Cudowny, bardzo pomocny personel

Amazing value for money. The hotel is very cozy and perfectly located on a quiet street, yet only about five minutes from Nice train station. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, but what truly makes this hotel special is the staff. The lady at reception and the gentleman working the night shift were always incredibly kind, helpful, and ready to go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I first booked the hotel for myself, and a week later I booked it again for my husband and son when they were unexpectedly stuck in Nice because of a severe rainstorm. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay in central Nice🎉

I don't expect to be paying 250 euros a night for a very dark room with a poor outlook in a bad location. It may be near the station but it is NOT in an upmarket area. Also the layout is weird. I only booked it because my flight was cancelled and there was no other option. I couldn't bear to stay in the room any longer than I had to. I was offered a different room at first but that was worse for me.

Ce n’est pas un hotel a 300 euros la nuitée Des chambres en sous sol , digne de cave .des chambres non sécurisées , fenêtre qui ne se verrouille pas et accessible de l’extérieur. Émanation de mauvaises odeurs de la salle de bain. Il n’ ya pas de papiers mouchoirs dans une chambre de 300 euros la nuitée, la chambre donne sur un patio où des garbisch déposés et visibles . Pas de frigo pour une chambre de luxe de 300 euros . Inadmissible tout ça et indigne . Je condamne fermement . J’ai dormi la peur au ventre par manque de sécurité L’accès au chambre n’est pas pratique , il faut monter puis de André puis remonter . Rien ne va et en plus 300 euros . C’est honteux

Very quaiet hotel at least the room I was staying in which is quite rare these days so the hotel has done its main job for me and allowed me to sleep well. Staff is amazing. Close to main street but the area is not that good

No proper window as the door is also the window into the small inner yard but this is not a major issue as it also might be the reason the room was quaiet

Colazione non il massimo, Croissant non del giorno corrente ma veniva scaldati per i giorni successivi. Pensavamo anche di trovare dell'acqua in frigo in camera all'arrivo . Ma nulla avevano vicino la reception dei distributori di acqua con limone e cetrioli che non sempre erano caldi. Camera piccola, Posizione in una zona poco tranquilla. C'è di meglio!

Взяли на двоих Делюкс, где был делюкс не поняла.Номер очень неудобный,маленький.Душевая просто отвратительная,не развернуться ни одной полочки в кабинке,чтобы с душевой выйти сразу унитаз ,надо думать куда ногу ставить чтобы выйти с этой душевой.Уборка номера была каждый день,но этот ковролин по-моему ни кто никогда не чистит или он уже пропитан и изношен так что только в тапках ходить! Балкон тоже,вообще отдельная тема, грязный, искусственная трава эта заношенная ,стулья железные,нагреваются ни сесть.Весь номер в плохом состоянии.Людям с лишним весам и ограниченными возможностями категорично не советую!

Proper and functioning AC in the room during summer was relieving to combat the heat. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is rather central, and the nearest tram station is within walking distance.

The lock of our bathroom door was broken and could not be locked.

3 étoiles largement méritées ! Très bien situé près de la gare, très bien équipé, WC séparés, plateau bouilloire, coffre, oreillers ergonomiques gratuits à choisir à la réception, personnel au top, PDJ très complet, thé et café à disposition en libre service l'après-midi etc etc

Je suis revenue cette semaine, cette fois-ci seule, et j’ai été encore une fois très heureuse de mon séjour. Votre gentillesse, votre accueil et votre façon de prendre soin des clients m’ont vraiment touchée et resteront gravés dans ma mémoire. Je tiens également à remercier toute votre équipe : les responsables, le personnel de ménage et toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans l’hôtel. J’aurais aimé citer tout le monde par leur prénom, mais je ne me souviens malheureusement que d’un seul : Maiva😍, avec qui j’ai même pris une photo. Huone oli todella pieni eikä siellä ollut paljonkaan laskutilaa tavaroille. Onneksi meillä oli mukana vain pienet matkalaukut. Aamupala oli melko yksitoikkoinen, olisin toivonut enemmän vaihtoehtoja ja vaihtelua. Kaiken kaikkiaan majoituksen hinta ei mielestäni oikein kohdannut tason kanssa.

Lo scarico della doccia era completamente ostruito e l’acqua ha finito per allagare il bagno. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception appena arrivati, ma nonostante ci siamo recati più volte a lamentarci, la situazione non è stata risolta. Riteniamo inaccettabile aver dovuto utilizzare il bagno in queste condizioni per tutta la permanenza, senza che il problema venisse adeguatamente gestito. Inoltre, l’hotel all’interno era un vero e proprio labirinto: molto difficile orientarsi e trovare le camere.

5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Nice-Ville.

