The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. Overall, the room felt cozy and relaxing, and we slept really well during our stay. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it.

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. The blankets were a little thinner than I prefer, the bath products had a scent that reminded me more of household cleaner than something I’d want to use on myself, and the towels were oddly not very absorbent. It felt like they moved the water around more than they actually dried you off. These were all minor things, though, and none would keep us from staying again.

We ate at the restaurant the facility and they had a strange charge on our dinner bill called FMW 13% fee called the Flagstaff minimum wage fee … we didn’t appreciate an additional fee added to our tab to pay our servers minimum wage fee for that particular restaurant we were told that not every restaurant does this only certain ones due and I just think it was really crappy.

My room was close to everything. My room was spacious and clean.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable as hotel beds go. The rate was reasonable. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for convenience. The food was fine.

It does not offer breakfast. And the TV options were lousy.

Bathroom had some minor issues like a hole on the floor by the toilet where it looked to have been moved and the tile was not replaced leaving a partial hole.

NOTHING. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, which is saying a lot since we average about 50 hotel stays a year across the united states.

The room we were checked into was absolutely filthy. Our shoes were literally sticking to the tile floor walking into the door and the carpet had huge black stains. The bath tub was literally black in the bottom and all of the soap dispensers were empty. We spoke to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room and the very rude desk woman said there were no other rooms available and said she would "make a note of the condition'. My husband told her we would just check out and asked for a refund on the unused stay which she huffed at and said we used a third party service and as such were not entitled to a refund. I would absolutely never stay here again. We checked out and immediately went to Little American. Little America is the only place I will stay in Flagstaff in the future. Best resort there and this hotel should be ashamed of their treatment of guests.

the location, the ease of check in, having a balcony in my room, the community/open sitting areas and the accomodation was exactly as it was described.

The outside patios. It’s close to NAU There’s a cool local bar across the street. Gas station was convenient. Access to the main streets and highways.

The hot tub was overheating. You have to request housekeeping. The room coffee maker wasn’t working.

Everything was fine as long as you don’t expect a 4 stars hotel, because this is not.

The whole family, 9 in total, all enjoyed our stay at The Kendrick hotel. From check-in to check-out the whole experience was excellent. The Dirty Burdies pub across the road and the Northern Pines restaurant attached to the hotel were excellent and provided a discount to lodgers for food and drinks. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in that part of the country.

The bed was comfy.

The pool was was not heated and was cloudy, The hot tub jets were not working and there were piles of rocks at the bottom that came off from the hot tub. The floor in room was dirty.

It's a hotel I would return to, but there are better ones.

We stayed in a king suite and the room was spacious but I'm not sure I would consider it a suite. The room itself was fine and was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was the couch they had in the room was disgusting, I'm not sure what was on it but it wasn't good. We had to put towels on it to sit down because I was not sitting on it the way it was. This place would have gotten a 4 star had the couch been clean.

We stopped there to use the restaurant, which was very good. The hotel was attached and we ended up staying the night, they had a good price and the rooms where very clean and comfortable. The service of the staff was very good, would stay again.

My stay was top notch! My husband agreed as well and we are excited to book again for future family outings. I quite enjoyed our room, the bed was so comfy that my 3 month old slept through the night without a fuss. I really liked the in room Keurig machine as well. Front desk clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions we had, they helped us book another night for our trip quickly and easily. The room was very clean, nary a scuff mark or spill missed, the attention to detail was remarkable. The price was pretty good as well, especially for a last minute reservation. The hotel's location is very nice as well, it's fairly quick and easy to get on/off the freeway to get to local shopping centres/eateries. I quite enjoyed the atmosphere as well, there was hardly any noise from our neighbors, either direct neighbors or adjacent neighbours. Leaving the best for last, the adjoining restaurant onsite, The Northern Pines, is also worth the patronage. I enjoyed the meals and experiences I had there. Their servers were very kind and knowledgeable about their menu items. I will most definitely stay again before the years end. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed the large sitting area with the high bar and chairs just outside our room to have a glass of wine and something to eat. Nice touch, which allows people to get out of their room and have some more space. And the guy at the front desk suggested the Majestic marketplace. Wow, haven’t ever seen that many beers in one place! Would stay there again.

