Seul bémol, la chambre annoncée avec terasse dans booking, mais finalement sans. Mais fournie à 8h du mat au lieu de 15h donc peut être pour cela. Un peu loin de la zone Romantique pour ceux qui veulent plus d'action le soir.

Que en el segundo día de estancia, llegaron a hospedarse una familia bastante grande y los chicos no dejaban de aventarse clavados en la alberca sin seguir las reglas de no clavados y no les llamaban la atención.

Staff were very accommodating. Pool was full of laughter. Perhaps not an ideal place for a quiet stay - people were enjoying themselves. Restaurant and included breakfast were perfectly adequate.

Que en la app me decía que era desayuno incluido y al llegar la instalación me cobraron lo de mi hija de. 10 años Otra cosa el hotel no especifica que no puedes ingresar bebidas al area de la alberca en la app y tampoco te dicen nada a la hora de ingresar. También pregunté si podía cambiar mi habitación y primero me dijeron 600 pesos por noche y cuando fui a recepción me preguntaron cuánto me habían dicho y le dije no me habían dicho y terminé pagando 400 pesos por noche no 600 el primer cuarto era obscuro no era agradable.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Fantastic beachfront location a block from the north end of the Malecon. Very close to a local supermarket and lots of cafes and eateries. Lively atmosphere with lots of local families. Spacious rooms with basic furnishings. Good value for the location. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, juice, melon and yoghurt got a bit boring after four days. Could do with more variety. Let down a bit by cleaning - sheets and towels were clean and changed every other day but floors were only superficially swept and constantly sandy even when we arrived.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026El desayuno es muy pobre, me refiero a variedad, en sabor creo que tambien podrían mejorar, no buscabamos mucho o un gran buffet por que sabemos que los alimentos son basicos, pero solo chilaquiles y huevos mal cocinados, la verdad no vale la pena tanto. Lo rescatable es la vista a la playa, pero la playa que da frente al hotel no sirve para nadar, tiene mucha piedra y el mar esta muy volcado, incluso no hay camastros frente a la playa.
Es un hotel que te va a servir si tienes planeado comer en lugares muy economicos, ¿a que me refiero? nosotros fuimos de emergencia y no hubo tiempo de planear, entonces pensamos bueno la noche esta en 2 mil aprox, comemos fuera y listo, pero entre comidas para 4 personas gastabamos otros 2 mil aprox, en teoria hubiera sido mejor buscar un todo incluido comida, desayuno, cena y bebidas por 4500 pesos la noche, entonces en retrospectiva, sale mas caro quedarse ahí y comer fuera que agarrar un todo incluido. Las bebidas dentro son caras, los alimentos malos. (no incluye desayuno para los niños) se tiene que pagar a parte, cuando les di las edades de mis hijos me hicieron cara, por que despues de los 12 pagas como adulto, baje sin dinero por que no sabía que no incluia niños y solo tenia como 200, les dije dame unos minutos subo a la habitacion y te pago el resto, antes de las 12 del día ya me habían cobrado 3 veces diferentes personas la diferencia, como si fuera a huir por 80 pesos.

Que la publicacion menciona estacionamiento, solicite 2, sin embargo al llegar, nos mencionaron que solo cuentan con 4 o 5, no recuerdo, y son solo conforme se desocupen y no se apartan.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026I stayed for a week at the end of March. I absolutely loved this hotel but with a caveat so I'm writing this so others can make best choices for themselves. The best: great location, super clean rooms, comfortable beds and excellent value. The included buffet breakfast had scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, refried beans, pancakes or French toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh juice and coffee. The food was surpringly tasty for a small buffet and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach (albeit rocky so bring shoes) and going to sleep at night to the sound of the surf is heaven. Good margueritas with happy hour from1-3 and 5-9 Beautiful old style Mexican decor and furniture. Lots of shade at the pool. Fridge in the room was a huge bonus to keep snacks, beer and water cold with a freezer for ice! Just ok: You can't charge poolside to your room so you need to bring money to the pool. You can't get anything, not even coffee before 8am on the dot. The hotel is old and it shows and the rooms are very dated (but clean and comfortable). I wish they would set up a self serve coffee by 7 and allow you run a tab for drinks at the pool. Now the caveat, very small pool packed with little kids whose parents don't understand that the pool area is for everyone not just their screaming, splashing and throwing temper tantrums. One little girl screamed in the pool for almost 2 hours before her parents took her out. People bring their own boomboxes and blast music, mostly Spanish, which is super rude and staff do nothing about it. 9am to 9pm the pool is absolutely chaotic and hardly a moment of peace. You can't even nap in your oceanside room because it is also poolside and even closing the windows doesn't block out the noise. I loved so many things about this hotel but when I go on a vacation, some poolside peace is important and this was one big kiddie pool. I checked out early and paid more to go a different hotel because of it. Also it was Holy Week so perhaps more families than usual. Amazingly and without me asking or complaining, the sweet girl at the front desk fully refunded my unused nights! I am truly looking forward to staying there again for at least part of my next PV trip. So many great things, especially the staff!!

It's within walking distance to: the Malecon, groceries, laundry, street food, shopping and restaurants. The pool is refreshing and the rooms are spotless and spacious. If you spend a lot of time in your room or like the large resort amenities, this isn't the best option.
