Tutto. Lo staff è stato molto gentile con noi ed il check in è stato veloce. All’arrivo ci hanno regalato una bevanda a testa a scelta tra acqua e birra (bellissima sorpresa). La camera era meravigliosa, pulitissima e spaziosa. Anche la colazione era buonissima. Ci è piaciuto molto anche lo spazio fuori tra la piscina e i tavolini fuori dove abbiamo bevuto la birra offerta da loro in completa tranquillità. Niente da dire, ci tornerei altre mille volte e avrei fatto volentieri altre notti lì. Grazie 😍

The location was perfect, close to downtown and to the highway. The look and atmosphere of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. The pool was warm and cool looking. The room was clean.

The room needs an iron and ironing board. Also we had a breakfast coupon. The breakfast place didn't open at the time we were told. So we had to leave to get to our next destination and didn't get breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, made us feel welcomed. The property was well maintained and clean. We really liked the exterior as well as the very nice rooms. Overall, we had a great time, very relaxing..

If my bed was a little longer. I'm a taller guy. But the bed was very comfy.

The overall theme of mid-century mid-century , 60's retro grooviness was fully carried out. The decorating choices were spot on! The picture of a phone in the bathroom was hysterical ! The shower had good pressure and warmth. The swivel chairs in the room were very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We really like being able to back our minivan up directly outside our room. Having our own dog park on the premises was fantastic ! And we enjoyed the fire pit in the afternoon while we read and had a glass of wine.

The carpet in the room has some spots.

Excellent facilities, lots of nice added touches to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was nice. Complimentary drink on arrival and ice cream were nice touches. Staff were very helpful and informative.

Motel veramente carino a 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Flagstaff, personale molto gentile. Birra offerta al check in. Stanza arredata con gusto e veramente particolare. Piscina non utilizzata perchè pioveva.

The retro-70s attention to design detail is incredible! Property and room are fun and clean. I appreciated the welcome beverage and free breakfast.

In my particular room in the first floor, you could hear a lot of creaking as the people in the room above walked around in their room.

Really cool looking motel .rooms clean and really fun. On check in we recieved either free water or a free beer.

Air conditioning unit was really loud we stayed in August so it needed to be on,luckily we had brought ear plugs. Pool was closed which was really disappointing, one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the pool. When we asked staff about this they didn’t really have an answer to why it was closed just that it would be open 10am the next morning. Which was no good to us as we were only there for the night. They did say we would get an 18-25% discount back from our bookings as the room price includes the use and fees for the pool. It’s been 20days and still no refund.

Super cute room, very accessible location about 2 miles from down town. Cove was working the front desk, and they were super friendly and super helpful, with great recommendations for things to do during my short stay in Flagstaff!

De kamers waren erg gehorig en de wifi was heel slecht. De kamers waren heel donker. Het personeel was niet heel vriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was slecht geregeld. Je kreeg per kamer een voucher van 10 doller die je kon gebruiken, maar daar kreeg je weinig voor, dus je moest bij betalen. Echter dat kan weer niet waar je het ontbijt kon bestellen en moest je bij receptie doen. Daar wisten ze van niets, heel vaag. De vuilnisbak van je komer werd niet standaard geleegd, bleek dat je daar specifiek om moest vragen. Kamer voor 4, echter maar handdoeken voor 2. Al met al geen aanrader.

Special care and creativity was taken to make this a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication via text was a great perk.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo il lavandino non era perfettamente pulito e lo scarico era ostruito da peli e capelli. Credo sia un episodio legato più all'inciviltà degli ospiti precedenti che a una mancanza dell'hotel, dato che è un dettaglio difficile da notare con una semplice pulizia di routine. A parte questo inconveniente, il soggiorno è stato impeccabile e ci tornerei volentieri.

Motel mesmo muito giro!! Com imensos detalhes que nos surpreenderam desde a bola de espelhos no quarto até aos camas de rede no pátio. Fomos recebidos bebidas de boas vindas. Tem fogueiras de exterior, jogos, café disponível de manhã, vales para utilizar no bar do motel. Foi mesmo uma excelente experiência e gostaria de ter ficado mais tempo. Ainda tivemos acesso a um passe para ir a um ginásio local. Recomendo muito!

What a cool little motel! It must have been your run of the mill American motel at some point, but they've spruced it all up and so you still get the American motel experience but with a modern twist.

It’s always a treat to stay at the Americana. Cool, funky vibe that feels welcoming. A new eatery, owned by Americana, on the premises is a nice upgrade and makes eating convenient. We ate at the picnic tables outside and enjoyed the evening.

