Beaucoup d'escalier à monter pour l'accès aux chambres, ce qui pourrait être difficile pour certains. La chambre était impeccable mais nous y avons quand même trouvé ce qui semblait être une coquerelle.

Había cucarachas y abejas vivas en la cama, había telarañas en el baño, toallas gastadas, las camas eran muy incómodas, se sentían los resortes, se escuchaba todo de otras habitaciones, no habia casi conexiones para cargador, los controles de los minisplit tenian los botones borrosos, la verdad no volveriamos, mala experiencia por el precio que cobran

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Location was great, close to the beach, grocery stores, Restaurants and the Malecón. Public transit was easily accessible.
It was noisy. There is a tiny neighborhood bar on the other side of the building and had music going until all hours. Cleaning staff are also noisy in the morning starting before 8 am. Neighbourhood dogs like to bark at night. I wore my noise canceling earbuds so that made a big difference. It doesn’t have coffee or a refrigerator in the room so it’s good for a short stay only.

En la noche que llegamos habia una persona tomando con su cahuama al lado tirado en el piso. El olor quedo impregnado toda la noche. Se supone q hay camaras y podian hacerlo retirado. Muy desagradable el momento da mal aspecto al hotel. Y habia como 3 sancudos en el cuarto. Se supone q si esta cerrado no debe haber pero entran x el baño.

Reviewed May 16, 2025The location is great, and the value/price is right in line with what I expected. The breakfast staff was super friendly, and didn't mind me asking for a third/fourth cup of coffee. I did a long term stay here and was very satisfied with my experience.
I'd like a little more variety at breakfast than toast and coffee. It was still more than enough and there's plenty of good street food nearby, but having a little something extra to start the day would be great.

booked this hotel at the last minute and really expected more for what I paid. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the room lacked even basic amenities — not even a bottle of water to brush my teeth, which is important where the tap water isn’t safe. The water pressure in the shower dropped to almost nothing mid-use. I couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work, and when I showed up just 10 minutes after breakfast hours ended, I was told there was no more coffee — no flexibility or hospitality at all. Overall, this place just felt like it was doing the bare minimum. Wouldn’t return unless I had absolutely no other option.

Where do I start? Very dated place, small room and smaller bathroom. Extremely noisy from outside and inside, you can actually hear the rooms around you flush the toilet!! Anyone talking in the hallway feels as if they’re in your room. Guests were in the balcony till 2 am and staff did nothing about it even when we complained.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2025Having never been to PV we weren't sure what area to stay in, we are very happy with our choice, the hotel is set back a few blocks from the beach so not much road noise but very close to everything this neighborhood has to offer. The hotel is very clean and safe and well managed. The room is very basic so my high marks are based on us knowing that and for the price you get exactly what you expect. I do suggest you bring your own instant coffee, in the morning they include coffee and toast with butter and jam, we enjoyed this light breakfast but the coffee is VERY weak, we wondered why they don't just ad a couple of extra scoops of coffee when they make it? We would definitely stay there again.

The beds and pillows were very hard. The desk clerk tried to charge us again for the room. Fortunately I had my paid email so once I showed it, it was corrected.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2024The air conditioning worked well and was whisper quiet. The bed was pretty comfortable. The cleaning Staff, were quite personable, and did a good job cleaning the room. The Woman at the Reception desk in the daytime, was pleasant and helpful.
No in room safe for valuables, which meant I had to carry my valuables with me everywhere in a day bag. My view off my deck looked out at a big heap of rotting trash which was there the whole ten days I was. The afternoon/night reception was a sour faced guy who never even acknowledged me, when I came or went,probably cause I'm Caucasian. This is a Budget Mexican Hotel worth $50.00/ night but I paid $95. I talked to people around me who had much better deals, including a pool. I have been to Mexico about 20 times, this was my LEAST favorite Hotel. Sorry Mocali !
