It was right next door to a incredible restaurant

Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable and thankfully no carpet in the rooms! Free coffee in the lobby and there was a water dispenser to refill water bottles by the lobby.

The hallways had stained carpeting and the ice machine was leaking. The hotel doors are not sound proof, can hear everything in the halls.

The Hotel was near the I40 on-ramps so accessing the Freeway was easy. Even being next to the Interstate, we could not hear any of the traffic noise. The hotel is also close to the northern Route 66 and the restaurants. There is also a sports bar in the same parking lot, as well as a Chevron and a Filaberto's restaurant.

They do not serve up a breakfast, so you have to leave the hotel if you want breakfast. There is a Northern Pines restaurant across the street. And as I said, a variety of restaurants along old Route 66

There was poo on the walls, blood on the curtains, the walls were dirty, it looked like the trailer park was tailgating in the parking lot.

Nice hotel that is close to the Arizona Trail making it a great destination for backpackers. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Location was great! Close to everything in Flagstaff. The facilities were also nice

I've never stayed in a high end hotel before but I would imagine it would be just like this! Everything was perfect. The room was big, clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff were great. I will stay here every time I am in Flagstaff.

I liked the room with a balcony over the pool area.

There was no elevator. The pool was closed in late-June. I was shocked there wasn’t breakfast.

Friendly staff and the room was clean. The new renovated bathroom was very nice.

Misleading listing and poor customer service I booked this hotel through Booking.com because we were traveling with our child and wanted a hotel with a pool. The first photo prominently shows the outdoor pool, but when we arrived, we were told it was closed for the entire summer. I asked to cancel because the pool was the main reason for our booking, but the receptionist refused and said it was my fault for not checking the hotel’s own website. I booked through Booking.com, where there was no clear notice about the closure. This was very misleading, and the staff showed no willingness to help or offer a refund. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Pool on the fritz on the 4th of July weekend. Utterly ridiculous, utterly inept of management. Terrible.

Convenient and easy check in with nice convenience market in lobby with complimentary coffee.

They offered complimentary cookies 24hrs and some other amenities that they were out of. Not a major deal but noted.

I kept hearing taping noise from the hall, all night.

Room was very clean, loved the bedding and bed was fairly soft…for me I like a soft bed.

Was bed not soft enough , and only bagels and a donut and cereal for breakfast

Very clean & updated rooms & bathrooms, free coffee, free breakfast.

The front desk person push the trash down inside the trash can then proceeded to type in the computer then refilled plastic utensils in the breakfast area without washing his hands.

The breakfast was all garbage food no actual breakfast. It was all bread and orange juice and apple juice. Everything else was condiments.

Needed a pet friendly hotel and happy to pay a little extra for that perk, however $40 per night for your dog (which was not shared until I saw the $80 extra charge after checking out), seems a bit excessive especially considering there were feces throughout the property and in front of the C entrance the entire stay! It was very loud, could hear every little noise with the paper-thin walls and extremely loud footsteps above our room until 2am. Would not stay here again. Considering it is a chain, I had higher expectations. Rooms were clean, however definitely not dialed in, no art on the walls, no decoration of any sort really, giving a very stark, depressing vibe. Would not stay here again :(

The location is great, probably about 5 minutes from downtown flagstaff. The staff is always really nice and helpful! The rooms are comfortable and clean and the 24 hour hot tub is great. Love the little snack bar as well!

They took the coffee pots out of the rooms :(

Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. От Гранд-Каньона 1,5 ч на машине. Бесплатная парковка. Кондиционер, было тепло. Приятная цена. Хороший отельчик. Рядом есть бар, но мы поехали в другой стейк-хаус.

Парковка темная и неохраняемая, вокруг видели несколько неприятных личностей.

Stanza moderna, Letto comodo, doccia con vetro anzichè tenda. Niente moquette per terra Balcon e posteggi gratis.

Pulizia disastrosa, capelli in bagno, nel lavandino ovunque e per terra in salotto, vetro del bagno sporco di dentifricio. Sauna, piscina e fitness sporchi e poco curati.

The clean room.

The noise. Every slammed door and footsteps above me, people's voices sounding so close to my door. It had a gap at the bottom so I heard everything. Otherwise the room was very clean, I love the mirror and shower, bed & pillows were comfortable.

It smells funny. If one were to want coffee in the morning one would need to get in car and drive around to front. Should put coffee makers in the room.