Not the fault of Americana, but the pool was unavailable because of an earlier-in-the-day thunderstorm. My swimsuit stayed dry. Boo. 😩

We like the grounds, beds are comfortable. Morning burrito & easy access to coffee setup outside the restaurant. (Need lids for coffee)

Staff seems spread thin; often have to wait for someone to come to front desk, however friendly and helpful when they are there. No one came to restaurant window despite ringing bell numerous times (dinner time). Wish we were assigned a room closer to the front of the property. We checked in with a note that we were staying due to a surgery but were assigned a room far away from the food and front office right next to the dog park (didn't bring a dog). P.S. - skip the Ihop next door.

The rooms need more Lighting! You're extremely comfortable! We really enjoyed the two free local beers that they provided a check-in we were able to take back to our room and enjoy your beer after a long drive

Well thought out... attention to details... clean... safe.... comfortable room... great grounds... pool, fire pit, corn hole, areas to sit, bikes and telescopes to borrow. Very nice staff... Cuve at front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

We loved the vibes from the decor and the facilities would have been great if the weather had been better.

Food choice was limited at the restaurant window (but what we had was good). Also it would be good to have laundry facilities.

Unfortunately, the breakfast/ lunch restaurant did not open in the am and there was also no coffee.

The vibe was so great. A piece a tru American history. Located conveniently on Rt 66 near every thing you can see and do. Mara was a fantastic host that gave us great recommendations.

The property was well laid out, especially the outdoor pool and outdoor seating area. The complimentary coffee outside of the takeout restaurant each morning was very good. I liked the natural light in the bathroom and the disco ball in the corner of the room was fun.

No fan in the bathroom, and although there was a window in the bathroom, it could not be opened. One other thing was that there was no fitted sheet on the bed, so the bottom sheet kept coming off at night.

Dog park!

The entire property is nicely decorated it was like going back in time with the retro vibe. The front desk staff was exceptional! I would recommend to stay at this place to anyone traveling up to flagstaff.

There was nothing to dislike

i booked this motel specifically for the pool, and that did not disappoint.

i did find the mid-afternoon front desk woman unkind/ haughty upon initial attempt to check in; my confirmed arrival time was not honored. There was a light bulb out in the room, the clock's alarm went off without me setting it in the early morning, and i could not make it turn off. So, i unplugged it, then re-plugged, yet it went off again the next morning too. On that first night there was no one around later that evening to give me the wifi code when i realized i had no access. It was not given upon check-in, or on any of the paperwork i was given. Hope the next guest gets better treatment.

Literally everything! This is my favorite motel ever! I will recommend this to anyone that is going to be in Flagstaff. When I walked into my room for the first time my mouth dropped open. It just had the best, coolest vibe and my whole family loved it. We only had one night and I really wish we could’ve stayed longer! Everything was super clean. Even the bathroom was cute!

The motel grounds were like a mini fun park with a pool, corn hole games, volleyball area, a fire pit, onsite food vendor and lots of seating everywhere.

I thought that the cost for our one night was a bit pricey and since we had a schedule to keep we didn't use any of their fun offerings. Just relaxing there would have offset the price in my mind.

Love the theme, the courtyard, and comfortable beds, very nice staff who were very helpful, the location was convenient only 6 min away from downtown, and the free local beer and 10 dollar voucher to their café was a plus.

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet still had either vomit or feces stuck to it like it was splashed on the bottom outside of the bowl and the toilet paper had something staining it, my sheets and comforter still had stains so I requested new sets, and they were very kind and helpful with that. They reimbursed me 55 off my bill but im pretty sure it was just the security deposit that was supposed to be returned regardless. Id love to come back because its such a cute place, but not until the bare minimum is met.

Friendly staff, fun retro vibe, clean and comfortable. Amenities were great, notably the free bikes and the pool.

This trip was child-less but could see how it would be a more challenging spot for a family of 4 with older kids.

AMAZING value!! I LOVED the midcentury modern aesthetic, and your nightly rate comes with a $10 breakfast voucher, 2 drinks (beer or water), and the ability to check out a bicycle, walking stick, you can even check out a telescope! For free! It was also one of the only cat-friendly hotels I found during my cross country trip (and yes they have treats and toys for them)

a lot of the food options were next door to the hotel but separated by a fence, which forced us to walk aaaaaaall the way around the block to access. But the walk was pleasant :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got there late and they were very accommodating. The bathroom was huge and well lit.

The front end staff were super helpful explaining all the amenities. We liked the ability to check out bikes or games. As avid pokemon go players it was nice there were a few stops on property.

