24/7 and sometimes complimentary croissants left over from breakfast, later in the day. The rooms were small but well equipped and very clean. The water pressure was excellent and beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for us, 8 min walk to the train station for excursioms and just a block from the tram for easy access to/from the airport for 1.70euro! Lots of shopping nearby and maybe a 10-15 min walk to beach/old town. Love that it is on a pedestrian street as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

No view from our window, but honestly we were not in the room much other than sleeping so it didnt really matter.

La camera, è leggermente stretta, manca una presa di corrente in bagno e soprattutto non siamo state avvisate che dalle 18 alle 23:30 ci sarebbe stata la Guinguette. Il rumore, anche con finestre chiuse era assordante e molto fastidioso.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good quality ingredients. It was typical european buffet.

Elevator was bit hit and miss to call but we only needed it for suitcases. Plumbed water dispenser would be great addition.

The room was great, comfortable, quiet and good bathroom with a walk-in shower. Decent pillows. The staff were so polite, kind and helpful, you couldn't ask for friendlier staff. The cake in the afternoons is a nice touch.

Perhaps provide a little more tissues and toilet paper.

We required a hotel at the last minute due to our EasyJet flight home to Scotland was cancelled and we were left to arrange our own way home. My husband has a brain injury and requires having a good rest. My daughter back home in Scotland found this hotel for us and booked it. We were both very pleased with the location, room, breakfast and the staff were lovely. I wished we had stay in this hotel for out 4 night stay in Nice.

Sehr gute Lage durch Nähe zu Altstadt und Strand, wir hatten großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Parkgarage zwar nur in öffentlicher Tiefgarage, welche aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel liegt!

Personale impreparato, non riuscivano a trovare la prenotazione, ci abbiamo messo 35 minuti per il check in. Stanza sporca, letto umido, lenzuola rotte e sporche, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci le lenzuola, ci hanno messo circa 90 minuti, personale notturno completamente inadeguato.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren alle durchweg sehr höflich, freundlich und herzlich. Man hat sich gesehen und gut behandelt gefühlt. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist alles regional und Bio. Vom Brot bis zu Milchprodukten. Selbst die Honigbienen befinden sich auf dem Hoteldach. Hinzu gibt es täglich verschiedene frisch gebackene Kuchen. Der Standort des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Nice-Ville und von der Promenade entfernt und ansonsten findet man direkt neben auf der Hauptstraße (Einkaufstraße) eine Straßenbahn und weitere Metrolinien, die man kaum benötigt.

Ich hätte mir vegane Aufschnitte oder zumindest Geflügelwurst gewünscht. Außerdem benötigt das Badezimmer etwas Auffrischung. Kleine Korrekturen sind notwendig.

Posizione molto comoda, perché dista circa 10 minuti a piedi da piazza Masséna, 15 a piedi dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Inoltre è a pochi passi da un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento in cui si trova sempre posto essendo molto ampio. Gli stabilimenti balneari sono molto costosi in Costa Azzurra e l’hotel noleggia gratuitamente gli ombrelloni da spiaggia, per me un ottimo servizio!

Stanza un po’ piccola per 3 persone adulte, difficile spostarsi all’interno della stanza con comodità. Ma dovendoci solo riposarci e lavarci è stato comunque un’ottima scelta

The Hotels location is very nice, you can walk everywhere. The rooms was very satisfying, big enough for three people. The bed was comfortable also. The front desk was very helpful.

We didnt have any soap for WC, they said we can use body and hair shampoo. And the room could be more clean. Bathroom items werent enough

Amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me organize my sister’s birthday celebration, decorated the room beautifully, and even helped me arrange a birthday cake. I really appreciated their kindness and effort in making the celebration special.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Központi elhelyezkedése ellenére csendes. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli bőséges, széles választékkal. A süteményeket helyben sütik, mindig friss. A reggeliztető személyzet nagyon kedves, közvetlen, nem tolakodó, de mindent megtesz azért, hogy minden kívánságot teljesítsen. A kávé és citrusos víz egész nap rendelkezésre áll. Az étkező egy része egész nap rendelkezésre áll, a kintről behozott ételek is kényelmesen elfogyaszthatók. A szobánk az ötödik emeleten volt. A szoba kis méretét a majdnem ugyanakkora méretű tetőterasz kompenzálta, ami számunkra nagyon kellemes meglepetés volt. A személyzet, miután megtudta, hogy a feleségemnek születésnapja van, feldíszítette a szobánkat és még ajándékról is gondoskodott. Ez az odafigyelés jellemezte a személyzetet egész tartózkodásunk alatt. Köszönjük a személyzet odaadó munkáját és gratulálunk a vezetőségnek a vendégközpontú szemlélet kialakításáért. A szálláshely a várakozásunkat teljesen felülmúlta, a három csillag nem tükrözi az ott tapasztalt színvonalat, sok négy csillagos szálláshely nem nyújt ilyen szolgáltatást.

Amit ki lehetett hozni a körülményekből azt maximálisan elérték, panaszra semmi okunk nem lehet.

Die Lage ist super direkt an der großen Einkaufsstraße gelegen! Die Zimmer waren sauber und süß eingerichtet! Auch das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Was mir besonders gefallen hat war, dass man sich kostenlos einen Sonnenschirm und Badetücher für den Strand ausleihen konnte! Danke!

Das WC ist wirklich sehr sehr klein! Man musste sich eher seitlich hinsetzten, damit die Knie nicht gegen die Wand stehen. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.

The breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient. The staff were also friendly and attentive. However, the room was quite small, and one of the power sockets was loose. The bathroom floor got wet very easily, with water accumulating after showering, which also made the room feel quite humid. These were the main reasons I gave a lower score for comfort. Apart from that, the hotel offers very good value for money, and overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The location was brilliant near public transport and amidst many cafes, supermarkets and shops. Easy walking distance to the beach, and also very quiet. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man ist in etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und in der Altstadt, die wesentlichen Straßenbahnlinien kreuzen sich in direkter Nähe. Im Einkaufszentrum gegenüber (Nice etoile) kann man für ca 24-25€ pro Nacht parken. Geht man dort im Erdgeschoss raus, liegt das Hotel wirklich direkt gegenüber in 100 Metern. Das Hotel kann man selber nicht mit dem Auto anfahren. Das Hotel gibt einem eine Info für das Parkhaus mit, da sitzt ein Wachmann, der einem das Ticket um einen Euro oder so rabattiert. Das Ticket ist dann für die gesamte Dauer benutzbar, man kann also beispielsweise für 48 Stunden, so oft rein und rausfahren wie man möchte. Das Parkhaus ist sauber und sicher. Die Zimmer sind nicht wahnsinnig groß, aber ausreichend, das Frühstück, das wir nicht probiert haben, sah ganz gut aus. Aber im Hotel gibt es direkt gegenüber an werktagen eine Möglichkeit Französisch zu frühstücken und nebenan gibt es eine Brasserie für einen ausreichenden Snack und Wein am Abend. Direkt unter dem Hotel im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Biosupermarkt.

Den Fahrstuhl im Hotel kann man mehr oder mehr vergessen, der ist klein und ständig besetzt. Aber für das Gepäck hoch schaffen, mag es klappen. Die Übernachtungspreise in Nizza sind krass, beim Essen essen wird es durch das hohe Angebot auf ein normales (deutsches) Großstadtniveau, zwischen 18 bis 30 € pro Hauptmahlzeit nivelliert.

Such a lovely hotel in the middle of Nice. Location was excellent and strongly recommend staying here. Rooms ahead a/c thank goodness as it was hot. The breakfast is a must and just pay for it when you book in. Lovely fresh food.

Posizione eccezionale. quasi sulla via principale di Nizza. Parcheggio (del centro commerciale) a 50 metri. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto anche il fatto che danno gratuitamente ombrellone, teli mare e crema di protezione prima di recarti in spiaggia.