While the beds were rather soft for someone like me with a bad back, the room was otherwise very nice. The staff however was outstanding, very helpful and kind. I forgot an item in my room and they got it overnighted to my house the day I called. Excellent staff, I appreciate you!

It was our first stay in AZ. After getting locked in a gas station at Phoenix I was nervous about the trip and even more so since one kiddo started getting sick. They were so kind and helpful that it put aside the concerns that were arising after our first few hours in AZ. The hotel was clean and up to date. The staff were helpful and understanding when we needed to swap out the sheets a few times - would def stay here again!

Hotel is in a good location within walking distance to a couple of gas stations and restaurants. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The room was very quiet.

We had a first floor room so no view of the mountains, we looked out at cars in the parking lot. I called the front desk to see if there was an upper level room available but was told there wasn’t because we were only there for 3 nights. The room is pretty small and lacks storage. It would be fine for two people but it was pretty tight for a family of 4.

Very little. Should have been nice. Much of it was not. 2 excellent staff members who tried to overcome all the issues.

It is a very nice facility, updated and clean. The balconies in the rooms are a nice feature. The pool and hot tub are great. Nice staff.

We stayed 3 nights in June 2026. Room was spacious and clean, shower was hot and pressure was decent. Bed was comfortable and temperature was good. We checked out the indoor pool and hot tub area, very nice! There were some other guests there at the same time, but plenty of room for all of us without feeling crowded. We also ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant each morning. They offer a discounted breakfast which was delicious. They also have homemade pies available.

I've stayed at some of the nicest hotels in the world, and some of the worst. The Kendrick may not have been the fanciest, but it is among the top for comfort, accommodations, friendly staff, and everything I needed for a much needed, good night's rest after a long ordeal before traveling back home the next day. I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip to Flagstaff!

Bed was very stiff. You could tell they use to be smoking rooms. My check out time was 11 am and we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:15 trying to come in and clean which was upsetting. I was awake already but if I was asleep still I would have been woken up and very pissed off since our check out time was at 11. when I told the front desk about it his response was they probably just checking to see if you were still in the room. Of course I am still in the room, my check out time is not untill 11

This is a great hotel. The location is convenient, it's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the Northern Pines restaurant is delicious. We've stayed here multiple times and plan on coming back again.

Great location, central to so many things. Check in was fast and easy. Room was neat and clean and provided what we needed. Price was more than fair for what the property offered. Staff was friendly and helpful and even checked on us after we got to our room to make sure all was good. The onsite restaurant was fantastic. We were in Flagstaff to sightsee and didn't spend much time in the room or at the hotel, but overall it was a great experience.

Room was nice. The trash was not emptied from the previous guest and it was full and gross. The room seemed clean and the gentleman that checked us in was nice.

Bed & pillows were terrific. Room was very clean. I personally loved the a/c unit - I use the constant fan as my white noise machine. Also this hotel is very close to the I-40 & a coffee shop I love to visit.

I'm always worried about the quality of "group use" lotions, shampoos, etc. So I never use them & have to bring my own. Sigh.

There were not any slippers for our feet and they did not have a bidet for the toilet. Also, at the start of our stay there were some really sketchy people around the hotel at night.

I liked the rooms that was perfectly fine

I had two rooms, we had to move several times due to plumbing issues. Each time I had to get new room keys and it was a disaster and inconvenient to have to walk up and down from the rooms to the front desk. We also had to move all our belongings. The toilets got backed up in both the rooms so we had to move. You would think that a discount would be applied but it wasn’t.

It was amazing for the cost of the room. Did not expect such a nice place for such a cheap rate...