Assolutamente non all'altezza di un 3 stelle. Camera grande ma non funzionale. Phone non presente e quando è stato chiesto in reception ci è stato dato uno da viaggio che non erogava aria calda. Il wc era separato dalla zona doccia e lavandino, e ancora non capisco il perché. Per un italiano non avere un bidet è già un trauma, ma la combo con la scelta di separare il wc dalla doccia è da sadici. La doccia perdeva acqua per cui il bagno diventava un lago. La stanza numero 15 era al primo piano e si sentiva spesso un odore di fogna. Presente un piccolo armadio, non adatto per due persone. Presenza di un letto maxi (non richiesto) che occupava tipo l'80% della stanza, rendendo non agevole i movimenti, dato che con le valigie aperte non rimaneva spazio sufficiente per muoversi. La fortuna è stata che abbiamo alloggiato per 2 notti. La luce di cortesia su un solo lato del letto, ma sembrava più un lumino di cimitero per la sua luce fioca. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

Cozy nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfests with fresh orange juice and wonderful terrace with city roofs view. Located 15 min by foot to the old city center and 5-7 min to the centranl railway station via picturesque streets. You should be ready for small room and bathroom, at the same time it impresses with its cleaness and comfort.

Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése. Tisztaság volt. Jó volt a szoba felszereltsége.

A szomszédos szobákból minden áthallatszott. Az ajtók csapódasa éjszaka szintén zavaró volt. Alig tudtunk pihenni. Egy lift volt, ami a tartózkodasunk alatt egyszer elromlott.

Me gusto la ubicación cerca de la estación de tren de Niza y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa. En una zona donde encuentras de todo porque está en la avenida Jean Medecin. Importante todos los días cambiaron la sábanas, toallas. Todo muy limpio y excelente aire acondicionado. Teníamos además un balcón. El personal muy amable. Además café gratis durante el diam

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda sia per visitare il centro che per il mare (10 minuti dal centro e 15 dal mare a piedi). Buona la colazione. Wifi funzionante e presenza di minifrigo in camera.

Purtroppo non hanno nessuna convenzione con i parcheggi e il parcheggio più vicino costa 42 euro a notte (arrivo al parcheggio alle 23 e uscita dal parcheggio alle 11). Il bagno è minuscolo e all’arrivo abbiamo trovato un ragazzo alla reception poco empatico. Non è stato sgarbato assolutamente, ma sembrava scocciato. Purtroppo quando si lavora con il pubblico anche quello conta.

A true hidden gem with staff whose professionalism and warmth far exceed the local standard. Breakfast is exceptional, offering everything from fresh produce and specialty coffee to a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes (I loved the omelette and veggies). ​There is also complimentary afternoon snack with fresh juice, coffee, and fresh pastries: they put some dancy music to refresh your day in the afternoon. ​Special thanks to Ms. Anastasia for urgently and efficiently handling my stay extension, not once but twice ! The staff also chose a room that matches my needs without me even having to ask. The attention to detail here clearly demonstrates a deep understanding of true hospitality.

I wish the hotel kept the breakfast room open more hours during the day for digital nomads since there are no dedicated lobbies. Although I understand this is not necessarily something most guests need. It's hard to find things to dislike

L’équipe très sympa, les petits plus (boissons gratuites à dispos de 14h à 18h, bouteilles d’eau la dernière journee, bagagerie avant apres le séjour ). Notre chambre deluxe avec parquet et très jolie salle de bain, le petit déjeuner avec pancakes et jus d’orange frais.

Quelques trucs de deco et le quartier gare malgré la proximité facile pour prendre le train et le tram qui permet de se déplacer tres facilement dans Nice.

Staff were very welcoming. Lovely comfortable bed. Amazing rooftop sundeck. They also do free afternoon snacks and drinks. About 20 minutes walk to the beach.

Only reason I didn’t rate as 10 was the internet was poor, otherwise a magnificent hotel.

Aile ile gittiğim için 2 oda tuttuk, bir odanın banyo gideri iyi olmadığı için odayı su bastı. Odadaki çay ve kahve ikramı günlük olarak yenilenmeliydi, ancak ilk günden sonra tekrar koyulmadı.

Buona posizione a Nizza, con tram non distante per visitare la città vecchia e il castello. Ho scelto una camera più grande (circa 15 mq.), che quindi era di dimensioni adeguate. Buona la colazione e prima di andare via ci hanno regalato due bottigliette di acqua.

Bagno veramente troppo piccolo: abbassandosi davanti al lavandino si toccava la parere dietro. A malapena sono riuscita a chiudere la porta della doccia una volta entrata.

Initially we were given worse rooms than we booked. Both had no windows. The next day the staff offered us 2 different rooms, one of them did not have electricity in the room. We had to get light from the bathroom. But it generally they were better than what we were given upon arrival.

Acest hotel a fost peste așteptările mele. Amplasare în centru, lîngă gară. Dejunul diversificat și bogat. Am beneficiat chiar de all inclusive băuturi de la 14:00 pînă la 18:00. Pe acoperiș au terasă unde poți admira orașul. Personalul minunat și ospitalier. Curățenie în cameră, chiar am îndeplinit un formular la recepție, unde am fost întrebată dacă vrem room service. La check out am primit sticle de apă, pentru plajă oferă păturele. În concluzie recomand cu încredere. Nota mea pentru acest hotel este 10.