La stanza che ci hanno dato era molto piccola per due persone e non c'era spazio sufficiente per mettere tutti i nostri vestiti. Avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale ma abbiamo trovato due letti singoli affiancanti. Secondo me la camera era una singola che hanno adattato a doppia. Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione interna.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und reichhaltig mit natürlichen Zutaten aus der Region. Auf Nachhaltigkeit wird großer Wert gelegt. Sehr gepflegte Räume. Die Lage perfekt, Straßenbahnhaltestelle um die Ecke. Sehr angenehm sind die Frühstückszeiten ( bis 11 Uhr) und man muss das Zimmer bei Abreise erst bis 12 Uhr verlassen.

Der Lift stellt die Geduld auf die Probe, das Zimmer ist eher klein.

Entusiasti di questo hotel! Davvero carino, pulito e in posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, specialmente Yoana che ci ha colpito per la sua attenzione: dopo la nostra richiesta di cambio stanza ci ha fatto trovare degli omaggi davvero graditi. Un gesto per nulla scontato. Anche Otman è stato gentilissimo consigliandoci un posto favoloso per l’aperitivo. Il parcheggio del centro commerciale Nice Etoile è comodissimo e si può richiedere una tariffa agevolata per rimanere più giorni. La via per arrivare al centro ed al mare è piena di negozi e cafe e si percorre con una breve passeggiata piacevolissima

L’accoglienza pessima indicazioni riguardo al parcheggio pessime confusionaria nonostante io parli sia francese che inglese la receptionist parlava male sia una che l’altra e non ha saputo darmi indicazioni mentre il parcheggio in realtà era sotto l’hotel ed era quello del centro commerciale

A special thanks to Hanna for the warm welcome and for upgrading my room. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Bliskość do centrum miasta, plaży i innych atrakcji. Piękny butikowy hotel, z przepysznymi śniadaniami i bardzo miłym i pomocnym personelem. Dodatkowym atutem były dostępne dla gości ręczniki plażowe i parasole.

W pokoju brakowało mi choćby małego balkoniku lub tarasu dostępnego dla gości.

I stayed here two nights. Room is clean. Shower is minuscule, but good water pressure. My tv didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it but the staff was very nice. Right off the Jean medecin tram stop, around corner two minutes. Flat walk with luggage. Although many homeless live right in front of tram stop. The walk into town was 11 minutes and easy directly to beach. Close to shopping. Overall I’d stay here again if I need a cheap clean hotel.

Wat een ontzettend fijn hotel! Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen voelden we ons welkom. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij en doet echt moeite om ervoor te zorgen dat je een prettig verblijf hebt. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel en de locatie is perfect: midden in het centrum van Nice, waardoor je heel veel te voet kunt doen. Voor ons was dit hotel echt een verademing en we hebben hier met ons gezin een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Wij zouden Hotel Florence zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken en kunnen het absoluut aanraden!

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at Hotel Florence Nice, an excellent boutique hotel with a friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Most critically, the hotel has one of the best locations in Nice. It is a few hundred feet from two tram lines (1 and 2) and a 10-minute walk to the Nice Ville train station. It is readily walkable to Old Nice and Castle Hill. At the same time, the hotel is off the main drags, so the surrounding area is much quieter, and you can access Nice’s less touristy neighborhoods if you like to eat at local restaurants (Chez Moi). We would absolutely stay there again. A Tip: Do NOT squeeze onto Bus 82 with 2 million other people who also googled how to get to Èze Village and Le Jardin Exotique. Take the powered blue ZOU Bus 602, which stops at the same stop as 82 (Bavastro Stop, a short walk after getting off Tram-L1 at Garibaldi Station). The ZOU Bus doesn’t take Nice La Carte, but one could pay with cash or use Apple Pay. The fare is negligibly more than La Carte (2.60 euros in cash, 2.20 euros using cards). The bus doesn’t allow standing, as it is a coach. However, the bus was nearly empty every time we were on it. The ZOU System also has a train, but the Gare Èze is about 40 minutes away on foot from the actual village. Additionally, both ZOU Bus 80, which starts at Nice Airport, and ZOU 600 at the Tram-L2 Port Lympia Station would take you to and from Monaco and have stops a few hundred feet away from the Monte Carlo Casino. In short, we noticed very few people seemed to know the ZOU Bus. Google search doesn’t prioritize this comfortable and convenient coach as a first option to so many of these nearby cool towns!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Florence. We had booked the junior suite for three adults. We were told it would suit 3 adults and one child but it was one bed and one sofa bed in a room that was quite tight. We had been advised it was a very spacious suite when booking so this was a bit disappointing. And it was an expensive room!! Also as a vegetarian the breakfast was disappointing so we only had breakfast there the first morning. I’m giving it 4 stars as the staff were so lovely. Especially Maria, Eloise, and Hanna. These girls were very attentive snd accommodating and definitely a huge asset to Hotel Florence. Overall as our first visit to Nice it was a pleasant stay but I wish they had advised that the suite would be tight for 3 adults ( small bathroom too). Especially as the cost of the suite for the week was high.