I loved the welcoming, chill vibe and theme of the hotel. Convenient location for us. They also had bikes and telescopes available to use. Upon check-in, they provide a brochure with attractions near by, and it led us to a great hike close by!

Room was on the smaller side so it felt a bit cramp.

You have to order housekeeping. Kinda weird, I requested it once and they barely did anything. All they did was make the bed (NOT with new sheets though), and re roll the towels. Nothing was changed out, sink was dirty, counters weren't wiped down, floor wasn't vacuumed. It was basically nothing so not sure whay the point was. Also thin walls. Unfortunately alot of kids were staying near my room and they were loud as hell. Could hear everything through the walls and door.

Nie mogę niestety wypowiedzieć sie na temat hotelu, ponieważ nie zostalam do niego zameldowana. Wysłałam wiadomość ze bedziemy pozniej. Dojechalismy 20 minut po północy i zastaliśmy drzwi recepcji zamknięte na cztery spusty a pod podanym numerem telefonu nikt nie odbierał. Próbowaliśmy przez 2 godziny skontaktować sie z obsluga, również z pomoca wsparcia Booking.com oraz całonocna infolinie hotelu, do ktorej udało sie dodzwonić- nikt sie z nami nie skontaktował ani sie nie pojawił. W środku nocy musieliśmy szukać innego noclegu. Wielka szkoda, ze hotel nie odczytuje wiadomości, nie zapewnia kontaktu ani obslugi w sytuacjach wyjatkowych.

I was initially drawn to the Kitschy vibes, retro decor and outdoor spaces.

The room was dusty and the carpet had stains. My travel partners room was musty and smelled like wet dogs. I would have wanted to stay elsewhere had we stayed in town longer. The pool was super cloudy and dirty, with trash and food lying around the pool grounds and stains on the lounge furniture. I soon realized that the Kitschy vibes and retro decor were just to try and distract you from how run down and dirty the place is.

Dieses Motel hat wirklich unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es hat einen ganz speziellen Style und eine super schöne Park und Pool Anlage, es hat sogar Feuerstellen vor Ort und es ist alles sehr farbenfroh, auch eine Diskokugel im Zimmer hatten wir noch nie. Das Bad ist Top und sicherlich erst neu renoviert worden und alles sehr sauber und sogar Bademäntel hat es in den Zimmern was nicht üblich ist in Motel.

Die Musik am Pool könnte ein bischen leiser sein, aber wir sind auch schon ein bischen älter. Leider war die Poolbar nicht geöffnet.

We were doing route 66 and stayed here for one night. The staff was amazing along with the beds, being comfortable and the outdoors with the fire pits. I would stay here again.

Everything!! The staff was wonderful!! What a fun place to stay!! My favorite hotel by far and I travel a lot for my kiddos sports!! Great atmosphere!! Loved the decor!

Restaurant said it was open at 7AM, which would have been perfect because we needed to head out early. We had $10 breakfast vouchers and were looking at the menu at about 7:15AM. A restaurant worker was getting things ready and said they would not be open for another hour at least. We could not wait that long, so hit the road and stopped by a great breakfast place a couple blocks away. Disappointing since the vouchers came with the stay, but didn’t ruin the overall happy the vibe the hotel puts you in.

There wasn't much to not like about the hotel, if anything I would say they didn't have towels available at all times at the pool.

I loved everything about the property. We got a first floor room in the first building and we loved it. The decor, the disco ball, the view, the staff. It was an excellent stay. It is an older hotel but it has been re done and it was so fun and best to stay here. The bath room was huge! We loved it and recommend if you are doing Route 66 or just need a place to stay in Flagstaff.

There was only one thing we didn’t like about the property and it was not the owners fault. We could hear the people staying above us, we heard their every move as they walked across the floor. Probably just because it is an older place. It’s still an awesome place to stay. We would stay again.

The property is decorated in an era that I grew up in as a teenager and college student. It all took me back to a time when all I worried about was what I was getting for Christmas. They had more in-house activities that I had time to experience. The outdoor pool was amazing and very clean.

The in-house cafe didn’t open until 8am. I was on the road by 7am. The office did not open for business until 8am, therefore I was not able to check-out and leave my key with a clerk. (I left my key in the room.)

This is an older property that has been remodeled. The bath layout had a large walk in shower, but the bathroom door had difficulty closing. The carpet did have some staining between the beds, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful property, lots to do for adults and children, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are decorated in really fun ways but are completely functional where it counts, like comfortable beds, solid hot showers, good tv, good wi-fi.