Very good location, close to all main attractions. It was clean.

There was unpleasant smell from sewage pipes and the same smell was coming from the air conditioning. We had to switch it off. It was also very loud. Breakfast was very basic. From warm dishes there were only boiled eggs.

Room was comfortable and spacious with seperate bathroom with a walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central location, close to shopping, restaurants and only a short walk to the beach and Old Town. Breakfast was good with a nice selection that included homemade cakes. We were very grateful for the air conditioning which was very welcomed after a hot day exploring

Reception space is quite small. Not really an issue but it's important to note that there is a flight of about 6 steps to reach the reception area and lift, challenging with heavy suitcases though staff are very helpful in assisting but would be an issue for anyone unable to use stairs. Walls are thin. We could clearly hear the people in the room next to us and noise from the floor above. A bit annoying particularly when they came in at 2am one morning! Thankfully this did not cause us too much drama but certainly something to be aware of.

Our 3 days was amazing, the front desk team was amazing very helpful, friendly and customer oriented. I dont remember the names of the ladies but they were totally amazing, the room was clean and tidy. They did already had a great score when I booked i do actually highly recommend, peak season will influence the price but I do think it's value for money and will definitely book there again if I'm back in town .

The only thing is that I would have liked a bottle of water in rooms since it's really hot these days but thats the only thing but it's okay it clearly didnt affect our stay at all

Hotel Florence Nice hat eine unschlagbare Lage, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Auto in dem Einkaufszentrum Nicetoile geparkt, es war um die Ecke, aber teuer. Das Zimmer war klein, aber wir haben genug Platz für unsere Sachen gehabt. Badezimmer war auch klein, aber Dusche war groß genug, nur manchmal hat man unangenehmeres Geruch wahrgenommen, wahrscheinlich wegen alte Rohren . Frühstück war sehr lecker, viele regionale Produkte und alles schön eingerichtet.

Manchmal hat man Gespräche von anderen Zimmer gehört, aber es hat uns nicht gestört.

Bra läge nära shoppinggata. Trevligt allmänt utrymme med kaffemaskin, vatten m.m. Lån av handduk och parasoll till stranden gratis. Fräscht och fint i ordning. Mkt bra!

Lite trångt rum när bäddsoffa användes.

We booked 4 nights there but they cancelled the 1st night per their reason due to unforseen technical problem(??) and moved us to the sister hotel Byakko which the walk was much farther to the parking and also hotel was double farther to the beach. The room was cheaper compare to our original booking. They made it up by giving us one free breakfast (45euros) and a basket of 2 bottles of beer and 2 coca cola which we didn’t even use because we don’t drink beer/cokes. The shower was half opened without curtain so the water spilled everywhere so we had to use up all the towels to cllean up daily. The staffs weren’t friendly and not helpful in any questions we had. Examples: 1) when I asked for toilette paper; the front receptionist guy just rolled his eyes and said he’s busy and can’t help and that I have to wait after 9pm but I told him, “It’s 9:28pm now”. He replied, “Ok then wait after 10pm!” I also asked him if he could show us how to get to the train station. He responded in a very bad manner, and ended up telling us the wrong train station.
